Caroline Day shows off her incredible body in swimwear

Caroline Day is bidding adieu to summer. In a recent social media post the Billions and Riverdale star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while soaking in a pool. "Byebye summer," she captioned the Instagram snap. "Dreamy," commented a follower. "Dreamy," added another.

Caroline is a swimmer. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Caroline walks a lot. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Caroline reaps the self-care benefits of soaking in hot water. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

You can always find Caroline with a coffee in hand. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Caroline is an avid reader. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Brittney Palmer shares some new photos from Bali

UFC Octagon Girl Brittney Palmer is enjoying the ultimate girls trip away with BFF Arianny Celeste in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Palmer, 36, shared a picture of herself posing in a bikini next to Celeste, with both women looking tan and relaxed. "Tropical Paradise with my Bali Bestie @ariannyceleste ?You do NOT want to miss this #IYKYK," she captioned the post.

Palmer's daily diet consists of green juice, sushi with brown rice, and protein shakes. "I usually eat 1-2 meals a day and then consume protein shakes. That's what works for me," she says. "I don't eat many carbs and try to stay away from sugar. I never eat French fries and I don't remember what a donut tastes like. I'm half English, then French, Scots-Irish and German. So being half-English and having that European blood –my family is on the curvy side so I have to watch out for everything. I've discovered what is good for my body and what isn't. I thought drinking coconut water every day was the best thing for you but it's loaded with sugar. As soon as I stopped I noticed a difference."

Palmer's philosophy to working out is to be realistic and made good choices overall. "My body type is responsive to lots of cardio so I'll do an hour of cardio and some abs, or 30 minutes of cardio and some yoga," she says. "Don't drive yourself too crazy (about your weight). Be the best you possibly can with what's available to you. If you need to lose 15 or 20 pounds you have to understand that – depending on how much you weigh – that's a lot of weight and you don't want to kill yourself. Doing your best is all you can do. You don't want short-term solutions; you want something long-term so you might have to completely change your lifestyle."

Palmer eats plenty of fish to fuel her workouts. "I am a pescatarian so I naturally eat very healthy," she says. "I definitely always make sure to have a cheat day though! I change my workouts every day of the week. One day I will do spin, the next day I will work with my trainer, the next day I will take a boxing class, the next day I will do hot yoga, I think it's important to always shock your body! Hold yourself accountable. If you know that you have been eating bad or drinking a little too much take that into consideration when planning your workouts or weekly eating habits."

Palmer keeps her skincare routine simple. "Before big events or hitting The Octagon for fights, I love to keep my skin very moisturized and use a toner because I will be packing a lot of makeup on my face for a good amount of time," she says. "I think it's good to have a barrier between the two. I also like to use a lot of face mists to keep my skin hydrated throughout the night."

Palmer is glad she doesn't have the lifestyle of a UFC fighter. "Fighters eat a lot more protein – you know, they're men so they eat a lot more!" she says. "Fighters have to eat very strict; that's the career path that they chose. I still like to enjoy myself and have a cocktail and a dessert here and there, so we definitely have different diets. Their diets probably would help me but I won't be opting for that any time soon."

Emma Roberts spent the summer having fun

Unfabulous star Emma Roberts spent the summer having fun with friends and family—and getting plenty of sunshine, judging by her social media. Roberts, 32, shared a picture of herself posing on a grassy field in a lime green bikini, against a background of palm trees, mountains, and blue skies. "Candy crush ? ?," she captioned the post. "Beautiful queen," a fan commented.

Roberts allows herself the occasional treat, but tries to be mindful of them. "I am not a running person," she says. "Everyone laughs at me because my legs turn out when I run. I look absolutely ridiculous. I stopped running in seventh grade. But on our days off, Lea Michele — she's also in Scream Queens — and I will go do Pilates together. I try to be healthy, but I will have dessert. I always have Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Swedish Fish on set because I have to have something to look forward to. I'm not into gluten-free or diets like that. I do try to vary what I'm eating, though."

Pilates and yoga help Roberts feel better and sleep better. "I love yoga — I go to Reyn Studios in New Orleans," she says. "I like workouts that are good for your mind as well. With my job, your mind can get very noisy, and you can get a lot of anxiety. Sometimes I'll be up at night and unable to sleep because I have anxiety about stuff. When I do Pilates and yoga, I sleep easier and feel a bit more able to handle everything."

Roberts says having a child changed her life completely. "We could talk all day about that. It's obviously changed me – motherhood can't not change you," she says. "I think it's definitely made me slow down and be more grateful for quiet moments. Before, I was just working all the time and going non-stop. Having a child definitely makes you slow down and be more in the moment, which I'm very, very grateful for."

Roberts believes confidence comes from being around people who life you up. "I think what gives me confidence depends on the day and what I'm doing, and I'm sure everyone can relate to that," she says. "Sometimes you just wake up and you feel confident in your sweatpants with no make up on, and you're just having a great day where you're feeling 'on it'. And then other times, you do need a little more of a pick-me-up, so you do a face mask and pull yourself together a bit more. But I think at the end of the day, I feel most confident when I'm around people like my girlfriends, that support each other and make me feel secure. People that bring out the best in you, and you bring out the best in them. There's nothing better than when I've been away for a while and I get home and get to have a girls' dinner and catch up and there's just not even a moment of dead air."

Roberts swears by acupuncture sessions to help maintain energy levels. "I just started doing acupuncture in New Orleans because the city is such a mystical place with amazingly gifted people who are almost like healers," she says. "His name is Quang, and he works out of his house, and he'll work on 10 people at a time. I've noticed such a difference: It centers me, and I feel like it gets the blood flowing. Here we work, like, 12 to 15 hours a day, and you get really drained."

Addison Rae Shares some new photos looking good

Influencer and entrepreneur Addison Rae is having a little fun on her social media with an impromptu photo shoot of herself letting loose. Rae, 22, shared pictures of herself dancing in a gold bikini and boots, clutching a soft white knitted blanket. "Wow!" a fan commented on the post. "That friday feeling ?," commented the official Instagram account.

Rae launched her ITEM Beauty line and is passionate about clean cosmetics. "For me, I've increasingly become more aware of is how important it is not only for products to make you look good, but also feel good and genuinely be good for you," she says. "I think that's why being clean was so important to me too and really educating myself on that in general before I even really knew about clean beauty. I think it's still a subject that people don't really know much about or maybe are not ready to explore, but I think it's becoming something that's a little more mainstream in a way."

Rae is big on setting intentions for herself. "Self-care is to me is accomplishing things that I really want to do and spending my time really wisely, so setting monthly and everyday intentions or goals for myself is a big thing," she says. "The other big part of self-care is about connections; Being very open and vulnerable with people is a great way to teach yourself how to love. Because the only way you can love yourself is if you give love to other people and the only way to receive it is to love yourself, too."

Rae is used to dealing with criticism, and chooses to focus on the positive. "I feel like at the end of the day, I always know who I am and I really try to remind myself of that," she says. "I know what I love, I know my passions, and I know my dreams that I want to accomplish and I know that no matter what, they're always going to be people that are negative and that are not wanting people to chase their dreams or accomplish them. I think there are so many lovers and so many supporters and people that love the things I do and love to support me and love to love and at the end of the day, I think that always outweighs the hate."

Rae is philosophical about being famous. "It's really weird even hearing that word, because I can't really grasp what it means to have it," she says. "But for me, it's about having amazing opportunities to meet so many different people and have relationships with people who have inspired me forever, and to get the opportunity to showcase passions that I've had my entire life."

Rae is grateful for being supported by the Kardashian sisters. "I love talking to those girls about everything they've done in their lives and how they stay true to themselves throughout all of it. It's something that I always have conversations with them about," she says. "Kourtney is an amazing girl and she's always been so close to me and just helpful throughout everything. Like the other day, we were in the car and she was like, 'Oh my gosh, I need my Lip Quip!'"

Brooke Williamson lives a very active and exciting life

Beachside Brawl star Brooke Williamson is always on the go, managing restaurants and taking care of her family. But when she has the chance, the chef loves nothing more than being out on the ocean In Malibu. Williamson, 45, shared a picture of herself paddle boarding in a swimsuit on beautiful blue waters, at one point just laying down to soak up the sun. "Morning well spent ?☀️," she captioned the Instagram post.

Williamson fits her workouts around her very busy schedule. "I wake up early," she says. "Drink my coffee while making my [son's] lunch and getting him set for school. Then school drop off, then a workout… I either spin, or run, or play tennis, or once in a while see a trainer for some real torture.

I then shower and head to whichever restaurant needs me that day. I try to hit at least 2 spots in a day to see what's going on. Sometimes if work allows, I'll drive carpool to a tennis lesson or a soccer game, or sometimes I'll hang at work till a bit later and have dinner at one of the restaurants with my husband and son before heading home and spending some time catching up on emails. I try as often as possible to be home to put my son to bed to make up for all the times I can't when I'm traveling. I love the spontaneity of my job, but also sometimes crave some routine."

Williamson tries to eat healthily during the week so she has leeway on the weekends. "I often don't feel centered," she says. "When I am home, I make an extra special effort to keep myself physically healthy. I exercise a lot. I try to exercise every day—partially for my sanity and also because I know what I put myself through takes a lot out of me. I eat very healthy at home. I try not to drink during the week if I'm at home. I also don't watch what I eat or drink when I leave town. So it's extremes. For exercise, I run and I play tennis. Those are two go-tos. I used to do a lot of spinning, but I got back into running and I love what it does for my head."

Williamson takes joy in the simple things. "You know what? I'm actually most happy with myself when something is perfectly seasoned and cooked properly," she says. "So like, it doesn't really matter what I'm cooking. If I brine a pork tenderloin for the perfect number of hours or if a marinade for steak has that perfect balance… 'Cause I don't really measure anything. So it's kind of always a crapshoot. If I execute perfectly, then I'm pretty satisfied. But if I can do something well, that's what makes me satisfied."

Williamson protects her family life in order to stay happy and healthy. "When I'm making a point to be mindful of my food, sleep, and fitness," she says. "The physicality of my job, not to mention all of the traveling I do, is taxing… Sometimes I need to reset and pay attention to everything that I'm putting my body through on a daily basis. That I've managed to maintain my family and my marriage through all the chaos that is our everyday life. I work in an industry of work or get worked… I'm proud that I haven't let that dictate my family life."

Williamson enjoys getting fresh produce from the farmer's market. "We do a lot of fresh berries and grapes," she says. "My son loves strawberries. We get strawberries at the farmers market, rinse them, and always have them ready. We love to make popcorn at home, so sometimes I'll make a big batch and [top] it with fun, different seasonings. I'll add some garlic or onion salt to jazz it up. We are into a drizzle of melted butter, and I have this truffle powder. I don't love truffle oil, but the truffle powder is delicious. [Then I'll add] some sea salt. And a powdered cheese never fails. Recently, at work, I put a dish on the menu that is garnished with popcorn seasoned with turmeric and fennel pollen. So it is light yellow and tastes fennel-y."

Victoria Justice enjoys hanging out in swimwear

Zoey 101 star Victoria Justice is sharing new music with her fans via her social media accounts. Justice, 30, posted a video of herself floating in a pool in a black and white swimsuit, while her song 'Only A Stranger' played. "#SentimentalGirlSummer is in full swing! I wrote this song for all my hopeful romantics out there. I hope you soak in all the summer vibes and keep streaming #OnlyAStranger this weekend ??," she captioned the Instagram post.

Justice has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to beauty know-how. "When I don't look my best, I detox with raw foods and lots of water," she says. "It makes me feel better. I wash off my makeup every night before bed. It's my number-one rule for good skin… I haven't found anything better than sleep and a good concealer. I swear by Clé de Peau Beauté. My mom didn't drink, smoke or tan while growing up, and she looks great. I'm following her plan."

Justice has a very specific sense of style. "I really love animal prints when it comes to fashion, and I thought it would be really cool to infuse them into the collection, so I did some bold and subtle designs with them in mind," she says of her unique party invite collaboration with Tiny Prints. "Even though I didn't have a formal graduation, (I was tutored on set) I just thought, 'it's a huge accomplishment and it should be announced in style'."

Justice is planning on releasing more music in 2023. "I am really looking forward to releasing a lot more music this year," she says. "I'm looking forward to getting back in the studio. I have a couple of film projects that are in the works and lined up, but I can't talk about them yet. But yeah, there are two other projects that I'm really excited about. I love what I do. I'm excited to keep singing, to keep writing music, and to keep challenging myself and playing characters that push me and are exciting, fun stories to tell."

Justice loved being part of psychological thriller The Tutor. "I love the stories that are being told in independent films," she says. "It feels like nowadays that a lot of them are more character-based, human stories. Those are the movies that I love to watch. It's not every day that you get to come across a script like this and you get to work with people as talented as this whole cast and crew. It was such a pleasure to work on this one."

Justice pays homage to Billy Joel with the art for her song 'Only A Stranger', which the legendary musician acknowledged. "My mom introduced me to Billy Joel at a young age, and we've always bonded over our love for him and his music," she says. "When I wrote 'Only A Stranger,' I felt like it was only right to honor one of my favorite albums ever. It just seemed to really work creatively for the song. The fact that [Joel] posted about it, acknowledged it, and knows that I exist is the craziest thing ever."

Sessilee Lopez-Holmes flaunts her model like body

Sessilee Lopez-Holmes is keeping things hot on vacation. In a new social media post, the wife of Coldplay manager David Holmes flaunts her model body in a bathing suit. "Vitamin Sea W My Littles," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "Total babe," one of her followers commented. "Ok abs," wrote another.

Sessilee spends a lot of time at the gym. Her favorite workouts? Strength training. "When you don't feel like working out, but it turns into the best session ever," she captioned a recent post. How much should you work out? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

If you want a hot body like Sessilee, you will have to work out for it. "I run like crazy on the treadmill. I go literally until I can't run anymore, and then I work on my stomach," she told WWD. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Sessilee loves fighting for fitness. She recently opened her own boxing gym, Craft Boxing Club. Boxing has many health benefits because it "constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Sessilee maintains a super healthy diet. She starts her day with a green powder drink, followed by a breakfast of gluten-free toast, eggs, and fruit. For lunch she makes her own sushi and dinner, a piece of fish, rice, and veggies.

Another way Sessilee ensures healthy living is by cooking her own meals, regularly sharing her dishes on Instagram. The model loves preparing food for herself and the family. "What's your favorite thing to cook?" she asked in one caption.

Ashanti flaunts her famous curves

Ashanti is heating up the islands – in her swimsuit. In one of her most recent posts, the body confident singer flaunts her famous curves in a bathing suit. "Bahama mama," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "Nelly is so lucky.. I'm just going to leave it at that," one of her followers commented, referencing her romantic reunion with the rapper. "Where the ring Nelly. Can u not see," added another.

"As you evolve and age, you become more comfortable in your skin. I might put on a bikini a little more often now than when I first came out," she recently told Prevention. "A lot of the confidence comes from within …. for me, it's just about staying true to myself and accentuating the good things I love about myself. I'm proud to be happy with who I am."

"With the position I'm in right now, I have to work hard and make some sacrifices. So, boundaries are important," she said about the importance of self-care. "I can do a bunch of interviews, but when I'm down to three or four hours of sleep, I have to [carve out some self-care time]. Creating a balance when working hard and going after all these amazing opportunities is essential. You have to be cognizant of your mental health, get enough sleep, drink enough water, and eat the right foods."

Ashanti has been promoting a mostly plant-based diet for a while, declaring herself a pescatarian. However, she told Prevention she is "trying to go vegetarian now."

"What goes into your body should go hand-in-hand with your beauty routine," Ashanti told Prevention. "I have been on tour for months, and tour food is not good, but I am back on track with juicing and incorporating healthy food and exercise into my routine."

"My mental health is amazing," Ashanti added. "I'm in a state of just being super grateful. I'm so blessed, and my heart is full." Protecting mental health is vital for overall well-being. Firstly, prioritize self-awareness, recognizing signs of stress or distress. Regularly engage in physical activity, as it releases endorphins that combat depression and anxiety. Prioritize sleep, ensuring 7-9 hours nightly. Build a support system of trusted individuals to share feelings with. Engage in mindfulness practices like meditation or deep breathing exercises.

Set boundaries, avoiding over-commitment. Limit exposure to negative news or social media. Consume a balanced diet, emphasizing foods that boost mood, such as omega-3 fatty acids. Finally, don't hesitate to seek professional help if feeling overwhelmed; therapists or counselors offer valuable coping strategies

Ashley Argota enjoyed her trip to Bali

True Jackson star Ashley Argota is on the trip of a lifetime to the beautiful Nusa Dua location in Bali, Indonesia. Argota, 30, and husband Mick Torres are celebrating their anniversary at the luxury resort, and the star shared pictures of herself wearing a lilac bikini as she posed in a stunning crystal-clear swimming pool. "Nusa Dua!! My jobs here were pool, golf wife, and somehow also chef ??‍?," she captioned the highlights post on social media.

Argota has a special drink to protect her vocal cords from strain. "I've always been a singer first, though, and I'm grateful to Rockwell Table and Stage for the great opportunity to sing," she says. "And being able to do musical theater allows me to go back to my roots. As far as vocal prep, I've gotten stricter about it over the years. I've noticed that my voice tires rather quickly. Before shows, I now warm up for about an hour using the MyPurMist steamer and I even stretch my body. I also have a couple concoctions that I drink – one is with honey locust syrup and hot water and another is with hot water, apple cider vinegar, honey, and cayenne pepper."

Argota and husband Mick Torres started their own production company, Mismo, after feeling pushed aside for roles. "We're giving ourselves a seat at the table before anyone opens up a chair for us," she says. "I think just one day that it dawned on me. I was like, oh my gosh it's because I'm not white. I don't look 'American' in the traditional sense. And it made me angry."

Argota loves doing pantomime shows. "The Pantos have become a staple of my year," she says. "My first one was Aladdin six years ago, where I played Jasmine. I was immediately hooked. The shows are so much fun to do, and watching the kids in the audience light up when they see their favorite fairy tale characters come to life, or when they hear their favorite song, or laugh at a funny joke, is just incredible. The Pantos are fun for both kids and their parents, and I love how it brings families together for the holidays. I've also met some of my closest friends doing these shows! I've been so fortunate to be a part of this world for so many years."

Argota says the reality of work on set is not always glamorous. "I just remember being on True Jackson sometimes and we had our taping days on Thursdays and Fridays, but on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all of us are coming in under-slept, no makeup on, hair is in a bun, sweatpants, reading from a script," she says. "I remember looking around at one point and being like, 'Wow, this is not what I thought having a regular job as an actor would be at all."

Argota would love to be involved in an A Series of Unfortunate Events adaptation. "For the past couple of years I've played characters that are all over the place," she says. "I've played the mean cheerleader, a rock star girl, a bionics person – I think I've covered a lot of the bases here. But you know what I loved when I was little? They already made a movie of the first three books, but I loved A Series of Unfortunate Events. That was my favorite book series ever for the longest time. If they ever remade those movies, I think I'd love to be Violet. "

Paulina Gretzky takes care of her body

Paulina Gretzky is leaning into fall in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer daughter of NHL star Wayne Gretzky looks gorgeous in a nude swimsuit, posing with golfer husband, Dustin Johnson. "Sweet September," she captioned the Instagram snap. "Wow amazing, totally different look," commented one of her followers. "Being sweet," added another.

Paulina may be "blessed with incredible genes" but still has to exert discipline when it comes to her diet. In fact, she believes that what you eat is ultimately more important than how you exercise. "But it's really 70-percent diet and 30-percent working out," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina maintains that exercise is "about fitting in some exercise wherever you are," she says. "I used to run every day, and I absolutely loved it. It was like meditation for me. I also loved kickboxing. What really kept me in great shape was dancing. Lately, I've been constantly on the go, so I don't get to run much anymore. Now I'm doing workout videos every day. If you don't want to go to the gym and would rather work out alone, all you have to do is find a workout on YouTube," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina maintains that diet is "as simple as Everything in Moderation." She allows herself to cheat on occasion. "I'll eat pizza and cheeseburgers, but I won't do it every day," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina plays a lot of tennis. "Same time next week," she captioned a series of photos on the court. ACE Fitness says that tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility, and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Married to golfer, Dustin Johnson, it's no surprise that the sport helps keep her in shape. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Solheim cup golf star Charley Hull looking good

Charley Hull is taking a break from golf. In one of her latest social media posts, the professional athlete flaunts her fit figure in a pink bathing suit while poolside, sending her followers into a frenzy. "Perfection," commented one. "Omg what a body wow," a second chimed in. "Smoking," added a third with a bunch of fire emojis.

Charley gave BBC's Good Food a rundown of her diet. For breakfast she keeps it simple with cereal and fruit. For lunch, she will eat "something healthy like salad," she said. Dinner is usually a "healthy balanced meal like chicken and vegetables. I can't cook but fortunately I live at home so mum does all the cooking," she said.

Charley doesn't "worry too much about" her diet. "Maybe I'll have to when I'm older but at the moment I don't have to be too disciplined as long as I'm eating a fairly balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables," she said.

Charley snacks on peanut butter and jam sandwiches. "I keep them in my golf bag to munch on during the day. I also eat lots of fruit too like apples and bananas," she said. She also muches on "lots of fruit throughout the day."

Hydration is also important, says Charley. "I drink a lot of water throughout the day and top up with hydration tablets. Particularly if it's hot," she said.

What is Charley's go-to cheat meal? "Pizza! Though I actually eat that during the season too. I don't really have to watch my weight but maybe that's my age and it will all catch up with me at some point!" she said.

Aside from gold, Charley works out. "If it's a non-tournament week I'll focus on working in the gym," she told Huffington Post.

Another way Charley mixes fitness with pleasure? "I also like going for long walks with my dog. I'll usually do that before I go out so I feel less guilty," she told Huffington Post.

Aimee Garcia is enjoying the end of the summer season

Aimee Garcia is enjoying the end of the summer season in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Lucifer and Dexter star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on the beach. "Last days of summer," she captioned the Instagram snap.

Glamour asked Aimee to walk them through her skin care routine. However, she maintains a key ingredient in her beauty routine is actually food. "Well, I swear by avocado. It's excellent for your hair and skin, so I eat one daily," she said.

"I work out every day or at least I try to. I believe that exercise preserves youth more than anything else," Aimee told Glamour. "Sometimes if I'm at home watching TV I do weight-lifting moves with cans during commercials. It really is that easy! Trust me, if you do that and throw in squats and a couple of push-ups during commercial breaks you will see a change in your body."

Garcia also likes to dance to stay in shape, which you can find her doing in various dance videos on social media. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Aimee also maintains that she drinks "tons of water," she told Filler. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Another beauty secret of Aimee's? "Sleep!" she told Filler. "Your skin rejuvenates when you sleep so it's the best pick-me-up activity …. Especially when you have to be at work at 4 A.M." According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Hannah Brown flaunts her insanely fit figure

Hannah Brown is red hot in Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a recent post The Bachelorette star flaunts her insanely fit figure in a red bathing suit while holding onto a drink and her fiancé. "Woke up 29 in Mexico with my fiancé?❤️ Grateful for this life and all the birthday wishes!" she captioned the Instagram snap.

Brown has a healthy morning routine. "My bed is just so cozy," she tells Us. While she's a "slow riser," she will (eventually) get up to "drink some water" and "read a little." She also journals in the morning.

Hannah exercises. "Lately, I've been doing weight training three times a week with 20 to 30-minute Peloton rides for my cardio," she told Us. "It's great for me to get a little sweat in every day!"

Hannah also walks her dogs. "Adam and I take Wally on walks around the neighborhood," she told Us. While walking she will "listen to my favorite podcasts, or have a phone call with a friend!"

Brown wraps up her day by "reading a few chapters of a good book" before hopping into bed. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Hannah loves cooking healthy meals. "I've really started to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The Instant Pot makes it easy to make a yummy meal quick!" she told Us.

"I try to eat around 11 after my workout, which could still be considered breakfast. Sometimes I'll have a banana, but my favorite is the breakfast tacos my boyfriend makes at home. It has to be with the Siete almond tortillas. They're so good with a little ghee butter on top, and then some scrambled eggs with either bacon or sausage. This is of course with some Cholula hot sauce on top," she told Bustle.

Hannah's "overall approach" to wellness "is to be present with my body and my mind — exploring what works and what doesn't as I continue to build strength and confidence."

WNBA Star Te'a Cooper looking good as always

WNBA star and free agent Te'a Cooper has clearly learned to love swimsuit photoshoots since appearing in Sports Illustrated. Cooper, 26, enjoyed some downtime by hitting the pool, and shared the photos on her Instagram. The athlete can be seen posing in the water in a vibrant red bikini, completing the look with a beautiful blue necklace and dark sunglasses, her hair pulled into a ponytail. "Te'a SWIM WEEK ?? @target," she captioned the post. "My girly," commented fellow player Angel Reese.

Cooper cooks her own meals as much as possible. "I recently just tried going vegan for a few months and it was great," she says. "I felt great. My body felt great. I had a lot of energy. It's just refreshing. This past year, I just started cooking regularly. I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, so I'm just now getting into that. I guess you can really tell the difference more if you aren't an athlete, but I really did feel the effect of eating vegan foods in the off-season. Energy-wise, during the day, when I'm not doing anything and I'm not sleepy without practicing stuff, I think that's when I felt the difference more. It's a huge difference, honestly."

Cooper is a Sports Illustrated model, and while she was surprised to be asked to take part, she was thrilled in the end. Being with her fellow athletes at the shoot in St. Thomas helped make her feel more comfortable. "When I got the call, I initially [thought], 'Did they call the right person?'" she joked."It kind of felt like I was getting ready for a game. It was really comfortable. I was super excited to just be with them and see them be out of their element, too. They are so empowering. They just really make you comfortable in your own skin."

Cooper believes in embracing the journey, both ups and downs. "Everything's not always gonna be up — it's a roller coaster," she says. "Sports teaches you the beauty of the ups and downs… I think for mental health purposes, enjoy that roller coaster. So, you know, things happen, but it always has a way of working out. So no matter where I am in life, I just feel like it's gonna work out. Unfortunate things happen, but it's like I've been there before, been down before, so I'm gonna be up soon, and I just kind of stay humble and stay in the middle and just stay steady, honestly."

Cooper loves how the WNBA players are becoming known for their fashion as well as their skills. "I took the game day 'fits very seriously," she says. "I would say embracing your own style and confidently walking in your own style [is important]. How you see yourself and what you put out there — the evolution of you and just seeing your style grow — I think is the most interesting aspect of it. I love fashion and I definitely want to be on a runway someday!

For Cooper, self-care is about a healthy lifestyle. "I think really, a lot of things are mental," she says. "People think eating healthy is like you're on a diet or you're trying to lose weight when really it can be a lifestyle. Like you just wanna be cleaner, you just wanna be healthier mentally, physically, emotionally, and some of that has to do with your food. I think just focusing on yourself and making sure you feel good is the best advice I can give. Everybody's story is different and everybody's emotions are different, so my advice won't help somebody who's not me—but just taking care of yourself could help everybody."

Tyne Lexi-Clarson flaunts her amazing body

Tyne Lexi-Clarson is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a recent post the Love Island hottie flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit, sending her followers into a frenzy. "Wow absolutely amazing," one commented. "Perfection," added another.

Tyne-Lexy enjoys swimming.

In a video, Tyne-Lexy revealed that she "hit rock bottom" after appearing on Love Island when her weight "ballooned." Instead of taking drastic measures, Clarson opted to lose weight the healthy way. "I didn't want to do anything unhealthy and I wanted to ensure that my weight loss came about through exercise and diet improvements," she said.

Clarson stays accountable by tracking her progress. "It was great looking at the pictures each week and seeing my body firming up. After every session, I feel a little bit fitter, my body was a little more taut and I always felt that I was moving in the right direction…" she said. "If you really knuckle down, it is perfectly possible to make quite big changes to your physique in six weeks. Taking the pictures was a great motivator because I was determined that I would look a little fitter in each one."

Meal replacement drinks are a "great way to boost the progress I was already making through diet and exercise," Clarson said. "They give you that extra push and I wouldn't have hit my target in six weeks without them."

Clarson maintains that her six week transformation turned into a lifestyle. "'I have got all my body confidence back," she said. "This isn't a short-term fix – I have got more energy, I feel more comfortable in my body and I going to carry on with all the good habits I have picked up in the last six weeks."

Cheerleader MaKayla Diggs loves hanging out in bikinis

Los Angeles Lakers cheerleader MaKayla Diggs is finally getting around to posting a bunch of pictures highlighting her amazing summer. Diggs looks to have had a wonderful time with her friends and loved ones, and spent plenty of time by the pool in a variety of bathing suits, including one blue metallic bikini. "Summer dump," she captioned the post. "One for the books??," a friend commented.

Diggs enjoys swimming and scuba diving, sharing videos of her adventures online. "While underwater, we also have the privilege of being in a sound vacuum," says scuba instructor Imogen Gray. "This, combined with the deep breathing, the peaceful setting and the mindfulness which comes with diving can create a safe space to escape your worries and let them go. Let them drift away on the current. Your worries can't find you when you're underwater."

Diggs sips on fresh pineapple juice for a delicious and nutritious pick me up—which is a particularly good choice for athletes and dancers. "Pineapple is the only food known to contain bromelain, an enzyme that helps your skin and tissues heal," says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. "Bromelain appears to produce substances that combat in pain and swelling."

Diggs supplements her diet with meal replacement shakes, which can be a convenient option for those too busy to stop and eat a proper meal. "Meal replacement shakes are designed to help an individual to lower their calorie intake and take the pressure off food and meal prep," dietitian Nichola Ludlam-Raine tells LiveScience. "They're designed for people who don't want to think about what they're eating and just want to 'grab and go'."

Diggs hydrates with fresh coconut water when she's on vacation. "The electrolytes found in coconuts have great benefits – not only to maintain fluid levels inside cells, but for delivering water to where it is needed most," says sports nutritionist Jess Hillard. "This helps keep us hydrated, which subsequently improves skin health, regulates body temperature and supports joint health."

Diggs jokes that all her social media pictures are of her vacations, which studies show are good for your health. "What we found is that people who vacation more frequently in the past 12 months have a lowered risk for metabolic syndrome and metabolic symptoms," says Bryce Hruska, PhD, assistant professor of public health in the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. "Metabolic syndrome is a collection of risk factors for cardiovascular disease. If you have more of them, you are at higher risk of cardiovascular disease. This is important because we are actually seeing a reduction in the risk for cardiovascular disease the more vacationing a person does. Because metabolic symptoms are modifiable, it means they can change or be eliminated."

Pole Vaulter Riley White is looking good

Riley White is starting off the week in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the gorgeous pole vaulter flaunts her fit figure in a bathing suit, driving her followers wild. "Happy Monday, she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Bod!!!" commented one. "So perfect," added another.

Riley has become an avid golfer, regularly sharing photos from the course. "Off day = golf day," she captioned a recent one. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Riley is a fan of the perks of caffeine. "Two of my fav things: coffee and brunch," she captioned a recent post.

Riley doesn't mess around when it comes to the gym. She likes to divide her workouts out by muscle, focusing on her back one day and legs another. She is also a living testament that lifting heavy weights does not result in bulking you up.

Riley understands that recovery is key. She loves soaking in the hot tub. "Don't mind rainy days when I can spend em here," she captioned a post. Soaking in a hot tub boasts the same benefits as a bath, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

In her recent post Riley shows off her moves – her yoga moves that is. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jessika Power has an amazing body

Jessika Power is dividing the internet with her latest swimsuit video. In a recent TikTok the Married at First Sight star flaunts her amazing body while lip synching in a tiny bathing suit. "WHAT ARE THOSEEEEEEE," she captioned the post shared to her Instagram account. "Hottt," commented one of her followers. However, several others criticized her for sharing the racy video.

"I don't have a grueling diet or exercise regime," Jessika told Daily Mail Australia. However, she cut "a lot of sugar, alcohol" and smoking out of her diet. She also never skips breakfast and eats healthy dinners and instead of snacking on junk food eats homemade kale chips, made with salt and olive oil.

Jessika prioritizes produce. She eats and drinks her veggies. "I make lots of fresh juices and just try to keep it clean and lean," she told Daily Mail. "An apple a day….." she captioned a recent snap holding a piece of fruit.

Jessika also exercises. She prefers outdoor exercise – like walks and hikes – over the gym. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Jessika indulges in the "occasional binge," she told Daily Mail. "I'm addicted to KFC wicked wings and have a sweet tooth, but I listen to my body and what it wants."

Jessika isn't "perfect" but has learned to accept her body for how it looks. "Every woman has cellulite and little lumps and bumps, I've just learnt to embrace and love mine," she told The Daily Mail. After filming MAFS, she had an expensive procedure done, an autologous fat transfer done, removing fat from her "problem areas" and redepositing them into her breasts, transforming them from a B-cup to a D-cup. "I put some weight on during MAFS and after eating healthy and exercising, I had a bit of weight loss. Also with my break-up with Dan there was a lot of stress there as well," she told New Idea. "I chose the fat from the underside of my thighs. I had this little pocket of fat, I don't know what it is, no matter how much dieting I do, no matter how much exercise I do, I just couldn't get rid of it."

Cheerleader Michelle Leonardo shares swimsuit photo on honeymoon

New York Knicks Cheerleader Michelle Leonardo got married over the summer and had the most incredible honeymoon in Europe. Leonardo shared pictures of the trip, including snaps of herself posing in a bright pink bikini on a boat with husband Alexander Tan. "Sicily, you were a dream. Next stop, St. Tropez. #honeymooners," she captioned the post. "Barbie & Ken- the pre release," teased a friend in the comments.

Leonardo says the training regimen for the Knicks City Dancers is not for the faint of heart. "Throughout the last 5 years I was often asked the question 'how do you do it all?' While holding down a full time career in media, I somehow fit in multiple 6-10 pm rehearsals and 2-11 pm game days each week, promos and appearances, and everything in between," she says. "I usually answered this question by laughing and saying 'I don't sleep'. While that was half true, the whole truth is I did it all because it was my purpose. The sweat, sore muscles, exhaustion, I loved it, because I loved this team and the purpose it gave me. This team turned a 25 year old girl into a woman who knows exactly who she is, who can confidently go in any direction and who can always hold her own."

Leonardo makes time for yoga, even when her schedule is crazy. "Time management is really important, and taking care of yourself is really important," she says. "We have really long, hard practices. I'm usually doing physical activity at least four to eight hours a couple days a week, so eating right and getting enough sleep is crucial. With work, I'm the type that likes to bullet-point everything. So I have my to-do list, and I'm just constantly checking things off."

Leonardo's days are filled with team practice as well as her non-cheer responsibilities. "Every day is different and I love it," she says. "My day is typically dictated by what my night looks like. I'm usually in the office around 9am – 5:30pm then rush uptown to be at rehearsal from 6pm – 10pm. If I have a game, we're on the court anywhere from 1pm – 3pm for rehearsal/sound check. So I'm on the go from 9am – 10pm."

Leonardo's background in pageant competitions made her a shoo-in for cheerleading. "I'm actually a former pageant girl, so beauty and makeup and hair is sort of embedded in my DNA," she says. "My go-to lipstick is MAC in Angel, and I love MAC blushes, too. I'm really big on the blush color Harmony right now."

Leonardo loves how unique the Knicks City Dancers are compared to other NBA cheer teams. "I always knew who the Knicks City Dancers were, but who they were back when I first learned about them compared to when I rediscovered them was very different," she says. "The team rebranded; we're very Broadway, and we have beautiful costumes, so we're not a typical NBA team. When I saw the costumes and the production and the lighting, it was just something I knew I wanted to be involved with. I decided to audition about six months out, and I prepared every day. I knew if I was gonna do it, I had to give it my all."

Clarissa Molina shows off her amazing body

Clarissa Molina is expressing her gratitude on her birthday – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Univision star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit, while sharing a message with her fans."Thank you papa God for another year!. A new year, new things, new life, happiness!. Thank you God! Thank you all for your love and well wishes!" she captioned the Instagram post.

While preparing for Miss Universe, the Dominican celebrity exerted discipline to drop weight fast. "This super strict diet that I followed for almost two months helped me lose weight, 40 pounds. In Miss Universe I reached 115 pounds. Imagine yourself. A big difference," she explained in a video shared to Facebook. "Obviously this diet takes a lot of sacrifices, but the reward is good and the result is what you want at the end of the day, which is to lose weight and look spectacular." She added: "Obviously it was not easy. For me, the part of all the pressure that I had for Miss Universe was very difficult. It was in two months, I did not have a year to prepare. So that's why I had to make it very strict," she confessed. "I recommend that you do it exactly as I told you now and that you really want it. If possible. At the end of the day the important thing is how you feel."

Clarissa's diet started with breakfast, two egg whites, a small cup of 6 to 7 pieces of pineapple, and tea or coffee without sugar. She would also have green tea. For a snack, between breakfast and lunch, she would eat a green apple or six almonds, followed by a lunch of lettuce and tomato salad with a can of tuna with lots of lemon. "I tell you a can of tuna because it has more protein. In my case, when I made it I only ate half a can of tuna. But I recommend that you eat it completely," she said. For dinner, she would eat the remainder of the tuna with a salad of cucumber, tomato and lettuce".

Two months prior to the competition Molina went to extreme fitness measures and started working out three times a day. How often should you exercise? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Clarissa also enjoys riding bikes in her free time. The Cleveland Clinic explains that cycling is a low-impact aerobic exercise, great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Clarissa is a fan of dancing, a great workout for many reasons.
