Molly Mae Hague is sharing stunning photos posing at the beach

British influencer Molly Mae Hague is sharing bathing suit pictures after what she describes as a "challenging" few weeks with her newborn baby. Hague posted a snap of herself posing in the surf wearing a caramel swimsuit and straw hat.

A typical breakfast for Hague is cereal and a protein shake. "Replacing meals with protein shakes may help you lower your daily calories, which can help you lose weight," says Katherine Zeratsky, RD, LD. "But in time you'll need to start eating solid food again. Eating solid food may cause excess weight to return if you don't make smart food choices. And if you rely too much on protein shakes to replace daily meals, you'll miss out on the healthy benefits of whole foods."

Hague enjoys mango, melon, pineapple, or grapes for a healthy snack on the go. "Grapes are a source of natural compounds including polyphenols, catechins and anthocyanins," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "As well as providing the pigment to determine the color of the grape, these compounds have protective antioxidant properties. Indeed, grape juice is one of the richest sources of phenolic compounds among fruits, with the most talked about being resveratrol."

Hague loves chicken and sweet potato mash for a nutritious lunch. "Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene – in fact, it's what gives this root its bright-orange flesh," Shubrook says. "When we eat beta-carotene, our body converts it to vitamin A, which is then used to form light detecting receptors in the eye. This is important for night vision and maintaining the health of the eye."

Hague enjoys protein-heavy dinners with rice and plant-based turkey/ham. "White rice is easily digested, low in fiber and when cooked and served correctly is unlikely to cause gastric upset," says nutritionist Kerry Torrens. "It may be a useful inclusion for those who suffer from heartburn or nausea as well as during the flare-ups associated with conditions like diverticulitis and Crohn's disease."

Hague sometimes adds coleslaw to her lunch for a treat. "This has been a lunch, actually, that I've been having for ages," she says. "It is a salad, I put half a packet of Uncle Ben's Spicy Mexican rice in it, with some sweetcorn, I've used two bacon rashers, I used a couple of slices of Quorn chicken slices, then I've put some hummus and coleslaw on top, because coleslaw is my guilty pleasure."

Kaz Kamwi shared a stunning photo in the pool

Kaz Kamwi first made waves as a contestant on the 2021 season of Love Island. And she is still hanging out with some of her castmates today. Recently, Kamwi and her friend, Liberty Poole, met up. And they made sure to get a stunning photo together. Kamwi shared a new photo on her Instagram story of the two of them in bathing suits.

Kamwi opened up about her journey with confidence in a YouTube video. She says that she is working on feeling more comfortable with herself. "I am learning how to be confident again, which sounds so mad because I've always been a pretty confident person. But I think for the first time our confidence is literally like on the floor, as in on the ground. I am scooping it up daily."

Kamwi says in her YouTube video that she likes to take breaks from things that stress her, like social media. "I'm really good at compartmentalizing things usually. And I'm at that point now where I'm like, okay, words people have said and used and just thrown my way have actually affected me. And I'm like, I need to just work through that, which may have been in the last couple of months. And now it's about moving forward. Obviously in order for me to move forward, I can't hide and I'm so good at that. Cause I like peace. I really love my peace. So when I feel like it's being threatened, I just retreat or I just move away from whatever I think is kind of tampering with that, which if that means coming off social media, I'm off."

When Kamwi deals with hard things, she knows she can get through it. She says how she came up with this mentality in her YouTube video. "I genuinely do believe when people say God will never give you anything that he doesn't feel like you can handle or you can deal with. And I'm like, okay, based off that, I'm like, yeah, just keep it moving, keep it going."

Kamwi makes sure to workout. She shared some of her favorite exercises to the DailyMail. Kamwi says that she likes to do cardio. "I did a hit workout a couple of days ago, a 30-minute hit workout and I promise you for three days afterwards I couldn't walk, I couldn't even sit down. In terms of fitness, I've done a bit of swimming, which has been fun."

Kamwi has a lot of support in her life. Mainly, her family. "My mum trusts my judgement," Kamwi says to the DailyMail. "She trusts my opinion and trusts me in general. She's not worried. She is like my best friend, she's been there through my application process right from the beginning."

Over the weekend, the former Canadian hockey goalie took to Instagram to share a few steamy photos that featured her leaving very little to the imagination in a tiny white bikini!

Two white hooks connected the straps of her bikini top to a single strap that wrapped around her neck. The matching bikini bottom featured white fabric and a series of interlocking gold hoops that wrapped around her waist.

Mikayla topped off her look with a long-sleeve pinstripe blouse that hung loosely around her shoulders. She accessorized her look with small hoop earrings, but it doesn’t look as though she is wearing any other jewelry besides that as she smoldered for the shot.

In another photo, the Canadian model sat on a series of stone sets as she put on a busty display for her followers. She is sitting with one leg crossed over the other, letting her long blonde hair fall naturally around her shoulders. Her glossy pink lips are pursed as she stares directly at the camera with her icy blue eyes.

Mikayla tagged St. Lucia, an Eastern Caribbean island nation, as her current location. In the caption, she warned her followers, “do ensure you allow your phone adequate time to cool after looking at these pics.”

One follower commented, “There truly is no adequate cooling off time.” Mikayla replied, “haha bad news, sounds like there’s gonna be a lot of people looking for a new phone.” Another fan wrote, “My phone was fully charged after seeing these. Paulina Porizkova shared her dancing on the beach

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova is reminding everyone to enjoy their lives and seize the day. Porizkova shared some thought-provoking and inspiring quotes from Kerry Egan, along with a video of her dancing on the beach in a red bathing suit. "If only I had known, I would have danced more… So, dance. And taste and smell and feel. And love the body, your body, that makes it all possible," she captioned the post.

Porizkova starts the day with tea or coffee, waiting as long as possible to break her fast. "Drinking tea is a great way to stay hydrated and can help to break up the monotony of just drinking water," says registered dietician Tyler Florek, who notes that people who drink tea are less likely to have heart disease or diabetes. "It is unclear if it's the compounds in tea that cause lower risk or that tea drinkers tend to have healthier lifestyles overall," he says.

Porizkova practices intermittent fasting, allowing herself a window of eight hours for meals. "You don't eat for 16 hours and then you eat for eight," she says. "I generally take it as I eat whatever I want for eight hours because I like food, but I also kind of tend to like more healthy food… If I need a fried chicken, then I'll eat a fried chicken. It's just the way it is."

Porizkova breaks her fast with smoothies or vegan soups. "No soft drinks, ever," she says. "No juices. If your fruit and veggies do not contain fiber (as in juices) it's basically sugar water. Intermittent fasting is not for everyone, people with certain illnesses or conditions who need to keep their sugar balance steady will not profit- but otherwise- for now science has agreed on fasting."

Porizkova loves riding her bike, especially while exploring new places on vacation. "It's been shown that cycling reduces anxiety and depression," says Jaclyn Kubiak, PT, DPT. "Mainly, because you can make it fun. You get the added benefit of being outdoors or you can go do it with friends. You can change the intensity for it yourself," he adds. "It can be as easy as you want or as hard and enduring as you want."

Porizkova has a personal trainer to help get her in the best—and strongest—shape. "Staying in shape after menopause takes a lot of frickin' work. Especially when you have wonky hips," she says. "I've had to cut down on my Pilates since I came back for the jungle shooting #beyondtheedge because my hips won't cooperate. What I'm doing instead, for now, is some serious PT. I found an amazing personal trainer at my local Crunch, Shelly, who alternates hip PT with strength training. But because I've been doing so much traveling, my results are inconsistent. So, yes, there are drawbacks to aging. One has to work a lot harder on things that were taken for granted. On the outside. On the inside, however, all the hard work already done is finally paying off. I may not be as strong or as supple or as smooth as in my youth, but I am comfortable with my vulnerabilities, conscious of my weaknesses, proud of my strengths – and best of all, have the wisdom to put it all together and delight in the results."

Cara Delevingne is heating up Mexico in her swimsuit. The model-slash-actress shows off her super fit figure in a high-cut swimsuit via one of her latest social media posts shared from Esperanza resort in Cabo San Lucas. "Nice view," she captioned the Instagram photo of herself standing in a pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

"My workout routine right now is pretty minimal," Cara confessed to Women's Health. "My workout routine isn't something that's fixed," she added. "I try to listen to my body and do at least 10 minutes of movement a day," she explains. Women's Health.

If Cara needs to get in shape for a project she does Pilates daily. She also enjoys boxing, hiking, tennis, and swimming. "It's hard to motivate yourself to work out when it's the same activity every day, so I can't stand going to the gym," she told Women's Health.

Cara has earned a earned a yellow belt in martial arts. "I wanted to be able to be strong and to defend myself," she told Women's Health. "It's also interesting to learn about the history of the practice."

Yoga helps Carar get "out of her head and into her body," she told Women's Health. "For me, yoga is really about breathwork and meditation. t's not an exercise, it's a practice." She adds that practicing yoga gives her the chance to "take stock and check what's going on inside."

Cara once revealed to Grazia her secret to staying thin. "It is the stress that does it. I don't exercise," she said. "I have been to the gym twice in the last six months and it was too much. I'm rather unfit. It is just stress."

Cara claims that she regularly fuels up with food. "I had McDonald's for lunch [the day before the show] and pizza for dinner. I need to eat a lot otherwise I feel faint – I get in the worst moods if I don't eat," she told Vogue.

Mary Bedford shows off her amazing curves

Mary Bedford is living her best life in her swimsuit. The Love Island beauty shows off her amazing curves in a bathing suit while relaxing in a hot tub in one of her latest social media posts. In one of her latest Instagram Stories, Mary reveals that she has gone to the gym every day this week. "5/5 gym days done this week and my legs are like jelly walking out," she captioned it. In her YouTube video, Mary revealed that while she keeps track of calories and proteins, she avoids tracking other things. "I'm not tracking my carbs or my fats really at the minute," she says. "Before I used to be really strict about it, and I'd just be tired all the time."

In several of Mary's Instagram snap, you can find her drinking a cup of Joe. "I like coffee more than most people," she revealed in one of the posts. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

In another YouTube video, Bedford explains why having a workout buddy is so important. "She pushes me hard," Bedford says. "How do you find the right fit? Talk to friends, co-workers, neighbors, people at the gym. Or find a buddy closer to home: What about a hike with your dog, who thinks every walk is the best walk ever? Now quality time is also fitness time. Good move! You could also try a workout app to connect with friends and others that share your goals and can help keep you motivated," says the CDC.

In a video on her YouTube channel, Mary revealed that she logs all of the food she eats in a day and her workouts with the help of apps. "I do use MyFitness Pal to track all my food," she says. "Then it's just easy. I can work out."

Carolina first came into the public eye during the ninth season of Channel Nine's Married At First Sight.

MAFS followed Carolina as she embarked on a journey to find love on national TV.

While her search for a soulmate may have been a rollercoaster ride, there's no denying that she's found success in other areas.

It comes after Carolina and her MAFS 'husband' Daniel Holmes called time on their relationship in August.

The pair announced their split on August 8, after weeks of break-up rumours.

Daniel was the first to confirm the news, telling his Instagram followers: 'I think it's been obvious for a while we have gone our separate ways.

'There's no right way to deal with these situations... I wish Carolina all the best and I know she feels the same for me.'

Daniel and Carolina were involved in one of the biggest scandals in MAFS history last year.

They began hooking up while the glamorous Brazilian was still technically 'married' to her on-screen husband Dion Giannarelli.

The pair had several rendezvous while hapless Dion tried everything to make things work with his uninterested 'wife'.

Jennifer Lopez is feeling the love

Jennifer Lopez is feeling the love in her swimsuit. The superstar honored her husband, Ben Affleck, on Valentine's Day by revealing a new tattoo with the letters J and B, and also showing off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "Commitment ♾️ Happy Valentine's Day my love," she captioned the powerful Instagram post.

Jennifer told Rolling Stone that she goes to therapy, adding that she has "become much more spiritual" since having kids. "I am whole; I am good on my own; I love the universe, the universe loves me," is one of the affirmations she uses. "I try to always live from a place of gratitude," she added. "But today, especially, if you ask me what my first thought was, it was, 'Thank you. Thank you, God, for this day. Thank you for my life, what it is.'"

While it's hard to believe, Jennifer is aging like the rest of us, and she believes in adapting her workouts as the years go by. "In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now," she explained in InStyle's 2021 The Beauty Issue. "It's not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past. I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!"

Jennifer is all about hydration. According to her trainer Dodd Romero she "drinks a minimum of seven glasses a day," he told US Weekly. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

You won't find Jennifer on a crash diet. "You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat," she told Us Weekly about her approach to staying in shape. "It's a job— you've got to buckle down." Per Dodd her diet consists of a lot of protein, vegetables, fats, carbohydrates and water. Additionally, she "stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources." Egg whites, white meat turkey, chicken breast and grass-fed beef three to four times a week serve as her main protein sources. Healthy fats in the form of fish like salmon and sea bass packed with high levels of omega-3s and 6s and "a handful" of nuts per day are also go-to foods. She also eats lots of veggies and complex carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, rice bread and oatmeal, which she'll eat with fresh berries.

Jennifer cheats on occasion. "Throughout the years I've learned the importance of maintaining a healthier […] diet," she told People. "I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don't deprive myself."

Jennifer is extremely disinclined. "Very rarely will I skip my workout," she told Us Weekly. "Sometimes, I work too late the night before, and I'm like, 'Ugh, I can't do this.' But I tell myself, 'Just do it. It's only an hour.' It's just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum."

Monica Geuze flaunts her curves

Monica Geuze is one of the Netherlands' brightest stars. She's a vlogger with a large social media following. She's a DJ. And she's a presenter. Geuze is unafraid of sharing gorgeous photos on her Instagram. She just posted a new one that week. In it, Geuze is on the beach.

Geuze loves to swim to stay in shape. She posts a lot of photos of herself either in the pool or at the beach on Instagram. Geuze shared a photo of herself and her sister in a pool in Ibiza. She captioned the post, "Crazy views w the sis." She also shared photos of herself going for a swim in a pool in Italy. Geuze captioned that post, "Everything under control over here."

Geuze shares a lot of her favorite foods and what she typically eats on her Instagram. One thing she enjoys are salads. She posted a photo of herself enjoying one while out to eat. Geuze captioned the post, "Casually eating a salad." Harvard Health states, "Most salad greens contain essential dietary nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, and even water…Some of the most nutritious greens include spinach, kale, romaine, watercress, and arugula. They are rich in a combination of vitamins A, C, and K; several B vitamins (including folate); and potassium."

Geuze makes sure to exercise, and she isn't always alone when she does so. She likes to workout with her friends and loved ones. She appeared in a video on Cabau Lifestyle's YouTube channel. In it, Geuze and her friend, Yolanthe Cabau, did some exercises together. The CDC states that working out with friends has benefits. "When you and your buddy encourage each other, you'll work harder (and get better results!). And there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition…It's easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love, one that feels more like fun and less like a workout."

Geuze has amazing legs, and there's a reason for that. She doesn't skip leg day. In the video she did with Cabau Lifestyle, she and Cabau did different lower body workouts. They were seen doing variations of squats, like lunges and squat jumps. They also did partner exercises, like leg circles and combat squats. Lastly, they did exercises in a plank position, like spider womans and plank jacks.

Geuze likes to use a resistance band when she works out. Especially if she's doing lower body exercises. In her Cabau Lifestyle video, she uses the band for certain exercises. Geuze and Cabau have the band when doing exercises like hip thrusts, plank jacks, and squat walks. Resistance bands are very effective. The Cleveland Clinic reports, "In resistance band training, you replace bulky exercise equipment with rubber resistance bands that you stretch. The force it takes to stretch the bands works your muscles just like using free weights or machines."

Raquel Welch, Actress and Legendary Bombshell, Dead at 82

Raquel Welch, the legendary Golden Globe-winning actress and legendary bombshell, has died, ET has confirmed. She was 82.

Welch's rep, Steve Sauer, tells ET, "the legendary bombshell actress of film, television and stage, passed away peacefully early [Wednesday] morning after a brief illness."

Sauer added, "The 82 year-old actress burst into Hollywood in her initial roles in One Million [Years], B.C. and Fantastic Voyage. Her career spanned over 50 years starring in over 30 films and 50 television series and appearances. The Golden Globe winner, in more recent years, was involved in a very successful line of wigs. Raquel leaves behind her two children, son Damon Welch and her daughter, Tahnee Welch."

The cause of death has not been revealed. TMZ first broke the news.

Welch first earned fame in 1966 in the film Fantastic Voyage. It was her role in that sci-fi film that landed her a lucrative contract with 20th Century Fox, ultimately leading to her role in One Million Years B.C., which was released the same year. Welch, who said in 2017 she almost died shooting the British fantasy film, had just three lines in the entire movie. But it was her image as Loana in a "prehistoric" doeskin bikini for the film's poster that catapulted her into the limelight.

For her performance in the 1973 live-action film, Welch was honored with a Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture Actress in a Musical or Comedy.

She was also nominated for a Golden Globe in 1987 for Best Actress in a Television Film for her role in Right to Die. Beux Raymond is reminding her fans that she is Too Hot to Handle in her swimsuit. The winner of the reality show flaunts her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. It's rare to find Beaux without a cup of coffee in hand. A new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and early death.

Supermodel Christie Brinkley is heating things up with a sizzling bikini snap.

The 68-year-old took to Instagram Tuesday to share the love on Valentine’s Day, and it included flaunting her fit physique at the beach.

"Hope everyone is feeling the LOVE!!" Brinkley said on her social media post with a red heart emoji.

The former Sports Illustrated model showed off her toned body in a two-piece red bikini with a red and white cover-up. Brinkley topped off her look with a straw cowboy hat. In one photo she’s seen smiling, posing with her hands in a heart shape.

Ashley Tisdale is heating up Hawaii

Ashley Tisdale is heating up Hawaii in her swimsuit. Sometimes the simplest workouts are the most effective. Ashley maintains that walking helped her get into her best shape ever. Her trainer, Harley Pasternak changed her body "tremendously and honestly it's all about getting your steps in," she said in an Instagram Story. "His method isn't hard and my body isn't left feeling like I tortured it. I can't believe what my body has gone through over the last year and a half. I'm so grateful for it and honestly can't believe how strong I feel." Wearing a Fitbit, she aims for 14,000 steps a day. "All I do is walk lol but it's effective," she said."I'm only sharing this because after months of working hard and trying everything, these small changes in the last three weeks is what have done the most," she continued. "It's the difference of how I feel.

It's all about moving, finding ways of walking. Taking the dogs out with the baby for a stroll, taking meetings while walking vs. sitting." She also claims it is good for her mental health. "It's honestly what has helped my mental health as well," she added. "Having the extra energy from anxiety, just taking a walk and putting on a walking meditation always makes me feel better."

Tisdale, has "borderline thyroid disease," so she focuses on doing low-impact workouts to help her condition.

Ashley mixes up her workouts, doing group classes on her own and hitting the trails. "I've worked my butt off. Whether it's hiking, Pilates, riding on my Peloton," she wrote on Frenche.

She also revealed on Frenche that diet is a big part of the equation. "While I haven't mastered his recipes yet, I'm excited to dive deeper into them. He always says, 'you can't out-walk a bad diet,' and I'm trying to live by that too," she said about Pasternak's plan. "In the past, I practiced yo-yo dieting that wasn't sustainable instead of focusing on making lifestyle changes. That's ultimately the opposite of Harley's methods. He emphasizes the importance of fueling the body with food rather than depriving it of certain foods. My entire point is that while it's easy to get caught up in wanting fast results from your diet and exercise regimen, it's not a healthy mindset to have. It's not a race; it's a lifestyle, so I'm sure the more I do it, the better I'll get at it."

"Skin never looked so good," Ashley said in an Instagram video about ditching dairy. "I would love to say it's just the products I use but I've been dairy free for 5 years and I swear it changed everything with my skin. I barely break out," she added. "I know it's hard to give up something but when you do, after awhile, you barely crave it and I feel healthier." She has also revealed that she avoids gluten.

Evangelina Anderson is having fun jumping into a pool

Evangelina Anderson is having a little fun with her Instagram account. The Argentinian actress, who is Martín Demichelis' wife, posted a split-video of herself jumping into a pool in a green bathing suit—and landing on a snowy field. "Sin escala," she captioned a post.

Anderson has been a vegetarian since she was a child. "People who follow a vegetarian diet and especially a vegan diet may be at risk of getting insufficient vitamin D and vitamin K, both needed for bone health," says Harvard Health. "Although green leafy vegetables contain some vitamin K, vegans may also need to rely on fortified foods, including some types of soy milk, rice milk, organic orange juice, and breakfast cereals. They may also want to consider taking a vitamin D supplement.

Anderson enjoys riding her bike, which is a great form of cardio. "One of the major benefits of cycling is that it's low-impact," says Jaclyn Kubiak, PT, DPT. "Your hamstrings are being activated at about 17%, your quadriceps at 17% and the glutes are at 15 to 17%."

Anderson loves swimming, especially underwater. "Swimming is the fourth most popular sports activity in the United States and a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity," says the CDC. "Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease. Swimmers have about half the risk of death compared with inactive people. People report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land. They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain."

Anderson enjoys the occasional beer—especially at Oktoberfest in Munich. "The main ingredient is usually pure, spring water from a reliable source," says Jim Collins, MD. "It contains no cholesterol or fat, but has low to moderate levels of carbohydrates. Beer does contain an average of 25mg of salt, which isn't all that bad. And, the good news is that most beers contain protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins B, B2, and B6."

Anderson loves hitting the slopes with her family. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance. When you're skiing, you're often out with a group of friends and you're socializing. You're getting fresh air and taking in the beautiful scenery around you. It's good for your emotional health."

Claudia Romani is a model, and she's had a long career. Romani shares a lot of stunning photos on her Instagram. She just shared a new set of swimsuit shots this week. Romani revealed some of her wellness secrets to Women Fitness. She says that she makes sure to exercise on a consistent basis, and she does a lot of things to stay in shape. "It is a work in process. I'm very curvy by nature so I workout daily to keep it fit. I live in South Beach and walk miles every day. When I can, I swim.. I go to the home gym or out to an actual gym on a daily basis and prefer weight training cause I want to keep everything pert."

Romani talked about her approach to eating in her Women Fitness interview. She says that she aims to eat healthy, but she also believes in balance. "I eat healthy too," Romani says. "I have been a vegetarian for 33 years. I try not to obsess and let the routine take over my life, though.. I enjoy occasional treats and respect my body type."

Romani enjoys a vegetarian diet. She talked about this in her Women Fitness interview. "Being a vegetarian means: Number One to be cruelty free, and number two to be healthy!!! I love lean vegan cereal with non dairy milk, protein oatmeal, home made açaí bowl with nuts and seeds, avocado on wheat bread and vegan slices or a British style breakfast with baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms."

Romani has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed some of her secrets to Women Fitness. "I can't recall one single time I went to bed with make up on," Romani says. "My skin tends to be very dry, so I use moisturizer and try to pick products containing hyaluronic acid and vegan collagen.. I love coconut oil and vitamin E supplements to stay hydrated inside out!!!"

Romani is all about body positivity. And she wants others to feel the same. She encouraged this in a recently Instagram post. Romani wrote, "Girls .. Stay true to yourselves. You don't need giant lips nor the 'perfect' thighs… You don't need to do .. . think or say what the society expects you to.. You don't need diabetes pills to get a tiny waist!!! Paulina Gretzky is not letting the winter chill ruin her fun

Over the weekend, the 34-year-old daughter of Canadian hockey legend Wayne Gretzky took to Instagram to share new photos of herself rocking a cold-weather take on the classic bikini. In the shots, the model posed outdoors in a silver bikini — despite the snow and freezing temperatures.

Paulina Gretzky turned up the heat by pairing the swimsuit with a furry jacket, matching socks and brown Ugg slippers. Her blonde locks were styled loosely in her signature beachy waves.

Jennifer Wingut posed by an outdoor pool at sunset

Actress Jennifer Wingut recently enjoyed time in beautiful Goa. And she made sure to share some highlights on her Instagram. In them, she posed by an outdoor pool at sunset. Winget wore a navy and white polka dot ruffled bikini in all the photos. She captioned one of the posts, "To endless horizons and golden skies."

Winget doesn't want to uphold society's beauty standards. She says to Mid Day that she wants to promote a healthy body image and body diversity. "Legs should be longer, skinny should be skinnier; it's not a clone factory," she asserts. "An actor should be recognised for skill and talent. I'm not in favour of the ideal body image [propagated nowadays]. Fitness to me means a healthy body, mind and soul."

Winget revealed her favorite exercises to Mid Day. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "My fitness regime comprises eating a balanced diet and practising yoga," she says. "I also allocate time for my walk, or better still, run on the beach with my dog Breezer. It's something I look forward to."

Winget talked about her diet to Mid Day. She says that she doesn't believe in going on crash diets and plans. Winget opts for a more balanced approach to eating and wellness. "They catch up every now and then, but I make sure to work out. Crash diets never work, so, I eat balanced meals and never skip meals. I try to listen to my body and all else falls in place."

Winget is extremely confident in herself. She tells News 18,"What inspires me is that when I look at myself in the mirror, I should feel good about myself. It doesn't matter what my weight is, but it matters if I am healthy or not. Especially, if anything the pandemic has taught us is to be healthy and not to be of a certain weight, or a certain body type, what matters is you being healthy because nothing comes before health."

Winget revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview. She says that she likes her food to be as fresh as possible. "I drink vegetable juice every day, be it any vegetable, which is a must for me," she says. "For me, any food made at home is healthy, and so I eat anything that comes from home! And yes I mostly avoid eating out, so I am kind of conscious about that though."
