Ivana Knoll shows off her gorgeous body

Ivana Knoll is sharing a swimsuit selfie! In a new social media post the World Cup's "sexiest fan" shows off her gorgeous body in a bathing suit, shooting a video in the mirror. "Gorgeous," one of her followers commented on her popular Instagram post. "You can move those hips," added another.

Ivana is always down to go jet skiing, which is not only a fun watersport, but per Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

In a recent post Ivana showed off her paddleboarding skills. According to The American Council on Exercise (ACE) paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

It's obvious what Ivana's go-to sport is. "What is your favourite sport? You know mine," she captioned a post this year of herself kicking around a ball. Mercedes Carnethon, MD, told the American Heart Assocation that soccer is a great workout for many reasons. "It is a game of continuous running and with very little stopping," said Carnethon, an associate professor of preventive medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. "It also has anaerobic elements – that high intensity where you're sprinting and then resting – you're constantly moving." Sports researcher Peter Krustrup, who has spent more than 15 years studying the health benefits of soccer, added that recreational-level play and soccer-related exercise drills can help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Soccer also can help shift body composition by decreasing fat and increasing lean muscle.

"I enjoy dancing, not just in sake of having a fit body, but also for its calming impact on me. Consequently, I will probably dance as much as I could until the pageant, in order of reaching mentioned state of calmness and restlessness," she tells Angelopedia.

Ivana makes sure to hydrate. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Rhiannon Fish enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Honolulu

My Norwegian Holiday star Rhiannon Fish took a break from filming Christmas content over the summer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Honolulu, Hawaii. Fish, 32, shared pictures of herself from an impromptu photoshoot taken in the surf, posing in a white bikini in the water. "Excuse me girl ???? You look AMAZING OMG," a fan commented.

Fish once chose to live on less than $2 a day for charity Live Below The Line, subsisting on a bag of oatmeal a day. "I am absolutely honored to be a part of such a truly wonderful and relevant cause," she says. "In life, I think it is incredibly important to take the time to put things into perspective and never take anything for granted. I believe that challenges such as Live Below The Line will help all of its participants, including myself, to have a greater understanding of what a day in the life of someone living in extreme poverty must be like. There is no reason for any human being to suffer in extreme poverty, especially when our generation can end it."

Fish has good advice for young actors. "You can never give up," she says. "I was told no so many times, went to so many auditions and often got close to getting the part but it often came down to simple things like having the wrong hair color or simply the other girl was better and you just can't let that break you down. You have to be prepared to have people tell you no, and it sucks at the time but you take a deep breath, move on and try again. I think that that's important."

Fish is happiest when she can balance work and family. "The things that make me happiest are my family and my job. So in a perfect world I would be able to continue working and acting," she says. "[T]hat doesn't mean necessarily being in a huge blockbuster Hollywood film. I would honestly be happy doing a local play just around the corner as long as I was working and surrounded by my family and my friends. I think that that would be the perfect world for me."

Fish found making the switch from soaps to movies nerve-wracking. "There is something that is definitely more intimidating about film," she says. "Film almost seems timeless to me. There's something about a film that really feels set in stone and exists forever. Whereas if you are doing a soap opera like Home & Away it goes up for thirty minutes and you never see or hear of it again. So film feels very permanent and in a sense it makes you want to prep more. To sit back at the end of the day and say I did everything I could for that performance."

Fish started her career on Aussie soap Home and Away, and says the experience taught her a lot about healthy body image. "There's a lot of pressure on that show to look a certain way – and it doesn't come from the producers or any of the directors – but I find you enter the show and you're so young that you put a lot of pressure on yourself to think you have to look a certain way, and it's a matter of pulling yourself out of it and going 'no, that's stupid, you're a role model'," she says. "You need to be normal and look healthy and show other girls that that's the right thing to do."

Miss Wisconsin Alexis Loomans shares swimsuit photos

Alexis Loomans is wearing her Miss USA swimsuit. In a new social media post, Miss Wisconsin models the exact bathing suit she rocked during the pageant earlier this year. Shop the swimsuit I wore at Miss USA," she captioned the Instagram snap. "How are you even real?" commented a follower. "Just got mine!" joked her boyfriend, Florida Gators Quarterback Graham Mertz.

Alexis does a lot of cardio to keep her figure trim. In a TikTok video detailing her "model workout," she reveald that she starts her workout by walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes at 5.0 miles per hour. Then she runs for 10 minutes at 6.5 mph.

After her cardio workout, Alexis does strength training exercises. She starts with a leg circuit, doing 45 reps per exercise. She follows it with an ab circuit, again doing 45 reps per exercise.

Alexis is a coffee drinker. Why should you drink a cup daily? The Cleveland Clinic explains that there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Alexis also plays tennis. "Making plays out of town like I'm Jordan," she joked in a recent caption. According to ACE Fitness the sport blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alexis enjoys walking on the beach with her beau. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Simone Holtznagel shows off her gorgeous body

Simone Holtznagel is pregnant – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Australia's Next Top Model stunner shows off her gorgeous body in a yellow bathing suit while sporting a tiny bump. "Swimming with whale sharks a few weeks ago not knowing I was pregnant vs now ??? the female body is magic," she captioned the set of Instagram followers. "You're sooo beautiful," commented one of her followers. "The most beautiful," added another.

Simone lifts weights at Acero gym. According to owner Jono Castano, she hits the gym three to four times a week for 45 minute sessions, he told Daily Mail. She often posts her workouts in her Instagram Stories. Examples of her exercises include squats and lunges holding free weights, planks, and lifting heavy weights.

Castano added that Simone also does reformer Pilates. She regularly shares clips of herself on the reformer on her Instagram Stories. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Castano dished to the Daily Mail that Simone eats four meals per day and her diet is "very well balanced incorporating all her macro nutrients in every meal." One of her favorite meals? Pasta.

Per Castano, Simone allows herself the occasional cheat meal. One of her favorite indulgences? McDonald's.

Simone is all about self-love. "People have commented saying it's 'triggering', and 'before and after' don't belong in 2022…" she told The Daily Telegraph. "I thought what we weren't doing in 2022 was commenting on other peoples bodies. I thought I looked great on the left [before photo]. I think I look great on the right [after photo]. 'One thing I'll take away from that post is you can't please everyone. I have been bigger and I've been smaller but I was happy in both stages of my life."

Surfer Malia Manuel workouts keep her looking great

Malia Manuel is enjoying every moment of life. In a new social media post the professional surfer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while out in the water with her surfboard. "Simple pleasures," she captioned the Instagram post with her many followers.

Malia does weight training three times a week. When she isn't home she will do a Tracy Anderson workout video. "It's so easy to do just in my little space, on my yoga mat or in an apartment," she explained to POPSUGAR.

Malia also does Pilates, she revealed to the publication.

Malia loves yoga. When she is home in Kauai she does hot yoga "I like to open my shoulders and get some length in my sides," she told POPSUGAR. "If you're in a yoga practice, and you're just flowing, and you're not thinking . . . that's what it feels like to be in a barrel or on a wave."

"A typical morning for me consists of coffee and surfing. And when I'm home on Kaua'i, I always try to stop by my favorite spot, Kalalea Juice Hale, for a local cold-pressed juice or smoothie (whatever I'm feeling that day!) on the way to the beach with friends," Malia told PureWow about how she starts her day.

"Lunch time. I'm really a health-nut through and through. Whether it's fresh caught fish, veggies from the garden or a nutritious Tambor Acai bowl with local granola and fresh fruit, I love making foods that make me feel good (and taste great, too)," she added. "I love to have my friends over for dinner whenever I can. Whenever we get together, we love to get creative and make all sorts of colorful goodies. I especially love using foods from the garden to make a fresh salad or Buddha bowls."

"For a late afternoon pick-me-up, I love NingXia Red Antioxidant shots by Young Living. I like to eat really clean, and that means snacking clean, too. I love including these snacks in between meals throughout my day and before and after workouts to keep me energized. I also drink lots of water and add peppermint essential oils to mix it up," she added.

Olivia Flowers shows off her amazing body

Olivia Flowers is celebrating a friend's birthday – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Southern Charm beauty wishes her pal and costar, Venita Aspen, well wishes on her special day. "HBD to the best dressed @VENITAASPEN. Hoping our many clumsy moments make it to the screen this season. Grateful for you," she captioned the Instagram Story.

Olivia loves playing tennis. Here she is on the court with Shep. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Olivia is a wine drinker. She recently took a trip to wine country where she enjoyed the sips and sights. "You had me at merlot… and Napa. Definitely had me at Napa. Beautiful time, wine, food & company," she captioned his photo. While excess drinking is never a good thing, the occasional glass of wine boasts cardiovascular benefits. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Olivia loves hiking. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Olivia is also into kateboarding. You can often find her rolling around on her skateboard on social media. "Who you calling squid?" she captioned this snap.

Olivia is a golfer. "For those asking for my handicap," she captioned an Instagram Story. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Julianne Hough says she loves to make every moment a luxury experience

Julianne Hough is making a splash. In a new social media post the dancer and actress does her best Ariel, showing off her amazing body in a bathing suit while singing the hit song Part of Your World from the Disney movie, The Little Mermaid. "Channeling my inner little mermaid for Disney Night on @dancingwiththestars this week!!" she captioned the Instagram video with her millions of followers. "You're a real life Ariel," one of them commented. "Beautiful," added another.

"I love to make every moment a luxury experience," Hough told Women's Health. "Whether it's in the bathtub and having bubbles and meditation music playing and my crystals and whatever it is, or I'm in the shower and I'm just rushing out through the day, at least I know that I'm being taken care of in the best way possible."

Hough is also a fan of regular body scans, a guided meditation practice that has you lie down, stay aware of your breath, and mindfully soften each part of your body, from head to toe. "I love meditating and doing energy work," Hough told Pure Wow. "It really helps me get out of my head and into my body."

"I love making sure my environment is like, candles lit or incense burning, just to create the experience and get my mindset in a really calming way, so I can self-regulate before I get crazy again with work stuff," Hough told Women's Health about another favorite ritual.

After her workout, which is generally "Pilates, yoga, working out with a trainer… it keeps everything fresh and helps me fuel my body's different needs," Hough maintains that "Recovery is also a second workout to me," she told Shape. "We always think about the fact that we have to push, push, push, but without that recovery, it leads to burnout. It's about that balance. I think we haven't focused enough on recovery in the athletic or the artistic athlete (dancers)."

Hough uses Therabody products to help in her recovery process. "Ever since I started using Therabody products, I recognized the mobility and the freedom within my muscles and just the relaxation and the nurturing that I couldn't necessarily give myself. Once you use them, there's no way that you can go back to not doing any kind of recovery," she told Shape.

Lana stays in shape while on vacationing by snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Lana is a hiker. During a trip to Los Angeles she took daily hikes. "LA dump of the best memories with this lovely bunch," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

"I do like meditation and yoga in the morning, and stuff like that. That really calms me down and brings me back down to the ground, so I'll be doing that. I'm a very positive person and I preach positivity," Lana told Grazia about how she was planning on starting her days at the Love Island villa. While in LA she did goat yoga, striking a post with a goat standing on top of her.

Lana revealed that she usually winds down at night with the help of technology. "I do usually have a sleep meditation app that I listen to on my phone, so I'm going to really miss that!" she captioned a post.

"Lana loved a Supernoodle sandwich, and she makes them every night" Olivia Hawkins explained to Closer about her friend's bizarre nightly treat at the villa. Olivia Rodrigo is spending a day at the beach in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the Vampire singer flaunts her amazing figure in a white bathing suit while lounging in the sand. "Icon," commented one of her millions of followers. "All eyes on olive," commented her friend, singer Conan Gray. "ur world and we r just living in it," added another follower.

Olivia is also a fan of books. "I try to read every night before I go to bed," the singer told Teen Vogue. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Olivia works out with Kirsty Godso, a New Zealand-born personal trainer who also works out with Kaia Gerber and Maddie Ziegler. She does a lot of ab work during her workouts, telling Teen Vogue that working on her midsection helps destress her, saying that she had done "an ab workout to help release some energy."

Olivia told CBS Sunday Morning for Mental Illness Awareness Week that therapy has been "life-changing" for her. "I hadn't really started going till I was like, 16," she said. "That was a really big, life-changing moment. I've learned so much about myself." She continued: "Sometimes people are like, 'Oh, you don't need that. You have so much. Your life is so great. What are your problems?'" Olivia said. "I think that's definitely a thing that sometimes older people can do to younger people, too — kind of trivialize what they're going through just because, you know, 'Ah, they're fine, they're just kids. They'll get through it.' But it feels so real when you're in it. It's so valid."

Another self-care health habit of Olivia's? "I love a bubble bath," she confessed during Vogue's 73 Questions. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Olivia also blasts calories by dancing. "I did a lot of ballet when I was younger, but that didn't pan out," she told Vogue. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Olivia's BFF Madison Hu revealed in an interview that the two sweat through Pilates classes together.

Natalie Imbruglia is still in holiday mode from her recent Italian getaway

Natalie Imbruglia is still in holiday mode after spending the past week in Italy.

Now back at her home in the UK, the Aussie singer and actress couldn’t help but reminisce about her “magical” vacation to the idyllic coastal town of Portifino.

“Magical few days in Portofino celebrating my dear friend @jacksavoretti Birthday!!!” she captioned a carousel of photos on Instagram.

“What a fab bunch of people ️and Portofino is my new favorite place. Missing you all … and the sun and the sea … and the pasta!!”

In photos she shared, the 47-year-old could be seen admiring the colourful cliffside houses from the sea with her girlfriends.

Imbruglia also shared a photo of herself on-board a boat, wearing a plunging red bikini and sipping on some champagne.

In photos she shared, the 47-year-old could be seen admiring the colourful cliffside houses from the sea with her girlfriends.

Imbruglia also shared a photo of herself on-board a boat, wearing a plunging red bikini and sipping on some champagne.

The Italian birthday celebration came just days after Imbruglia celebrated the fourth birthday of her son, Max.

To mark the occasion, the Torn singer shared a rare photo of him on Instagram.

“How time flies … Can’t believe you’re 4yrs old already!!! Thanks to everyone who made his Birthday so special!” she wrote alongside the pic.

Motherhood was always a goal for the star. In a previous interview with UK’s Baby magazine, she spoke candidly about her dreams of becoming a mother.

“Looking back I had lovely friends, had been married, a beautiful home and a career that I was proud of,” she told the magazine.

“But I’d long been at the point where I knew something was missing and that thing became something I yearned for above anything else.”

Imbruglia, who welcomed Max in 2019 via IVF, has never publicly disclosed his father’s identity.

The former Neighbours star was married to Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns from 2003 until 2008.

In 2021, during an episode of the podcast Who Is Daniel Johns?, the rocker opened up about their split, revealing why they called it quits.

Johns admitted in the episode that the split was “probably the best thing that could have happened” as their lives began to move in different directions.

“She wanted to settle down and have babies and she wanted to do normal stuff and I just wanted to get weirder, so we just kind of disappeared from each other,” he said.

Ricci, 36, shared a selfie of herself lounging in the sun in a bronze bikini, a book and sunglasses at her feet. "Terribly devastated about my husband canceling our golf game to golf with his buddies instead," she captioned the tongue-in-cheek post.

Ricci had to rock climb for her role in Don't Go Breaking My Heart. "I actually used to climb competitively in high school and a little bit into college," she says. "I worked at a climbing gym so I was kind of there all the time. I ended up getting pretty good and was featured in a local newspaper for placing second in all of Ontario, Canada for women at one point. That was a million years ago but I was excited to try it again on this movie. Let me tell you, it is NOT like riding a bike."

Ricci says her favorite vacation destination is her own backyard. "We live in LA where it's always summer," she says. "I love my pool, my fruit trees, my dogs, and my friends. And a white flowing maxi dress, hands down. I always wear sunscreen. When I'm outside in the sun, I'm wearing at least SPF 90. If I don't have to leave my house, I'm in my robe all weekend long. If I have things to do, I'll pull it together. I actually just started wearing pieces from LUBLU by Kira Plastinina. Her stuff fits me so well and is incredibly comfortable."

Ricci is always prepared when it comes to first aid emergencies. "I carry everything," she says. "Literally, if you were stranded on a desert island, you would want my purse. If someone's like, 'I've got a stain!' Don't worry. Italia's got Shout wipes. Shout wipes are very important. I've got a little leather bag with every single emergency pharmaceutical you would ever need. Antihistamine. Aspirin. I've got the little bags in a giant tote – I've got my pharmacy one with like, band-aids and everything you'd ever need – even blister covers! Then I've got the little sewing one with like, tweezers and ear plugs, in case you need it. Eye drops. I literally have everything."

Ricci loves the way cardio barre sessions work out her glutes. "I occasionally work out," she says. "I do Cardio Barre. It's amazing. I feel like a dancer. You don't realize what a difference it's making in your body until you're looking in the mirror and you're like, 'Hey, butt, heyyyy-yyy'."

Ricci loves reading books during her downtime. "I'm currently reading a few child development books," she says. "I just finished Between Two Kingdoms which is a memoir by Suleika Jaouad and it was freaking fantastic. It's been a few weeks and I still think about it daily. I don't really have a favorite book because they all ignite a different flame and the ones I love stick with me differently."

Volleyball Star Kendall Kipp shared some dreamy pictures from a vacation

Stanford University volleyball player Kendall Kipp had an unforgettable trip to Mykonos, Greece over the summer, and shared some dreamy pictures from the vacation. Two time All American star Kipp posted snaps of herself posing on a yacht in a blue bikini, against a stunning ocean background. Other pictures show her playing around with friends and jumping into the water. "Found paradise," she captioned the post. "The best place on earth," wrote player McKenna Vicini.

Kipp knew she belonged at Stanford University from day one. "From the first time I stepped onto the Stanford campus I felt like I was at home," she says. "I loved the team and coaching staff. I also loved how all the players and staff talked about the importance of academics- that we are here to be students first, then athletes. Stanford athletes are very humble which makes for an amazing and unique culture. Everyone is striving to be the best they can be in every aspect of life and pushing each other to be better.

Like many athletes, Kipp has pre-match rituals that give her a confidence boost. "I always put everything right on first; then left," she says. "I always listen to music, drink a coffee, and eat a pack of fruit snacks! Outside of volleyball, I'm passionate about exploration and travel. Whether that's skiing, camping, hiking, or relaxing on a beach, I love trying new things and seeing new places."

Kipp says swimming would be her sport of choice if she wasn't playing volleyball, as she swam for 14 years. "I thought I was going to be the next soccer star or swimmer," she says. "I tried everything out there. I tried dance, gymnastics until they kicked me out and said, You're way too tall. But I was convinced that I was going to play any other sport but volleyball. And I think that probably came from one, me being stubborn, and then two, just growing up getting dragged to all those long volleyball tournaments."

Kipp says comparison is the thief of joy when it comes to competition. "If I'm comparing myself to another player who I'm competing against to an extent that can motivate me to get in the gym and work harder and I can see what areas I might need to work on more," she says. "But there's obviously a point where it gets very toxic and very dangerous quickly because at the end of the day, you are your own person. And if you're constantly comparing yourself, you're just going to be trying to match this other person and live up to them, when in reality, that's probably not even what you want to be doing."

Kipp wants there to be a deeper discussion about the mental health of college athletes. "Mental health obviously has been a big topic as of lately, which is great, but I think it can still be talked about even more," she says. "I think as an athlete, it's hard because being a student, you're living a normal life. You're essentially working a full-time job on top of it, which is being an athlete and the hours you commit to your sport, and on top of that, trying to maintain a social life and just your mental sanity, getting enough sleep, getting food, taking time to rest and be bored and not be constantly on the go is such a hard thing. And it's hard when you're struggling mentally to even just get by, let alone thrive. And you're not just trying to get by as a college athlete, you're trying to train and perform well and improve yourself and be there for your teammates. And if you don't have 100 % to give, then you're just going to keep draining that battery."

Juliette Feitosa flaunts her amazing body

Juliette Feitosa is driving her fans wild with her latest swimsuit snaps. In a new social media post the Brazilian singer and Big Brother star flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit while floating in a pool. "For everyone to see: this post has alternative text," she captioned the trio of Instagram photos. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "Magnífica," added another.

"My life has never been peaceful, but after the program I have had episodes of anxiety. I'm left in a cold sweat, with my heart in my mouth, a feeling of suffocation," Juliette recently told Marie Claire about her mental health after Big Brother.

One way Juliette unwinds is by soaking in a hot tub. Why should you soak in water? Soaking has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Juliette enjoys jet skiing. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Juliette also goes for regular walks.

Juliette rides a bike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

You can always find Juliette dancing, a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issue.

Model Cintia Dicker shows off her amazing post-pregnancy body

Cintia Dicker is celebrating the return of the sun in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing post-pregnancy body in a nude swimsuit, wowwing her followers. "The sun is back," she captioned the stunning series of Instagram snaps. She also shared a video with her followers, discussing her weight loss after having a baby.

Cintia is a runner. "I like to run outside at the end of the day when it's not hot," she told Daily Front Row. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

"I also do yoga and Pilates once a week," Cintia added. Yoga is also a great workout, per Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Cintia prioritizes hydration. "It's a bit cliché, but the best is to drink lots of water," she said. "I try to drink green juice every day with cucumber, spinach, lemon, apple, and ginger." She also loves iced green tea. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Cintia understands you can't out exercise a bad diet. "In general, I try to eat healthy foods, like salads and fruits. I only eat meat twice a month," she said.

Cintia indulges in self-care. "I love massages, facials, and spa treatments. I spend plenty on those," she said. "I get a massage twice a week!"

Cintia's "beauty rule"? "Eight hours of sleep," she revealed, adding that she aims for a minimum of six hours. "I like to sleep in when I can. I don't do a lot in the morning." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Serena Williams shares a glimpse of her body in a swimsuit

Serena Williams is throwing it back in her swimsuit. In one of her most recent social media posts, the tennis champ shares a glimpse of her body in a bathing suit long before having kids. The Instagram Story was part of challenge, sharing a photo of yourself from a "verryyy different time."

"My philosophy is eat to live. Don't live to eat," Serena told Women's Health. "You need it to survive. And [that's] very hard to live by, cause I definitely love to snack, but this is what I want. These are my goals."

Serena exercises on an empty stomach. "I often don't make breakfast because I just forget or I'm running around getting Olympia ready. And then I go work out," she told Women's Health. "When I roll out of bed, I'm just not hungry."

Serena tries to fill her diet with plants. "I want to have a healthy lifestyle and, so you know, [I'm eating] a lot of greens and mostly plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff," she told Women's Health. "I had a bean burger the other day today…[Today] I had a gluten-free bean burrito."

Serena uses complex carbs as fuel. "The only time I eat pasta is when I'm playing/training. Usually, you'll never see me eating pasta otherwise," she told Women's Health. "I usually like to have lots of greens before my match and then fruit actually, and a little carbs and some sort of a protein."

Serena's cheat meal of choice? "I love Moon Pies. If 'Moon Pie' sponsored me, I'd be bigger than any house on this planet!" she joked to Women's Health.

"I can have a smoothie for six months. And then I'll be like, I never want to see a smoothie again for the next six months. And then I'll be like, okay, I'm back on the smoothie. My eating is very moody," she told Women's Health.

Rita Ora is looking good as always

Rita Ora is already missing summer. In a new social media post, the singer gives her fans a glimpse of some of her top looks from the sunny season. In one of the photos she wears a bathing suit with a chain coverup. "Pick your favourite Rita…? Random moments and I miss summer…." she captioned the Instagram snap.

Rita maintains that she keeps her fridge stocked up like her own mini health food shop. It includes CBD drops, bone broth packets, mushroom health snacks, she told Glamour UK.

Rita revealed that she does reformer Pilates twice a week.

Rita also lifts weights with her trainer once a week, she told Glamour UK. She added to Shape that devotes a lot of time to her workouts. "I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio."

Rita believes in god. "And I naturally gravitated towards having a God and there being a Jesus and me following that route. That was just me. But I, again, praise my God in my own way. And so that's the way I'm giving out my energy with my family. Whatever gets you through the day. And for me it's nice to have that higher power that I can talk to. I'm definitely a believer in giving, sometimes, the things I can't control to the higher power, because it really relieves my stress," she said about her version of God.

"Sitting at home with my partner, being boring at 9PM and watching TV shows," is one of her self-care routines.

She also reads. "I've just finished Klara And The Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro. I'm about to start Tomorrow And Tomorrow And Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin." One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Gymnast Elena Arenas flaunts her amazingly fit body

Elena Arenas is casting her vote – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the LSU gymnast flaunts her amazingly fit body in a bathing suit while on the beach. "All in favor of going back to summer say I," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps. "I…..m speechless," her boyfriend, baseball player Garrett Edwards commented.

Elena loves walking. "Heaven on earth," she captioned this photo from one of her walks. The Mayo Clinic endorses regular brisk walking, explaining that it can help you maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat, prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, and type 2 diabetes. It can also help improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve muscle endurance, increase energy levels, improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep, improve your balance and coordination, strengthen immune system, and reduce stress and tension.

Elena also swims. "Gone swimmin," she captioned a recent post from Lake Oconee. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

As an athlete, Elena understands the importance of hydration. "Sippin coconuts in hawaii w my sista life is GOOD !!!!" she captioned a post. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Elena hikes a lot, sharing photos from her treks on social media. Last year she went on a "weekend getaway" to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Obviously, the main way Elena stays in shape is by rigorous gymnastic workouts, one of the most physically demanding sports. She spends several hours every day in the gym perfecting her skills.

Model Nadia Ferreira has an amazing body

Nadia Ferreira is heating up the Dominican Republic. In a new social media post Marc Anthony's model wife shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit during a recent trip to the luxurious Casa de Campo resort. "Paradise," she captioned the series of snaps.

Nadia spends a lot of time in the gym. She starts her workouts by warming up with cardio exercises (like jumping rope) then she does 4 sets of squats and lunges with weights on her ankles and arms. Then she does a lot a squat jumps and lifts weights, according to Italian Post.

Nadia loves to play tennis. "I have played tennis since the age of 6, handball tennis," she told Hola.

Nadia also revealed to Hola that "cycling" is part of her routine. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

How does Nadia maintain normalcy with social media? "You have to understand that social networks are not real life. You often show what you want people to know about you. But the people who manage the networks have to understand that there is a person with feelings behind the camera, whom you can affect or make their day better," she told Hello.

How does she deal with negative comments and her mental health? "I try not to see them, but I am aware that there are negative and positive comments, and the important thing is to always focus on the positive and see the bright side of every situation," she told the publication.

Catherine Bell had the best time with her friends and family

Hallmark star Catherine Bell had a beautiful summer with her friends and family. Bell, 55, shared a beautiful picture of herself posing in the ocean in a swimsuit, silhouetted against a gorgeous sunset. "Thank you for sharing these beautiful pictures. It makes me long for the sea. The picture with you on it is absolutely mesmerizing and wonderful," a fan commented.

Bell loves the mental and physical benefits of being outside. "I love going for walks in nature," she says. "Just going outside, looking at nature's beauty helps me. Some days, I don't feel like exercising, but I won't make myself feel bad for it," Bell laughs. "But when I do work out, I love to just put on a video at home — there are so many things you can do. I have resistance bands and a slider I put on the floor and slide from side to side. It's just light exercise to keep me moving and feeling great."

Bell's attitude towards working out has changed for the better. "I've gotten really serious about fitness the last half of 2022," she says. "I realize it was time to make exercise a regular part of my life and not just do it in spurts before a movie or photo shoot! I think this is the first time I've really just done it for me. To feel good, be healthy, build muscle. Not only for the aesthetic, although that's a nice bonus for sure but because it supports my joints and bones, and sets me up for a better next few decades! Excited to share some of what my trainer and I have been working on with some workout videos coming!"

Bell embraces down time and sees it as self care. "Sometimes, I have to remind myself that it's okay to stay in my sweats watching TV in my downtime," she says. "Tomorrow, I'll find my moment to get dressed and put on a little blush, but it's all about finding your balance and being okay with you, regardless of whether you've washed your hair or put on makeup. You're perfect the way you are!"

Bell enjoys a healthy diet but allows for treats (in moderation). "I do try to eat well," she says. "But I'm the first one to admit that I love a good burger. I will eat that great burger and fries and love every minute of it. But that's it. I had my treat. Then I go back to those salads with grilled chicken. You don't want to take one cheat meal and turn it into a pattern. Also on that cheat meal, eat only half of the fries. You won't miss the other half."

Bell does small workouts when she needs to get back into a routine again. "I go through phases – sometimes weeks at a time – where I haven't worked out," she says. "You can't ignore it. I know when I'm getting mushy. When that feeling strikes and you know you've put it off for too long, vow to start again today. Not tomorrow, but today. Hop on a treadmill for 15 minutes. Do something. You want to get back in the game. Once you start, you'll find yourself doing more than you planned to do."
