Madelyn Cline is heating up TikTok

Madelyn Cline is heating up TikTok in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Outer Banks star shows off her incredible body while dancing to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun in her bathing suit while drinking champagne. "It took a few tries by Girls Just Wanna Have Fun," her friend captioned the clip.

"When I was younger, I did struggle with eating disorders, specifically when I was a teenager," she shared with Women's Health. "I think I was around 16 when I started working out a lot. I would wake up every morning at 5am and I would work out for 30 minutes. It was super rigorous cardio every day. I started cutting calories. I would eat like six almonds for breakfast because I didn't want to counteract the cardio that I just did."

"Sometimes I'll wake up really hungry," Cline shared in a Harper's BAZAAR Food Diaries video. "I'll do a breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, [or] maybe a smoothie," she confirmed. Even before breakfast, though, she starts off with some old-fashioned hydration. "I usually wake up pretty thirsty, so I'll probably chug some water," she added.

Madelyn spends a lot of time outdoors. "I want to climb a mountain or go backpacking somewhere. That'd be really cool," she told Buzzfeed. "Like, I hate going on hikes, but I feel like I should climb a mountain at least once in my life. Just to say I did it. Yeah. I saw the view, I saw some clouds. And yeah, it's good, I did it. No more hiking ever again. Just cross it off."

Cline indulges in fast food. "On some days, In-N-Out," she said about her favorite spot. "My order is a double-double [burger] with everything on it, plus chopped chillies, with an animal-style fry (AKA loaded fries), and a Diet Coke."

"For dinner, because usually I wait to eat lunch later, I will probably do something just a little lighter. I love soup: chicken tortilla soup, I love a good green soup, lemon orzo soup is really yummy. I like Matzah ball soup, [and] potato and leek soup. The possibilities are endless here."

Madelyn maintains that shooting Outer Banks is a great workout. "I get very sweaty. It's a fun show, we have a good time shooting it. It is very physically demanding and emotionally taxing," Cline told Interview.

Golfer Lilia Schneider shares some swimwear photos

Lilia Schneider is getting patriotic in her bathing suit. In one of her social media posts the college golfer flaunts her seriously fit figure in a red, white, and blue swimsuit. "God bless the U.S.A," she captioned the post.

Lilia plays college golf, which clearly helps her stay in shape. "Trying to get out and play as much as I can right now!" she captioned a recent post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

In one of her Instagram Stories, Lilia reveals that one way she gets her cardio in is via a spin bike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Lilia also stays in shape by walking her dog. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Lilia doesn't just focus on getting her body in shape – she is also training her brain. She is currently studying at Marian University.

Another way Lilia stays in shape is by going on walks on the beach. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Maggie Rawlins recently enjoyed a day at the beach

Maggie Rawlins was just a nurse until 2016, when she was discovered by Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, as a part of their yearly SI Swimsuit Search. She recently enjoyed a day at the beach and shared a new reel on Instagram of it. In it, Rawlins was in the water while her dog ran to join her.

Rawlins did a "20 Questions" interview with Modeliste. In it, she talked about her approach to working out. "I don't really adhere to a strict routine right now. If I feel like my body needs to rest, I don't force a workout. I try to just take it day by day."

Rawlins is all about empowering others. She talked about this in her Modeliste interview. "I think empowerment comes from community and support, it's all of us standing together to lift each other up when we need help and to not be held back by society or inequality as women, minorities, or whatever that may be. I think it's the right to know we can stand for something, we can be successful and can make a difference."

Rawlins likes to spend time outside. She told Modeliste that she still did so during the pandemic. "I try to get outdoors as much as possible. Whether it's on the beach or boat in Charleston or for a quick walk for fresh air in NYC." Mind.org states that going outside has a lot of benefits. "Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. For example, doing things like growing food or flowers, exercising outdoors or being around animals can have lots of positive effects."

Rawlins worked hard to get the career she has, and made sure to go after what she wants. She encouraged others to do the same in her Modeliste interview. "Don't take no for an answer. Keep pushing. Don't let the industry define who you are or what you can/cannot do."

Rawlins loves to ride horses. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself riding on a trail. The American Heart Association states that riding has a lot of benefits. "A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered 'moderate exercise,' said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, 'while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.'"

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion shows off her bikini body

Megan Thee Stallion is one of the hottest and most successful female rappers right now. She's released hit songs like "WAP" with Cardi B, "Hot Girl Summer," and "Savage" including a remix with Beyonce. The latter song earned the duo a Grammy in 2021. Megan just shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, she wore a bunch of different outfits that showed off her abs and figure.

In an interview with InStyle, Megan revealed that she wants to take a break from making music. She says that she is still reeling from being shot by Tory Lanez, and wants to focus on healing. "Fans can expect new music when I'm in a better place," she says. "Right now, I'm focused on healing. The music and entertainment industry can be a grind, so it's important to take time off and avoid burning out. Life is all about balance."

In a revealing interview with ELLE, Megan talked about her shooting incident, and why this interview will be the last time she is publicly discussing it. "My purpose is for these words to serve as the final time that I'll address anything regarding this case in the press. I understand the public intrigue, but for the sake of my mental health, I don't plan to keep reliving the most traumatic experience of my life over and over again. I'm choosing to change the narrative because I'm more than just my trauma."

Megan tells ELLE that she is no longer seeing herself as a victim, but as a survivor. "I don't want to call myself a victim," Megan said. "As I reflect on the past three years, I view myself as a survivor, because I have truly survived the unimaginable. Not only did I survive being shot by someone I trusted and considered a close friend, but I overcame the public humiliation of having my name and reputation dragged through the mud by that individual for the entire world to see."

Megan isn't afraid to speak her mind about causes that are important to her. In her ELLE interview, she says that she wants to help other women who have experienced abuse. "We can't control what others think, especially when the lies are juicier than the truth. But as a society, we must create safer environments for women to come forward about violent behavior without fear of retaliation. We must provide stronger resources for women to recover from these tragedies physically and emotionally, without fear of judgment. We must do more than say her name. We must protect all women who have survived the unimaginable."

Megan has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets with Harper's Bazaar. Megan says that since she has to wear makeup for her work, she always makes sure to take it all off. "Every night before bed, I have to wash off the 20 pounds of makeup that I have on all day from doing hot-girl stuff, shooting on set, talking to cute boys. I just literally wash all the hot-girl stuff off, and then I put on a little moisturizer and a little Bio-Oil."

Greta Onieogou took a trip to Calamigos

Greta Onieogou is best known for her role on the hit CW series, All American. She's unafraid to show off her body on social media. Onieogou took a trip to Calamigos recently, and made sure to post highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a green dress and a black swimsuit, looking stunning.

As you can tell from her recent post, Onieogou likes to go to the beach. Naturally, one of the things she does to stay in shape is going swimming. In a set of photos that she posted on Instagram, Onieogou is seen in the ocean. She captioned it, "What's your sign? Imma Pisces." Also, in photos she posted from Hanalei Bay, Onieogou is seen floating in a pool.

Onieogou spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is going on hikes. She shared photos on Instagram of herself hiking in Joshua Tree. The Cleveland Clinic states that hiking has many benefits, including improving your balance. "Just think of what the ground typically looks like on a hike — hills, dirt, mud, rocks and roots of trees that create an uneven terrain. When you're navigating the outdoors, you're able to adjust to those changes in your balance."

Onieogou has an adorable dog named Billie, who is prominently featured on her Instagram. News In Health states that having any type of pet has a lot of benefits. "Interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support, and boost your mood."

Immersing yourself in a hot tub offers a multitude of mood-enhancing benefits. The warm water and soothing jets create a tranquil environment, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. As your body absorbs the heat, blood circulation improves, aiding muscle relaxation and releasing tension. This hydrotherapy experience prompts the brain to release endorphins, natural mood elevators that alleviate anxiety and uplift spirits. The hot tub's calming ambiance also provides a space for mindfulness and unwinding, leading to better sleep quality and overall mental well-being. Whether alone or with friends, indulging in a hot tub offers a therapeutic escape from daily stressors, fostering a positive and rejuvenated mood.

The sun has a remarkable impact on our mood due to its ability to stimulate the production of serotonin, often referred to as the "feel-good" hormone. When sunlight touches our skin, it triggers the brain to release more serotonin, promoting feelings of happiness and well-being. Moreover, exposure to sunlight helps regulate our internal body clock, enhancing sleep patterns and energy levels. The sunlit environment also encourages outdoor activities and social interactions, which further contribute to a positive mood. Thus, basking in the sun not only provides physical warmth but also nurtures our mental and emotional health, fostering a brighter outlook on life.

Gabrielle Union is considered one of Hollywood's most gorgeous and ageless women

Gabrielle Union recently enjoyed a tropical vacation with friends, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, she is seen enjoying a day on a boat, eating at a restaurant, and seeing fireworks with friends. Union wore many different outfits, including a blue and white striped two-piece swimsuit. She captioned the post, "One night turned into several."

Union shared some of her go-to workouts with Women's Health. She says that one thing she likes to do is Pilates."I'm not a morning person, but I have to work out early because of my schedule. The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings. It's for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I'm also more clear."

Union loves to spend time outside. She tells Women's Health that she'll go outside in any weather, and she'll do a bunch of different activities. "I need vitamin D on my face. Give me a trail, a park, a walk down the street with the dogs, a breeze, rain. I'll go hike. I'll get a lawn chair sit outside my trailer so I'm not trapped inside."

In an interview with Fitness Magazine, Union talked about her diet. She says that she believes in moderation, and is flexible with her diet and exercise. "I just stay active, and not let it get too out of control. I eat more vegetables, and just as I love the occasional rib-eye steak, I do try to cut down on the actual portions. I don't need the 12 ounces that I'm used to; I'll go for 6 ounces as a happy medium."

Union makes sure to stay hydrated. She tells Fitness Magazine that she mostly drinks water, and sometimes will add lemon. "It's just important to get the water in. If you can replace sugary drinks, or coffee, with water, you're still ahead of the game."

Union makes sure to stay motivated. She tells Women's Day Magazine that she uses New Year's Resolutions as a way to motivate her. "It's not enough to just say what you want. You have to take active steps to get there, while at the same time giving yourself some grace. That active step towards your dream might just be getting out of bed and brushing your teeth."

Roselyn Sanchez shows off her amazing figure

Roselyn Sanchez' career has taken off in the recent years. She's appeared on shows like Devious Maids, Grand Hotel, and most recently, Fantasy Island. She and her husband also host the He Said, Ella Dijo podcast together.

Sanchez recently enjoyed a pool day, and posted highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a fuschia swimsuit, looking stunning. Sanchez captioned the post, "Adios. Until November."

Saachez talked about dealing with stereotypes and wanting to be an example for the Latin community in an interview with The AV Club. She says that she always makes sure to work hard. "It's the story of my life, and I just have to not get discouraged and count my blessings, to be honest with you. I've worked consistently; I've always played amazing Latino characters. Some of them will be viewed as stereotypical. Devious Maids got a lot of backlash and a lot of heat because everybody was like, "Why are these five actresses who are so accomplished playing maids?" [But] I'm not seeing it as a maid—I'm seeing it as a character, as a person. There's nothing demeaning about a maid.

And if it's a role that has some meat, [where] I can do something special with it, I'm all about it. But I've been fighting that fight my whole life, because of the way I look, the way I speak, the way I carry myself. People have this perception, and they put you inside this box and they don't see past that, so I have to fight."

Sanchez talked about her health in an interview with HOLA! She says that she makes sure to stay motivated. "I stay fit with exercise and take care of my health. This has always come naturally to me and it's been part of my life without even thinking about it, but now I feel that it's become a duty. Now it's not about exercising because I like it, I tell myself, 'Roselyn, you do this because when your boy turns 30 and gets married, you have to be there.'"

Sanchez tells HOLA that she has a lot of healthy habits, which lead to good skin. "I've never been a drinker or a smoker. I don't know for sure if this is the reason why I look younger. Doctors claim that leading a healthy life consisting of good habits like eating healthy and getting enough rest is fundamental to good health. I've never gone to bed with my makeup on, but I'm not a big fan of beauty products and I've never had plastic surgery. I practice a bit of discipline and I'm good to myself."

No matter how busy she gets, Sanchez makes sure to exercise regularly. She tells HOLA, "I exercise a lot. I've been dancing ballet since I was four, and have been practicing it constantly throughout the years. It's very important for me to keep moving and stay active."

One of Sanchez's beauty secrets? A diet with not a lot of salt. She tells HOLA, "If you want your face to look chiseled, no sodium two days before. I learned that from our friend JLo. She said, 'I approach everything like a sport, so when I have a concert, I train for that – and then I can do whatever I want until my next one.'"

Hailey Bieber knows how to treat her body right

Hailey Bieber, renowned for her radiant glow and impeccable fitness, showed off the results this week with an Instagram photo of her in a swimsuit, captioned "Girl Dinner." Despite the cheeky caption, Bieber knows how to treat her body right. Starting each day with a glass of water before indulging in her beloved coffee-on-an-empty-stomach routine, Bieber emphasizes hydration's importance. Her skincare line, Rhode Skin, reflects her commitment to healthy skin. Glazing Milk, a staple from her line, replenishes her skin's vitality, particularly after sun-soaked escapades.

Bieber's connection with nature extends beyond aesthetics. She cherishes outdoor workouts, crediting the ocean's saltwater for its soothing effect on her sensitive skin. The allure of Pilates and invigorating boxing sessions further exemplify Bieber's holistic approach to well-being. Keep reading to see the proof.

Bieber shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Cut. She says that the first thing she does each morning is drink water. "I'm a coffee-on-an-empty-stomach type of person, which I know is not very good for you, so I at least drink water or hot water with lemon before the coffee goes into my body."

Bieber has amazing skin, and even has her own line of products called Rhode Skin. She shared some of her favorite tips and products with The Cut. Bieber says that she uses her Glazing Milk product to hydrate her skin. "When I'm out in the sun all day and I need that reset of hydration after swimming, especially after being in salt water or the pool, I need that extra oomph before reapplying sunscreen."

Bieber shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with E! News. She says that she likes to spend time outside, and not just to get a workout in. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean," Bieber explained. "Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."

Bieber is a big fan of Pilates. "I used to be a dancer," she told E! News. "So I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout." The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates is a great core workout, which means it has many benefits. "When we're weak or out of alignment, it makes it harder to find our center of gravity, which can make us more prone to injury, especially in moments when we're trying to perform multiple movements at once (coordination). By strengthening your core, Pilates may make it easier to find your balance — and maintain it."

Bieber also likes to box to stay in shape. She told E! News, "I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health." Harvard Health states that since boxing is an aerobic exercise, it has a lot of health benefits. "Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther."

Camila Mendes is looking good

Camila Mendes recently shared a swimsuit photo with the caption "Lost at Sea," radiating a healthy glow. Her dedication to well-being is evident, reflecting the hard work she puts into maintaining her health and vitality. Through consistent hard work and commitment, she exemplifies the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Mendes's candid display of self-assuredness and vitality in the photo resonates as an inspiration for her followers, highlighting the importance of both physical and mental wellness in achieving a radiant outlook.

"One time I met a fan on an airplane," she told InStyle. "I think we were both coming back from Brasília, which is where my parents are from in Brazil. She and I were both headed back to LA and she came up to me when I was in line to get on the flight and then we found out that we were sitting next to each other and we ended up talking for the entire, I dunno, eight hour flight. I can't remember how long it was, but she and I talked about how we both had body image issues and how she also struggled with an eating disorder and how I helped her accept herself and she expressed her appreciation for the things I've spoken about and shared her story and it was really emotional and she's still a friend that I keep in touch with sometimes."

Mendes uses Loop skin masks. "I use them all the time. For me, I am somebody who's always struggled to find masks that fit on my face with loops. It actually just sticks on your face so well, and you can do laundry and talk on the phone and I don't know, you can do cartwheels if you want. You can literally do anything while wearing a Loops mask. And on top of that, it's really good skincare and the way that we weave it into a sort of daily skincare routine just makes it really convenient to use and very effective," she told InStyle.

In Hollywood, she has learned "that nobody's going to look after you except yourself and you got to look out for yourself. You got to stand up for yourself and if you have a problem, speak up. Just do it respectfully and with grace. That's it," she told InStyle.

For her Riverdale audition, "I was the very last person they were seeing and I managed to squeeze in an audition and I got there 30 minutes late. My hair was frizzy. It was raining that day. I remember the casting director telling me, she's like, 'You're a little matte right now. At CW, we're glossy.' It's glossy lips. Cheeks are glowing. She's like, so come back a few days from now. Then they brought me back for a producer audition," she told Stephen Colbert. Her friend did her makeup to make her look "glowy, like she just came out of the womb."

Pilates offers numerous health benefits tailored to women's well-being. This low-impact exercise enhances core strength, promoting better posture and reducing back pain common in females. By focusing on controlled movements and breathing, Pilates cultivates flexibility, aiding in muscle tone without bulk. Women also benefit from improved joint mobility and balance, which becomes increasingly important with age. Stress reduction is another advantage, as Pilates encourages mindfulness and relaxation. Whether aiming to regain pre-pregnancy fitness or boost overall vitality, women find Pilates a versatile solution, enhancing physical resilience and mental equilibrium simultaneously.

Candice Swanpoel recently enjoyed a trip to Mykonos

Candice Swanpoel is one of the most successful models in the 21st century. She's best known for her work as a Victoria's Secret Angel. Swanpoel recently enjoyed a trip to Mykonos, and shared some photos on Instagram. In them, she and her friends enjoyed a day by the water and on a boat.

In an interview with UBeauty.com, Swanpoel talked about some of her wellness secrets, including how she approaches eating. "I don't stick to a specific diet," she says. "I eat whatever my body needs or craves. I have to eat a lot to maintain my weight, so I'm lucky I can eat anything, but I do focus on foods that make me feel good and give me more energy."

Swanpoel doesn't just vary her diet, but also her workout. "My routine is constantly changing but depending on what is going on in my life, I am either allowing my body to rest or working out for a specific goal," she told UBeauty.com. "My goals when working out are to build on my foundation. I am naturally extremely thin, so I need to add weights to keep my curves, which is how I feel my best and most beautiful. I don't overdo it, as I like to keep a natural feminine figure. Thirty minutes a day, four times a week does the trick for me–if I can be consistent. Which is not always the case."

Swanpoel has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her routine with UBeauty.com. "Mornings, I cleanse, tone, and moisturize, and use a strong SPF. Nighttime, I double-cleanse, tone, and use a retinol or U Beauty's amazing Resurfacing Compound and moisturize with a thicker product. I love your hydrating moisturizer, The SUPER Hydrator, and I never forget my eye cream. If I have time, I use product on my body. I use The SCULPT Arm Compound on my entire body."

One skincare product Swanpoel likes to use is a cleanser. She tells ELLE that since she has oily skin, she has to cleanse on a regular basis. "I like a foaming cleanser because I have quite oily skin. I really like to feel like I'm getting all the dirt off. I have one that I get from Wholefoods that's green tea-based, it's super natural."

Swanpoel has a busy life between her career and her family. However, she tells UBeauty.com that she makes sure to make time for herself. "I disappear from society. Haha. Avoid eating out and drinking alcohol and make sure I'm going to sleep early and exercising. Rest is extremely important for me to have the energy to do the things that help me reset."

Ice Hockey Star Mikayla Demaiter shows off her beautiful figure

Mikayla Demaiter started her career as a hockey superstar. She then built a strong following on Instagram. Demaiter is known for posting revealing photos on her page. She shared a new set of them from a photoshoot this week. In them, Demaiter wore a red swimsuit, her figure on display. She captioned the post, "I may be hard to forget, but here's a reminder just in case."

Demaiter spends a lot of time outside. She shares a bunch of photos on Instagram of herself doing outdoor workouts like riding jet-skis and swimming. New York Presbyterian states, "Being outside supports an active and healthy lifestyle, which is one of the best ways to improve your health. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, physical activity can help manage your weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and make your bones and muscles stronger."

Mikayla Demaiter's fitness regime includes squats, a powerhouse exercise targeting her legs and glutes. With a history in hockey, she recognizes the importance of strong lower body muscles for optimal performance. Squats not only build muscle but also improve overall balance and posture. Lala Kent shows off her amazing body

Lala Kent first made waves when she joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules in its fourth season. She quickly established herself as one of the show's breakout stars. Since then, Kent launched her own makeup line, podcast, and wrote her autobiography. She just shared some recent highlights on Instagram, including a photo of herself at a party for Valley Brat. Kent captioned the post, "A little bit of life lately."

Kent works with personal trainer, Jenna Willis, to keep herself in shape. Willis shared some of Kent's workout secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. "We're on a four-times-a-week regimen. Most of my clients start at three, and then depending on their desire and their schedules they can progress from there."

Willis makes sure that Kent's entire body gets a workout. "Our focus is actually evenly distributed between lower and upper body," Willis tells Us Weekly. "Many women don't realize they lack upper body strength until I put them through a strength test. I've witnessed tremendous growth among my female clientele with newfound strength in their upper bodies."

Kent shared some of her wellness secrets on Instagram. She says that when it comes to her diet, she doesn't like to limit herself and believes in balance. "Moderation is key. I don't like 'diets.' Enjoy your life. Eat amazing tasting food…Every body is beautiful, and if you feel confident and happy, that is all that matters."

Kent shared some of her skincare secrets with Glamour. One thing she makes sure to use is a cleanser. "The first step is my LHA cleanser gel by SkinCeuticals. I love it because I find a lot of my cleansers do not take my makeup off fully, and I have to use a good toner or I'm going through tons of makeup wipes to get it off. I have white bedding; I don't want anything on it. It's also decongesting. When I'm filming, I like a matte finish on camera, and my pores get clogged very quickly, so I need something that's going to pull everything off my face."

Kent tells Glamour that she uses bio oil on her skin. "I struggled with my skin when I was younger, and I find that even if you're spending $400 on skin care, it's not going to be a cure-all. It's okay to venture into the drugstore and find something like Bio-Oil, which is my most favorite thing ever. I use it all over my face, all over my body. And this also for stretch marks, which it's incredible for."

Lily James shares photos from her never ending Summer

Lily James is in Greece. How fitting. One of her most famous films, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, was set there, so she looks right at home. The actor shares a series of swimsuit looks. How does she stay so fit and centered? From meditative mornings to post-shoot rejuvenation, James has painted a vivid picture of her daily life in interviews. The actress also reflects on the essence of love, as captured by Richard Curtis, and recounts her personal romantic favorites.

"The first thing I do when I wake up is, I'd like to say meditate. I've started meditating, but it's probably just look at my phone. Meditate, or look at Instagram. It's one of the two," she told Net-a-Porter.

"The first thing I do after wrapping a shoot–well, there's a healthy version and an unhealthy version," she told Net-a-Porter. "The best thing that I could do for myself because your nervous system is so exhausted, is to go on nice long walks and go somewhere, be in nature, be relaxed and calm. But often, all I want to do is eat and drink!"

When asked about Richard Curtis' take on love—the screenwriter wrote her movie Yesterday, as well as Notting Hill and Love Actually—James had this to say: "Well, there's always a moment where you have to sort of with energy run towards the person you love or beat time or else it won't succeed. I wonder if I've had that yet. I don't think I have." He pauses. "Oh, I actually had an amazing moment when my boyfriend flew to New York and as a surprise when I was doing press there, and he tried to get up to the room, but it all fell apart because the personal reception wouldn't let him up to the room. So instead of knocking on my door and arriving, you had to call up from reception. It slightly ruined it, but that was a rushing to get there, I suppose. But that feeling that you're against times against you and that love has to seize the moment," she told Harper's Bazaar.

"I loved the EMM dress I wore for the Pride and Prejudice and Zombies premiere. It was kind of had an off-the-sleeve cropped top and a long skirt, but it was black and gray, so it wasn't that, but it was because on the night, well, first of all, actually I was at the premier with Matt [Smith] because we were both in the movie. So that felt quite amazing. And also the wind was really strong and that had a ribbon, and the photos just looked quite sort of old school and quite romantic, I think."

"I think that everyone loves to laugh," James said about her rom-com What's Love Got to Do With It at the Toronto International Film Festival. "I think it's like every single one of us on the planet is, I think in one way or another, searching for love, whether it be in your family or in a partner. And we all get it wrong and we all get it right. We are all in this big mess. And she always said, my character's like in a washing machine the whole time.

Frankie Bridge recently shared some stunning photos on her Instagram stories

Frankie Bridge is best known for being a member of the hit girl group, The Saturdays. Bridge has also appeared on shows like Strictly Come Dancing and I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! She recently shared some stunning photos on her Instagram stories. In one, she sunbathed in a black swimsuit, captioning it, "Yes England." In the other, she wore a yellow swimsuit top and red bottom.

Bridge shared some of her diet and exercise secrets with Cosmopolitan. She says that she worked with a trainer to not only help her get in shape, but to also help her learn how to do things correctly. "When I first started working out with my new trainer, he was like 'show me how you do a squat', so I did, and he said 'yeah, that's not gonna do anything'. I think it's important to learn how to do things properly. I've been doing squats and all sorts with a trainer before, and I've never realised that I've been doing them wrong. I could've done 100 squats the wrong way and been like 'yeah, it aches a bit'. Where as I can do five with this trainer and be in agony. I would say to learn how to do the moves properly, it makes a big difference."

Bridge makes sure to eat healthy, and shared some of her favorite meals with Cosmopolitan. "I'm quite a boring eater. I go through phases. I've got an obsession with granola and yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries so I'll have that in the morning with a cup of tea. For lunch, I'll have salad with tuna, and then for dinner I'll have brown rice and quinoa and some sort of fish or meat, and some kale. I'm obsessed with kale."

One thing Bridge does to stay in shape is weight train. "Up until the new year, I was doing pilates and boxing throughout the week, whereas now I've started weight training," she told Cosmopolitan. "A lot of people I knew did it and I've heard a lot about it burning fat and being good for toning, so I've started doing that with a new trainer. I really like it. My bum and my legs just weren't changing before I started weight training, but now I have noticed a difference [from squatting with free weights] quite quickly."

While Bridge eats healthy, she also doesn't like to restrict herself too much. "I try to stick to having a 'cheat day'," she told Cosmopolitan. I believe in them. I don't think you should restrict yourself completely. It's hard at social stuff, but that's where you have to be flexible. Don't set yourself a specific cheat day if your plans for the week don't fit in with it. If you know you're going out for dinner one night, that can be your cheat evening, and then try and be good the rest of the week."

Bridge revealed to Women's Health that she and her husband like to do hot yoga together. "I mean it's hard work – and so sweaty it's unreal – but it's also calm. I couldn't just sit there and meditate all morning – that's not really my thing. It's not good for me to give my brain too much space to think."

Lais Ribeiro is making waves showing her incredible physique

In the world of SI Swim, model Lais Ribeiro is making waves not just with her stunning swimsuit photos but also with her invigorating fitness routine. Here, we delve into her secrets for maintaining her incredible physique. From the sauna sessions that prep her for makeup to post-show steams that unwind her, Lais takes self-care seriously. Even while traveling, she remains dedicated, using FaceTime to exercise with her trainer.

"I'm going to do a little sauna before I'm going to get ready because this is what I like to do before my makeup and just relax my body. It's good for everything," she told Coveteur. "I do it every day because my fiance, he's an athlete and he told me that it's good for the skin, it's good for stress, it's good for sleep, and it's like many benefits that you can take out of it. He does the ice. I do the hot tub because I'm Brazilian and I'm always cold."

After a show, "I have a steam and when I go, I take all my makeup off and I like to do this steam before I go to bed because it just relaxes my body and I put some lotion, cream moisturizer, lip balm. It's very simple, very easy to do and fast—and drink a lot of water. Very important," she told Coveteur.

"We do prepare ourselves all year long because it's not easy to shoot lingerie every week, every day," she told Hollywood Insider, "and just before the show, two months before the show, I try to go [work out] every single day. If I'm traveling, I do FaceTiming with my trainer" and do exercises like hop rolls and boxing moves.

"I have a son, so he pretty much motivates me when I don't have energy or when I don't look good. Even sometimes the glam team come to my place and then we are doing hair and makeup, and then he's just like, 'Oh my, mom, you look beautiful.' I'm like, oh my God. He motivate me pretty much," she told Hollywood Insider.

"As when you guys came in, I was listening to Brazilian music, which is my favorite of all of course, and I think to pump it up some hip hop because New York's New York. Since I moved here. My Brazilian gang and I, we always go to this spot that's calledFat Cat. That's where I learned how to play pool," she told Coveteur.

Naomi Schiff enjoyed a trip to Sri Lanka

Naomi Schiff is a trailblazer. She's a successful racing driver. She's also transitioned into acting. She recently enjoyed a trip to Sri Lanka, and shared some photos on Instagram. In them, Schiff enjoyed time by the pool, wearing a blue swimsuit and a pink swimsuit. She captioned the post, "Vitamin ? and C ?We spent the last few days of our trip to Sri Lanka on the south west coast at the @thesandhya resort in Ahangama. An amazing stay filled with sun, surf and smiles. "

Schiff wants to be an inspiration and representation for black women in racing. She talked about this with Refinery29. "I was basically like an alien because I was both female and Black. I was always the only one in the room. I don't even know if there were any other Black female racing drivers at all when I raced. It makes me proud to be able to bring a different type of representation to broadcasting in motorsport that hasn't existed prior to me, in terms of being a young woman and a woman of color."

In an interview on Red Bull's website, Schiff shared her advice for others who want to break into an industry. "If you walk into a room and there's no one who looks like you, whether that's in motorsports or sport or business, it has no bearing on your own capabilities. It might be harder, and people might not understand your struggle, but that doesn't mean you can't do it. Don't stand in your own way—other people will do that. Go for anything you want to do."

Schiff does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape, and shares a bunch of highlights on her Instagram. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. Schiff shared this set of photos of herself hiking on a mountain in the Western Cape. She captioned the post, "Not too shabby." Schiff also shared this photo of herself sitting on top of a mountain overlooking the beach, captioning it, "Where's this pic taken?"

Another outdoor activity Schiff likes to do to stay in shape is going biking. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going on a bike ride in Amsterdam. Better Health states that biking has a lot of benefits. "Cycling can help to protect you from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity and arthritis. Riding a bike is healthy, fun and a low-impact form of exercise for all ages. Cycling is easy to fit into your daily routine by riding to the shops, park, school or work."

The advantages of sunshine are diverse and impactful. Sunlight's most prominent benefit is its role in synthesizing vitamin D in the skin, crucial for bolstering immune responses and maintaining strong bones. Exposure to the sun also triggers the release of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that uplifts mood and reduces stress. By regulating circadian rhythms, natural light contributes to improved sleep quality and a more balanced internal body clock. Moreover, well-lit spaces have been linked to heightened cognitive function and increased productivity, ideal for effective learning and work environments. Lastly, the sun's natural antibacterial effects support skin health and can aid in the healing of various skin ailments.

Track and Field Star Jess Gardner is living her best life this summer

Jess Gardner is living her best life this summer. In one of her latest social media posts the pole vaulter flaunts her Insta-famous figure in a skimpy bathing suit while lounging on the shoreline. "My happy lil summer," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Jess spends a lot of time at the gym lifting weights. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

When Jess isn't in the gym you can find her walking on the beach.

Jess also does yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jess loves getting out in nature and going for hikes. "Elevated," she captioned a photo from a hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

When Jess is near water you can find her kayaking. "Whatever floats your boat," she captioned this post. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Jess enjoys the perks of coffee. "Whenever I need a pick me up, I add a shot of espresso to my Iced Chai Tea Latte," she captioned a recent post.

Bri Teresi looking good as usual

Bri Teresi is heating up South Florida. In one of her latest social media posts the golf influencer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit. "How's your day going?" she captioned the Instagram post. "So beautiful," one of her followers commented. "Absolutely gorgeous," another added.

Bri loves exercising outdoors. "[I stay in shape] by hiking," she revealed during an Instagram Q&A. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

When it comes to food, you won't find Bri on any crash diets. "I stay thin because I eat a healthy, balanced diet. It's not really about exercise for me," she said during the Q&A.

Another fitness habit of Bri's? "Weight lifting," she said during the Q&A. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Bri also does a lot of yoga.

Obviously, golf is a big part of Bri's life and workout routine. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
