Agata Sieramska just shared a new set of photos showing off her impressive figure

Agata Sieramska just shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, she sat in a chair in a red two piece swimsuit. Sieramska's impressive figure was on display in them. She captioned the post, "Instagram vs. Reality."

Sieramska shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is HIIT, also known as high-intensity interval training. In this post, she advertised her full-body HIIT workout. Harvard Health states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. "HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Interval training was first introduced in the 1950s as a higher intensity form called sprint interval training, which reached 100% maximum heart rate and was used to improve the performance of elite Olympic athletes."

Another workout Sieramska likes to do is Pilates. In this video she posted on Instagram, she is seen using a reformer. Sieramska is seen doing leg circles, bridge raises, and bicep curls. She captioned the post, "Perfect Monday morning." Pilates has a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "If you've been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer."

Sieramska makes sure to stretch. She talked about stretching in an Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic states that stretching has a lot of benefits. "Stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits…Other studies show that lengthening the muscle and holding the stretch immediately before a sprint may slightly worsen performance. However, research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints."

Sieramska has amazing abs. And she makes sure to not skip core workouts. She shared some core workouts in a video she posted on Instagram. In them, she is seen doing leg extensions in a crunch, sit-ups, and sit-ups with a bent leg raise. She captioned the post, "Thank you for today and all the challenges ahead. Shorter than others but I feel in my heart that it's the smartest and most consistent with me I've made so far."

Sieramska likes to do cardio to stay in shape. She shared a cardio workout on Instagram. The Mayo Clinic states that cardio or aerobic workouts have a lot of benefits. "During aerobic activity, you repeatedly move large muscles in your arms, legs and hips. You'll notice your body's responses quickly. You'll breathe faster and more deeply. This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster, which increases blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs."

Heidi Klum playing in the grass

Heidi Klum has clearly had enough of the uncharacteristically gray weather in California and is celebrating the return of blue skies. The German supermodel, 49, shared pictures of herself laying in the grass in a bright yellow bathing suit, with gold under eye masks on and a furry hat. "Finally some sunshine ?," she captioned the post.

Klum is not a breakfast-skipper. "We're early risers in our house. I'm making breakfast while the kids are all getting ready for school," she says. "At 7 a.m. we sit down and have breakfast as a family. Knowing that they're going to be busy at school all day, I always make sure that they start off with a hearty breakfast."

Klum enjoys delicious whole foods, including ones full of healthy fats. "I always try to include fresh fruit and vegetables in all of our meals," she says. "I am also not a believer in fat-free anything. I believe eating a little bit of everything does the trick. I try to stay away from most processed foods and make most of our dishes from scratch."

Klum eats an early dinner with her family. "I start with smoothies and, you know, I do three big meals. But really, my last one is at 6 p.m.," she says. "I eat with my kids. I think that also helps a little bit. I don't eat at, like, 8 or 9 at night, because when you do that, and then you have a few glasses of wine, then it sits there in your stomach and you go to sleep."

Klum takes control of her diet by mostly preparing and eating food at home. "I don't really have a specific diet," she says. "I just eat really healthily. I like to run on the treadmill a little bit, but really for me, it's all from the inside out. It's all, you know, you are what you eat. You hear it all the time, and I really do believe that. I don't really eat out a lot. I think when you eat out a lot, or you order food in a lot, then it kind of gets a little tricky, because you don't know what people are putting in there. So, I cook a lot. I know what goes into the food. It's always fresh food."

Klum never skips cardio sessions, emphasizing how important they are for heart health. "Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of many conditions," says the Mayo Clinic. "These conditions include obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, stroke and certain types of cancer."

Filipino star Michelle Dee is showing off the physique she works so hard to maintain. Dee, 27, shared a picture of herself posing in front of a mirror at a studio, wearing a silver metallic swimsuit.

Dee says basketball and volleyball are her first loves. "I played center for both of them —center blocker and spiker for volleyball," she says. "I grew up on a ranch, did a lot of ranch work, and I loved horses. That was my first taste of adrenaline, followed by the one I later got from sports. I tried out for the varsity team and I got in, becoming a member of the swimming, softball, basketball, and volleyball teams. I'm very competitive, but mostly with myself. I want to be my own best version."

Dee says she thrives on pressure when it comes to beauty pageants. "Obviously, the pressure has always been there, but like I said, I don't take it negatively," she says. "Because when I feel pressure, when people are expecting things from me, that's what really pushes me to do my best. I take whatever constructive criticism I can take in order to improve."

Dee says her go-to diet is low-carb and high protein. "Before a shoot, if it's on a short notice, I do a fast and eat only fruits," she says. "If there's enough time before a project, I follow the Paleo and Atkins diets. I try to do things the healthier way, because I still love steak. I love cooking chicken, pasta, and pizza, and I get good comments about my red velvet cakes and cupcakes."

Aside from strength and cardio workouts, Dee enjoys more gentle exercises. Yoga and cycling are two of her favorites. "Yoga can help you to cope with stress and improve wellbeing as well as helping develop flexibility, strength, balance and coordination," says Marie Toms, Assistant Practitioner Physiotherapist at Papworth Cardiothoracic Hospital in Cambridgeshire, UK.

Dee says when it comes to her beauty routine, simplicity is key. "Less is more," she says. "Beauty isn't measured by how thick your makeup is, but by how much confidence you have in yourself to carry what you have on… I always make sure that from time to time, I have a day where I give my skin air to breathe. It's one of the things I feel is very important, and enjoyable."

Amy Jackson is training for a new action movie

Actress Amy Jackson, known for her Indian films, is training for a new action movie, and sharing some being-the-scenes snaps. British model Jackson, 31, posted pictures of herself posing in green pants and a black bathing suit top, holding up a tyre. "Burning rubber ?? new action movie ? #CRAKK," she captioned the pictures."

Jackson is not a big breakfast eater, preferring to wait till lunch for her first meal of the day. "I tend to skip eating breakfast and have hot water & lemon, a green juice and a few supplements," she says. "Multivitamins, apple cider vinegar and iron tablets."

Jackson enjoys cauliflower rice bowls with plenty of vegetables for a typical lunch. "When it comes to nutrition, cauliflower is a superstar," says Caitlin Terpstra RD. "It's high in vitamins C and K, and is also a good source of folate, which supports cell growth and is essential during pregnancy. Cauliflower is fat-free and cholesterol-free. And it's low in sodium. A one-cup serving contains only 25 calories, 5 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of dietary fiber."

Jackson's go-to dinner is light and nutritious. "Homemade soup (tonight it's carrot & ginger) and some sort of veggie stew or pea pasta followed by berries with coconut yogurt and agave," she says. "Eating vegetables provides health benefits. People who eat fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some diseases," says MyPlate.gov. "Vegetables provide nutrients vital for the health and maintenance of the body."

Jackson avoids eating too late in the day. "I like to keep it light and I try to eat before 7:00 pm," she says. "If I feel hungry in between meals I munch a few almonds and bananas. Sunday is a pig out day for me and I love to eat too much of anything I love! My tummy stays relatively flat and firm without much effort. I think that's to do with horse riding from a very young age, and the posture you have to always maintain."

Jackson makes sure the day ends on a calm, relaxing note. "After I put [son] AJ to bed I pop on a facemask and have a long bath before putting on my Milk Makeup vegan milk moisturizing body cream, which is so thick and luxurious," she says. "Then I do my 20-minute evening meditation. It's so important for me to get that final meditation in, because it calms my mind and helps me sleep. Then [husband] George and I will have a light bite and watch a film in bed."

Fernanda Gómez is on holiday in gorgeous Maui, Hawaii

Chilean star Fernanda Gómez is on holiday in gorgeous Maui, Hawaii. The wife of Canelo Alvarez shared pictures of herself posing on a lounger in a bathing suit, wearing a traditional Hawaiian lei around her neck. "Hawaii you got me ???," she captioned the post.

Gómez loves skiing adventures with the whole family. "It's well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more," says Ski Canada. Gómez enjoys fresh oysters as a delicious snack, which are rich in nutrients such as zinc, vitamin D, and iron. "Avoid preparing them in unhealthy fats, such as butter, margarine or cream sauce."

Gómez loves fresh fruit salads, especially with strawberries, grapes, and watermelon. "Grapes are fantastic because not only are they affordable, but they're versatile," says Anthony DiMarino, RD. "They can be used in a lot of different dishes and situations."

Gómez follows her husband's example and gets into the ring for boxing-based workouts. Fitness boxing is a great cardiovascular and strength-building exercise, experts say. "There are studies that show trying to hit a target with your hands improves eye-hand coordination and possibly makes you feel more alert and attentive," says physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital.

Gómez is a seasoned traveler, documenting her many trips to new places on social media. "Traveling for pleasure can contribute to subjective well-being because people have more opportunities to detach from their work environment, to experience new things, and to control what they want to do during vacations," says Paul Simeone, PhD, Vice President and Medical Director of Behavioral Health with Lee Health. "There's ample research to support that positive travel experiences can make a person healthier, can strengthen their relationships, and benefits their overall wellness."

The Geordie Shore star, 27, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share an array of eye-popping snaps from her mystery sun-soaked trip abroad.

She showed off her incredible curves in a barely-there red bikini as she enjoyed a cold beverage while lounging at an outdoor bar.

Chloe, who is filming a new TV project in the sun, swept her raven locks loosely across her shoulders in a straight fashion.

It comes after Geordie Shore was reportedly axed after 12 years on screens in February.

The MTV reality show - which followed the lives of partying stars such as Chloe, Vicky Pattison and Charlotte Crosby in Newcastle - was pulled amid plummeting ratings, The Sun claimed.

The series started in 2011 and produced hosts of celebrities and influencers including Marnie Simpson, Holly Hagan and Sophie Kasaei.

A source told the publication of the axing: 'MTV chiefs have decided the time has come to call it a day on Geordie Shore.

'The already commissioned series, which is the show's 24th, will go ahead with filming kicking off this weekend and the reunion will go ahead as planned later this summer.

'But once those have been filmed MTV have decided to rest the series and will not be commissioning any more. Think of it as resting the format rather than cancelling it out right.'

The insider added that while it has been one of the most successful runs of all time it hasn't been the same for a few years so bosses thought it would be the right time.

Dixie D'Amelio shared pictures of herself

Dixie D'Amelio is one of social media's brightest stars. She first made waves with her sister Charli, when they posted videos on TikTok. Her family then got their own reality series on Hulu, The D'Amelio Show. D'Amelio is also a singer, releasing her album A Letter To Me last summer, and opened up for Big Time Rush on tour. She just shared a new set of photos on her Instagram. In them, she enjoyed a pool day and wore a black bathing suit.

D'Amelio opened up about her life in an interview on The Zach Sang Show. She says that she likes to keep her social circle small. "I don't really try to make too many relationships with people or haven't been recently. I have a close group of really, really close friends that I don't put online at all. That's kind of just been the best thing for me. I don't really want a best friend. Like I have a best friend. I don't really need more."

In an interview with People, D'Amelio says that she has started to really prioritize her mental health. "It wasn't a priority for a very long time because [I thought], 'I'm young, I will figure it out later,' until I realized it's probably not the best idea and I'm ignoring a lot of things that can make my everyday life so much easier," she says. "Even though I would love to work out every day and be in the best shape of my life, I don't always have the time. Being able to focus on my mental health and feel better that way, I've seen such a huge change in my life and just how I am as a person."

D'Amelio has a very busy schedule. For this reason, she has started making downtime a priority. "I need to breathe," she tells People. "And breathing has really helped me a lot with everything I've done. For a long time, I thought it was kind of silly and a waste of time, but now it's a huge part of my life."

D'Amelio may be in the public eye, but she is making sure to keep things private. She tells People that she likes to keep her relationships off of social media. "We have so much more fun by not posting [our relationship]. People don't need to know what's going on, and they have no right to know. It's not like we have a relationship account that they're following. They're following us as [individual] people."

On Instagram live, D'Amelio opened up about getting diagnosed with premenstrual dysphoric disorder. She says that getting help has allowed her to take better care of herself. "Finally I got diagnosed and I am very happy that I know what's wrong," she said. "Because now I can find better ways to handle my emotions. I'm feeling better now and I will probably be going through the same thing next month and the month after that."

Sol Perez is feeling great while enjoying some sunshine in her yard

Argentinian star Sol Pérez is feeling "fresh" while enjoying some sunshine in her grassy yard. Pérez shared a picture of herself relaxing on a lounger, wearing a bikini.

Pérez lifts heavy weights at the gym under the guidance of a professional trainer. "Your body fat percentage will increase over time if you don't do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose over time," says the Mayo Clinic. "Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age."

Pérez enjoys delicious pizza made at home from scratch. Home cooking is a great way to keep track of ingredients and ensure a healthier meal. "Studies show that when we eat together, our kids and family are much healthier," says dietitian Ben Atkinson. "Eating together is linked to less obesity, kids doing better in school, and less substance abuse within the family."

Pérez loves running outdoors with friends and family. "No matter your age, weight or athletic ability, aerobic activity is good for you," says the Mayo Clinic. "Aerobic activity has many health benefits. As your body adapts to regular aerobic exercise, you'll get stronger and fitter."

Pérez uses resistance bands to give her workouts an extra challenge. "With any type of exercise, you have to maintain proper form and posture, just like you would if you were using an exercise machine," says exercise physiologist Christopher Travers, MS. "And the reps and resistance may change based on the individual. Just take your muscles to fatigue to get the most out of a session."

Pérez takes collagen supplements to support her joint health. "Collagen is what keeps our skin from sagging, giving us that plump, youthful look," says dermatologist Dr. Ohara Aivaz. "Starting in our mid-20s, we slowly begin to lose collagen. For women, we can lose up to 30% of our collagen production in the first 5 years of menopause."

I don't really think of it as a burden, I kind of think of it is as a positive really, I think it's character. I always just thought, oh, maybe I'm not that clever. That's the way I looked at it."

Steel opened up about her diet to Express. "It is all about balance," she says. "I travel a lot with my job so I love trying cuisines in different places – I'm definitely a foodie. My go-to take out is a pizza because it's just such an easy and delicious dinner option, and it's perfect for those days when you want something tasty but also don't want to cook. As long as you eat healthy food, work out but also treat yourself then that's what is important."

Steel isn't afraid of calling haters and trolls out. "Obviously, I get a lot of online trolls like, that's part of the job," she tells DailyMail. "And a lot of people will say 'oh you spelt that wrong? Or how stupid can you be.' That's another reason why I wanted to talk about my dyslexia as well, because it's not okay to do that. I've never found dyslexia is something damaging or upsetting. So don't make it something damaging and upsetting and embarrassed for me to have. I kind of want to use what people use against me to be more powerful and help other people."

Lady Amelia Spencer is enjoying a beautiful trip to the Maldives

Lady Amelia Spencer and husband Greg Mallett are enjoying a beautiful trip to the Maldives. Spencer (the niece of the late Princess Diana) and Mallett tied the knot on March 21, 2023 in South Africa, and have been in honeymoon mode ever since. Spencer shared pictures of herself in a white swimsuit, posing next to her new husband on the beach. "The first few days of our magical honeymoon ☀️?️," she captioned the post.

Spencer starts her workouts with stretching—namely, Downward-Facing Dog. "It targets everywhere in the body which is known to get tight," says her trainer Lee Mullins. "So things like the shoulder, the upper back, the hips, the hamstrings. With one stretch, we target every area."

Spencer uses resistance bands for a side bridge with hip circles (at least 30 seconds of repetitions). "It's a fantastic drill to target the glutes, and also the obliques and side abdominals which we refer to as something called 'the pillar'," Mullins says. "Which is something that needs to be strong. Especially when we're getting into some of the bigger moves in the workout."

Spencer does single-leg side planks, then an exercise called bird dog with row. "It's a fantastic exercise for working your posterior oblique sling, which is a line of muscles which are really important for things like posture and running technique," Mullins says.

Spencer also does lying tricep extensions and standing leg single clam. She uses the resistance band again for this move. "It's working the abdominals, it's working the glutes, and you're asking the legs to work as well," Mullins says. "Working with a resistance band and in circuits will help you get your heart rate up, which will increase fat burn and muscle building," says the Mayo Clinic.

Spencer is a confident and accomplished underwater swimmer. "Swimming can improve mood in both men and women," says the CDC. "For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood."

Elsa Hosk recently welcomed her first child, and isn't afraid of showing off her post-baby body

Elsa Hosk has made waves as one of the many Victoria's Secret models. Hosk recently welcomed her first child, and isn't afraid of showing off her post-baby body on social media. She shared a stunning new video on Instagram this week. In it, she posed in a pink bathing suit on a balcony, overlooking the water. She captioned the post, "Mombod still got it."

Hosk opened up about her wellness routine in an interview with Savoir Flair. She says that she does different things to stay in shape. "I'm obsessed with boxing. I love it because you learn something new every time, and that keeps me coming back for more. I'm really into fast-paced, high-energy workouts, but I do mix it up with barre classes at Flywheel Sports. I also love the '30/60/90' classes at Equinox."

Hosk does a lot of traveling, and she always makes sure to get a workout in. She tells Savoir Flair that she likes to bring equipment with her when she travels, that way, she remembers to workout. "It doesn't have to be grueling – most of the time, I bring a jump rope and find a peaceful place and skip to music. I also always travel with gliders for some leg and glute exercises."

Hosk likes to workout with her friends. Specifically, she likes to workout with her fellow Victoria's Secret models. "I was recently in Turks and Caicos with Victoria's Secret, and all the girls in the team got together and did boot-camp classes at lunch," she told Savoir Flair. "That was a fun way to get workouts in. Everybody brought different exercises on different days. We had yoga, barre, pool aerobics, and body-weight training."

Hosk has a lot of motivation to stay in shape. She tells Savoir Flair that her source of motivation is how she feels after a good workout. "I try to think about how I feel when I work out," Hosk says. "As opposed to when I skip it. I sleep better, I'm happier, I'm able to do my job better, and I make healthier choices."

Hosk likes to workout at home. In particular, she likes to take online fitness classes. "I love online classes right now, specifically Megan Roup of The Sculpt Society," she tells The Zoe Report. "Also, I love Forma Pilates, if I can make it to the studio. When lockdown started, I got really into online classes, especially since Megan (my trainer pre-COVID) launched her app just around that time. It was super helpful throughout my pregnancy. I worked out from my living room and, once we moved to LA, the garden."

Donna D’Errico continues to heat up Instagram, posing for her latest photo in a tiny bikini while sucking on a blue ice pop.

“Partly sunny with a chance of popsicles,” the former Baywatch star captioned the snap yesterday, wearing a blue velvet and orange bikini with a halter top.

Elisabetta Canalis looking good at 44 and says she never diets

Elisabetta Canalis is a Pilates pro, first starting the practice when she was pregnant with daughter Skyler, 7. "I was hiking with my dogs twice a week. And then I started to do Pilates," she says. "I had never done Pilates before. I found a very good place here in Los Angeles. I tried Pilates before and thought it was boring. The most important thing is to find a good school, a good teacher who motivates you. Even though I was pregnant, I saw results. The people who were teaching me knew exactly how to teach a pregnant woman."

Canalis says she never diets. "I'm very athletic," she says. "I love sports. I'm never on a diet regimen. I love food. When I'm not on the show, I eat a lot of protein and carbs."

Canalis has always enjoyed high-intensity workouts. "My sport the last two years [pre-pregnancy] has been mostly martial arts, which is not really the best thing to do during pregnancy," she says. "I do Krav Maga [an Israeli self-defense technique]. It's definitely not a pregnancy thing. I had to replace it with something because my body was changing so fast. Good cardio was the best thing to do. I always had a good muscle structure so I didn't really need to do a lot of weights or hard things. Cardio makes you feel good. It helps keep your energy high."

Canalis never skips stretching before her workouts. "A lot of people don't understand that stretching has to happen on a regular basis. It should be daily," says David Nolan, a physical therapist at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital.

Canalis loves horseback riding. "I did ten years of horseback riding," she says. "It's a really good workout. It's my first passion in my life. I think right after this show [Dancing With the Stars], I will come back to horseback riding."

Frida Aasen is soaking up the sun at a beautiful island getaway

Norwegian model Frida Aasen is soaking up the sun at a beautiful island getaway. Aasen, 28, shared pictures of herself posing on the beach.

Aasen enjoys group Pilates and SoulCycle classes. "I do Pilates at SLT," she says. "It's so tough! I like SoulCycle, too. I love the hip-hop-themed rides; they're my favorite. I just did one that was about the evolution of Rihanna. It was incredible."

Aasen says she took advantage of COVID-19 lockdowns to learn to cook. "I have become a much better cook," she says. "Living in NYC I never cooked much, but in the pandemic I started to really enjoy it. I also started doing much more mindfulness (meditation) and yoga."

Aasen lives by a simple motto for health and wellness. "Enough sleep, healthy diet and healthy mind," she says. "People would be surprised to know that I actually love deep cleaning my own house. Cleaning really helps me destress and calm down when I have anxiety."

Aasen avoids meat and sticks to other sources of protein such as chickpeas. "Chickpeas are also an excellent source of non-animal protein," says Patricia Bridget Lane, RDN, LD/N. "They're great for vegetarians and vegans."

Aasen says her career as a model (she was discovered at age 14) helped her get over self-consciousness as a young girl. "It has given me a lot of independence from a young age," she says. "Shown me how to connect socially and on a business level with people from all backgrounds/ages etc. I think it's been such a blessing especially to be able to be young and travel the world and experience so many different cultures and people."

I apply it with a tube and sometimes I do it with Vaseline, which is my best friend for the skin."

Another thing Archbold does to take care of her skin is making sure it stays hydrated. She shared some of her tips in the same interview. "One of the creams I use right now is Pond's BB Cream. I discovered it and I love that it moisturizes me and covers me with a little color…Every day I apply an astringent, I can't miss it. It refreshes and soothes my skin. I've been doing it since I lived in Mexico and the water affected my skin."

Claudia Bahamón Shares a Beach Selfie

Claudia Bahamón is taking selfies in her swimsuit. The Columbian model shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest posts, wearing bright orange for a day at the beach.

"I have to believe this! Yes or yes! "Goodbye ?? to the prohibitions, to the stereotypes, to what they have put into our heads that it should be. To count calories, to believe that eating healthy is the same as eating boring, to the imposition of having to be fitness at any cost, to the endless word diet, to infinite regret for an afternoon of desserts and wine with friends, to pills miraculous and seeing hunger and food as our worst enemies!! Your life is a balance and that balance is defined by you!!!" she wrote in a social media post. :And I have to believe it because today I say I started a diet!"

Bahamón follows a unique diet, reducetarianism, reducing the consumption of animal protein. People believe it not only helps the environment and animals, but also improves human health because it encourages the consumption of fruits and veggies.

"When I was little I loved doing gymnastics, in fact with two friends Andrea and Tita we were the Olympic gymnastics representatives of the school. Don't imagine then the most pro! But I always thought so hahahahaha. (The important thing was to "believe it") I madly loved stunts and still do, in fact that's why I do aerial yoga whenever I can," Claudia wrote in a post.

Claudia also enjoys walking, especially on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Claudia also loves skiing. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. Valerie Domínguez is having so much fun

Valerie Domínguez is excited for the new Barbie movie coming out in July. And her recent Instagram post proves it. Domínguez shared a new set of Barbie inspired photos on her page. Chantel Jeffries is showing off her incredible body

Chantel Jeffries is sipping on a coconut in her swimsuit. The DJ and influencer shows off her incredible body in a black bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, a special selfie. In the Instagram Story she hydrates and replenishes her electrolytes while sipping coconut water straight from the shell.

Chantel is an avid golfer. Her social media is filled with photos from the golf course. "Teed up," she captioned this recent Instagram post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Chantel also rollerblades to stay in shape. She recently shared an Instagram post of herself cruising down the boardwalk in Miami. "Catch me if you can," she captioned it. "I fell tryna take second & then third pic happened," she added. "Inline skating increases your heart rate and gets your lungs working, both components in aerobic exercise. You can increase these aerobic benefits by skating on an incline, skating more vigorously, or practicing interval skating. Aerobic exercise improves the cardiovascular system, reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure," says Rollerblade.

Chantel keeps her body lean and strong with the help of pilates. She recently shared a video of her workout on a reformer and it was no joke. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Chantel also enjoys standup paddle boarding. "On the beach as my mind workin like Plato'," she captioned a post of herself out on the water in her swimsuit. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Chantel also puts in her time at the gym where she does weight and strength training exercises. She uses resistance bands and does a variety of leg lifts and lunges, lifts free weights, and does squats and step-ups. And obviously, she does a lot of ab work.
