Danielle Lloyd is heating up Dubai in her bathing suit. The model shows off her incredible body in a swimsuit while vacationing at the luxurious Atlantis resort. "Living my best life," she captioned one of her most recent Instagram posts.

Danielle is living, breathing proof that weightlifting doesn't result in a bulky body. "I lift heavy weights, so I look more toned," she told Closer. However, you won't find her at the gym alone. She works out with her trainer regularly.

I didn't need a boob job – I needed a therapist! Exercise can do a lot to change your shape," she told Closer.

Danielle went jet skiing with her family on a trip to Dubai last summer. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Danielle is open about her mental health. "People say, 'You're on the telly, how can you have anxiety?' – they haven't got a clue. We all have the same worries. It's hard to know what the trigger is, but I'm a shy person and life can be hectic. Earlier, I had so much anxiety, my heart was beating out of my chest at what felt like a million times an hour. I was breathing heavily and felt sick. I've learned it's better to leave the house, see people and talk about it, as that's therapy in itself. I've also started doing breathing exercises at home, too," she told Closer.

Heather Graham Hits the Beach in White String Bikini

Heather Graham latest social media snaps have her fans wondering if it's witchcraft that gives her the age-defying powers.

The 53-year-old actress proved that she is practically ageless in her sultry new Instagram snaps, which appear to have been captured on the beautiful beaches of Jamaica.

In the series of sizzling new photos taken by photographer John Parra, Graham was scantily clad in nothing but a white string bikini, showing off her curves and her ever-youthful glow.

"Grateful I got to spend time on this beautiful beach," the Hangover star captioned her Instagram post, which was pinned at the Sandals Southcoast Jamaica location.

Graham appeared to be frolicking in the clear blue water in some of the snaps, while other pics showed her posing for the camera from the sand.

Some photos also seemed to be taken from inside the resort, with Graham wearing a floral blue mini dress while drinking in a bathtub for a fun and flirty snapshot.

"Very shaggadellic ??" one of her followers wrote under the post, referring to her iconic Austin Powers character Felicity Shagwell.

Clare Crawley's outfit of the day? A bathing suit. The Bachelorette star shows off her insane body in a swimsuit in one of her latest social media posts, a mirror selfie snap. "OOTD," the reality star captioned the Instagram post.

Clare has a favorite workout: Yoga, which she has been doing on and off for many years. "It was intimidating. I hated it at first," she confessed on Reality Steve's podcast. However, she maintains that it is also great for her mental health. "It's kind of like something spiritual. It calmed my spirit and my soul down," she said.

Crawley is a runner. She recently shared a photo on Instagram of herself about to go for a run. "Time to tie up the laces and get fresh air. Andreea Dragoi starts off the day by taking a dip in the pool

San Jose State swimmer Andreea Dragoi is starting off her day the best way she knows how—by taking a dip in the pool. The Romanian model shared pictures of herself posing by the water in a bright aquamarine swimsuit, soaking up the sunshine. "A little hello to start off your day?," she captioned the post.

Dragoi frequently hits the gym for weight training, which is a great way for athletes to gain strength. "Determining which type of workout is more important is entirely dependent on your goals," says Rutgers Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach Mike Tufo. "For a distance swimmer, cardiovascular workouts hold a higher priority," said Tufo. "If an individual's goal is to gain strength, then weight lifting should be the focus. Usually, a carefully planned combination of both is optimal."

Dragoi loves to start her day with a sweaty cardio session. "Mix high-impact activities like jogging or step aerobics with weight-supported activities like rowing and cycling," says the University of Colorado Denver. "The more muscles involved in the activity, the greater your aerobic challenge."

Dragoi has a background in ballet and other types of dancing lessons. "The evidence for the health benefits of exercise is indisputable," say the experts at Harvard Health. "Physiologic studies have demonstrated that regular activity builds muscle and bone, reduces fat, increases aerobic capacity, lowers blood pressure, and improves the ratio of 'good' to 'bad' cholesterol."

Dragoi emphasizes the importance of self-confidence for health and happiness. "Remember it's never too late to start doing what you want, take control over your life," she says. "Feeling good about yourself and feeling good in your skin and body is very important to me and I believe it's something that makes someone more powerful."

Dragoi credits her many years of swimming with giving her direction and ambition in life. "After many years of hard training, meets, and many ups and downs, I realized how grateful I was for never giving up on swimming," she says. "As this journey is what made me the person I am today. A strong, ambitious, confident woman that can overcome obstacles that the little girl in her never thought she would."

Arreghini loves swimming, be it in the pool or the ocean. "Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses," says the CDC. "This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease."

Arreghini makes a point of drinking water rather than cocktails when she is spending time in the sun. "Since it provides a sense of fullness, water can help you feel satisfied in between meals—instead of heading to the snack cupboard," says the National Council on Aging. "It can also help boost your metabolism."

Greek model Iliana Papageorgiou is heating things up this season

Iliana Papageorgiou is heating things up this season in her swimsuit. The Greek model shows off her sensational figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Summer," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Iliana loves to make a racquet on the court. "Tennis mode ON!" she captioned a recent post. "Get inspired and try a new activity to find what suits you!" According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Iliana can often be swimming in the ocean, a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Iliana enjoys soaking in hot water. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Iliana also stays fit by standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Mishel Gerzig shows off her amazing body

Mishel Gerzig is throwing it back to last summer in her swimsuit. The model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, a series of throwback snaps from last summer. "Summer '22 Amalfi Coast," she captioned the Instagram photos.

After serving her time in the Israeli military, Mishel battled anxiety. "I had a very meaningful IDF service. I was a commander of a search and rescue ship in the Navy. It's a very intense role – physically and mentally, with a lot of responsibilities and commitment. I felt like it fulfilled me," she told Y Net News. She saw a doctor but tried alternative coping methods first. "I went on with my work, I didn't give up. I learned to practice breathing and talk to myself in front of the mirror through affirmations."

"Sleep is something that's important to me and if it were up to me, I would sleep 8.5-9 hours a night. But that doesn't always happen, because of my partner's kids, work, and travel," she told Y Net News in another interview about her beauty secrets. "If I sleep five hours, I'm a bit of a zombie."

"I believe in dietary supplements and make sure to take B12, Iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Omega 3 regularly, even though I consume all the nutrients. I don't have a set menu. I believe in eating what the body needs. There is a definite connection between the mind and body. If my mind feels like it wants a pancake now, that's what I'll eat for breakfast, and yes, I will balance myself out with a health lunch," she told Y Net News.

Mishel also limits exposure to social media. "It's important to always remember that there is a beautiful world outside, set a limited time for social media and enjoy the world outside. I hope to continue living by this rule in the upcoming yea," she told Y Net.

Mishel works out daily, even if it is just for ten minutes. "This includes sets, stretches, movement," she said, explaining that exercise "an inseparable part" of her day-to-day life. "I love to incorporate exercise into my life and mix it up – walking, hiking, biking, skiing. I can certainly say it is a big part of life."

Gerzig eats healthy but doesn't deprive herself. "A bit of everything without getting carried away by anything," is how she explains her way of eating. "When you feel good on the inside it shows on the outside, and vice versa. Balance is the name of the game." As for her cheat meal? "Mostly I have white bread with Nutella. But honestly, I have no desire to change that, it is part of who I am."

Gogglebox star Sylwia Bomba is enjoying a sunny vacation in beautiful Turkey. Bomba shared pictures of herself posing outside in a brown bikini with a cheetah-print cover up, wearing a big smile. "Good morning ☀️ There is no shortage of reasons to smile here ☺️ we are in Turkey once again and we are happy to come back here," she captioned the post.

Bomba makes a point of getting exercise every day. "I train every day. On Tuesdays we go to the swimming pool with [daughter] Tosia, on Wednesdays we go to the dance, on Thursdays we go to the playground, etc," she says. "I exercise every day."

Bomba likes to get her workout out of the way first thing in the morning. "Morning workouts help reduce the possibility for obstacles to present themselves," says Jasmin Theard, ACSM HFS, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. "There is also less opportunity to make excuses. When you get up and exercise, you establish a healthier mindset, which makes you more mindful of what you eat during the day."

Bomba says following a ketogenic diet helped her lose weight. "When I said I was on a ketogenic diet, I got a [lot of] buzz," she says. "However, it serves me well, I don't have stomach problems, I fit into such a nice dress and I feel good."

Bomba loves skiing with her family. "We never went skiing as a child even though I always wanted to," she captioned an Instagram post. "My parents just didn't like it. Most of my friends from school usually spent their holidays skiing. Today I am a mom and tears of emotion flowed down my cheek when Tosia (3 years old) put on skis for the first time and went down the slope."

Even when Bomba is not actively training at the gym, she makes a point to move every day. "I just try to stick to my diet and do it intensively," she says. "I use every possible opportunity to move. I give Tosia a bicycle and then I run after her. I believe that any move is better than none. So if I get a chance to practice with Mel B in front of the TV, I do it."

Bertini spends a lot of time outside. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself doing different outdoor activities. One thing Bertini likes to do is go on hikes. Gisele Bündchen celebrates Mother Nature

Gisele Bündchen is one of the most successful supermodels of all time. She was one of the most well-known Victoria's Secret Angels. Bündchen popularized the "horse walk" on the runway.

She has also modeled for brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, and Ralph Lauren. Bündchen has also dabbled in music and acting—and advocacy. "Mother Nature is our greatest teacher. She shows us that everything is interconnected and interdependent. Her power comes from her diversity and it depends on it for its survival. Just like with people, our differences are our strengths, and we get stronger when we work together. Nature doesn't judge or divide. She nurtures.

Bündchen shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue France. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. "I think we are what we eat. And that food should be our medicine. It is very important to drink plenty of water and eat food that comes from the earth, like fruits and vegetables, rather than processed food. All of this is reflected directly on the skin."

Bündchen tells Vogue France that one of her biggest health and skincare secrets is staying hydrated. "Water is your best ally to have beautiful skin, so you need to drink plenty of it. I also rely on electrolytes, which help better absorb water and increase hydration tenfold. I take a drink with a lemon flavor which is a very good bonus.

Bündchen tells Vogue France that she struggles with anxiety and mental health. She says that she likes to do breathing exercises to help with this. "There is one breathing exercise that I did a lot of when I was prone to panic attacks that still helps me refocus today: alternate breathing. You just have to inhale, block the right nostril to hold your breath for a few moments and then exhale from the left nostril. Then, the same with the left nostril. You can continue the exercise for 1, 5, or 10 minutes depending on the time you have available, as soon as a need for calm is felt."

Bündchen shared some of her skincare secrets with Vogue France. She says that she likes to use coconut oil on her face. "I always remove makeup with organic coconut oil (the same one I use for cooking) because it is, in my opinion, the easiest way to remove all traces of makeup. I put it all-over on my face, remove it with a cotton ball and then rinse it all off with lukewarm water."

For Bündchen, skincare at night is extremely important. She broke down her routine in her Vogue France interview. "In the evening, on the other hand, I clean my skin, sometimes I exfoliate it, then I draw my serum, a moisturizer, from time to time a mask, an eye contour, and I'm ready to go to bed. It is very important to put on your moisturizer at night so that the skin has time to absorb it."

Bündchen is all about positivity. "Even more essential: surrounding yourself with positive thoughts, having constructive conversations, reading and watching inspiring things," she tells Vogue France. "Because beauty is not limited to what you put on the surface of the skin, but also what you decide to bring to your body and your mind. And then there is love, the love that we have for ourselves and for others."

Bündchen shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is go biking. She shared a biking video on her page, captioning it, "We all have our fair shares of trials. Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow. Nothing is permanent. So let's enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!"

Bregje Heinen shared a new set of swimsuit photos enyoing the sun

Bregje Heinen is a successful model. She's walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and has modeled for brands like Fendi and Balenciaga. Heinen has also appeared in Maroon 5's video for "Payphone." She also appeared in the film, Babylon. Heinen shared a new set of swimsuit photos on Instagram this week, captioning them, "Sun kissed."

Heinen shared some of her wellness and beauty secrets in an interview with Into The Gloss. She says that she takes a lot of supplements for her hair. "I also take a lot of vitamins for my hair. There's Ester-C and Fish Oil, and I also take Viviscal twice a day for my hair. It really makes your hair and your nails grow much faster, thicker, and stronger."

Heinen shared some of her diet and exercise secrets with FOX News. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. When she has a shoot, Heinen says that she is especially healthy. "A couple days before a shoot I like to eat clean and drink a lot of water. And especially for lingerie shoots, I try to stay away from sweets, which is my biggest guilty pleasure. I love, love sugar and anything involving sugar, cookies, whatever — I love it all."

Heinen shared some of her favorite exercises in her FOX News. "I do a lot of boxing," she said. "Which is basically the only thing I enjoy, because I don't like the gym very much. It's good to find that one thing you do enjoy and really try to stick with that." Harvard Health reports that boxing can help with balance, hand-eye coordination, and cardio.

Heinen likes to mix up her workouts. When she does a fitness session, she likes to do multiple things for the day. She took FOX News through a typical workout. "I'll also do some leg and ab exercises, along with cardio in between. So it's 15 minutes of boxing, another 15 for abs, and then another 15 for legs. It's getting a full body workout, while keeping it fun."

Heinen tells FOX News that she doesn't like to limit herself. "I don't have one set goal. I just hope that my career gets bigger and bigger… but in the future, I definitely want to focus on my art and interior design, eventually. But that's down the line, not anytime soon. I really want to volunteer at an animal shelter, but it's so hard because of my schedule. But that's still on my mind. As for modeling, I love it and I can't wait to see what the future holds."

Águeda López shows off her gorgeous body

Águeda López is "vibing" in Buenos Aires in her swimsuit. The Spanish model dances to her husband, Luis Fonsi's song on a boat in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a fuschia bathing suit. "One more day in paradise," she captioned a separate Instagram post.

Águeda prioritizes healthy living, cooking nutritious meals for her kids. "Living a healthy lifestyle is not only important for me, but I want to set a positive example for my kids," she told Bode Magazine. "I always teach them about all the food groups and express how important it is to use organic products."

Águeda exercises every single day. "Exercising is part of my daily routine and [my children] see that," she told Bode. She even does at home workouts. "They not only see me, but sometimes join me even if it is just doing a few jumping jacks with us. If a person doesn't feel good with their lifestyle, they wont be able to project confidence. In the fashion world, unfortunately to meet expectations, women put their health at risk because of a poor diet." Here she is doing an intense ab workout.

Águeda also loves doing yoga. "Yoga with my little yogini," she captioned this post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Águeda recently learned how to snowboard. "What a first day! Loving it here!!!" she captioned a post. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Águeda makes sure to drink enough water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Ewelina Lisowska is looking back on a magical trip to Sardinia

Polish star Ewelina Lisowska is looking back on a magical trip to Sardinia and wishing she had more time to explore the island. Lisowska, 31, shared pictures from her trip, including ones of her posing in a black and white striped bathing suit. "We're about to go back to work. How was Sardinia? Too short ? The island is so big that I didn't manage to visit everything or rest ?," she captioned the post.

Lisowska enjoys kickboxing for a high-intensity workout. "I switched from boxing to kickboxing pretty quickly," she says. "I have been training regularly for over a year. In addition, I also go to crossfit to pull up strength. I rarely miss training. When it does, it's only for a good reason. After Dancing With the Stars I lacked movement and motivation for it. Lucy has so much energy that it was hard to contain her at times. Since she was a year old, she has become a bit more serious. I can't get her out of bed often. She is a sleepyhead just like her mistress."

Megan Fox is ready for summer with a new suit and hairdo.

The 37-year-old actress showed off her figure in a tiny black bikini along with a shorter hairstyle in a faceless selfie on her Instagram Sunday.

Fox shared another photo she snapped of herself — this time, showing her face as her shorter fiery red locks and freckles were on display out by the ocean.

“Ace of cups + the star,” she captioned her post, referring to the two tarot cards.

It appears the Jennifer’s Body star snipped several inches off her previously lengthy hair after she debuted her new ginger locks in May at the 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit party in New York City.

For the red carpet event, her hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos styled her hair into waves that channeled the beach vibes of her tropical SI Swimsuit spread, which was photographed in the Dominican Republic.

The actress is one of four cover stars of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's 2023 issue, wearing a barely there suit in the lush waters of the Dominican Republic, where her photo shoot took place.

"Shooting Sports Illustrated Swimsuit is definitely a lot of pressure," the mom of three told the outlet. "I have a vision in my head that I'm trying to achieve, so we'll see if it pans out for me."

Vanessa goes "back and forth" between intermittent fasting and keto, avoiding most carbohydrates and fueling up with fats. "It's great," she told People. "If you have the right ingredients to keep you on track, I think it's amazing. People a lot of times think of fats in diets as a negative thing, and when you're doing keto it's a very positive thing. I'm always making sure I'm getting those healthy fats in, so I eat a LOT of almond butter. You feel really energetic and supported on the keto diet."

Vanessa is a big fan of exercise and is "basically always working out," she told People. "I feel like I've kind of found a recipe for my body that works," she says. "It's SoulCycle for cardio, to keep my heart healthy. It's Pilates for lengthening, leaning and toning. And yoga for my mental health."

Vanessa isn't afraid of lifting heavy weights. "My fitness has taken a turn. Cardio has been put on the back burner, and I'm very OK with that," Hudgens recently told Shape. "The things that have become the most important are balance and mental health." She does a lot of weight and strength training at The Dogpound gym, which she is "obsessed with."

Hudgens is also a big advocate of probiotics. She recently partnered with supplement wellness brand Ritual, after incorporating its best-selling Synbiotic+ into her routine. "I'm always traveling and moving around and on the go, and a big proportion of your immune system's actually in your GI tract," she told People. "So I was like, 'Okay, I'm going to prioritize this and make sure that taking care of my gut is actually going to help me in a big way, whether that's with digestion or with boosting my immune system.' And Ritual does exactly that."
