Jessie Wynter shows off her incredible fit figure

Jessie Wynter is heating things up Down Under – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Love Island star shows off her insanely fit figure in bathing suits while enjoying time spent in her homeland, Australia. "Little clips from Homeee," she captioned the new Instagram Reel, driving her followers wild. "Gorgeous," commented one. "Beautiful," added another.

Jessie used to be a slave to diet and exercise. "I've gone from religiously working out and being obsessed with what I eat to ACTUALLY living a life. I've been having so much fun eating out with friends, going to events, not revolving my days around a 'healthy lifestyle,'" she explained in one of her Instagram posts after gaining weight. "I'm happier, healthier and having more fun than ever. My body definitely looks different but that's okay!"

Jessie struggles with her body image. "Make your insecurity your strength ??✨ I have spent so long harming and fighting against my body so I could look a certain way. I've tried every fad diet you could think of, spent hours on google trying to find the magic answer, I would do cardio for hours and hours each day- I even quit the job I loved so I could workout more ? All of this because I thought there was a problem with the way I looked.. The problem has never been my appearance, it's been my mind," she wrote in a 2020 Instagram post. "I have been trying to heal my relationship with food and my body image for a long time now and feel as though I'm starting to make progress. I still have a long way to go. I'm not necessarily happy with where I am, but I'm happy with how I'm learning to cope with when I feel uncomfortable. I'm working hard to make sure every time I pick out a flaw within myself I back it up with a compliment. I'll look in the mirror and look at the size of my legs- my old reaction would be a breakdown.. Now I appreciate how strong they've become."

Jessie spends a lot of time working out. "One of the best things I did for myself was getting qualified to work in the fitness industry with @theaipt ?? Every day I get to see and help people who are motivated to become the best versions of themselves. Make it happen where it happens and make your move," she wrote in a post.

Jessie spends a lot of time outdoors. Hiking and swimming are a few of her favorite al fresco exercises. Wholesome mornings with a spontaneous dip in the ocean," she captioned a post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Jessie is also a walker, which has lots of health benefits. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Jessie drinks a lot of water. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Kim Kardashian shared mirror selfie in tiny black bikini

Kim Kardashian just posted the ultimate thirst trap.

The SKIMS founder, 43, shared a new mirror selfie, clad in a two-piece bikini, on Instagram and even teased what she thought of her looks in the caption.

In the shot, Kardashian posed in the mirror, holding her phone up with one hand to snap the picture and placing her other hand on top of her head. She wore a black v-neck cut black bikini top with matching bikini top with matching “v” shape bottoms.

Her figure was on display, showing off her toned abs and arms and accentuating her hourglass shape. She appeared to take the photo in a type of dressing room, as a black table with makeup bags could be seen on the table and a teal couch could be seen in the background.

She captioned the photo with, “IDD8ME,” which is a shortcut way of saying “I’d date me.”

The photo comes after The Kardashians star launched her new SKIMS collection featuring “late night intimates” in “stretched satin” She shared multiple photos and videos of the drop on both the brand and her personal Instagram account, showing her posing in the new skin tight lingerie.

The new collection includes a cropped corset, unlined scoop bra with a pendant dipped thong and a long sleeve bodysuit — all in the color black.

The reality star and entrepreneur has been all about sexy black dressing this season, most recently being photographed while celebrating the grand opening of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Justin Timberlake concert.

Kardashian wore a floor-length figure-hugging black knit dress which clung to all her curves and showed hints of skin. She amped up her look with a few pieces, including a silver necklace and some rings. Her sister Kendall Jenner also attended the event in a floor-length halter slipdress with a plunging neckline, structured bodice and flirty hem.

Kardashian and Jenner sat beside Ivanka Trump as they watched the concert from their seats. Trump shared an Instagram carousel that featured two photos with the SKIMS founder in front of a red curtained background.

“It’s always a great time with you @kimkardashian,” the former president’s daughter wrote on an Instagram Story post of the two of them at the grand opening.

Cher, Tom Brady and Lenny Kravitz also attended the show, and the “American Woman” singer was even spotted stopping by The Kardashian stars to say hello. Kardashian also showed off a glimpse of the exclusive evening on her Instagram Story, sharing a video of the 'NSYNC singer performing his solo hits (while also dressed to the nines in his black and white tux).

Brianne Howey just loves hanging out in swimwear

Ginny & Georgia star Brianne Howey knows it's the small things that make people happy—like spending a day at the beach with an adorable pup. Howey, who plays Georgia on the show, shared pictures of herself wearing a black swimsuit with white shorts, playing on the sand with her dog. "It's just beach," she captioned the post.

Howey will take Pilates and walking over cardio at any time. "I try to get fitness in where I can," she says. "It's definitely not an everyday thing for me. I'll try to make it to Pilates, or yoga class. I love the stretching and the toning. I'll pick that over cardio any day. The days that I can't make it to a class, I just try to get some kind of movement in, and my favorite thing to do is walking to run my errands. I feel like I've checked two things off my list at once—I've moved my body and I've run some errands. And sometimes I just walk my dog to get the blood going and breathe in some new oxygen."

Howey swears by therapy and movement to protect her mental health. "I've been in therapy for so long now," she says. "I try to do it every week. And even when I'm on set, I will do phone calls with my therapist. Having healthier tools and being able to unwire certain mindsets that we attune ourselves to growing up has been the biggest game-changer. Being physically active also helps start the day more positively. Sometimes that means just playing with my crazy hyper dog. I also miss in-person workout classes and the motivation you get from doing something in a group. But I've been doing lots of floor mat workouts at home."

Howey loves using a Theragun in the evening. "One of the first things I do, honestly, is Theragun," she says. "And maybe that's why I'm not doing as many massages. I am constantly Theragunning. I use my Theragun all the time, mainly on my hips, my back, and my thighs. Just for all of those tight areas that we carry all of our stress in, especially my shoulders. It feels so good. I think it helps me unwind. I also enjoy making dinner. We go to the farmers market on Sundays, and I'll probably cook two or three times a week."

Howey wanted her Outer Banks character to look realistic and authentic. "Georgia's extensions were more of a last-minute decision," she says. "It was something that the show creator, showrunner, and I talked about a ton. I'm so grateful that we pivoted and added them because the second those got put in, I was like, Wow, here's Georgia. As far as makeup, it was fun because we really got to experiment, especially because this character is from the South and probably never had her makeup professionally done. So, the makeup looks we created are things she would probably do based on tips from magazines she read growing up like Seventeen. We just wanted her makeup to feel as authentic as possible."

Howey does whatever she can for self-care, even something as simple as using eye patches. "For me, self-care definitely starts from the inside out," she says. "I don't always have time, as I think most people don't, to go sit and get a ton of treatments done, especially if it's last minute and you're not feeling great. You don't have time to make appointments and go sit somewhere for a few hours. So, I try to fit in self-care at home, when I can, whether it's right before bed or on the weekends.

And I love using the 24 karat eye patches. They make me feel completely revitalized. And I just got this Olive and June nail kit because sometimes I can't make a nail appointment. I am by no means good at doing my nails, but it looks like I've gotten gels done and I've done it myself."

Rebecca Ferguson shared pictures of herself celebrating 40

Dune star Rebecca Ferguson recently celebrated a milestone birthday. She just turned 40.

Ferguson trained for six hours a day, five days a week for her role alongside Tom Cruise on Mission: Impossible—Rogue Nation. "Pilates was the ground floor," she says. "It's such a good way of keeping your body safe. There is so much technique in fighting—how do you hold your fist, where does the motion come from. I had to learn to run fast—so we did a lot of explosive running. When we started filming, we kept the training up as much as possible. When you see a sequence that is 30 seconds long, it has taken weeks of preparation."

Cruise's daredevil attitude clearly rubbed off on Ferguson, who also did her own stunts for Rogue Nation. "I did nearly all of the stunts myself. I knew I could back out at any second—they had a stunt double ready," she says. "But I think that's what made me do it. I had to jump off a Vienna rooftop with my legs strapped around Tom Cruise on the first day! Later on in the film, there's a 120-foot fall. It is scary. You need to get a lot of camera angles, so we had to do it ten times!"

Ferguson lives on a farm in the Swedish countryside with her family, and wants to become as self-sufficient as possible. "We're looking to create some sort of eco-bio produce to be able to have some sort of a nice rotation of veggies," she says. "Maybe get some lambs and we're also surrounded by such knowledgeable people in the area, so yeah, a kind of living that is so wonderful if you have the possibility. Because it is a big farm, friends can stay there, or even move in if they want to; it's about creating this wonderful community for all of our kids where they can just run around, we can have a pool in the barn and build treehouses, so there's so much space for people to do whatever they want to and just create. I love it, I just love being in nature."

Ferguson had a nutritionist on set while filming Rogue Nation. "Yes, because much goes into the training regimen," she says. "If you start being stupid and think that you're going to look good because you don't eat, you won't be able to get through it. We're given good carbs, good protein, lots of sweet potatoes. [My food plan] was completely dependent on the scene that I was doing. If I wasn't exercising too much, I ate more salads and vegetables. I did cut out sugar for eight months."

Ferguson sometimes feels boxed in by always playing the "strong" female roles. "I feel frustrated by the pitfall of doing things that are not completely different, from a creative aspect," she says. "People enjoy what I do, but it's recognized in a similar way. It makes me see that I'm trying to put together something that is shaped by other people, and I want to break out of it."

Leonna Mayor shows off her amazing body

Leonna Mayor is heating up Dubai in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the "world's sexiest jockey" shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while soaking up the sun at a resort. "Love wintery mornings," she wrote on one of her Instagram Stories.

Leonna often needs to weigh just 112 pounds to be allowed to ride, so she has to alter her diet. "It is weird having to adjust your weight for different races but it becomes second ­nature," she told The Daily Star. "It makes dinners out difficult and, after a long day, the last thing I feel like doing is cooking a ­complicated meal."

"I'm usually pretty healthy and just avoid heavy foods like pasta and rice," says Leonna. However, she sometimes skips breakfast and lunch and just has sugary tea and biscuits."I eat a lot of soup and treat myself to a ­takeaway if I get a win!"

Leonna is a reader. "Engrossed earlier in the most amazing book," she captioned an Instagram post. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Leonna takes nature walks. "Gorgeous few pony days with @vanessa_binnie_ryle walking and talking our way around the countryside," she captioned a post. "Nothing better then getting out in the fresh air with friends." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. Leonna claims that drinking wine helps her drop water weight. "One of the lads suggested a couple of glasses of wine the night before a race to dehydrate," she told The Daily Star. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

"If I need to lose a pound or so, I sweat in a hot bath," Leonna added about one of her other habits. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Salma Hayek shows off her amazing fit figure

Salma Hayek is heating up social media – in her swimsuit. In a social media post shared over the weekend, the 57-year-old Hollywood legend shows off her amazing fit figure in a yellow floral bathing suit. "Sunday Mood," she hashtagged the Instagram post, driving her followers wild. "Unreal," commented one of them. "Honey, how do you look like amazing???" asked another.

Hayek loves getting a massage. "You have to find a good person that gives a good massage," she told Inquisitr. "I have a [massage therapist], but she lives in Japan. She only comes to London every once in a while. But when she comes, she's my secret weapon. Massage oxygenates, activates the circulation, and keeps the muscles healthy and firm. I cannot tell you, even just for the lymphatic [system], what the massage does for the face."

While Salma doesn't have the "discipline" to wake up and break a sweat, she does have a more gentle form of exercise she relies on. "I don't have time to exercise, I am working," she told People. "I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you're working the muscles," she continued. "She taught me to tone my muscles without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you're aware of your body, you'd be surprised by the effect it can have."

Salma walks her dogs. "This is my version of exercise and these are my #dogs coaches … These are my trainers!" she captioned an Instagram post of herself taking her dogs out for a stroll. Salma has a no-diet policy. "I don't like to diet and I'm not good at it," she wrote on her website. Instead, she fuels up on fruit, vegetables, lean meats, and fish. She also loves juice. "When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort," she continued. "After doing a juice cleanse, I'm motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally. Cleansing is like my meditation. It makes me stop, focus and think about what I'm putting into my body. I'm making a commitment to my health and hitting the reset button."

“Are you getting in the holiday mood yet?” Dana asked in the caption of an Instagram video that featured her kneeling on the carpeting floor in a white bikini and wool hat. She placed her hands behind her head as she showed off her figure and curly blonde hair.

Baby steps, day by day, put in the work and you will see results," she captioned another post, promoting the hardcore workout.

When Teri turned 55 she posted a photo of herself in a bikini, to share her "truth," she said. "Here's the thing. I've finally figured out how to be comfortable in my own skin. Maybe not every day but a lot of them," she continued. "Sharing myself in a bikini (which I may or may not ever wear again) Is me Being open to others, open to life… finding glorious connection and community," she penned in the note. "No filters, no makeup, no airbrushing, no negativity. Be strong enough to be vulnerable."

In 2018, Hatcher ran the New York City Marathon with her daughter, Emerson Tenney. "Something about the ups and downs of training for such a physical feat as a marathon — that sort of vulnerability, the adversity that you have to get through and pushing through walls together — and having that experience as a team; it's just a bonding thing that you can't really replace or have from any other experience. And I think we both wanted that together," she told People.

During an interview on TODAY with Hoda & Jenna Teri revealed that she had gone on the anti-inflammatory diet, which she did "not to lose weight," she said. "The anti-inflammatory diet, I think, is empowering—cutting out alcohol, or at least not making it your go-to reward at the end of every day, and finding something different," she continued. "It makes you not as depressed, not as lethargic, not as achy, all those things."

Hatcher aims to drink nearly three liters of water daily. "I did it on the advice of a nutritionist and a week after I had so many of my friends ask, 'What are you doing to your skin? It looks amazing.' I couldn't think of anything different other than the water," she told Prevention.

Katheryn Winnick shared pictures of herself in Bali

Animal star Triptii Dimri recently enjoyed a magical trip to beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Dimri, who plays Zoya Riaz in the movie, shared a picture of herself posing in a black swimsuit in a gorgeous outdoor pool. Behind her was a giant screen of lush greenery and vivid flowers. "Life is better in Green?," she captioned the post. "Balinese beauty," a fan commented.

Dimri found herself learning the craft of acting while on the job. "At the time when I did Laila Majnu, I hadn't done even a single workshop," she says. "I was unaware of the process one goes through while playing a lead in a film. So these workshops, character reading sessions and discussions over backstories were all new to me. When I used to attend these discussions with Imtiaz Ali sir (who co-wrote the screenplay and presented the film), Sajid Ali (director) and Avinash Tiwary (co-star), I would sit there with blank expressions. The first schedule of the film was a little challenging for me. Before the second schedule rolled out, the team asked me to take up acting classes. It was during this course that I enjoyed acting and realized I want to pursue it as my profession."

Dimri took advantage of the pandemic lockdowns to work on herself. "I think I was not working out enough," she says. "It is not something someone asked me to do, but that I realized it myself and now I am exercising to stay fit and in shape, thoroughly. I also try and be a little more active on social media. I feel it is important to keep your audience engaged and communicate with them on a regular basis."

Dimri now works out several times a week. "I make sure that I work out at least five to six times a week," she says. "I was not very consistent with my workout the past two or three years but since 2023 I have been trying to be consistent with my workout even if I am working, I make sure that I incorporate at least 45 minutes to one hour of workout. I recently started doing weight training, I play tennis every alternate day, and I try to do yoga on my off days. Yoga has helped me calm down so much and has helped me bring back my flexibility also."

Dimri enjoys a balanced diet without restrictive rules. "I do not believe in skipping anything when it comes to food," she says. "It is especially important to binge on your favorite foods every once in a while because it is important to take care of your mental health as well. I eat my favorite things, which are noodles and hummus at least once or twice a week. Most days I try to keep it healthy. I try to have home-cooked meals. I have dal chawal and vegetables and parathas. I try to have early dinners because that is one thing that has worked wonders for me. When you have early dinners, your system gets a good 2-3 hours to digest your food properly before you go to bed."

Dimri works hard to keep stress at bay. "Even though you do not want to take the stress you end up taking a lot of stress for a lot of stupid reasons," she says. "That is why it is important to ground yourself, find your balance, and make sure you are doing things that are good for the mind and good for the soul. So, meditation is one thing that has helped me with a lot of other things in life. I do not think I am going to leave that practice ever. I think even if I get 5 minutes or 10 minutes on hectic days, I make sure that I sit by myself without my phone, without any distractions, even if it is for 5 minutes and it does work like magic."

Sophia Peschisolido shares photos from Seychelles

Sophia Peschisolido is bumping along – in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the influencer and Love Island alum shows off her incredibly fit figure – baby bump and all – in an orange swimsuit. She is currently vacationing in the Seychelles. "The most beautiful pregnant gal," commented one of her followers. "Baby bump babe," added another.

Sophia claims she doesn't work out a lot. In an Instagram Q & A, she said that she rarely broke a sweat most of her life. "I never work out – I went for a run for the first time in ages the other day and almost died," she said.

During the pandemic Sophia started becoming more active, going on "socially-distanced walks in the park or bike rides" with her family and her dog, Scruffy. "I go on a walk every day and do exercises in my bedroom every now and again," she told The Sun. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

"I wish I could say it's been easy, but fitness and health has never been my forte."I've always had to push myself but the upside of that is that I'm starting to love the way my body looks. But I'm not obsessive," she told The Sun about self-love. "I exercise when I can be bothered but I've definitely put weight on during quarantine. It's the banana bread I keep making."

Sophia exercises her mind. During the pandemic Sophia started doing "a weekly quiz, which is fun," she told The Sun. "I have also done these with my family, who are all over the world," she added. She also does puzzles. "I recently finished a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle which took me four days, but it didn't relieve any boredom, so I don't recommend that."

Sophia's coffee order? "Oat milk cappuccino plz," she revealed on Instagram. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. Emma Roberts shows off her amazing body

Emma Roberts is promoting her book club in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the We're the Millers star and Julia Roberts' niece shows off her amazing body in a gingham bathing suit, while introducing Pages in Paradise, "a program in partnership with @AppleVacations and @penguinrandomhouse to make finding your perfect beach read and your next getaway easy," she captioned the post. Emma starts every morning with self-care. "It's so important to set yourself up for the day," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2021. "I cannot wake up without having my coffee and my me-time."

Emma makes sure to get enough rest. "I'm very easy on myself with diet and exercise. I want to be healthy, and I want to do a good job, but I never put pressure on myself because there are so many more important things, like sleep," she told the Zoe Report. "To me, sleeping is more important than working out." According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Emma makes sure to get enough exercise. She works out with a trainer, Andrea Orbeck, three times a week. "Our sessions are an hour, focusing mostly on arms, abs, and ass-the all-important three A's," she told Shape. "I started working out regularly when I was living in New Orleans shooting American Horror Story: Coven several years ago. I really fell in love with the food there. To counter all I was eating, I worked out more. It was a great balance: I'd have fried-chicken sliders at night and then go to my yoga class the next morning."

Emma has another workout she loves. "I also do yoga. I usually take classes with a friend," she says. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

"With my diet, I do what feels good for me at the time," Emma told Shape about her eating. "I try not to say that I won't eat something. Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, What do I feel like eating?"

"I love Pilates. I feel very energized and centered when I walk out the door afterward.I tried to get into running, but it didn't work for me. Pilates is something you take your time at, and it makes me feel very clear," she continued. Emma works out with Nonna Gleyzer at Body by Nonna. "I can see my shape transform within a couple of sessions," she maintains. "That's good because I'm that person who, after one class, lifts up her shirt and says, 'Where are my abs?' I want results!"

Emma starts the day with a juice, Moon Juice Spirit Dust, which is "a fun way" to begin the morning, she says. "I also drink iced coffee even when it's freezing outside because hot coffee doesn't wake me up." On her days off, she might cook up eggs and bacon and toast for breakfast. "I adore classic breakfast foods," she says. "For lunch, I'll do a chopped salad with avocado, chicken, and tomatoes. Dinner is a turkey burger, or salmon with teriyaki or ponzu sauce, and brown rice with broccoli. I need snacks, particularly when I'm working. Lately I've become obsessed with seaweed. And chips and guacamole make me so happy! I also love cupcakes, ice cream, and Sidecar Doughnuts. Sometimes I bring sweets for everyone at work as an excuse to eat them."

As demonstrated by her latest Instagram post, Emma is a bookworm. "Reading is my form of self-care and meditation," she maintains. "I set aside at least 20 minutes a day for it. Sometimes that turns into 30 minutes, an hour, two hours. There are so many books on my dining room table right now that I can't use it for eating. I go to the store and buy every book I want to read for the next few months and put them on the table."

Brazilian Model Lais Ribeiro shows off her amazing body while posing on a waterfall

Lais Riberio is steaming up the Seychelles – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Victoria's Secret model shows off her amazing body while posing on a waterfall. "Blessed to have the opportunity to travel around the world for work," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Wooow sooo sooo beautiful," commented one of her followers. "I focus best on my mental and physical well-being by regularly exercising. I like to do strength training and lift weights with my husband. I always make sure to keep my routine whenever I'm not traveling. After I drop the kids off at school, I go straight to work out. I turned my garage into a gym and workout at home with my trainer," Lais told Medium. "Working out daily helps release endorphins that affect my mood. I love being outside as much as possible, and getting some sun always boosts my energy. I always feel so good after working out or being in the sun."

Lais is all about hot and cold therapy. "After my workouts, I like to get in the sauna and ice," she told Medium.

Lais also focuses on maintaining a healthy diet. "Eating proper nutrition is very important when maintaining a healthy and happy body. Despite my busy schedule, I make sure to get my body the nutrition it needs with a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains," she told Medium.

Lais also drinks her nutrients. "In the mornings, the first thing I do is make green juice. You get all sorts of vitamins and minerals. It also helps with my digestive system and boosts my energy," she told Medium.

Lais makes sure to get enough sleep. "The amount of sleep you get during the night completely controls the type of day you will have. A bad night's sleep can leave you with no energy and a bad mood. As I've gotten older, I've realized how important sleep is. It gives my body time to recover and recharge for the next day," she told Medium.

Self-care is "vital for your mental wellness," explains Lais. "It helps reduce any stress and helps prevent burnout. Self-care can be so many different things, from meditation and getting exercise to journaling and pampering yourself. It's important to find what best fits you and helps you the most. Balancing a career and being a mom can be very hard at times, so I always make time for the self-care that best works for me."

"I try not to skip breakfast, but again, if we're on the go, I'll just drink one of these, but it's also just a nice little, I need something sweet. Just need a little snack."

Roxy Jacenko is revealing her weight loss in a swimsuit. In a new social media post the Celebrity Apprentice Australia shows off her slimmed down and fitter-than-ever figure in a pink bathing suit. She shared the images via her Instagram Stories.

Roxy maintains a healthy diet, detailing what she eats in a day to Women's Health Australia. "I always start my day with a skim piccolo before the gym. I'm straight at my desk afterwards and have one slice of vegemite toast with a fresh green juice for breakfast," she said. "My go to lunch is always sushi – 10 cooked tuna mini rolls, and seared prawn on rice. In the afternoon, I'll have a handful of fresh grapes from GrapeCo to tie me over," then for dinner she will eat one of her healthy salads from her Chargrill Charlie's range "'The Euro Glow' which is a turmeric, chickpea and quinoa salad with grilled chicken or baked salmon for added protein."

Roxy focuses her energy on building muscle. "I'm not into cardio, I do weights and resistance training, lots of TRX. I'm not interested in being the fittest person. I want to be ripped and I want a four-pack," she told Women's Health. "My workout regimen now involves a 45-minute weight-based workout four times a week which I change up with Ben Lucas and Ryan at Flow Athletic and Dylan Rivier to keep it interesting."

Roxy is a fan of pilates. "The PAIN. Pilates added to the regime," she captioned one of her posts, showing off her moves on the reformer. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Roxy has a no excuses approach to exercise. "Some days I don't feel like going to the gym, but I make my workouts standing appointments so I don't move them," Roxy told Now to Love. "Once my workout is over (if I can walk out of there, I'm so sore!), I do feel so much better, and I'm ready to attack the day with gusto and get on with anything that comes my way."

Roxy was big into "clean eating," later realizing she was bordering eating disorder territory. "I starved myself for a good twelve months," she said in a podcast for body+soul."Everyone was cheering me on, saying, 'Oh, she's training so hard at the gym'. Well, no, I was eating air. I was not smart about how I was living my life."I eat normally [now]. I'm still careful [about] what I eat, but if I want to have dessert, I'll have the tiramisu. I would never have before…"

Aimee Garcia enjoying the Beach

Garcia swears by regular exercise for her youthful looks. "I work out every day or at least I try to," she says. "I believe that exercise preserves youth more than anything else. Garcia washes her hair every three days to maintain health and moisture. "I have kind of frizzy hair because I am half Puerto Rican so I really like Jonathan products," she says. "When I use his conditioner I don't have to put any sort of balm afterwards because it just smoothes away any unruly hairs… I'm a big eyebrows girl. I like to keep things really natural and I think eyebrows really frame your face."

Garcia is inspired by Natalie Portman's looks and style. "I love that she always looks like herself," she says. "She's classy, chic and yet relatable. She's the face of Dior, but can also be girl-next-door. She's managed to navigate between being a beauty icon, Oscar-winning actresses, Ivy League graduate and down-to-earth humanitarian."

Garcia is proud to represent her community on screen. "I feel a big responsibility to represent what it means to be a Latina to a global audience," she says. "I'll never forget when a group of young girls [Latinas] came up to me and said, 'Oh my God, we love Veronica on the George Lopez show! She's so funny and stylish, and we love that she's a Latina millionaire.' And I thought, Wow, the roles that I pick aren't just to pay rent but they're also to represent my community. It's bigger than me."

Grand Theft Auto V star Carolina Ravassa went on a magical trip to Trinidad with a best friend. Ravassa, who voices Taliana Martinez on the game, shared a very sweet reel of herself having a great time on the island, including a scene where she's dancing on the beach in an orange bikini. "Thank you @aliasentertainmentexpo for the best experience in #Trinidad! What beautiful people, culture, food, music! Loved experiencing @djprivateryan in his home country!" she captioned the post.

Ravassa has been involved in entertainment since she was a child. "I was born and raised in Cali, Colombia and was lucky enough to have incredibly artistic parents who encouraged and nurtured our artistic side," she says. "Me and my two sisters loved painting, acting, being crafty and doing things a little bit differently. Because of this, I started acting when I was five years old, and I've never stopped. I didn't act professionally, but I knew it was what I was most passionate about so I kept auditioning for all the school plays and loved being a part of them. I like to say I didn't choose acting, it chose me. I moved on to study theater at Boston College and started really understanding what it was all about. I then moved to NYC to continue my studies in film and TV, and ended up staying for ten years!"

Ravassa is thrilled at how videogames have become so popular worldwide. "Video games have expanded, they've become more mainstream: we have 30 million players all over the world thanks to the internet," she says. "We are diverse, so people in the Middle East and Australia are playing the same game you guys are playing here. I think that because it's become a world phenomenon, that's why it's blown up. This is my personal take on it — I haven't done studies on gaming or anything, and I'm very new to the gaming industry — but we're all [saying], how the heck did this happen? We didn't expect any of this."

Ravassa was inspired by legendary actors to go into voice work. "Since I was young I fell in love with Robin Williams because he did films and he also voiced animated characters," she says. "The Genie and Batty Koda were my absolute favorites. Somewhere along the way I forgot about cartoons and was just pursuing theater and on-camera work. I love that video games brought me back to voice acting because all of a sudden this whole voice career opened up for me and I feel so grateful for it. I have a knack for badass chicks with guns, so I have played quite a few of them for video games and now I understand that world so much better!"

Ravassa is proud of the cast diversity in the game Overwatch. "A lot of the voice actors are very close to their characters in ethnicity, nationality, or race, so I think that because we feel these characters represent such a variety of people in the world, we feel very proud to be a part of this game," she says. "I [also] think that as actors who are very interested in diversity and the importance of it in the media, we also have connected and shared this common goal."

Ravassa believes all the luck in the world can't replace hard work. "I've definitely been lucky to have met certain people along the way that have helped me or recommended me for future jobs," she says. "But I also believe that luck has to be met with talent, hard work and timing. When these people have wanted to help me, I have a great voice demo to back up my talent, or it just happens to be the perfect time for that one role they were looking for. I think it's about being open to the possibilities of what the universe can offer you, and rolling with the punches."

Kelly Piquet looking great

Happy bathing suit birthday, Kelly Piquet! The Brazilian model and girlfriend of racecar driver Max Emilian Verstappen celebrates her 35th birthday on December 7, and Celebwell is honoring her on the special day. She recently showed off her amazing body in a bathing suit, revealing that she had "a heart full of gratitude."

Piquet loves to dance, sharing lots of videos – like this one – of herself dancing with her boyfriend. "I'll dance my life away with you. Happy Valentine's Day ados," she captioned it. In another dancing video she wrote, "Can you teach me how to dance real slow." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Piquet hits the gym hard. In one video she revealed her workout, which included leg exercises like squat jumps with TRX cables, leg curls with rings, and tricep dips, and ab exercises like v-sit crunches, and arm exercises like lifting a weighted ball.

When Kelly is on vacation you can find her paddleboarding, a great workout for the core and also a great form of cardio, claims The American Council on Exercise.The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

During a trip to Croatia she went for a ride. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Kelly is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Cassandra Dawn shows off her amazing body

Cassandra Dawn is living her best life in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the Selling Sunset beauty shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while giving fans an update on her mental health status. "In my era of deeply embracing change & things are gooood," she captioned the post.

Cassandra loves to hike. During a recent bachelorette party she went hiking in Saint Barts. "No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Cassandra has a dog and you can often find her taking it for walks. "A girl & her pup," she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Cassandra loves the water and going for swims. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Cassandra's drink of choice? "I'm not a cocktail person, but I drink a lot of wine. Ever since visiting Paris, I have loved rosé," the former Playmate told Playboy. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks." While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Cassandra loves two cuisines. "I also adore Italian food, but because I lead a healthy lifestyle, I eat a lot of sushi," she told Playboy. "The seafood used in sushi is generally low in calories and high in protein. Fatty fishes used in sushi—such as salmon, mackerel, herring & tuna—are high in omega‐3 fatty acids, which have neurological, anti‐inflammatory, and cardio‐protective benefits," says New Christiana Care.
