Megan Fox is getting in touch with nature flaunting her feline physique to perfection

Megan Fox is getting in touch with nature via a photo shoot that highlights her feline physique to perfection. Fox, 37, shared pictures of herself posing on a tree branch in a green bikini, against a background of lush green leaves. "The forest is my oldest friend," she captioned the post. "If this is what a wild animal looks like, I'd let it maul me," commented partner Machine Gun Kelly.

Fox works hard to stay in shape—and she dodges ultraprocessed carbs. "I exercise really hard twice a week," she says. "I got my [butt] kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training. I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day… I don't have any cheat days. But if I did, it would be pizza or cake."

Fox's trainer Harley Pasternak says she continued working out throughout her pregnancies, starting with her son Noah in 2012. "We worked out throughout her entire pregnancy," Pasternak says. "She was a model of health through the whole process. She really educated herself big time and had a great relationship with her physician so she really understood the safe boundaries of how to exercise and eat well during pregnancy. As a result, she knew how active she could be and she was very consistent and didn't overdo it."

Fox bounced back quickly postpartum thanks to a series of sensibly-designed workouts. "We used the exact same exercises as we did pre-baby," Pasternak says. "We just focused more on the process and adjusted our program to suit her specific needs and limitations. The workouts we did are like all of my other Five Factor workouts. They are five phases: a minimum five minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five minute cool down. We tried to have her do minimal impact. Post-baby there shouldn't be a lot of jumping up and down."

Pasternak says Fox loves making smoothies at home with seasonal berries, protein powder, and almond milk. "With almond milk being one of the more popular milk alternatives, I'm asked whether almond milk is a good source of calcium quite often," says Amanda Beaver, wellness dietitian at Houston Methodist. "Some organic brands aren't fortified with it, so be sure to check the label and get your calcium through other foods if needed. Better yet, be sure to choose an almond milk brand that is fortified with calcium."

She might have an incredible, envy-inspiring figure, but Fox says she has suffered from body dysmorphia her whole life. "I have body dysmorphia," she says. "I don't see myself the way other people see me. There was never a point in my life where I loved my body. There was never ever. When I was little, that was an obsession I had of 'but I should look this way,' and why I had an awareness of my body that young, I'm not sure. And it definitely wasn't environmental because I grew up in a very religious environment where bodies weren't even like, acknowledged. The journey of loving myself is going to be never-ending, I think."

Molly Rainford likes hanging out in a bathing suit

Molly Rainford, the Britain's Got Talent and Strictly Come Dancing alum shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts while on the water with Tyler West. "Alexa play On A Beach – Champion remix," she captioned the Instagram snaps.

Molly maintains that after doing Strictly Come Dancing she "noticed a change" in her body. "I'm the fittest I've ever been," she told Daily Star. "People have been saying, 'You've got abs now, Molly'. It's one of the perks of doing Strictly. And I've not just grown physically, I've grown mentally as well. I'm finding new confidence."

Molly emphasizes the importance of recovery. "After doing the jive in Blackpool, my legs felt quite bruised. I thought, 'I'm starting to feel the aches and pains'. My legs need a rest, my back needs a rest. There is a physio there to help us every week. I look forward to it. Physio is good," she told Daily Star.

Molly enjoys going for regular walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Molly's drink of choice? Wine. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks." While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Molly explained to BBC One that she tries not to be so hard on herself. "I can be a perfectionist. So trying not to stress too much about one specific thing, and worry about the overall product. I've heard from others that simplicity is key."

Lucila Sola is heating up Italy in her swimsuit. The former flame of Al Pacino and mother of Camila Morrone shows her ex-boyfriend what he is missing in one of her latest social media posts, flaunting her incredible figure in a bathing suit. "Italia!!!" she captioned the Instagram snap.

Lucila enjoys paddle boarding. "When your friends catch you scrubbing your spray tan off," she joked in a caption of herself double-tasking on the paddleboard. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Lucila stays fit on vacation by snorkling and swimming. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Lucila enjoys hiking – especially with her daughter. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Lucila loves to read. "Best way to start the New Year," she captioned this photo. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Lucila is an avid skier. "Mommy and Me Ski," she captioned a photo of herself on a trip with Camila. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Lottie Tomlinson flaunts her fit figure

Lottie Tomlinson is white hot in her swimsuit. The Tanologist founder and sister of One Direction star Louis Tomlinson flaunts her fit figure in a white bathing suit in her latest mirror selfie, sending her followers into a major frenzy. "Your body girl," wrote one. "Beautiful," added another.

According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Lottie turned to therapy to help her get through the dark time after the death of her mother to cancer and her sister to an accidental drug overdose. "I decided I was going to try therapy, and I'm so grateful for that decision. It has made such a difference to my life, and my grief has been a totally different experience," she told OK. "Therapy means I get an hour to sit and divulge all my feelings whenever I need to. It is my time to talk about my mum and sister. I feel a lot lighter after a session."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Gia Giudice is having what looks like a beautiful summer with boyfriend Christian Carmichael. "Being in nature is ingrained in our DNA, and we sometimes forget that."

Giudice enjoys yoga sessions with mom Teresa Giudice. "One of the wonderful things about yoga is accepting yourself and your body just as you are today," says Dr. Corinna Keenmon, Houston Methodist's medical director of psychiatry and telepsychiatry. "This is the mindfulness aspect of yoga — simply appreciating your body for the things that it can do right now in the present moment."

Giudice enjoys regular family dinners with her mother and sisters. "There have been more than 20 years of dozens of studies that document that family dinners are great for the body, the physical health, the brains and academic performance, and the spirit or the mental health, and in terms of nutrition, cardiovascular health is better in teens," says family therapist Anne Fishel.""There's lower fat and sugar and salt in home cooked meals even if you don't try that hard, there's more fruit, and fiber, and vegetables, and protein in home cooked meals, and lower calories. Lucciana Beynon is getting ready to celebrate her birthday

Model Lucciana Beynon is getting ready to celebrate her birthday—but work comes first for the daughter of Travers Beynon and Ninibeth Leal. Beynon, who turns 22 on July 9, shared a picture of herself posing backstage in a makeup chair, wearing a black and gold one-piece bikini. "Next show," she wrote on her selfie.

Beynon loves boxing workouts with a personal trainer at the gym. "Boxing is an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular endurance," says the American Sports & Fitness Association. "During a boxing workout, you will use your whole body to throw punches and execute combinations. As a result, your heart rate will be elevated for the duration of the workout. Not only that, but due to the intensity of the workout, you'll burn more calories than other forms of exercise."

Beynon is a big fan of using the StairMaster machine for convenient cardio that's gentle on the joints. "Climbing stairs is one of the best ways to burn calories in a short amount of time," says Todd Buckingham, PhD. "Plus, the StairMaster is great for building your leg muscles, particularly your glutes, hamstrings and quads."

Beynon uses weights and dumbbells to build muscle and tone up. "You don't need to spend hours a day lifting weights to benefit from strength training. You can see significant improvement in your strength with just two or three 20- or 30-minute strength training sessions a week," says the Mayo Clinic. "As your muscle mass increases, you'll likely be able to lift weight more easily and for longer periods of time. If you keep it up, you can continue to increase your strength, even if you're not in shape when you begin."

Beynon's social media highlights just how much she enjoys dancing—which research shows has incredible health benefits. "For rhythmic dances, such as the foxtrot or waltz, a 160-pound person will burn an estimated 130 calories in 30 minutes," says Jessica Matthews, MS. "For more intense styles of dance such as the salsa, the number of calories burned doubles to approximately 250 calories in 30 minutes, which is comparable to performing a light jog for the same duration."

Beynon loves swimming outdoors, whether it's in the ocean or in a pool. "Research shows us that being in or next to water reduces our blood pressure, slows our breathing down and allows our parasympathetic nervous system to do its job," says Catherine Kelly, PhD. "This is our 'rest, repair and repose' system and is vital for effective brain function and a strong immune system. Water encourages us to relax, in other words."

Ola Jordan shows off her amazingly fit figure

Ola Jordan is living her best life on vacation – in her swimsuit. The dancer shows off her amazingly fit figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, an Instagram Story of herself poolside.

Ola and her husband James are both professional dancers, so it inspired them to create a dance workout. They told The Sun they work out for 15 minutes, five time a week, using a blend of dance steps and classic fitness moves. "We spent our whole lives looking our best when we were dancing so we were like, 'Let's start dancing again'," James says. "There is no gym, no equipment and no stress. We put the plan together in our kitchen, which is only two meters square," says Ola. "It was so lovely to dance again, so this plan is devised using our favorite dance moves made simple and combined with functional ­exercises, all to music, so you are ­shredding pounds while having a blast. The exercise takes only 15 minutes a day. This was so important to me as a mum, that it was quick — and Ella can do it too."

Ola maintains a 1,500-calorie-per-day diet. For breakfast, she enjoys avocado on toast, with a skinny hot chocolate for a morning snack. For lunch, tuna and sweetcorn granary sandwich with one teaspoon of low-fat mayo. Dinner is a fish pie with lots of vegetables. For her evening snack she enjoys one glass of red or white wine, a small bag of potato chips, a handful of nuts, or chocolate rice cakes.

Ola loves sharing before and after photos, which help motivate her. "Gotta say we're a bit shocked ourselves at how different we look now! But shocked in a good way," she captioned a post. "It's the reason that original picture got posted – to give us the wake up call we needed to get our @$$'s in gear!"

Elsa Pataky is enjoying a magical vacation

Actress Elsa Pataky is thrilled to be back in her homeland of Spain, enjoying a magical vacation with husband Chris Hemsworth and their family. Pataky, 46, shared a reel of herself wearing a lime-green bathing suit as she and Hemsworth jumped into the ocean from a yacht. "España ?? …., you always make me feel happy!" she captioned the post.

Pataky started intermittent fasting after Hemsworth encouraged her to give it a try. "I was always like 'Hmmmm, I don't know!' and it's really hard, but then I started reading about it," she says. "Although, I was like 'I don't want to lose weight' – because it's a great way to lose weight, if you need to lose weight – but it won't you won't lose weight if your body doesn't need to. And I learnt that, doing it. But I read that it was amazing for anti-ageing, so I was like 'I'm in! I'm in!'. So he started it, and then I followed. But a lot of times, he starts something and I follow the exact opposite."

Pataky embraces the incredible benefits of working out with weights. "Weight training with yoga really works with my body," she says. "I work out with weights and the more and more I learn that I'm not scared of doing weights. I'm using more weight and more weight and more weight, and less repetitions to create that muscle. But stretching is such an important thing for the muscle – and in women it's what makes you get the shape, the beautiful shape. And I'm little! I'm 160cm – so yeah, being muscly doesn't go so good with that. But, yoga made a BIG difference to my body."

Pataky loves being active, especially when she gets to work out with Hemsworth. "I can't be without training for more than two weeks – I just get really nervous and my energy starts to go down," she says. "When you start working out and your body's changing and you're achieving your goals, that's such a great thing. So, I think that's the motivation [to exercise] – feeling better and just being happy with you and knowing that you're healthy. If you know you're taking care of your body and you're doing it for a reason, you can put aside the, 'I can't do it.'"

Pataky enjoys a plant-based Mediterranean diet. "For 80 per cent of the time, you choose healthy foods," she says. "But for special occasions – Christmas, holidays, parties – enjoy yourself. That's the other 20 per cent. In general, I try to make my 'cheat day' a weekend day, but if I am feeling really low mid-week because of something that's happened, I will give in to what my body asks for, whatever craving it is. Normally that is all I need, but I sometimes have a period where I'm feeling low for a few days, and that's when I take the pressure off myself."

Pataky is happy with the self-assurance that comes with age and experience. "It's the confidence that you have," she says. "From thirty-something onwards it's like 'I know what I want, I know what I don't want, and what is good for me'. And I feel confident about life. But then you start having wrinkles and it's like 'This is not fair!' But this is life…I would never go back to my twenties, I like this age. Like everybody says, your forties are like the new twenties and I feel like this is true."

Suki Waterhouse shared pictures of her trip showing off her figure

Suki Waterhouse is enjoying a well-earned break at the luxurious Mayrlife Medical Health Resort on beautiful Lake Altaussee, Austria. Waterhouse shared pictures and video of her trip, including ones of her relaxing on a paddleboard in a purple bikini on the lake, against a dramatic background of mountains and clear blue skies. Waterhouse enjoys dance-based exercise classes and workouts that are tough but not torturous. "What I do really depends where I am," she says. "I'm really not good at running but I do love boxing. I also really enjoy this Barre class in LA called Physique Fitness 57, but you can definitely get the same kind of thing here in London. I do really like vigorous exercise, but I actually don't agree that you should do too much tough exercise if you want to keep trim. Sometimes I get so into it and I just end up being really hungry, then I eat so much more and the result is that I become really quite muscly."

Waterhouse works out with trainer Dan Roberts when she's in the UK. "We do a mix of resistance training with heavy weights, lots of ab/core work and a fair amount of kickboxing," Roberts says. "The 'Bikini Shaper' is a toning move that has worked well for Suki and other models I train. It works glutes, firms and tones obliques and strengthens core muscles."

Waterhouse follows a retro diet where she doesn't mix up carbohydrates and protein. "I really live by something I read in this book from the '80s which I skimmed over years ago called 'Fit for Life' – it's very old school, but it basically says that you should never eat carbs and protein together," she says. "It is so difficult for your body to break them down at the same time, so just have carbs with vegetables or meat with vegetables instead. It means I can have a load of mashed potato, but then I just won't eat any meat with it or vice versa. I think a lot of feeling bloated or not feeling your best self is all to do with digestion and this tip has really helped me."

Waterhouse is open about the work it takes to have her physique. "I like it when people are honest about what they do," she says. "I do get really fed up of hearing people saying that they don't do any exercise and then seeing them post pictures of macaroni cheese on Instagram. I just find it really disingenuous because I know some of the people that are putting this image out there and I know that's not the case. That really annoys me."

Waterhouse also does yoga and running with Roberts. "I do different things – I do Vinyasa yoga and I'll work out with a trainer Dan Roberts in Richmond Park near where I live," she says. "I do drills and running there – it's an amazing place. I love the idea of running up hills and rolling around in mud – it's my favorite time of the week and Dan really pushes me. He's hardcore. I also go to TriYoga and hot yoga (not Bikram) and I do occasional Pilates, which I should do more of."

Jenna Dewan is offering some major 90s vibes – in her swimsuit. The actress showed off her gorgeous body in a bathing suit and revealed her love for old school music videos in one of her latest social media posts. "Forever reenacting the wicked games music vid in my mind," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, tagging Helena Christensen who starred in the epic video alongside singer Chris Isaak. "And doing it perfectly," the supermodel commented.

Jenna maintains that resting is a key aspect of overall health. "Rest is the hardest thing for me to come by, as I'm sure most people can relate, but I try to get as much as I can," she recently told Shape magazine. "Making time for myself within working, within family, within all of that is very, very important for me and not the easiest to do, but I make it a priority."

Dewan is a big fan of taking "me time," which for her can be in the form of taking a bath or going on a hike or walk. She also meditates. "I go in and out of being a really great meditator and someone who does it when they can, but even just one meditation a day or every other day — as much as I can to keep my stress levels down — is really good for me," she said.

Dewan follows a nutrient-dense, vegan, and gluten- and dairy-free diet. She has meals delivered to her home, created by nutritionist Elissa Goodman. "I've really noticed a huge difference," Dewan explained about her new diet. "I do this probiotic drink in the morning, and [my] digestion gets better, [my] bloating goes down… And the difference I feel in my energy and my skin and my mood while eating this way is all the proof I needed. I feel more balanced. I feel less sluggish. Food is medicine."

Dewan is one of the many stars who abide by the 80/20 rule, eating healthy most of the time. "I never deprive myself," she said. "When I want to eat the nachos or French fries, I make sure I have the ability and space to do that. But I try to eat healthy most of the time."

Jenna is also into spirituality. "I loved crystals, and I learned more about the properties of each crystal and the Feng Shui of where to put them in the house, and it just became almost a hobby," she said. "Rose quartz by the side of your bed brings in the energy of the heart chakra and love and calm and peace. Amethyst, if there's a spot where you like to relax and meditate or even get massages, that's a great stone to have nearby. And there are grounding crystals, like hematite, if you have these days where you feel a little spacey. It's kind of like a talisman. They're also just really beautiful to have in the house."

The Cavinder Twins are TikToking – in their swimsuits. Haley and Hanna Cavinder flaunt their amazing bodies in bathing suits in one of their latest social media posts, dancing to the tune of Jason Derulo's Slow Low. "The dolphin is still the go too," they captioned the TikTok post with their 4.5 million followers.

The girls recently shared a YouTube video detailing their health habits. They revealed that starting their day off with "no screen time," "God's word," and devotionals is a key part of their mental health. "I showed you guys like daily affirmations. I got a whole bunch of stuff like that for Christmas from Hailey and other people. So that's number one is what we try to do in the morning. It's less screen time."

Another health habit of the Cavinder Twins? They "drink water by itself" in the morning. Not only do they "chug water right when we wake up," but focus on hydrating throughout the day. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Because Hanna and Haley are athletes, they make sure to pack a lot of protein into their diet. The girls add protein powder into pancakes and oatmeal, which not only tastes great but fuels them up. They also focus their diet around "good protein, veggies, carbs, to focus on things that make our body feel good on the court, off the court and just overall throughout our whole life."

Hanna and Haley also keep track of their steps. "Another healthy habit that we try to do, even after a game, after anything, is to get a workout in get your body moving. Like I just love to move my body even like on an active rest day," the girls revealed. "I always try to get my 10,000 steps. It's not only good like physically but mentally. Like it's something that's really important. And I think like even just going outside, like moving, seeing the sunlight, like seeing the sunlight, like it just like helps and brings serotonin into your life."

This week the girls revealed their "killer ab workout" on Instagram. They do 2-3 rounds of the following:

Things are good for Jared De Armas

Miami Dolphins cheerleader Jared De Armas isn't letting an overcast day stop her from getting into a swimsuit. De Armas shared a video of herself posing next to a beautiful pool in a bikini, with palm tees (and gray skies) in the background. "Gloomy day but a sunny attitude ☀️," she captioned the post. "Positive vibes," a fan commented.

De Armas focuses on weight training and resistance bands for workouts that build muscle and encourage a toned, strong physique. "They [resistance bands] provide variety to a routine workout and also allow for muscles to work concentrically and eccentrically—providing resistance during the 'work phase' and the 'rest phase,'" says trainer Jennifer Giamo. "[Resistance bands] are also quite simple to use when working out on your own. They're safe and effective."

De Armas makes her own smoothies with strawberries, mango, pineapple, ginger, bananas, and Greek yogurt. "I would say it's a really easy way to get a lot of good fruits and vegetables. You can get a lot of nutrients packed into one little glass," says Mayo Clinic dietitian Lorraine Fye. "An unhealthy smoothie, it would be one that maybe is just all fruit or has a lot of fruit juice — one that's really laden with added sugar and that's not very balanced. The healthy smoothie — we're really looking for that balance. So you want good carbohydrates, good proteins and good healthy fats."

De Armas is a trained jazz dancer, and even teaches other dancers. "There's no question, anecdotally at least, that music has a very stimulating effect on physical activity," says Daniel Tarsy, MD, an HMS professor of neurology and director of the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). "And I think that applies to dance, as well."

De Armas and the rest of her squad all do full-body workouts together. "One of the key benefits of full-body workouts such as clean and press and overhead throws is that they can help you to achieve a faster metabolism," says the American Sports & Fitness Association.

"This means that your body will be better able to use the energy from the food that you eat to power your workouts, allowing you to train more efficiently and effectively."

De Armas takes collagen peptide supplements as part of her wellness routine. "If you choose to try collagen supplements or drinks, review the list of ingredients and the protein profile," says Payal Patel, MD. "Avoid supplements with too many additives or fillers. The former Coronation Street actress looked absolutely beautiful in the shiny two-piece that showed off her beautiful hourglass figure and toned physique.

Her bottoms resembled a skirt as she posed in a pair of black sandals and carried an elegant clutch bag with her. Her face was made up to perfection and she allowed her blonde locks to run down the back of her shoulders.

Sophie Piper is on a fantastic vacation in beautiful Croatia

Love Island star Sophie Piper is looking back on a fantastic vacation in beautiful Croatia. The sister of singer Rochelle Humes shared pictures from her trip, including ones of her posing in a white knit bikini, and another of her wearing a hot pink bathing suit. "I definitely could've gone to the gym more. Beauty-wise, I have been trying to get some sun to clear out the spots but I put as much makeup on as possible. In the nighttime, I'll get dressed up but in the day, it'll be just a bit of mascara and foundation to cover up the eye bags. I feel like doing something like Love Island, you have to be confident in your body so yeah, I am confident. I am sure everyone has their lumps and bumps they try and hide!"

Piper says cosmetic surgery is not something she's interested in. "It's your own body, you can do what you want to," she says. "I wouldn't have surgery myself; I don't want it. I've got such a low pain tolerance as well; I'd be squirming around. You've got to be body confident. A few gym classes can't hurt either."

Piper takes supplements to support her health and beauty. "Biotin supplements I've literally been taking them every day," she says. "Castor oil is amazing, and this Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie – which is so so good. And some of the Cantu products I really like. It's just finding out what works for you. I'm trying to do as many hair masks as possible really."

Antonela Roccuzzo is showing off her fit and toned figure

Antonela Roccuzzo is showing off her fit and toned figure in a bathing suit—and at least one person approves of her swimwear. Lionel Messi's wife, 35, shared a beautiful picture of herself standing on the sand in a pink bikini, posing against a background of ocean and blue skies. Roccuzzo got plenty of positive feedback for her picture, including an admiring heart emoji comment from husband Messi.

Roccuzzo uses an indoor exercise bike for a convenient at-home workout. "Honestly, I didn't use to train much on the bike, but what I liked the most is the possibility to train and do classes with other users," she says. "You really feel like you are in a live class sharing the experience with more people. It's incredible the feeling of being able to do a spinning class while at home."

Roccuzzo and Messi exercise as a family as much as possible, a habit they picked up during pandemic lockdowns. "We did everything possible to work from home and interact with our children, helping them continue with their schoolwork," she says. "Also, we have tried to be as creative as possible to enjoy our time together. On a personal level, I strive to play sports with good music when I find the time, as this helps me maintain my psychological and physical balance."

Roccuzzo works hard for her health, but admits she is always a work in progress. She makes a point to enjoy a balanced diet with no major restrictions. "I don't think I have a great physique, far from it," she says. "But yes, as much as possible I try to take care of my diet and train accordingly… I try to take care of my diet by following a balanced diet."

Roccuzzo took French lessons when the family moved to Paris in 2021. Learning a new language is known to have brain health benefits. "I practically don't know anything and, little by little, I'm getting more used to the language," she says. "I think it is a difficult language because it has many exceptions and there are a lot of fine print, but little by little I am improving. I think the trick is to live here, be attentive, want to learn and take private classes with native teachers."

Roccuzzo is eager to get involved in charity work, especially women's rights. "It's something I've been thinking about for a long time, because there are so many issues I'd like to get involved in and so many women who inspire me every day," she says. "I see education as one of the most important rights for me. I believe that the future will be a challenge for the world where we will have to rise from the ashes. And I think this will be an opportunity to review our values ​​in terms of family, health, sustainability and others."

Lala is a fan of the workout buddy system. "I'm going to be so honest. When I go into a gym, I'm like, 'What do I even do with all of these things?' I'm the type of person who has to take a friend with me who knows what they're doing or work with a trainer," she told Women's Health.

Lala trains with Jenna Willis. "She's been my trainer for a very long time and also a very dear friend," Lala told Women's Health. "If you're looking for a trainer, you have to find someone that you enjoy because it's almost like a therapy session. We're working on our body—and our mind and our soul and spirit."

Leigh-Anne's personal trainer Aimee Victoria Long told The Sun that Leigh-Anne exercises "for health benefits and to feel strong, rather than someone who is stuck to getting a number on a scale, but she is back to a size six again," she said, adding that her star client is big on body positivity. "She really embraces her body, she seems to love her body and never says anything negative about it, but she wanted to be strong, healthy and fit for the children."

Leigh-Anne can get a good workout in "just using a resistance band, a mat, some ankle weights and some light handweights," Long revealed. Long trains her three times a week, and incorporates three things into every workout: Pilates, barre, and body weight conditioning. She also takes classes."I love legs, bums and tums classes," Leigh-Anne added to Glamour.

Leigh-Anne maintains that meal planning helps her stay on track. "I tried to follow a plan – my trainer put together a 'things to eat on what day' and [I had] to keep it all in tupperware and then each day I [could] have certain things, but it's so time consuming. It's long," she told Cosmopolitan.

While on her honeymoon, Leigh-Anne took a bike ride with her husband. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
