Eva Longoria is showing off her forever young figure in a swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the actress and director shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit, posing on the beach with her pals. "Beach day," she captioned the Instagram Stories photo.

In a recent interview with Reader's Digest's The Healthy, Eva was asked about the secret to her longevity. "Nobody is going to beat aging. I'm not doing any anti-aging things. But as you go along life, the technology has been so amazing in the last decade in regards to skincare, and healthcare, and just taking care of your bodies, that why not take advantage of that technology? A lot of women want to feel good in their skin. And so what happened with me was I had Santi, and I gave myself a lot of time to be grateful to my body for producing a human being. So I wasn't rushing to get back to the way I was before, or How fast is she going to bounce back? and all that. So he was almost a year old by the time I go, 'OK, let me get back into my workout routine.' And then it was years later after I was working out regularly eating well, sleeping well, doing everything right, that I finally go, 'Oh, I still have this saggy skin that I want to tighten up.

How do you do that?' And I was talking to a mommy friend of mine and she was like, 'Oh honey, you should do Morpheus8.' And I was like, 'What? What is that?' And she said, 'Oh, it's this radio frequency that tightens the stomach, or face, or arms, or whatever, and it tightens the skin, and it tells your stomach to wake up and start making collagen again.' And I was like, 'Oh wow.'"

Eva maintains that exercise is not just for her physical health. "I work out five, six times a week, but my workouts are my mental health hour. I really need that energy and endorphins in the morning to really function throughout the day. So I love that it obviously has great side effects of being in shape, but for me it really clears my mind and I'm a better mom, and I'm a better businesswoman, and I'm a better wife because I get those endorphins first thing in the morning," she told The Healthy.

"So I started coming out of postpartum with bouncing. I love my trampoline workouts because it's high-intensity but low-impact, and I don't have the best knees. And I was like, "I can't run anymore. What could I do that gets that sweat but isn't so impactful on my body?" Bouncing on the trampoline was amazing. And it's also great for your mind. It's a lot of mental gymnastics as well with sequencing, and memorization, and it's like a dance routine, and so it's creative. I mean, it was really servicing everything I was looking for at the time," she told The Healthy.

Eva uses weight training as a "supplement" to her jumping. "I do a lot of weight training with my trainer," she said.

Eva maintains that "meditating" is another crucial health habit. "It's just lifesaving, and I only do it five minutes a day. It's not like I do an hour of meditation. No, sometimes I do it two minutes … but I do it," she told The Healthy. "It grounds you in your day. I do all these guided meditations."

Madison LeCroy is living her best life this summer

Madison LeCroy is living her best life this summer in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Southern Charm beauty goes boating in her bathing suit in her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. "Keepin' it reel," she captioned the Instagram post shared with her followers.

At home, Madison uses an infrared sauna. She is also a fan of using a sauna blanket when she is on the road. "You guys know that I have the one out in the garage, but this one you can travel with," she said in an Instagram Story. According to the star, the blanket is "mood-lifting" and activates "glowing skin." There is also a towel that goes with the sauna that "goes on underneath" for a "dry brushing" and provides a "full-body detox."

Madison is open about going under the knife. "After giving birth to an 10-pound baby eight years ago, I no longer felt confident in my own skin," she revealed in an Instagram photo. "I've always been fitness obsessed and aware of what I was eating but sometimes, no matter how much you diet and exercise, there are areas that don't quite bounce back to where they were originally." She went to doctor, Patrick O'Neill, who "gave me my confidence back and transformed the parts of my body that I was most self-conscious about. Women should never be shamed for doing anything that makes themselves more confident or love themselves more. If it makes you feel better about yourself, do it!" she said.

Madison is one of the many stars who is obsessed with cold plunging. "Have you guys ever done cold plunge!? If not go see my friends at @sweathouzmtpleasant @sweathouzwestashley but if you aren't local find one near you @sweathouz," she captioned a recent post.

Madison does healthy cleanses. One 30-day eating and drinking plan she was on eliminated alcohol as well as "artificial" carbs and sugar. "I just started to feel really bad," she said about why she was inspired. "I just said, 'This has got to stop, so I'm gonna make these foods and I'm gonna eat this kale salad and eat grilled chicken and broccoli four days a week, or whatever it was, and no alcohol for 14 days.' That kind of thing was very tough," she added to Bravo.

Madison has a yo-to approach to diet and exercise. "It's definitely been a struggle. I go back and forth. I'm good for a week and bad for a week," she said about her eating habits. "I try to work out at least four days a week, sometimes it's three days. It's all generally mental health for me, I crave it. I definitely feel that it makes me a little bit less on edge… I love working out with other people, all ages, all sizes, because when the girl beside me is giving me a run for my money, you know I'm running fast. I'm like, 'OK, girl. Let's go.'"

Saved by the Bell star Tiffani Thiessen shows off her figure

Tiffani stays busy in the kitchen, which is the first step of her healthy eating plan. "I grew up in a long line of women who love to cook," Thiessen told People, "I just kind of went right into it with them. As I've gotten older and I started traveling to other countries, my love of cooking just expanded."

Tiffani eats healthy – most of the time. "I try to use a balance of the 80/20 percent, where 80 percent of the time I'm eating very well, and 20 percent of the time I'm a little more adventurous," she told People. "For me, it's high protein, and really coming down on the carbs, or the bad carbs, as much as possible."

Tiffani does a lot of different workouts. "I've always been someone who doesn't like doing the same thing every day, so I like to change my workouts up. I do strength training and HIIT classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and then I do mat Pilates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On the weekends I usually go hiking. In California we have such great hikes," she told Self. "I also have a Peloton, and I used that very much at the beginning of the pandemic. But I missed having that connection with real people, so since things are starting to open up, I went back to a private gym."

Tiffani drinks 3 liters of water every day, she revealed to People. "​​I'm really good about drinking water in the morning. I usually drink either regular water or I'll do hot water with lemon. And then at night it's either tea—I love turmeric and green teas from Kilogram—or I just try to down even more water before bed," she added to Self.

Tiffani stresses the importance of sleep. "I'm actually a morning person—I find myself waking up at about 5:30 or 6:00 a.m.—so I like to be in bed by 9:00 p.m., with lights out by 9:30 or 10:00 p.m.. But I know I don't sleep as soundly after having children, because I feel like I have an ear open constantly no matter what," she told Self. One thing that helps her achieve a good night's sleep? "Exercise helps everything, and it 100% impacts my sleep. If I don't get my normal exercise in, I see a huge difference in how my body feels later that night—it makes it hard to fall asleep, and I've found it messes with the quality of my sleep as well."

Nicole Scherzinger shows off her incredibly fit and toned physique

Singer Nicole Scherzinger is 45 and in the best shape of her life in Mykonos, Greece. The 45-year-old star shared a fabulous video of herself frolicking in a crystal-clear swimming pool, wearing a blue bikini that emphasized her incredibly fit and toned physique. She even gave a slow motion hair flip in the water, much to the appreciation of her followers. "This view is absolutely gorgeous," a fan commented.

Scherzinger keeps active by taking long walks and trying out a variety of different workouts. "I like to switch it up and try new things, but most recently, I've just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts," she says. "I love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio. It's really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up."

Scherzinger starts the day with plenty of protein-filled choices. "I love eggs and bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham," she says. "If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I'll make an oat milk smoothie. Sometimes I'll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory." For a treat, she enjoys Cheetos and cake. "I love red velvet cake with cream cheese icing [or] carrot cake with cream cheese icing. I love muffins and cakes."

Scherzinger loves intense, sweaty workouts. "I love running and I love hot yoga," she says. "I just love the sweat, I love that it pushes you in hot temperatures and I love the stretching side of it. Take care of yourself and do what makes you feel good. Eat the right food, exercise, workout, listen to music that puts you in a positive mood. Find time for prayer and meditation and make time for you – take a bath, go for a massage, workout, stretch…"

Scherzinger swears by massages and cold showers for self-care. "I like a deep tissue massage by a strong woman!" she says. "And for a quick fix, hot yoga, a cold shower, and an espresso shot. I like working out as much as possible, as it helps to set my mind straight for the day. The endorphins are great. I'm also very much about eating what you want, within moderation. You've got to enjoy yourself, right?"

Scherzinger is thrilled at how diverse the health and beauty industry has become. "Growing up was hard for me, I didn't really fit in especially with my skin color. But now it's a melting pot and everyone's mixed," she says. "I love how diverse it is. I didn't think that my skin tone used to be matched by brands, but now brands like Armani and Dolce & Gabbana and YSL who were typically more light in tone now have more orange tones and the right pigment to suit my skin tone and other exotic skin tones as well. I'm really excited about it."

Obviously, Charlotte spends a lot of time on the tennis court, a workout that blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," explains ACE Fitness.

Charlotte enjoys riding a stationary bike. "Pushing limits," she captioned a post. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Charlotte gets a good cardio workout in by going for a run. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Charlotte enjoys the perk of a daily cup of coffee, which offers several health benefits, per the Cleveland Clinic. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

In her latest "self-care" Instagram post, Charlotte walks her dogs. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Lucy Hale shows off her amazing body

Lucy Hale is enjoying the month of the lion in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media updates, the Pretty Little Liars alum shows off her amazing body, lounging on the beach in a bathing suit. "The leo rising in me says," the star, who turned 34 in June, captioned the series of Instagram snaps with her millions of followers.

Lucy is all about exercise. "I think the more things you try and the more active you become, the more confident and comfortable you become with yourself," she told People. "I'm much happier, my mood is better when I'm consistently working out. I'm just one of those weirdos who likes working out. I really enjoy it." "I do a lot of strength training because I like to feel strong," she added to Shape. I'm 5-foot-2, but I like to feel like a badass and to know that I could kick someone's ass. So I do pull-ups and do squats with the big-boy weights. I even flipped one of those big tires once. And I just discovered Pilates. My butt has never been higher, and my abs have never been stronger.

Our bodies are so amazing and resilient, and we don't give them enough credit. I spent much of my teen years and early 20s not loving my body and not being good to it. I'm trying to make up for that because we get only one body. We have to take care of our temple."

"I also like group fitness. I think that's a way you can see your friends and break a sweat but still have a good time. I do things like Soul Cycle and Training Mate," she said.

Lucy only eats creatures that swim. "I mainly follow a pescatarian diet," Lucy dished to People. "I don't even like to say diet, just a pescatarian lifestyle. I don't do dairy and I try to cut back on processed stuff. I typically like to prepare all my food so I know what I'm getting."

Lucy maintains a healthy diet most of the time, but when she goes to a restaurant she doesn't hold back. "I love going out to eat. I'm not going to say no to French fries or pasta if it's there. I just try to eat in moderation," she dished to People.

Lucy doesn't skip the first meal of the day. "I think about breakfast all the time," Lucy confessed to Harper's Bazaar. "I like all the meals, but I think breakfast is definitely my favorite. But my breakfast can vary from a peanut butter, Perfect food bar to chocolate chip pancakes, with bacon and eggs. Just kind of depends on the day."

Lucy claims that "intuitive eating" is the way to go when it comes to diet. "If I'm craving chicken, I'll have chicken. If my body is saying, 'Don't reach for the doughnut,' I don't reach for the doughnut. If my body is saying, 'You deserve a doughnut,' then I'll do it. But I'll never give up coffee. I'll never give up my lattes or bread. There was a phase in my life when I didn't eat bread. What the hell was I thinking?" she told Shape.

Lucy understands the importance of keeping herself properly hydrated. In her latest photo, she sips out of a coconut on the beach. The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Alessandra Ambrosio is having a hot European summer

Alessandra Ambrosio is having a hot European summer in her swimsuit. This week, the 42-year-old supermodel has been vacationing with friends, sharing photos of her bathing suit adventures on social media. After spending time in Ibiza, she ended up in Formentera, looking fabulously fit. "Whatever floats your boat," she captioned a recent Instagram post.

"After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told The Edit. "I'm all about moderation and eating something different every day. Obviously I try not to splurge on pasta, but if I'm back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based—and so yummy—I'll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I'm back in L.A."

Alessandra has been doing Pilates for over a decade. "It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean," she told Glamour. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

"I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," Alessandra told FOX News. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes."

"I wish when I was younger, I went to the gym," Ale told The Zoe Report. "But I love dancing — at that time, I danced a lot. But I wish I went to the gym earlier because now I just love being able to take care of my body and taking that time [for myself]. As much as you are taking care of your physical [self], your mental health [is also impacted]. So that one hour that you spend doing something for your mind and body, and I think it's a good thing."

"I feel like I have so many rituals these days," Alessandra told TZR. "I start my day with a little meditation and then I love doing yoga, and then I like to drink my water and hydrate. And sometimes I'll put a little lemon in my water, so that's part of my wellness, because I think the lemon in water, it's really good for you. And, through the day, water, water, water — hydrate yourself," she added. "So I think water is one of the most important things that we can do for our beauty, inside and out, to feel good, to feel hydrated, to feel healthy," she says. "If there's one thing I don't like about water, it's when it [has a] taste. [This one, however,] was tasteless. That means that the pH of this water is the same as our body. It comes from the Alps, and it's bottled right there so it's fresh, yummy, full of minerals, and super healthy."

​​"At night, I like journaling," Alessandra added to TZR "I don't journal every night, I'm going to confess right here, but at least three to four times a week, I'm journaling what's going on with my mind. I think it's really important. I [also] love taking baths and putting a nice candle. I love doing a massage, sometimes, natural oils for my skin. So anything I can get my hands that is natural, I'll do it."

Jenna Berman is looking good

Model and influencer Jenna Berman is back to doing what she does best—posting swimsuit photos on her social media. Berman, the doctor's physician and ex-girlfriend of Nick Bosa, shared a picture of herself posing in a hot pink bikini with matching lipstick, posing against a background of greenery and blue skies. "Oh hi," she captioned the post, much to the appreciation of her many followers. "Barbie?" a fan commented.

Berman loves riding a bike outside in the fresh air. "Many people feel a lot of tension about working out, losing weight and lowering their blood pressure," says certified fitness instructor ShaNay Norvell. "Outdoor exercise is enjoyable and feels more like play than a chore."

Berman lifts weights at the gym as part of her workout regimen. "It's not just cardiovascular exercise, such as running or aerobics, that can benefit your heart," says Emma Mitchell, a physiotherapist at Bupa UK. "Strength training is also good for your heart health. Some studies have shown that just one hour of weightlifting per week can reduce your risk of having a heart attack or stroke as you get older. This may be because strength training can help to reduce your blood pressure and might lower your risk of obesity too."

Berman is not a carb-avoider, and loves pasta dishes. "Carbohydrates are our body's main source of energy," says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. "For most people, carbs are an essential macronutrient that provides the energy to get through a busy day… People often say that carbs are fattening. But complex carbohydrates, like whole grains, are not fattening foods."

Berman travels with resistance bands so she can get a quick workout wherever she is. "With any type of exercise, you have to maintain proper form and posture, just like you would if you were using an exercise machine," says exercise physiologist Christopher Travers, MS. "And the reps and resistance may change based on the individual. Just take your muscles to fatigue to get the most out of a session."

Like most influencers, Berman loves to travel around the world. "Traveling for pleasure can contribute to subjective well-being because people have more opportunities to detach from their work environment, to experience new things, and to control what they want to do during vacations," says Paul Simeone, PhD, Vice President and Medical Director of Behavioral Health with Lee Health. "There's ample research to support that positive travel experiences can make a person healthier, can strengthen their relationships, and benefits their overall wellness."

Turkish actress Mine Tugay is soaking up the summer sun at a luxurious resort on the beautiful Aegean coast. Tugay says she enjoys exercise but sometimes struggles to find the time to work out. "It's good, but it's not very regular due to the uncertainty of shooting times and days," she says. "But I still try not to miss out on Pilates with equipment for at least two hours a week. If I can't go to class, I exercise at home on an elliptical. I'll put myself on a tighter schedule in the coming weeks."

Tugay enjoys a healthy diet with plenty of healthy fats and vegetables. "In the morning before breakfast, I drink a glass of warm lemon water, and for breakfast I eat 3 slices of unsalted meat, about 100 g of cottage cheese, cucumber, unsalted olives and 3 walnuts," she says. "When I get hungry between meals during the day, I immediately prepare a yogurt cure with lemon, hot chili pepper and black cumin. I eat as many vegetables as possible. Even though I love butter, salt and sugar, I cut it out of my life."

Tugay is diligent about protecting her skin. "In my twenties, I started using age-appropriate daily care creams regularly," she says. "I would definitely moisturize my skin and use rose water as a tonic. I would never miss removing my makeup and my daily skincare routines. Well, now I say that I did. I can observe the benefits of skin care that starts on time. I have a mask that I make with manuka honey, turmeric and lemon juice, which I sometimes apply. I also do yoga to feel balanced."

Tugay is a strong advocate for holistic health and wellbeing. "My instrument is my body, so my priority is; to protect it, keep it well and stay healthy in my life," she says. "I take care to eat healthy, I try not to interrupt my sports. Unfortunately, I've been having a hard time during this pandemic period. I had to take a break from Pilates for a while, but luckily I started again. I do yoga at home, I work with the trampoline. Yoga and meditation are among the most special tools that add awareness to my life.

You notice a muscle you never noticed, you face an emotion that you have never faced, your thoughts also stretch as your body stretches, your perspective changes, you grow from the inside out as you get to know yourself."

Tugay struggled to gain weight for years, having inherited a very thin physique from her mother. "I actually gained weight for a few years," she says. "Likewise, from the age of 17 to the beginning of my 30s, I was always 47 kg (103 pounds). At that stage, I struggled a little to gain weight; I achieved this with formulas such as consuming fish oil, milk and dairy products a lot, and eating late at night. Now I am trying to maintain this weight."

Ava Maxshows off her incredible curves

Ava Max is heating up the South of France in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Psycho singer shows off her incredible curves in a floral bathing suit. "Blooming in Canne [sic]," she captioned the Instagram post shared from Cannes.

Ava revealed during GRAMMY.com's Herbal Tea & White Sofas video series that she loves snacking on produce. "I'm usually always hungry, so snacks!" the Albanian American singer said when asked what is on her tour rider. Fresh fruits and veggies, including blueberries and carrots and celery with ranch, are a few of her faves.

Ava has a mild gluten intolerance, opting for gluten-free alternatives for her sandwiches and even crepe batter, using brown rice flour in her crepe batter. "I even created a crepe tutorial for YouTube, it was hilarious! I ordered European chocolate from Amazon, similar to Nutella, and then used a raspberry sauce for toppings. I was getting obsessed," she told Uproxx.

Ava has a guilty pleasure: Candy. She revealed to MTV that Halloween candy is her weakness. "Snickers, Smarties, and maybe a Ring Pop. I love a Ring Pop. Let's be real," she exclaimed.

"The beginning of quarantine, I did not [order from] Postmates because I was so terrified. I cooked every single meal," Ava revealed to MTV about her pandemic hobby. "I'm not even kidding you. I told my mom, I'm like, I give you kudos, because my wrists were hurting. I was cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My niece would come over, I would make her food, and then I'd be like, wow, moms do so much. That was just cooking. That wasn't even cleaning up babies, which I don't have. I'm like, imagine being a mom. Kudos to moms. I just clap for all moms out there. Because the cooking was hard all day."

Ava has another favorite healthy snack. "A lot of people don't know this, but chestnuts are one of my favorite foods," she told MTV. "Not even kidding you. It's an Albanian thing, too. Albanians love to make chestnuts during the wintertime. We can turn into a chestnut if we eat too many. It's full of carbs."

Ava loves Albanian food cooked by her opera singer mother, with "feta on everything," she told Herbal Tea & White Sofas. Two of her favorite dishes? Spanakopita and rice pilaf with homemade tzatziki. Costeen Hatzi shows off her amazing figure

Costeen Hatzi is heating up Greece in her swimsuit. In one of her latest vacation posts, Nick Kyrgios's girlfriend shows off her amazing figure in an orange bathing suit while lounging on the beaches of Kos. "You'll find me here," she captioned a series of snaps shared with her Instagram followers. "Beauty," commented one. "So so hot," added another.

When your boyfriend is a top tennis star, it is inevitable that you play as well. "Hitting the courts," Costeen captioned this photo of herself playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

During a recent trip to Nassau, Costeen showed off her paddleboarding skills. "Paddle board series," she captioned the gorgeous snaps. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Costeen walks a lot, especially while she travels. "Exploring," she captioned an Instagram photo of herself taking a walk in Venice Beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Costeen likes to do Pilates. "Anyone else in love with Reformer Pilates and what it can do for your body? It's my new obsession, " she revealed in a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

When Costeen needs to unwind, she picks up a book. "My new favourite read. Can't put this book down," she captioned a post. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Another healthy habit of Costeen's? She rides bikes. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Costeen enjoys the perks of coffee. In the summer, she prefers her daily cup of Joe on ice. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Amy jackson enjoys a summer vacation

British-Bollywood actress Amy Jackson is taking some time off from her busy schedule as a working mom to enjoy a summer vacation with her family. Jackson, 31, shared some highlights from her luxurious trip, including stunning pictures of herself posing on a boat in a black bikini, against a background of sparkling water and blue skies. "Summer Lovin'," she captioned the post.

Jackson starts her day with green juice and an energizing workout. "I love a juice in the morning, usually a full green juice which cleanses my system," she says. "I also rely on my regular spirulina shot. You know, I was with my mom last week. I went to the gym, and when I came back, she said, 'You are glowing'! After a good workout, your blood circulation is better. It helps get rid of all the toxins and you have a healthy glow. I really think working out plays an important part in skincare."

Jackson cut out dairy from her diet for the sake of her skin. "Usually my days are really hectic, so I don't have too much time to spend on skincare," she says. "But I have to give a minimum of 5 minutes a day, morning and night. I do the basic–my Pond's face wash for cleansing followed by a moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated. There was a time when I used to love dairy products. Ice cream and pastas with creamy sauce! But, dairy really affected my skin and tummy. I actually became lactose intolerant overnight. That's the reason I stopped dairy completely. I noticed that my skin started to clear up a lot. Also, pollution! It damages the skin just as much as the sun does."

Jackson learned to dance for her Bollywood roles. "Dancing was never my strong suit," she says. "And I think that was probably the aspect of the industry that I found the most difficult. When I was living in Mumbai, I'd be doing my dialogue classes in the morning and all afternoon I'd spend learning the different dance forms, it took a lot of effort for sure."

Jackson says her advice for anyone younger is to stay hydrated. "Drink. More. Water! Stay hydrated," she says. "You know, I never used to drink water consciously until a couple of years ago. I used to only have fizzy drinks, coffee etc. I was obsessed with Red Bull when I was shooting for something. But I've realized the importance of staying hydrated at all times! It's extremely necessary."

Jackson has a healthy attitude to wellness and beauty. "They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I kind of don't believe that," she says. "I feel like beauty comes from even before seeing anyone, you feel it. For me, I consider somebody beautiful when I have a real impact of their energy. I can feel it before I see it and that's a feeling and that's a way that it translates into me. So that's how I see and feel and appreciate beauty."

Chenoa is having fun in the sun

Argentine-Spanish singer Chenoa (real name María Laura Corradini Falomir) is having fun in the sun at the beach. Chenoa, 48, shared pictures of herself looking luminous in a black and white swimsuit, sipping on fresh coconut water against an ocean background. "Relax Time ☀️?️?? ," she captioned the post. "I will not be like this with 48 or with all the gold in the world," a fan commented—but it turns out that Chenoa's routine is actually not impossible.

Chenoa believes if working out is not a lifestyle habit it doesn't work. "Doing sports is always very long-term," she says. "I don't believe in radical methods, in the end it's a way of life. It is not a coach, but a change of mentality, in the end it is your own will. Nobody is going to lift the weights if you don't lift them. It was all about unlearning concepts and going back to learn."

Chenoa considers the aging process to be a privilege. "I manage [aging] by taking care of myself because I like to be happy, which is the fundamental thing, and to feel excited about having another day in my life," she says. "I don't quite understand those who say they don't like birthdays—age makes you more experienced. It is true that the body also has its ailments but for that I take great care of myself, I eat healthy, I do sports and I try to look at life with beautiful eyes, which makes your life younger."

Chenoa considers working out to be good training for when she hits the stage for her high-energy performances. "I have to do those routines to be on stage moving like there's no tomorrow," she says. "And the psychological part is basic—we have to release a lot of serotonin and exercise manages to reduce the risk of depression. If you only use sports to be good-looking is another objective, but it's not mine."

Chenoa says she called her album I Am Human to reinforce how she feels about being her authentic self. "I am human and on top of that I am a woman," she says. "It's not an excuse, but it is a reminder. Sometimes we are very constrained with perfection and I think it is important to remind ourselves that making mistakes also helps us. I think that we (women) are required even a little more, as always one more step, on top of the fact that we have it more complicated."

At 48, Chenoa says cleansing is the most important part of her skincare routine. "The most important thing for me is to remove my make-up," she says. "Note that it's not so much the steps that I follow, but rather to remove my make-up well, and that I rest my skin at night, because sometimes I don't get [enough] sleep. But [to let] the skin breathe and be well."

Diana Vickers is having a relaxing holiday in Menorca, Spain

British singer and actress Diana Vickers is having a sunny, relaxing holiday at the beach in Menorca, Spain. Vickers, 32, shared highlights of her trip to the Balearic islands, including pictures and video of herself wearing a green bikini as she took a dip in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. "Freckles, me, my sister and other cute stuff by the sea," she captioned the post.

Vickers enjoys yoga, including hot yoga, and dance-based fitness classes. "I do barrecore, which is a combination of yoga, Pilates and ballet techniques," she says. "I always feel good after it. I'm a member of Fitness First gyms, too. I don't believe in dieting. Some days I have lots of chocolate, cheese and pasta, but generally I have a balanced diet."

A typical breakfast for Vickers is cereal and toast, before going for a 6km run. "With lots of lads in the crew, the catering van always puts chips on at lunch but I stick to grilled fish with vegetables," she says. "Might have a bit of sticky toffee pudding. I manage to drink two liters of water throughout the day. I'm good at bringing nuts to snack on during long days… At home my boyfriend, who is a chef, brings home lamb chops with yogurt and fresh mint, which we have with salad and heritage tomatoes."

Vickers' perfect day consists of plenty of delicious food and grilling. "I'll be eating breakfast on my roof terrace," she says. "After that, I'll probably be going into the village near where I live for a drink. I'll also be buying things for a big barbeque later that day. Then I get the boyfriend on the barbeque and my pals come round. We live near the Ginger Pig, which is one of the best butchers in the UK; it's just up the road. It normally supplies some of London's best restaurants. We go in there to buy a filet steak, sausages and chicken steaks. My boyfriend is a bit radical and he'll throw a bit of liver on the BBQ. I live with my sister and friend Emily, so they'll always be involved."

Vickers has transformed her skin thanks to Kylie Minogue's dermatologist. "I used to hide my face with my hair and hands," she says. "I started taking Roaccutane, went on the Pill and started seeing a dermatologist called Jenny Harding, who's worked with Girls Aloud and Kylie. She does amazing facials and creates special creams for me. I'm also drinking loads of water and not getting stressed. It's changed my life."

Vickers swears by self-care and a simple routine for looking and feeling her best. "Take your make-up off at night to avoid clogged pores, drink plenty of water for glowing skin, and for pearly white teeth, chew gum – my favorite is Wrigley's Extra White Bubblemint," she says. "I book into a spa for a facial and body massage. Then I go with a girlfriend for smoked salmon and poached egg on toast at The Riding House Café, near Oxford Circus [in London]."

Mia Regan is looking good on the beach

Kelly Brook is enjoying a sun-soaked vacation by the ocean

Kelly Brook is back in bella Italy a year after getting married to husband Jeremy Parisi. The British model is enjoying a sun-soaked vacation by the ocean, happily feeding the fish and posting highlights on social media. Brook, 43, shared a picture of herself wearing a beautiful print-pattern bikini that emphasized her hourglass figure while relaxing on a luxurious yacht, her hair up in a matching hair band. "You look unreal Kelly!" a fan commented.

Brook works out for her mental health as well as physical. "I do exercise a lot, I think that's really good for not only your body but also your headspace," she says. "If I'm feeling a bit down or have had too many glasses of wine, a quick run around the park leaves you feeling happier and clearer headed, like you've done something kind for yourself."

Brook does weight training, Pilates, and yoga classes. "In terms of what exercise I do apart from running, I'm going to start doing a bit more stuff in the gym in terms of weight training," she says. "I went to see one of our producers when she was in one of the Miami Pro Building competitions, and she has completely transformed her body. And I think I could definitely do with a bit more toning around my bum. I looked at her bum, and I was like gosh that's goals. I like trying all kinds of different exercise; Pilates, yoga or even just walking and do it whenever I can fit it in really."

Brook starts the day with a long walk. "I walk my dog for two hours every morning," she says. "This has replaced the gym and I'm a lot happier for it – it's funny how having a dog has made me healthier and happier. I try to avoid my phone in the morning, if I can. I'm very disciplined in my exercise, food and screen time. Mornings are for the family and myself, and I work every afternoon on Heart radio. It's a good balance."

Brook is only growing more confident with age. "I like getting older," she says. "I travel more, I am happier, more confident and way more resilient when things don't work out. I bounce back quicker. In my 20s, I was desperate to work and prove myself. Now I can relax and not care so much what people think. I was made to feel guilty in my 20s because of things not working out well. I now realize it's all been for the best."

Brook is at peace with her body and her unique look. "Throughout my life I've been lots of different sizes, and I never quite knew what my perfect size was," she says. "I think with most women finding the right size for them is a process you go through. Maybe your body shape isn't fashionable at the time or maybe if relationships don't work out you think you're not sexy or beautiful enough.

We can be so hard on ourselves… But when you get to a certain age and a certain level of happiness, you realize it's actually it's nice to be kind to yourself and just accept your body shape and what works for you. This has definitely what's happened for me and has helped the relationship with my body."

On her YouTube channel, Zara maintains that her healthy diet, even while pregnant, makes it easy to stay in shape. "I was trying to not eat for two," she explained. "I was trying to eat just for one." In another post, her husband, Jovi, told a fan that Yara had put them on a "chicken and fish diet." Yara loves green smoothies, blending together pineapple, spinach, cucumber, parsley, and milk in her Ninja. She also starts every morning with a glass of water with lemon. Her breakfast consists of low-calorie bread, eggs, avocado, cream cheese, and smoked salmon or waffles made with protein powder, coconut milk, and coconut oil spray.

Yara runs a "minimum three miles, maximum five miles per day," she says in the same video. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

In another YouTube Video, Yara notes that staying in shape is much more than just good genes. "Yeah, burpees and salads are such good genetics," she jokes, showing off her 45-second burpees.

In her video discussing her workout, Yara reveals that she wears an Apple Watch to make sure she achieves her goals and stays motivated. "I was like, 'I have to close the circle,'" she explains.

Tallia Storm is feeling great in Marbella, Spain

Tallia Storm is feeling hot hot hot in Marbella, Spain, soaking up the sun during the current heatwave. The Scottish singer-songwriter, 24, shared some sultry snaps from her vacation, including ones of her posing by a private pool in a comic-print bikini. "Chill sis ?," she captioned the post. "So beautiful and so talented," a fan commented.

Storm has a tendency to lose or gain weight when she's stressed, but she's making an effort to focus on healthy habits. "For the last few years I've started looking after myself properly, being kinder to myself, drinking more water and by walking 25,000 steps a day I lost two stone [28 pounds]," she says. "I'm now in the best shape of my life, which I'm super proud of, and there's nothing I'd change about my body. I put on weight so easily, so I just want to stay exactly as I am."

Storm cut back on carbs and sugar and says it made her feel great. "I've been in the gym a lot recently!" she says. "I'm just about to announce my first headline show so I've been getting fit for that and cutting out the carbs! I tried JLO's 10-day sugar free diet and it was mega. I've been performing here in Dubai, testing all my new material and it went really well so I'm super pleased."

Storm is not someone who is effortlessly fit—like most people, she works out and is mindful of her diet in order to feel her best self. "I'm not naturally skinny," she says. "I hang out with all my London friends and they all eat their burgers and I'm here eating a salad. I have to work for it."

Storm wants younger fans to be inspired by her. "I want to be a role model for girls, I want them to come across my page and see positivity, creativity and show that I'm not afraid of my big hair, being super girly, and then be really moody and wear all black," she says. "I think I am truer to myself now, I think if you can do that, you don't mind too much what gets thrown your way because you then think 'this was exactly my plan'. It's weird because I feel like I've dreamt of these moments for so long, and just having everything together, you know?"

Storm says she wouldn't be where she is without the right attitude and mindset. "Take a chance, take a risk, especially when you are young," she says. "I would not be here if I didn't knock on every single door. I'm so lucky to have my mum and dad. They are very hard-working; my mum was in branding and marketing. I'm not going to take that away from it, I'm very fortunate to have had parents in the creative industry. But I think she is the one that taught me to knock on every single door, and who cares about rejection. It's not even rejection, because everything is a lesson in life. Also, I feel like you get away with it when you're young, like just asking people."

Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is having the time of her life on vacation in Ibiza

Wellness influencer Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is having the time of her life on vacation in Ibiza, Spain. Wood-Tepperberg shared highlights from her fabulous trip to the famed island, posing on a boat in a brown bikini and straw sun hat, complete with a sarong skirt. Another snap showed her taking a selfie in a cheetah-print swimsuit. "Ibiza brings out the yin to my yang," she captioned the post.

Wood-Tepperberg combines yoga and Pilates for workout sessions that go from 30-45 minutes. "I believe that we do not have to torture ourselves with hour-plus long workouts that we despise to see lasting results internally and externally," she says. "My philosophy is that when you move in a slow, controlled way, mostly using your own body weight—all while connecting very deeply to your breath—you not only see such a transformational difference through your entire body but most importantly, your mind."

Wood-Tepperberg enjoys a plant-based diet, starting her day with an oat milk latte. "Every individual is different and thrives on incorporating different foods into their regimen," she says. "Removing labels for me has been a big thing this year and intuitively focusing on the foods that make me feel best is what I keep coming back to… Spirulina is a great plant-based protein option that gives you a real boost."

Wood-Tepperberg focuses on smaller, controlled movements in her workouts. "One thing you will see in almost all of my workouts is a small movement in which I make tiny little circles with my arms or legs respectively," she says. "I always find a way to work those in. Don't be fooled by the tiny movements. Tiny movement, big effect. You truly do not have to kill yourself to see the most insane results. I believe when you slow things down and intuitively listen to what your body needs, that's where the long lasting transition takes place."

Wood-Tepperberg's self-care is all about nurturing her inner health. "Daily meditation, reading my lesson of the day in 'A Course in Miracles,' going for a walk outside," she says. "Taking my son to the park and getting a lymphatic drainage massage."

Wood-Tepperberg believes in cultivating healthy habits step by step. "To me, you have to first take a step back," she says. "Look at your food choices, movement method, thoughts you're thinking, and the people you're surrounding yourself with. When you do the work and actually look through the lens of the life you're living and ask yourself if you truly want to change, I believe that is where the transformation takes place."
