Anna-May Robey is enjoying the night in her swimsuit. The Love Island star flaunts her incredible figure in a blue bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Evenings like this," the beauty captioned the Instagram post.

Anna-May makes sure to get her steps in by going on walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Anna-May's life is incredibly busy, but she understands the importance of self-care. "It's so important to make time for yourself and take a break sometimes. I've got back into a routine focusing on self-care," she captioned a recent post.

As a celebrity, Anna-May is no stranger to public scrutiny, but she tries not to let it get to her. "I've realized it's important not to focus on what other people think of you or what you're doing. Some times it's easier saidd than done," she wrote in another post.

In order to maintains her phenomenal physique, Anna-May exercises. "What's motivation without a new gym set," she joked about a new workout outfit. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Anna-May also enjoys taking baths and soaking in hot tubs. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Bella Hadid is celebrating her friend's birthday

Bella Hadid is celebrating her friend's birthday in her bathing suit. The supermodel shared well wishes to pal Yasmine Diba in one of her latest social media posts, which included photos of the girls in their swimsuits. "2011 til forever. couldn't do this life with out you. happy birthday sister," she captioned the Instagram post.

Bella doesn't exercise on an empty stomach. "I count on a smoothie, a juice, or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session. After the session, I eat something full of protein like chicken and wholegrain rice. It's ideal to strengthen the muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session," she told French Vogue.

Bella believes that finding healthy outlets – like riding horses – is great for your body and mind. "My earliest memory of happiness, like I remember just my heart always being with my horses and that was always like my, my first memory ever was just me getting on a horse for the first time," she told ID during a recent interview.

"I've always had a difficult relationship with food. In high school, my relationship with food came from not having control, but food was the one thing I could control. So I would micromanage and make schedules for food, but it's more important to check what's good for your body and your own biology," Bella confessed toHarper's Bazaar. Her diet is mostly healthy but she does allow herself to indulge. "My favorite go-to snack, I eat pizza, at least once a day. It's always like a go-to cuz it always, you know, it tastes good every time," she added to ID. "There's no bad pizza. Also seaweed snacks randomly. Oh, sour Patch Kids and Rose Champagne if i'm feeling frisky."

Bella loves hitting the mountains for a snowboarding session. She recently shared some photos of herself drinking her energy drink, Kin Euphorics, while on the mountain. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

"I always say that first thing in the morning, you have to start your day by staring at the sun. When I was going through a difficult time, I would pull myself out of bed, open the blinds, and then just stare at the sun. But it's so true! And now, I have a sun light and I drink Actual Sunshine, our new Kin flavor, which honestly makes me feel like I'm walking on air," Bella told Harper's Bazaar.

Alexandra Panagiotarou is starting the spring off hot in her swimsuit. The sexy greek sociologist shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts, lounging in paradise while vacationing in Romania. "April 1st," she captioned the Instagram snap.

Alexandra loves riding horses. "Breath," she captioned a photo of herself on horseback. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Alexandra maintains a healthy diet most of the time, but does allow herself cheat meals. "Can't get enough," she captioned a photo of herself eating a box of sweets. She also loves pizza, cake, ice cream, hamburgers, and french fries.

Alexandra also loves to swim. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Alexandra also plays tennis. "Overheated," she captioned a photo of herself on the court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alexandra also boxes. Health benefits of fitness boxing are plentiful, "because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Alexandra loves a morning jolt of caffeine. Here she is drinking a cup of coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

Molly Sims isn't afraid to show off her gorgeous body

Girls just want to have fun — and wear cute bikinis! Just ask Molly Sims.

On Saturday, the 49-year-old actress, model and mom of three shared an Instagram carousel giving her followers a peek into her glamorous vacation to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and the stylist swimwear wardrobe she packed.

The photo dump tarted with a solo shot of Sims in her hotel room sporting an itty-bitty black bikini, accessorized with layers of necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings. The second photo showed a glimpse at their resort, with teal towels and individualized tote bags for her and all her besties. Photo number three showed a selfie of her and one of her friends, Michelle Carlson, and photo four showed her and another friend, Robyn Casady, posing by the pool.

Sims finished off the carousel with another photo in her black bikini, this time outside, more poolside pics with her friends, a pic of her in her Zimmerman pool cover-up and a photo of a cocktail with one of her friend's faces printed out and placed on a paper straw.

The star captioned the photo: "Girls trip: activated ???Celebrating our bestie @michellecarlson02 turning 40 forever!! ?? Austin meets Los Angeles and a bit of NYC. Vamos!??"

The star then followed up that post with another carousel showing more snaps of their trip — and of courser more bikini photos.

The multi-photo post started with a picture of Sims posing next to one of her old friends. Sims is in a teeny-tiny pink plaid bikini while her bestie, Carlson, is in a plunging red-hot one-piece.

Sims also included a few group shots in the carousel as well as a series of selfies in various tropical locations showing off her pink bikini.

"Vanderbilt Freshman '91 and still going! ?????," she captioned the post.

So what's Sims' secret to looking and feeling her best? The mom to 7-year-old daughter Scarlett May and sons Grey Douglas, 5, and Brooks Alan, 10 talks a lot about wellness trends, style, beauty and fitness on her weekly podcast Lipstick on the Rim alongside her best friend Emese Gormley.

Sasha Attwood is enjoying a sunny vacation in Dubai, UAE. The girlfriend of Manchester City and England player Jack Grealish shared pictures of herself at a beautiful resort, relaxing in a black bathing suit top and gray shorts. "Gorgeous," one admiring fan commented.

Attwood admits she went through a phase of not taking the best care of herself. "Things that are going wrong for me currently….when I work, I can get up at 5am fine…it's more when I have a day off," she says. "I just can't get up. I'm not a morning person. I'm much more productive in the evening.

Also, I've not been working out at all. I've just been indulging. I've been eating too much, drinking too much and I'm just like I want to have a bit of a lifestyle change… I want to feel fit and healthy. I want to feel good. After a week, I feel so much better. I want to be the best version of me. Self-care is so important."

Attwood relies on coffee to give her energy throughout the morning. "Coffee may help some people maintain alertness and energy levels thanks to its caffeine content," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "When coffee is consumed, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the brain where it 'fires up' certain neurons which may improve memory, mood, energy and cognitive function, if consumed in moderation. Other reports suggest drinking coffee before exercise may reduce rates of exertion and potentially improve athletic performance."

Attwood starts the day with Pilates as part of her new healthy lifestyle. "As human beings, we are creatures of habit," says lead yoga therapist Judi Bar. "We walk a certain way, we take the stairs a certain way, we stand a certain way and we sit at our desk a certain way. So, our muscles get imbalanced because of overuse. What Pilates does is help to counteract that."

Attwood loves hiking, especially when she's traveling. "Think of hiking as simply taking a longer walk in nature; you can hike at any pace, at any elevation, and for any number of miles, hours, or even days," says Alyson Chun, assistant director of adventure sports at Stanford University and instructor for REI. "The more challenging the hike, the more calories — and stress — you'll melt away."

Attwood loves walking her dog, which is an easy and fun way to stay active. "Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running," says Dr. Matt Tanneberg, CSCS. "You hear of people 'plateauing' when they continue to do the same workout routine and stop seeing results. I see patients all the time that plateau from running, they will run the same distance, speed and time, day in and day out. You need to constantly be switching up your exercise routine in order to get the maximum benefit for your health."

Mexican actress Martha Higareda is spreading some inspiration

Mexican actress Martha Higareda is spreading some inspiration via her Instagram page. The Altered Carbon star posted a reel of herself wearing a bright bathing suit, sharing a video clip of actor Anthony Hopkins speaking about ego and the importance of humility. "What do you think?" she captioned the post.

Higareda changes her entire diet around after deciding to become vegan. "I definitely like eating sushi. I think [that] in the whole country, [Los Angeles] is the best place to eat sushi," she says. "Really, I eat very little sushi because I'm vegan. I think it's the only way that we can help the planet."

Higareda loves boxing, which is a great full-body workout. "Change the 'I have to' for the 'I feel blessed by', for example: 'I have to exercise' for 'I feel blessed because I can exercise', 'I have to drop my kids off to school', for 'I am blessed because I can take my kids to school'," she says. "If you change the 'I have' by the 'I feel blessed' you regain your power in life, you stop being a victim and become the person who decides your destiny."

Higareda says regular exercise made a significant impact on her happiness and self-esteem. "I want to spend more time with my loved ones, it's the reason why I exercise, because I want to live life," she says. "And to my surprise the changes in my body began to show, but above all the changes in my self-esteem. When I saw that 25 minutes a day is an act of self-love, for that reason the woman I will be in the future will thank me."

Higareda stresses the importance of hard work and motivation. "I know maybe somewhere there's someone who dreams [of becoming] an actress, musician or whatever," she says. "I really do believe that if you put your heart into it and visualize it as if it was happening today, you can do it. Even if your family or friends say you're not going to make it, if you really believe that you're going to make it or do it somehow, I think it can happen."

Amyra Dastur recently enjoyed a pool day while in Phuket

Amyra Dastur loves to spend time in the water. She recently enjoyed a pool day while in Phuket. Dastur shared a new underwater photo from the day on Instagram. In it, she floated on her back in a bathing suit. Dastur captioned the post, "My happy place."

Dastur talked about her diet to Miss Malini. She says that she has substituted different foods for healthier options. "I tried the whole diet regime but couldn't keep it up because of my radical shooting schedules and travelling," Dastur says. "I just don't eat bread unless it's Gluten Free, NO Rice at all (switched from rice to quinoa) and absolutely no dairy in my diet. I drink coffee with soy or almond milk or milk powder. No cheese unless it's cashew cheese and I've switched from sugar to honey."

Dastur also revealed her go-to meals to Miss Malini. She says that in each of her meals she includes protein and vegetables. "My breakfast is a three egg-white omelette with tomato, coriander, garlic & carrots with a slice of gluten free bread. Lunch and dinner are usually the same – 3 veggie dishes made in ghee (very little) + Dal + grilled chicken or fish."

When Dastur grabs a snack, she likes to go with fruit. She shared some of her favorites to Miss Malini. "During the day, I snack on fruits which have a high water content," she says. "Like watermelon, grapes, oranges and some dry fruits when I'm in the mood for something crunchy."

Dastur isn't afraid of indulging. She tells Miss Malini that she believes in balance. "My cheat day is usually Sunday," she says. "I go crazy with pizza for breakfast, KFC for lunch & risotto or Pasta for dinner. I am a procrastinator by nature and can't stick to a gym routine but here's a treat for all of you who can!"

As you can see in her recent Instagram post, Dastur loves to swim. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Dastur posted underwater photos of herself snorkeling in the Maldives. She captioned the post, "DND, it's mermaid time." She also shared a photo from the same trip, captioning it, "Ariel who?"

Joie Chavis is enjoying a very zen vacation in beautiful Jamaica

Joie Chavis, founder of Joie In Life, is enjoying a very zen vacation in beautiful Jamaica. Chavis shared pictures of herself looking relaxed and happy in a black and white bathing suit, immersing herself in low-key island life.

Chavis incorporates circuit training into her workout routine. "Circuit training may be a bit more time-efficient for exercisers who want to get a full-body workout in a relatively short period of time—say, 30 to 40 minutes", says exercise physiologist Jason Machowsky, CSCS. "Also, some people may enjoy the faster-paced nature of circuits".

Chavis sticks to fresh fruit such as watermelon for a healthy snack. "Thanks to its high-water content watermelon has a low-calorie density, this means a large slice of watermelon has a relatively small calorie contribution," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "Eating foods, like this, which are both filling but low in calories appears to help promote fullness and reduce appetite. The pink-red flesh of the watermelon tells us its rich in compounds called carotenoids, including beta-carotene, which we convert to vitamin A. Often called pro-vitamin A, beta-carotene, helps keep our eyes and skin healthy."

Chavis lifts weights, which not only gives an extremely toned physique, but is crucial for muscle and bone health. Chavis shared a video of herself working out, with the caption "Staying consistent is key." Her fans were clearly impressed, with one saying, "This is the body I want."

Chavis has a solid background as a professional dancer. "Dance is an engaging and fun way of exercising, learning and meeting people," say Tamara Borovica, PhD, and Renata Kokanovic, PhD. "A review of the evidence shows taking part in dance classes or dancing socially improves your health and wellbeing regardless of your age, gender or fitness."

Chavis never misses an opportunity to enjoy fresh coconut water. "Coconut water is a natural source of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "Many of us don't get enough of these important electrolyte minerals, which play a key role throughout the body, including for heart health and skeletal and muscle function. In fact, some claim coconut water is on par with the electrolyte balance found in many isotonic drinks."

Cheyenne Floyd enjoying a beautiful beach

Floyd enjoys tennis with the entire family. "In addition to its physical benefits, tennis has many other advantages," says Daniel Amen, MD. "Though tennis can be a physically demanding sport, it's considered a non-impact sport. Tennis can be a great way to meet new people or spend more time with friends or family. It can be an enjoyable hobby that helps relieve stress. It's also a versatile sport suitable for all ages and skill levels."

Floyd loves fresh watermelon for a healthy and hydrating snack." Did you know watermelon has more lycopene than any other fresh fruit or vegetable?" says Kristi Wempen, RDN. "Lycopene is an antioxidant linked to decreased risk of cancer, heart disease and age-related eye disorders."

Floyd enjoys holidays in exotic, sunny locales—but she never forgets to put on sun cream. "If you have acne or oily skin, make sure that your sunscreen is labeled as 'non-comedogenic,' which means that it has been shown not to block pores," says Joshua Zeichner, MD, director of cosmetic and clinical research, dermatology department, Mount Sinai Hospital. "If you have dry skin, look for moisturizers with sunscreen or sunscreens that contain hydrating ingredients."

Alessandra Ambrosio recently enjoyed a beach day

Alessandra Ambrosio is perhaps best-known for her work as a Victoria's Secret Angel. She's also modeled for brands like Dior, Armani, and Ralph Lauren. Ambrosio recently enjoyed a beach day. She shared a gorgeous new selfie from the day on her Instagram story. In it, she posed in a swimsuit. She captioned the photo with a "Beach Time" sticker.

Ambrosio opened up about her wellness routine in a 2017 interview with Bravo. She says that she eats healthy, and breaks down her typical meals. "For breakfast, I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast. After my workout, I usually grab a green juice, followed by lunch, where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner, I might go for sushi, or grill at home — some Brazilian BBQ. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the time in case I get hungry while I am running around."

When Ambrosio eats healthy, she makes sure to really do so when she has a show or a job coming up. She shared her process of getting ready for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show to Bravo. "I love cupcakes and French fries. Months leading up to the show, I usually don't only eat both of these foods — only once or twice a week." Ambrosio also says that she makes other changes to her diet leading up to the show as well, and indulges afterwards. "I just make sure to eat healthier versions of the food and smaller portions… Usually after the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, all of us girls get together and eat pizza. Our pizza parties have become a tradition."

When Ambrosio works out, she isn't always alone. She tells MLHamptons.com that she works out with some of her friends. "There are a bunch of women supporting each other and I think that's very important," she says. "It makes it fun. Sometimes, you're just, like, 'I really don't feel like going,' and then you have all your friends texting, 'Get your ass over here!' They don't accept 'no' for an answer. We are always pushing each other."

Ambrosio recently began working with a personal trainer. She tells MLHamptons that she decided to start this because of lockdowns. "I also have a trainer because last year we couldn't go to the gym," Ambrosio explains. "So I found a private trainer. … It's a lot of glutes and abs. I try to keep [my workouts to] three or four days a week."

Ambrosio tells MLHamptons that she makes sure to eat a balanced diet. "I just try to be conscious about what I eat, of course. There are a few days that I'm just like, 'I want to have dessert.' I try to be healthy. I'll try to have salad for lunch. I'm not going to have a lot of carbs for lunch and dinner—so I'll choose one. If I had carbs for lunch, then for dinner I'll have more veggies and protein. I try to keep it balanced."

Olivia Culpo is looking back on a wonderful vacation

Olivia Culpo is looking back on a wonderful vacation with sister Sophia Culpo. The model shared a series of pictures from the trip, including a few of herself posing in swimsuits. "Third wheelin and dealin @sophiaculpo ?," she captioned the post.

Culpo enjoys a balanced diet without too many restrictions. "I stick to the 80-20 rule," she says. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20 percent of the time, I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say. That's worked really well for me in general, especially this past year, where obviously everyone's just trying to find comfort wherever they can. Eating salad 24/7 is not going to give you that kind of comfort."

Culpo enjoys fruit and coffee for breakfast, followed by avocado toast and egg whites. "Avocado toast is one of the healthier brunch options at many restaurants, but you do have to be careful," says Kylie Arrindell, wellness dietitian at Houston Methodist. "From how much avocado is used to what's piled on top, avocado toast can go from a healthy to a not-so-healthy choice pretty quickly. Avocado contains a lot of heart-healthy unsaturated fats, as well as a good amount of fiber. Plus, if you're eating at a restaurant, you have a lot of control of what goes on top of your avocado toast. You can say 'no cheese' or 'no bacon,' which you can't always do as easily in other unhealthier breakfast dishes."

Culpo does a cardio challenge where she does 20 minutes of cardio, and any speed. "I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she says. "You want to get your endorphins going—get some movement going. It's just something that it doesn't feel too overwhelming. We'll get you moving, and before you know it, it's over."

Culpo enjoys protein and vegetables with minimal starch for a typical lunch or dinner. "One of my favorite things to make is pan roasted chicken (seasoned with delicious Cajun seasoning, of course) with roasted vegetables like broccolini, brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes," she says. "I'll also create a bed of steamed spinach as the base for everything. Pan-roasted recipes like this one are great because you can cook multiple servings and save for the week!"

Culpo eliminates alcohol completely when she's cracking down on her diet. "A big part of this diet that's very, very important and crucial and very annoying is that you cannot have any alcohol. No wine. None," she says. "It's basically sugar. It completely counteracts the entire metabolic system you're trying to create in your body."

Olivia Kaiser is feeling strong in her swimsuit. The Challenge and Love Island star flaunts her strong and sexy body in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. "The most liberating and empowering day of my life was the day I freed myself from my own self-destructive nonsense," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "I literally have never felt stronger and more powerful. I can't wait for what these next few months have in-store. I welcome anything and everything that is meant for me."

Olivia loves kayaking. "All good things are wild and free," she captioned a photo of herself rowing in Alaska. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Olivia, who was born in Alaska, spends a lot of time hiking. "I'm on top of the world. There's truly no place like home. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Olivia prioritizes her mental health. "Taking a break now and then from social media is one the healthiest choices I can make for myself. I was finding that instead of doing what I know makes me my happiest, I was aimlessly checking social media taking in not only gossip, but unrealistic and untrue expectations of life. Life is so amazing and these past couple weeks have been a much needed recharge for my soul," she wrote in an Instagram post.

Olivia also loves swimming in the ocean, pools, and lakes. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Olivia loves taking walks in nature. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Despite being only 20, Zoe Gara has done a lot over these past few years. She's appeared with legendary social media stars, Noah Beck and Bryce Hall. Brooke Shields looks amazing at age 57

Brooke Shields has been a pop culture icon since the '70s, when at 12 years old, she starred in Pretty Baby. She then went on to have a successful modeling career, modeling for Calvin Klein in particular. Shields still looks amazing, as you can see from her recent Instagram post. Shields went on a vacation to Turks and Caicos with her family, and shared some highlights. In them, she enjoyed time by the water, and wore a white bathing suit. Shields is all about embracing her body, especially as she gets older. She opened up about this to People. "I think once you're looking at something as 'anti' [and] once you're looking at something as negating it, I think we even need to change that," she says. "I think we need to say 'You know what, I don't call these wrinkles [but] I call them laugh lines.' Yes, my body [and] my skin is different at 57 than it was in my 20s, but that's not what I'm coveting. I'm not trying to grow younger, I'm trying to grow better and more confident."

Shields has a busy schedule. However, she always makes time for herself. She tells People that she is all about self-care and relaxation. Shields also says that she has learned that self-care is something that is important, rather than a selfish act. "I'm just more and more aware of what a privilege it is to be able to exercise self-care," she says. "And have it be a form of wellness rather than vanity."

Shields is all about being a role model. Especially for her two daughters. She tells People that she wants to show her daughters, and other young women, that they should support each other. "You're dealing with kids, these teenage girls, who [think] it's all about competition," Shields explains. "There's so much fear and there's jealousy and I don't want that to be what sets the precedent for their life. "I feel the most empowered when I'm around like-minded women and we're talking about what we're excited about in the future. That's what it means to be a woman — we celebrate one another."

Shields opened up about her wellness routine during the pandemic to InStyle. She says that she struggled with her wellness at first, and that she decided to change things. Shields says that she decided to start meditating. "I signed up for a livestreaming meditation led by Deepak Chopra on Facebook. My family made fun of me, saying, 'Oh, Mom is going to get all Zen now.' When it came on, one of the questions Chopra asked was: 'What do you want for yourself, for life, and for the world?' And I thought, 'I just want the absence of fear. Because every time I start spinning out of control, it comes from fear.' So much of what we are experiencing is fear — fear of the unknown — and it's debilitating. The meditation was maybe 45 minutes long, but it felt like 10."

Shields tells InStyle that she makes sure to work out at home. She says that she likes to use household items to help her stay in shape. "I'm thankful that I'm even capable of working out. I have a trainer who says if you're stuck at home, you have to get creative. You can do biceps with cans of tomatoes. I have these elastic bands, and if you spend 10 minutes doing squats or side steps with those, you're sweating!"

The American actress, 25, showed off her jaw-dropping curves while modelling for a photoshoot.

Sydney, who is best known for playing cheerleader Cassie Howard in the hit series, posed for another set of campaign images for her collaboration with the brand Frankies Bikinis.

She could be seen sporting a blue and white floral bikini with beaded tassels.

The halter-neck bikini perfectly complimented Sydney's statement blonde locks and toned figure.

Sydney explained: “I’m terrified that I’m going to have that addiction. There’s something in my family’s blood that just hits a different way when they do stuff.

“I drink maybe once a year, because I have social anxiety. It’s hard to watch someone want to destroy themselves.”

Sydney is currently filming an as-yet-untitled film alongside Top Gun Maverick star Glen Powell, in Australia.

Another mental health booster for Ciara? Spending time with friends. "My other tactic for the heart is quality time with my close friends. A little laughter goes a long way in my life, and I am the happiest when I'm cracking jokes with my close friends and engaging in meaningful conversation. To have a group of friends that you can discuss anything with is truly priceless. Throwing out your craziest ideas, deepest stories, and your wildest dreams in a safe place is so good for the heart and the mind. I highly encourage friendships, of various backgrounds, the more variation the better," she told Authority.

Ciara recently picked up a new sport: Tennis. "Started without an ounce of technique but now I look like I know what I'm doing thanks to @wilson," she captioned a recent post. According to ACE Fitness the racquet sport blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

"You only get one body in this lifetime, one mind, and one heart. It's vital to take time for yourself, clear and or alleviate your mind from the stress of everyday life. When you take time for yourself and focus on your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, and spiritual health you begin to thrive. Why wouldn't you want to engage in self-care ? Personally, I love taking that time for myself. I feel better about myself, which reflects how I interact with other people and how productive I am in my work. You can't give from an empty cup, they say," Ciara says about why self-care is crucial.

Cheryl Maitland flaunts her incredibly fit figure while vacationing in paradise

Cheryl Maitland is heating up Bali in her bathing suit! The Married at First Sight star flaunts her incredibly fit figure while vacationing in paradise, sharing some snaps with her social media followers. "Mrs Tipsy," she captioned one of the Instagram snaps.

Cheryl is a fan of the workout buddy system. For awhile it was her fiancé, Dean, who she recently split with. "In the first year with Dean, we were just eating like animals, we were so comfortable, we thought, 'You're going to love me no matter what!'" she told Now to Love. "At the start of this year, we both decided to get back into the gym and get things under control."

Cheryl loves strength training. "Now I go to F45 four times a week," she told NTL. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

One way Cheryl prioritizes self-care? She takes baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Cheryl loves hiking – and even mountain climbing. "What an incredible experience," she captioned this photo of herself in Switzerland. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Cheryl loves vacationing in the tropics and jet skiing while she is there. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Cheryl starts the day with overnight oats. "I have something like tuna and crackers for lunch, then almonds or fruit for a snack," she told NTL. "At home for dinner, we'll just make some kind of chicken and veggies or salad – we try not to eat carbs in the evening."
