Sofia Suescun shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. She just posted a new set of them on her story this week. In one, she is seen doing a plank by her pool. Suescun wore a black bathing suit, showing off her figure. In another photo, she posed by the pool in a swimsuit, captioning it, "Rich sun."

Suescun shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is weight train. Suescun shared this video of herself doing kettlebell swings. She captioned the post, "Obsessed con este bolso. #Fitness + #Fashion = LIFE." The Mayo Clinic states, "Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories."

One exercise Suescun likes to do is squats. She shares a lot of videos of herself doing squats on Instagram. In this set of photos and videos she posted, she is seen doing squats and squat jumps in a park. She captioned the post, "Today 400 squats, and good company of course." In a workout video Suescun posted, she is seen doing squats and squat walks with a resistance band. She captioned the post, "My grind, my life, my happiness."

Suescun does a lot of fitness challenges to stay in shape. She shares a lot of videos on Instagram of herself doing the challenges. In a video, she is seen doing the Push Up Challenge. In it, Suescun is seen doing mountain climbers, plank jumps and plank taps. She captioned the post, "Starting Sunday off with some energy." Suescun also shared a video of herself doing the handstand and splits challenge, captioning it, "I promise it's been the first one."

Suescun is a dog lover, and she shares a lot of photos and videos on Instagram of her dogs. She talked about how she got two of her dogs in the caption of a recently Instagram post. Suescun captioned the post, "It's been a year since the day my life changed, fate brought me to my greatest treasures, Thila and Luna."

Suescun likes to cook healthy meals for herself. In an Instagram video, she shared this recipe for meatballs. She includes chicken and veggies like onions and peppers in her recipe. Suescun captioned the post, "Chicken Meatballs with Tomato. Chantel Jeffries is showing off her incredible body

Chantel Jeffries is sipping on a coconut in her swimsuit. The DJ and influencer shows off her incredible body in a black bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, a special selfie. In the Instagram Story she hydrates and replenishes her electrolytes while sipping coconut water straight from the shell.

Chantel is an avid golfer. Her social media is filled with photos from the golf course. "Teed up," she captioned this recent Instagram post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Chantel also rollerblades to stay in shape. She recently shared an Instagram post of herself cruising down the boardwalk in Miami. "Catch me if you can," she captioned it. "I fell tryna take second & then third pic happened," she added. "Inline skating increases your heart rate and gets your lungs working, both components in aerobic exercise. You can increase these aerobic benefits by skating on an incline, skating more vigorously, or practicing interval skating. Aerobic exercise improves the cardiovascular system, reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure," says Rollerblade.

Chantel keeps her body lean and strong with the help of pilates. She recently shared a video of her workout on a reformer and it was no joke. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Chantel also enjoys standup paddle boarding. "On the beach as my mind workin like Plato'," she captioned a post of herself out on the water in her swimsuit. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Chantel also puts in her time at the gym where she does weight and strength training exercises. She uses resistance bands and does a variety of leg lifts and lunges, lifts free weights, and does squats and step-ups. And obviously, she does a lot of ab work.

Elizabeth Hurley knows how to keep her body looking great at age 57

Elizabeth Hurley, 57, shared pictures of herself looking stunning while posing in a white bikini, against a lush green background.

Hurley starts the day with hot water. "When I got to the studio I'd drink a mug of hot water and go into hair and makeup," she says. "I often put apple cider vinegar in my hot water. It tastes disgusting. I can't face it every day, so I'll put it in my hot water maybe every other day. It's good for your metabolism. After about half an hour I have a cup of coffee, and after an hour I'll have breakfast."

Hurley tries to source her food locally whenever possible, growing her own fruits and vegetables and shopping at nearby farms. "Backyard gardening can inspire you to take an interest in the origins of your food and make better choices about what you put on your plate," says Dr. Helen Delichatsios, an internist at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. "When you grow your own food, you savor it more because of the effort it took to get to the table."

Hurley keeps her workout routine simple yet effective. "I don't do any regulated exercise, but I'm very active," she says. "On the weekends I go for long hikes with my dogs. I try and stretch every day. I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it's just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me."

Hurley makes sure 50% of her diet is vegetables. "I haven't eaten processed food for 100 years," she says. "I don't eat sweets. I drink little alcohol. I don't smoke but I deeply regret that I once did. I have learned to eat lighter and not so late."

Part of Hurley's mantra of "gentle exercise and lots of it" means plenty of walking. "I walk every day, so I try and hit my 10,000 steps a day and I do some stretching every day," she says. "And then sometimes I do a bit more, but that's enough for me really."

Anna Ermakova shows off her amazing figure

Boris Becker's daughter Anna Ermakova was feeling upbeat over the weekend. Ermakova, 23, shared a picture of herself looking happy in a bathing suit, "Wishing everyone a nice Saturday," she captioned the post.

Ermakova's dancing skills are on full display on TV dance competition Let's Dance. "Dancing is accessible to everybody. People who can't stand can use the rest of their body while seated, people who have lost movement in their arms can dance with their torso and legs," says former professional dancer Dr. Lauren Elson. "It's a way to connect to your own body, to music, and to other people. It just depends on whatever your goals are. But we know that there are so many benefits of dancing — cognitive, physical, and social — that it merits consideration by everybody."

Ermakova likes to have regular yoga sessions. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," says Harvard Health. "People who were overweight actually lost weight."

Ermakova enjoys winter sports such as skiing. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight," according to the University of Rochester Medical Center. "Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Ermakova loves long walks and hikes, especially with her mother Angela. "When you're dressed for success, hiking is a great total-body workout," says Michael Bednarz, DPM, FACFAS, a podiatric surgeon at Piedmont Healthcare. "It strengthens the large muscles in your body, while stimulating the feel-good chemical hormones of adrenaline and endorphins that boost your mood and energy levels."

Ermakova enjoys the occasional glass of red wine with her dinner. "Antioxidants in red wine called polyphenols may help protect the lining of blood vessels in the heart," says the Mayo Clinic. "A polyphenol called resveratrol is one substance in red wine that's received attention for its health benefits."

Michelle Monaghan is enjoying a dream vacation

Michelle Monaghan is on a "dream vacation" with her family at a beautiful beach location. The 47-year-old actress shared a reel of herself walking next to the pool in a purple bathing suit, with stunning city lights and ocean in the background. "Pink pink pink pink ?," she captioned the post.

Monaghan focuses on health and strength over appearance. "I love my shape because I know what it's capable of — running 13 miles, having two children, and learning to surf," she says. "I love my body so much; it's profoundly amazing. I have enormous gratitude for it. Years ago, when I started working out, it was about getting my body in shape. But now the mental benefits outweigh the physical ones… We're active together as a family — the kids go hiking and biking with us. But I don't obsess about what I eat."

Monaghan balances out her exercises. "I hike in the morning if I can, after I drop the kids off at school," she says. "If not, I'll go for a run. Typically, I'll do 30 minutes, which is a three-mile run for me. I started doing Pilates, too, and it's really challenging. I find that it's a good balance for my running, which makes my muscles tight. Pilates loosens me up. I also love SoulCycle. I played a Spin instructor in a movie, and at the time I thought, There's no way I'm getting on a bike. But SoulCycle had just opened in L.A., so I went with friends. The lights were off, candles were burning, and we were hooked. It's like church!"

Monaghan keeps her diet vegetable-heavy. "I have never liked fruit," she says. "To make up for it, I have a green juice every morning, which is totally devoid of fruit but has tons of vitamins from vegetables. A typical day of eating for me is eggs or oatmeal for breakfast, soup or salad for lunch, and fish or meat and lots of veggies for dinner."

Monaghan has no sweet tooth—her idea of indulgence is a plate of cheese, crackers, and prosciutto. "There are certain cheeses that can help your gut health," says Alexis Supan, MPH, RD. "Options like cheddar, Parmesan, Gorgonzola and Gouda are all excellent cheeses when it comes to providing us some good bacteria and keeping our gut happy."

Monaghan makes sure to support her mental as well as her physical health. "I love to meditate before my kids wake up," she says. "I find that 20 minutes twice a day [keeps] me patient and grounded." "Mental health is the overall wellness of how you think, regulate your feelings and behave. Sometimes people experience a significant disturbance in this mental functioning. A mental disorder may be present when patterns or changes in thinking, feeling or behaving cause distress or disrupt a person's ability to function," says the Mayo Clinic.

Thalía loves cardio and weights when she is feeling high-energy. "I often get asked what type of exercises I do to maintain my figure, and I always answer that it depends on how I feel at that moment," she says. "There are times in life in which we feel very energetic and strong, like indestructible superheroes. It's during those times when we invest more time at boot camps or at the gym, doing cardio and weights, and that is great."

Thalía enjoys yoga and Pilates when she wants a more gentle exercise. "Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts," says Johns Hopkins Medicine. "Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga."

Thalía insists that 80% of health is down to sensible dietary choices. "Eating a healthy diet that includes lots of fruit, vegetables, whole grains and a moderate amount of unsaturated fats, meat and dairy can help you maintain a steady weight," says the NHS. "Having a good variety of these foods every day leaves less room for foods that are high in fat and sugar – a leading cause of weight gain."

Tara Sutaria spends a lot of time taking care of her body

Tara Sutaria posted a new photo to Instagram this week. In it, she posed outside by a hammock. Sutaria received a lot of positive feedback from her followers in the comments.

Sutaria makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared some of her tips in an interview with Vogue. Sutaria says that her approach to skincare is pretty simple. "I like being simple when it comes to skincare," she explains. "I just try to hydrate as much as I can, and maintain a cleanse-tone-moisturise routine."

Sutaria likes to use natural skincare products. She revealed to Vogue that she likes to use a homemade face mask, and also shared the recipe. "There's this face mask that I love that my grandma makes. It has yoghurt, turmeric, chickpea flour and honey. I leave it on for like 15-20 minutes and then wash it off; it makes my skin glow and look brighter almost immediately."

Sutaria also shared some of her favorite workouts to Vogue. She says that she likes to do different things to stay in shape. "I don't go to the gym," she admits. "I dance, and, sometimes, I like to do Pilates." Sutaria posted a photo on Instagram of herself hanging from a Pilates reformer. She captioned it, "Sweaty Saturdays with the sweetest."

In an Instagram post, Sutaria says that she enjoys staying in shape. "The beauty of movement is in how it makes you feel," she wrote in the caption. "I've always felt stronger, more confident and happier when I'm taking care of my mind and body, so it means a lot to be by your side on your way to finding a healthier you."

Sutaria spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is go hiking. She shared a photo on Instagram of herself hiking in the mountains. April Love Geary loves wearing bikinis

April Love Geary is teasing her fans with a mirror selfie. Geary posted a picture of herself posing in a black bathing suit, with her hair in a ponytail. "This whole month got y'all thinking about me ?," she captioned the post.

Geary and husband Robin Thicke took part in couples therapy. "Couples therapy provides tools for communicating and asking for what you need," says relationship and family therapist Tracy Ross. "A lot of couples tell me that it is the only hour they have during the week where they're focused on each other, with no distractions."

Geary enjoys riding a bike outside for some fresh air and exercise. "Many people feel a lot of tension about working out, losing weight and lowering their blood pressure," says certified fitness instructor ShaNay Norvell. "Outdoor exercise is enjoyable and feels more like play than a chore."

Geary loves getting into the pool with her children. "Swimming is a great all-round form of physical activity," says the NHS. "It's ideal if you want to be more active and stay healthy, whatever your age or fitness level. A few 30 to 45 minute sessions of moderate to vigorous intensity swimming per week is a great way of working towards your recommended level of physical activity."

Geary loves her postpartum body after having children. "Just letting you know that I'm not really bothered by all your guys' comments when you say I was so much more attractive when I was skinnier because before having babies I didn't have this," she says. "I am forever grateful for this baby weight.

Geary says pasta from her favorite restaurant is the only time she "licks the plate clean". "Carbohydrates are your body's main source of energy: They help fuel your brain, kidneys, heart muscles, and central nervous system," according to Reid Health. "For instance, fiber is a carbohydrate that aids in digestion, helps you feel full, and keeps blood cholesterol levels in check."

Josie Canseco is a successful model, influencer, and TV personality. She shares a lot of stunning photos on her Instagram. Canseco opened up about her career to FashionWeekOnline. She says that having famous parents has taught her many things about the industry. "Being raised in the industry has definitely taught me a lot about my communications skills and work ethic," Canseco says. Canseco tells FashionWeekOnline that she makes sure to stay professional, even when she doesn't always feel great. "Sometimes you just are not in a good mood, and that's okay, but it is extremely important to keep it as professional as possible when you are in your work environment," Canseco explains. "I am no angel; I have definitely had my bad days, but I am so incredibly blessed to do what I do, and whenever I feel a bit frustrated or impatient, I remind myself of the opportunity I have in front of me, and it helps to refresh my perspective."

Canseco tells FashionWeekOnline that she makes sure to have supportive people in her life. In particular, she values her friendships. "I have definitely seen a few friendships fizzle out because of lack of upkeep, but I do my best to keep my original core group of friends close at all times. I hang around the people I've been around since I was 14, and our friendship is so strong that no matter how long we are apart for, whenever we're reunited, it is like we never separated. Those are the kinds of friendships I appreciate most in my life."

Canseco is an extremely motivated person. She tells FashionWeekOnline that her main motivation is wanting to be independent. "It is extremely important to me that I am able to support myself and have control over my own life. I never want to depend on anyone else for what I need, and that keeps me hungry for work. I also have dreams and goals that I am so passionate about, and if I want to reach them, I need to stay focused and motivated."

Canseco is an avid equestrian. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself riding. She also posted a set of videos of herself riding, captioning it, "Therapy." The American Heart Association states that riding has a lot of benefits. "Sitting tall, pushing your legs into the body of your horse ignites the core muscles, which are imperative for balance and posture…In a Texas A&M University study, researchers focused on the amount of energy expended during high-intensity horseback riding. But you need not be roping cattle to burn calories. 'Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories," said Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. "If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.' Plus, lifting a saddle onto and off the horse's back, carrying buckets of hay and water to its stall, grooming — all these burn plenty of calories."

Maria Guardiola is already in a summer state of mind, judging by her social media posts. The daughter of Pep Guardiola and Cristina Serra shared a picture of herself posing in the sunshine in a tiny white bathing suit. "Summer soon," she captioned the sultry snap.

Coffee is Guardiola's beverage of choice, and luckily it just happens to offer significant health benefits. "The overall evidence has been pretty convincing that coffee has been more healthful than harmful in terms of health outcomes," says Frank Hu, PhD, chair of the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. "For most people, moderate coffee consumption can be incorporated into a healthy diet."

Guardiola enjoys the benefits of being well-traveled. One 2018 study shows the benefits of travel continue long after the trip itself. "This research shows there are many health and wellness benefits during all stages of travel across generations, and seeing those benefits significantly improves their satisfaction with the trip," says Alison Bryant, AARP Research Senior Vice President. "Any type of travel, whether it's a weekend getaway or a weeklong trip, can be an effective way to renew and recharge and the benefits far outweigh the short-lived drawbacks."

Guardiola is definitely an outdoorsy person, which offers both mental and physical health benefits. "The outdoors offers many opportunities to be physically active," says the CDC. "Time outdoors may also promote mental health and stress reduction."

Guardiola posts several pictures of herself by or in swimming pools. Even if you're not an avid swimmer, simply being in water is good for you, experts say. "People report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land," says the CDC. "They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain."

Guardiola enjoys wine, which experts say should be enjoyed in moderation. "Too much alcohol can have many harmful effects on the body," says the Mayo Clinic. "But if you already enjoy a glass of red wine with your evening meal, drinking it in moderation may improve your heart health."

Jessica Goicoechea is enjoying a beautiful vacation in the Maldives

Spanish star Jessica Goicoechea is enjoying a beautiful vacation in the Maldives. The girlfriend of former Barcelona ace Marc Bartra shared a picture of herself posing in an orange swimsuit, complete with beachy hair and sunkissed skin. "Preciosa," a fan commented.

Goicoechea uses resistance bands as part of her workout routine, especially for glute exercises. "No matter what your fitness level, resistance bands are a great piece of equipment to use," says exercise physiologist Christopher Travers, MS. "Resistance bands might not look like much, but they can strengthen your muscles as effectively as more traditional weights," says Travers. "In many ways, bands put more tension on your muscles and work them longer during movements."

Goicoechea never skips breakfast. Her typical breakfast consists of fresh fruit including grapes, pomegranate and pineapple. "There are some studies that show pomegranates may help to prevent plaque buildup in your arteries," says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. "If heart disease runs in your family, it might make sense to add pomegranate to your diet."

Goicoechea enjoys soy milk. Experts say when it comes to plant-based milks, soy is closest to real dairy. "Soy milk is the only plant-based milk that contains complete protein and has the most protein of all the plant-based milks," says St. Louis dietitian Jennifer McDaniel, a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Staying active is a way of life for Goicoechea. "The truth is that since I was little I have always led a healthy life in terms of food," she says. "And I have always liked sport, although I don't do as much as people think or as I would like."

Goicoechea loves going for a run outside. Research shows even ten minutes of gentle running can make a huge difference to health and longevity. "There is no question that if you are not exercising and if you make the decision to start — whether it's walking, jogging, cycling, or an elliptical machine — you are going to be better off," says cardiologist Dr. Aaron Baggish.

It's hard work modeling bathing suits. Just ask Constanza Romero. The Gran Hermano star shared pictures of herself posing on a bed, wearing a black two-piece swimsuit. "Siesta?" she captioned the post.

Romero enjoys the sun and sand at the beach. Hitting the beach is not just fun—research shows access to blue spaces can have a positive impact on mental health. Romero plays basketball, which is a great team sport. "For some of us, playing group sports can be an appealing way to remain active," says Felipe Lobelo, MD, PhD, FAHA. "Broader implementation of programs using group sports as a vehicle to deliver lifestyle change can help reduce the growing burden of physical inactivity."

Romero enjoys cold iced beverages. Research shows cold drinks can help burn more calories than room temperature liquids. "I calculated it, and for every ounce of ice that you eat, it takes five calories to melt it and bring it up to body temperature," says Brian Weiner, MD.

Romero loves spending time with dogs, which experts say can positively impact mental health. "Pet ownership has many possible mental health benefits," says Katherine Ponte, JD, MBA, CPRP. "It has been shown to reduce stress, depression and anxiety and improve overall quality of life in many ways."

It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Kristina also rides horses. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Kristina, who publicly battles skin issues, tries to stay on a dairy and gluten-free diet. In one of her posts, she says that avoiding inflammatory food generally keeps her skin issues at bay.

Maya Jama shared pictures from her vacation

British entertainment star Maya Jama is having the time of her life on a trip to New York City. Jama, 28, shared pictures from her vacation, including one where she's posing in a hat and blue bathing suit in front of her mirror.

Jama had a very specific training routine before I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! "Before my trip to Australia for I'm A Celeb, I started a vigorous summer workout plan, which consisted of three sets of burpees, jumping squats and planks (non-stop for 20 seconds then 40 seconds rest), followed by seated shoulder presses (three sets of ten reps), squats (three sets of ten reps), crunches (three rounds of 20 seconds non-stop plus a 40 second rest) and press-ups (three sets of ten reps)," she says. "'Although, I prefer weight training on the machines and I still do some cardio. I usually ease myself in with a run or fast walk on the treadmill."

Jama doesn't need to hit the gym to get some calories burned. "Every morning I put good music on and dance around my bedroom or run up and down the stairs," she says. "I've found wearing ankle weights really useful, putting on thick socks and weights while I do my daily activities for some extra resistance. And I've got a bike in front of my TV so I can jump on that when I'm watching something."

Jama loves taking part in group workouts. "With group exercise classes, you have other people's energy driving you," says UW Health Fitness Center fitness instructor Karla Bock. "If you need that push to be more consistent in your exercise, paying for a class may help," Bock says. "The fact that you paid for the class can be a motivator to get you to go, and if you miss it, you know the coach is going to ask you where you were last week."

Jama enjoys both the mental and physical benefits of regular exercise. "I just think [working out] helps your mental health so much anyway – there's a difference in how I feel if I go out and do some exercise versus just staying in bed all day," she says. "I notice how it impacts my brain and how I'm feeling."

Jama loves to stay active with high-energy workouts, including sessions with a trainer. "I have loads of energy so lately I've been trying to channel that into an exercise routine. But I'm still very much a beginner," she says. "I now work out three to four days a week because I know it's an important part of keeping healthy. I'm actually finding it quite fun. Once a week, I do a one-hour boxing workout with my trainer Bradley Simmonds, who keeps me motivated; if I'm on my own, I'll pump up high-energy songs like Bicycle by Vybz Kartel to get me through my workout."

Ashley Benson shows off her incredible body

Ashley Benson is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit selfie. The Pretty Little Liars alum shows off her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, posing in a bathing suit while on the beach in paradise. She shared the photo via her Instagram Stories.

Ashley maintains variety with exercises, doing a lot of different workouts. "I usually do Pilates three days a week for an hour, and I try to box or do SoulCycle two or three times a week," she told Health. "There are times I just want to do nothing! But then I don't feel good about myself."

Ashley's favorite move is "probably squats—and not for my butt but for my legs," she told Health. "We usually do circuit training, so I'll do 25 squats, then I'll run back and forth, and then I'll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can't move for days!"

Ashley prioritizes sleep. She even manages to sneak in some z's during the day. "I try to take an hour nap. If I don't get sleep, I found that I get really bad anxiety. I started getting panic attacks for two years straight," she told Health.

Ashley eats very healthy starting the day with a hard-boiled egg with iced coffee and a splash of half and half for breakfast, followed by a salad (or cheeseburger!) for lunch and fish if she is "trying to be healthy" for dinner. "Otherwise, probably a cheeseburger," she confessed to Delish.

"I've kind of taken a step back from social media," Ashley told Elle. "I don't want to spend my life on Instagram. I think it was necessary when I was on the show and now that I'm getting into new projects, but I feel like as I'm getting older I don't want people to see everything I'm doing all the time. I think it's very important to keep your private life private. Just let the fans see my work and then I can have my own personal life."
