Elettra Lamborghini posted a photo of herself wearing a blue bikini Said "Make Me Fly"

Italian TV star and singer Elettra Lamborghini is taking a break from presenting, performing, and dancing to share a selfie with her fans. Lamborghini posted a photo of herself wearing a blue swimsuit as she relaxed on a lounger, captioning the post "Oh magic take me away… let me fly ?️?."

Lamborghini loves to hit the slopes for some cold-weather exercise. "Alpine skiing is a mix of endurance and resistance training," says Dr. Josef Niebauer, a professor of sports medicine and cardiology and director of the Institute for Molecular Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine at Paracelsus Medical University in Salzburg, Austria. "It has positive effects on the heart and circulation, as well as peripheral muscles—predominately the legs."

Whether it's at the beach or the pool, Lamborghini enjoys having a swim. "Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed," says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. "Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases 'feel good' hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way."

Lamborghini loves horseback riding in the fresh air and sunshine. "Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories," says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. "If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period."

Dancing is a regular part of Lamborghini's pop performances. Dancing is mainly linked to physical health benefits, but when you dance you are moving different parts of your body in a coordinated way, and this activates several parts of the brain," says the British Heart Foundation. "One small study even found that dancing is associated with a lower risk of dementia. The research, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, followed 469 people aged 75 and over, who didn't have dementia at the start of the study. The researchers measured the association between leisure and physical activities and the likelihood of developing dementia over time. They found that dancing was the only physical activity associated with a lower risk of dementia."

Lamborghini is a self-confessed breakfast enthusiast. "Research shows that eating regularly across the day, inclusive of breakfast, may have physical benefits such as reduced inflammation and improved physiological resilience," says registered dietitian Jessica Crawley. "Eating breakfast is beneficial for everyone. Regular eating signals internal cues of safety to the body."

Brielle Biermann Goes Surfing

Brielle Biermann is hanging ten in her swimsuit! The reality star shows off her famous curves in one of her latest social media posts, enjoying a day of water sports at the beach. "She captioned the Instagram post, "swerve, surfing all in this good, good."

Brielle does intermittent fasting. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" the star in a 2020 Q&A session on Instagram. She revealed that when it's time to break fast, she heads to the drive-thru. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she revealed."Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she added People in 2017. Unlike her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, she's "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation."

Brielle also takes diet pills. She has promoted Modere Lean Body System, three-piece collection of capsules and supplements. "I lost my initial extra pounds using Modere and still take it now, which is why I think I haven't put much weight back on since being able to eat again," added the KAB Cosmetics founder.

Obviously fitness is a big part of Brielle's life. She works out with a trainer and also takes group classes. "I love spin class," she told People. "I'm addicted to it."

"My weight fluctuates a lot so I'm trying really hard to get better at eating right, going to the gym and taking care of myself. I've always been insecure about my body, I [sic] think most women are! Push yourself. Set a goal and work towards it … Thank you to my trainer @abmatthews_fit for pushing me!!"

Brielle also stays in shape with the help of outdoor activities. One of her go-tos? Tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

According to her latest social media post, Brielle also enjoys standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Lauren Drain Is living it up on a much needed vacation

Lauren Drain is living it up in the tropics in her swimsuit. The fitness model shows off her incredibly fit figure in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a tiny bathing suit as she stands beside a swimming pool. "Vacation needed!" she captioned the Instagram post.

Lauren, who famously escaped the Westboro Bible Baptist Church, which she grew up in, maintains that exercise is healing for her. "It was very therapeutic," she told Fox News. "There were times in my life where I experienced a lot of anxiety and depression. For me, it was an amazing outlet. … I got my confidence from fitness and it's really empowering. … As a nurse, I saw people at the bedside needing heart transplants, open-heart surgery. I really wanted to get on the preventative side of health care. And I just love empowering others."

Lauren's initial transformation happened in 2014 over a 14 week period. "I signed up for my first WBFF (World Beauty Fitness & Fashion) show and trained my ass off – literally. Remember, competition prep is not the same as normal training. I was able to cut through all my excess fat, which revealed the muscle definition I had underneath. I went from 135+ lbs to about 122 lbs," she says on her website. "Since then, I've worked to build more muscle mass in all the 'right' places, becoming stronger, healthier, and happier in the process. The booty and legs you see now are not genetic blessings or surgical projects, they're the product of hard work. I see girls on social media time and time again calling themselves fitness models, fit chicks, etc… when in reality, most of them were blessed at birth when they won the genetic lottery."

Lauren eats healthy most of the time. "I don't diet – I live an 80/20 lifestyle. Healthy eating 80% of the time and indulge in more fun foods the other 20%. I eat 4-5 meals a day anywhere from 1600-2400 cal depending on my training levels & body goals. Starvation & crash diets are not a solution," she wrote on Facebook.

Lauren's workouts are intense. She does a lot of strength and weight training exercises, similar to body building.

When she isn't in the gym, you can find Lauren on long walks and hikes with her family. She regularly shares photos on social media of their expeditions. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service.

Chloe Ferry taking a dip in her bikini

The Geordie Shore star shows off her fantastic figure in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a blue bathing suit as she gets ready to take the plunge in an indoor pool. "Fancy a dip," she captioned the sultry Instagram snap.

If you want to lose weight, stick to a diet, says Chloe. "I felt I had put some weight on after having my boobs done. So I'm getting back in there," she told The Sun. She put her focus on consuming lean proteins and clean carbs. "I have about 1,300 calories a day, and obviously, I have chicken, rice, boiled eggs, protein shakes, and all that sort of stuff."

Choe stresses the importance of getting "addicted" to working out, which helps you exercise and get into shape. "I've got a gym in my house, so any time I'm feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill," she told The Sun.

Chloe is the first one to cop to going under the knife. "Yes I admit I had liposuction and the thing is with surgery people think that when you get it you just stay skinny. You don't you, literally, I feel like you put the weight on back quicker straight after you have got to be healthy because it just come back on you," she said. "Obviously after getting surgery and stuff my body is totally different to when I had surgery to what I look like now because I have literally been going to the gym every single day."

Chloe stresses the importance of sticking to a diet, no matter what. Her trick is focusing on the final product and refusing to cheat herself out of achieving her goals. "I'm really, really starving on my diet so I'm going to have three boiled eggs. Just three boiled eggs, yep," she told Closer. "Anyone who is out there on a diet who is really, really struggling, I don't have any advice for you because I know it's hard. But just think of the next morning when you've ate good you feel so mint about yourself."

Choe also maintains that getting really "into weight loss" in 2016 helped her lose weight. "I think when you see how much you've improved, that's when you get really addicted to it. So when I saw the difference that I'd lost weight that's when I … just want to keep going," she said.

Yazmin Oukhellou in Bikini Says "Catch me at the Beach"

The Only Way Is Essex star, Yazmin Oukhellou, has never been afraid of showing off her body. Her Instagram account is full of gorgeous photos and videos. Oukhellou shared a new swimsuit video this week. In it, she posed in a tan knit bathing suit and matching wrap. Her incredible abs were on display. Oukhellou captioned the video, "Catch me at the beach."

Oukhellou revealed some of her wellness secrets to Heatworld. She says that she likes to practice meditation each day. "Every morning, I try to put on a morning meditation before I get out of bed just to start my day off positive. I think for me, self-love and also gratitude is a really, really big thing. So I try to do that every single morning and also before I go to sleep, I put on a sleep meditation to unblock my chakras and I think that really, really does help."

Oukhellou is all about self-care. She tells Heatworld that she sets aside one day for herself. "I like to run a nice bath and put my crystals in there. I put the candles on, put some meditation music on, get out and put a face mask on. I always do chamomile and honey tea before I go to sleep. And it will just be no alcohol, no sugary substances or sweets and things I do love to binge on. Just giving myself some me time."

Oukhellou revealed some of the best advice she's been given to Heatworld. "I think just be yourself and forget what anyone thinks about it," she says. "And, excuse my language, but who gives a shit? Just live your life and do what you want to do and live by how you want to live and don't listen to anyone else."

Oukellou revealed some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. In it, she does a lot of bodyweight exercises for her core and lower body. Oukellou is seen doing different circuits, including types of squats, back leg lifts, Russian twists, and crunches. She captioned it, "Day 3 @wellnessretreatworldwide and I am feeling the burn. I am so glad I've come away to fully work on myself inside & out with the help of the amazing @samwestfitness & @dr.sandrarasqui. I'm learning so much about myself each and everyday and I honestly didn't realise how much training your mindset to be more positive and present is what has really got me through everything. Oukellou spends a lot of time in the water. She posts a lot of pool and beach photos on her Instagram. She shared this photo of herself in a pool in Dubai, captioning it, "I know there's evil eye. I'm living dangerously." Oukellou also posted this Dubai pool photo, captioning it, "She was beautiful, passionate and just as crazy as I am. She could party like a man and love like a woman."

Celebs go Dating's Laura Anderson stuns in purple bikini in throwback holiday snaps

Love Island’s Laura Anderson flaunted her gorgeous figure on Saturday as she shared a snap from her holiday in Dubai.

Laura, who appeared on season 4 of the show alongside Megan Barton Hanson and Adam Collard, is currently suffering in the cold weather like much of the UK.

But rather than dream of sunnier skies, Laura, 33, is looking at pictures from her holiday to the Mina Seyahi resort in Dubai.

Taking to Instagram, the Celebs Go Dating hopeful captioned the post: “I don’t remember being this warm. Throwback to a dreamy stay @wdubaiminaseyahi.”

The first image shows the influencer on the steps of a pool while wearing a lilac two-piece that accentuated her hips.

Keeping the sun off her shoulders, Laura also donned a neon-pink shirt.

The second image shows her posing in the mirror with her gleaming smile on display, while the final shots again show her posing in the pool.

Reacting to the images, Tasha Ghouri, who recently attended the Avatar 2 premiere with Andrew Le Page, dubbed her friend “Beautiful!!”

“You look amazing! Need to steal your outfit ideas!!!” another fan said.

Earlier in the year, and prior to cosying up with Gary Lucy on Celebs Go Dating, Laura separated from her boyfriend, Dane Bowers.

At the time, she penned: "Just to let all my beautiful support on here know that unfortunately Dane and I have decided to separate. Thank you all for your continued support.

"Sadly we're just not right for each other but I do wish him nothing but love."

"I will be moving back to the UK as soon as I can can. Roll on the rest of 2022, lets make it count," she added.

Dane and Laura told OK! that they were planning to get married and have babies.

“We’re talking about marriage and babies and we’d like to do that soon,” Dane, said at the time. “This is it. This is proper. This is The One.”

When asked about possibly tying the knot, Dane replied: “One hundred per cent. This wasn’t a light decision. We decided we wanted to be together.”

Oriana Sabatini Shares a Beach Shot

Oriana Sabatini is a successful model and singer. She also is a strong presence on Instagram. Sabatini just shared a stunning new photo to her story. In it, she spent time at the beach, as the sun went down. She wore a black and white patterned swimsuit and sunglasses, showing off her figure.

Sabatini opened up about her career in an interview with Teleshow. She says that she has a lot of determination, and has learned from her past experiences. "At first, everything that happened with my music was really nice. Later on, it became a bit difficult for me: to have perseverance, to continue being in the studio. It was hard for me to find the contacts to have that follow-up that all artists have nowadays. Everything happens for a reason and if this moment in my career didn't happen before, it's because it didn't have to happen. And I'm really glad that it happened to me now, because I feel more prepared."

Sabatini tells Teleshow that she makes time for herself and her personal relationships. "Once a person told me that to be number one, you have to be alone," she says. "Be you and you, and nothing else. A bit of the taboo that if you do well at work, you can't do well in love. It is something that I was very afraid of because many people in the industry have made me think that to be successful you have to leave everything and not have a personal life. But at some point in your life work ends, what do you have left after? For me the most important thing in life is my personal relationships and then comes work."

Sabatini opened up about her journey with self-improvement to Teleshow. She says that she is focusing on therapy and trying new methods. "We all have pain. One out there believes that she is working on it, but when you work on it on a spiritual level, little things are unlocked that, speaking, are not unlocked. That's why I like to try therapies."

Sabatini loves to go to the beach, as her last Instagram story post proves. She also shares a lot of photos on her page of herself by the water. Sabatini shared these photos of herself sitting on a board. She also posted this photo of her and a friend about to go swimming. Sabatini captioned it, "Tamo ready."

Laura Hamilton looking good in Iceland

"You can exercise as much as you like, but unless you follow a really healthy lifestyle and eating plan, then if you want to see results, you've got to have a healthy and balanced way of eating," Laura explained to Express. "There's no point exercising five days a week and then eating a load of rubbish. It's sort of pointless. It's about what you put into your body as much as what you're actually doing with it."

"I love to exercise. I go to the gym, and over the pandemic I was doing loads of online workouts," Laura told Express. She prefers lifting weight at the gym over going for a walk outside. She also likes exercising in the morning. "It gives me loads of energy and sets me up for the day," she says. In addition to helping her stay in shape, exercise "makes you feel good," she added. "It releases endorphins. I would say to make a habit out of it. If you can make it part of your daily routine, once you stop you'll miss it and you'll be like, I need to do it, I need to do it," Laura added.

Hilary Duff in Bathing Suit is "Appreciating my Health"

Hilary Duff is on the cover of this month's issue of Women's Health. And she is looking amazing. In it, the actress posed in a blue one-piece swimsuit with white trim. In her interview, Duff says that she is appreciating herself and her body right now. "I'm appreciating my health, doing activities that make me feel strong instead of just bettering the outside of my body."

Duff has been in the public eye since she was a teenager. She opened up about how she handles this to Harper's Bazaar. Duff says that she goes to therapy. "But, really, therapy has helped. Because when gossip magazines, and then social media, came [about], everything you do is talked about and highlighted. It's really a lot of pressure, and I think letting go and just not caring, not reading and knowing that it's not real, and that probably next week something else is going to come and replace it, and then it's forgotten about."

Duff tells Harper's Bazaar that she doesn't take anything too personally. Instead, she focuses on the real important things in her life. "Everything is so fickle now," Duff says. "Everything is moving so fast. We're processing information so fast that I think I just try to hang onto what's real in my household, in my world, and that's been the easiest way to become a full person."

Duff works with personal trainer Dominic Leeder. He opened up about her fitness secrets to FOX News, after she appeared on the cover of Women's Health. Leeder says that the actress does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "Duff is a fan of variety in the gym, so every single training session was different," Leeder said. "Each workout consisted of movements that focused on engaging the star's lower core muscles and involved a mix of cardio, high-intensity interval training and resistance training."

Leeder tells FOX News that Duff is extremely motivated. Especially when she was prepping for her Women's Health shoot. "For this, she was on it. I didn't really have to push too hard. Every now and again she would say, 'No' and I'd say, 'Yes, we're doing this.' She's not a difficult client in the slightest. She works hard."

In her Women's Health interview, Duff opened up about body image. She says that she is comfortable with herself and her body. "I think that, at 34, I have just gained a lot of respect for my body," Duff added. "It's taken me all of the places I need to go. It's helped me build a beautiful family. I feel like the older I get, the more confident I get in my own skin. And my body's been many different shapes and sizes, and I'm really just fascinated by, one, being a woman. And, two, all the changes that your body can go through throughout your lifetime."

Romina Malaspina in Bathing Suit Says "Let´s Go Argentina!"

Romina Malaspina is cheering for her favorite team! The Argentinean beauty showed her FIFA spirit in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a black bathing suit while taking a dip in the pool. "LET'S GO ARGENTINA! ???? We're in quarters!!! SOOO MUCH…. How's the song going?" she captioned it.

Romina suggests making small but impactful changes to your diet in order to lose weight. "Everything is in the small decisions of the day to day. Add good habits," she said in an Instagram Story. "Consume less of some foods and more of others, but without restrictions." She added that she rarely eats white flour or bread and adds greens to everything. "Prioritize always eating protein and vegetables at every meal, plenty of water. Little by little everything begins to improve."

Romina also suggests meal prepping. "A fundamental factor to make lasting changes and habits is planning. Plan what you are going to eat and follow the plan. Don't leave your diet to chance if you really want to improve," she wrote, revealing her meal prepped breakfast for the whole week. "Lots of green and fiber to lower sugar and glucose levels throughout the day," she said, revealing the recipe. "Celery, cucumber, green apple, spinach, lemon, ginger. I wash, cut and separate a whole day a week because in the morning I am very lazy."

After revealing one of her dinners, a plate of fruit, Romina explained her method. "I think that people criticized a lot that I had such a light dinner, and it's actually fine. What we eat when we go to sleep, assimilates into the body as fat," she said. "I tell people that if you want to eat rich or abundant things, do it during the day." She added: "I want to say that I eat very well, but at night I eat very little. I have a strong breakfast, have lunch somewhere and that's it."

If you want to slim down fast, drop a few things from your diet, suggests Romina. "I've been on a diet for a week, summer is coming and I had to go on a diet yes or yes. I stopped eating flour, sugar, fried foods. That's all," she said on Instagram.

Romina also suggests eating every few hours. "To lose weight you don't have to stop eating, but eat well and healthy. The advice is to eat a lot, every two hours or something." "Important advice for children and adults alike: Turn off the TV and power down your smartphone. Going tech-free reduces distractions and gives you an opportunity to focus on what you're doing — eating. You'll be able to better listen to your hunger and fullness cues, which can help you avoid overeating," says the Mayo Clinic.

Mariana González is living her dreams in her swimsuit. The Mexican influencer flaunts her famous curves in a swimsuit while vacationing at Atlantis in the Bahamas in one of her latest social media posts. "If you let out your fears, you will have spaces to live your dreams," she captioned the Instagram photo.

Mariana is a big fan of starting her day with a cup of coffee. "I love coffee ☕️ more than the Valerian Bachelor," she captioned a post of her pick-me-up. Mariana also enjoys hiking, "one of the best ways to get exercise," per the National Parks Service. "No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," they say. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Mariana loves breakfast. Her social media is filled with photos of the morning meals she has eaten around the world. A few of her favorites? Eggs Benedict, pancakes, fruit, and avocado toast.

Mariana is a water baby and enjoys swimming. In many of her photos she is at the beach, enjoying the ocean. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Mariana also enjoys skiing, which boasts a lot of health benefits per research. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Charli D'Amelio is still basking in her Dancing with the Stars win, in her swimsuit! The TikTok and reality star shows off her washboard abs in a swimsuit top and slacks in one of her latest social media posts. Charli exercises to keep herself in great shapes. She regularly trains with her sister, Dixie, and mother Heidi, with trainer-to-the-stars Ben Bruno. Another way Charli stays in shape is by dancing. However, in a recent interview with People she confessed that she had lost her passion on the dance floor until she went on Dancing with the Stars. And I think with Dancing With the Stars every week, it's like, you know, I'm hearing from other people that I finally look like I'm having fun," she said. "I look happy and I'm feeling, kind of, those same things that I used to feel when I was younger, dancing, that I kind of lost and thought that I wouldn't find again," Charli says. "Just because it had been so long without being that excited for performance. To be able to do that again is really a full circle moment for me and just makes me really happy."

Charli loves Dunkin Donuts so much that she ended up teaming up with them. "The Dunkin Donuts collaboration came about after a lot of free promotion. For a while, everyone thought I was getting paid. But I was not. I just shamelessly promoted and promoted because I really wanted to work with them. And then they finally gave me the opportunity and I immediately took it. And since then, we've come out with two of my own drinks on the menu and sold-out cold brew nationwide. It was a really big hit for me. And it was a really great feeling seeing all of that come together. It was definitely a lot of my determination to work with Dunkin Donuts," she told Forbes.

In her early days of fame, Charli battled an eating disorder. She recently opened up about it on her reality show. "Whenever I first started TikTok … I was very unhealthy," she says. "I would lose a bunch of weight, and then gain a bunch of weight, and then lose it, and my comments would switch up with that," she said. She confessed that after binge sessions she would make herself sick and then starve herself. "It was really bad," she said. "You could see it because I'm short, so when I put on weight people would be like, 'Oh, you gained weight,' and then they're like, 'Oh, she lost so much weight, she looks so good.'" At her thinnest, she was trolled for being "skin and bones." "I let it get to me and I wish I didn't," she added.

"It's extremely hard to go from having a very unhealthy mindset with food to a healthy one, especially when you've dealt with it alone for so long," she added, revealing that she ended up meeting other influencers and having an open discussion about it all. "At least now I have friends that I can talk to and that made me work so much harder to get a healthy relationship with food again."

Tallia Storm in Bathing Suit Says "Enjoy the Art"

Tallia Storm started her long singing career when she was just a teenager. And she's still going strong. Storm just shared some stunning new photos on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed a beach day in beautiful Miami. She wore a multicolor striped bathing suit with a ruffle, showing off her body. Storm captioned it, "Enjoy the art."

Storm opened up about her career to Clash Music. She says that she took a lot of lessons from the pandemic. Storm says that she has shifted how she approaches life. "When it first started, I was very grateful for that minute of peace like everyone was, but when it hit that one year mark it was like 'Wow, this is really our life now!' I had felt a shift, I have definitely grown up throughout this time and I have been looking at life so differently. Whereas before I might have questioned it, but if I feel it in my gut then I know it's the right thing to do."

When Storm was 13, she was discovered and mentored by Elton John. She tells Clash Music that this experience has given her a lot of motivation and to work hard. "I was so young and saw the world with such big eyes, and because of this one event it changed my perspective on everything. I have not stopped since then. I am very ambitious, and I keep fighting for my 'breakthrough' and if I hadn't of had that experience my journey would have been very different. Whereas, because I saw how hard Elton was working, even when we were at the concert and he took us backstage, and he met my whole family; when you see it through the lens of someone that incredible, you just want to do them proud!"

In her Clash Music interview, Storm talked about feminism and International Women's Day. "I see everyone talking now, especially because it's just been International Women's Day about 'Don't let them dim your sparkle,' and Beyoncé has never let anyone do that! When I first started and I had my big outfits and big hair, people would always say 'that's too much', 'you're too ambitious,' or 'you're too involved in the process' – I'm too nothing! We didn't say that when Ed Sheeran was on stage doing his thing! I think we are entering that time now; more people are letting the girls fulfil their role, but it has taken time to do that."

In her Clash Music interview, Storm opened up about how she handles criticism. She says that she ignores most of the haters. "Don't look backwards and only look forwards! Everyone is going to have something to say, they're going to gossip and laugh – the reality is, it will always come down to jealousy, because they don't like the fact that you have the confidence to do what they wish they were doing. It's really hard and it's a long road, but the number one thing to do is to keep going – just do it!"

In an interview on the Secure the Insecure podcast, Storm opened up about her new relationship. She says that she feels less pressure to put on a public persona when she began dating her boyfriend. "I think for the first time, I really just stopped and was so content, like I was just genuinely happiest that'd ever been. Like there was no agenda. I didn't care about an Instagram photo or like, I didn't even care about looking on my phone when I was with him. It was just this stillness and this calmness of like, 'God, this is what life's all about.'"

Former “Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer Lindsay Arnold is expecting her second child with husband Samuel Lightner Cusick. The two already have one daughter together, Sage Jill, who was born on Nov. 2, 2020.

Earlier this year, Arnold shared, “”Sam and I are thrilled to announce we’re pregnant with baby No. 2! “I can’t wait to take you along with me on my pregnancy journey and what this means for my new fitness platform, The Movement Club.

The news comes after the 28-year-old revealed she was having fertility struggles. “”When you get a positive pregnancy test and then you start your ? a few days later but your sweet daughter is there for you every step of the way …,” she wrote alongside a video back in August.

The 28-year-old is now 17 weeks pregnant and is showing off her baby bump while soaking up the sun on the beach

The former “Dancing With the Stars” pro can be seen standing on the sand in front of beautiful palm trees in a green bikini. Arnold is holding her baby bump while happily looking off down the beach.

“17 weeks growing baby girl?,” she captioned the Instagram post.

Lindsay Arnold Steps Away From ‘Dancing With the Stars’

Shortly before the most recent season of “Dancing With the Stars” began, the professional dancer announced she would be stepping away from the show.

“I wanted to let you all know that I have decided not to be a part of Dancing with the Stars this season,” she wrote alongside a photo of her, her husband and daughter Sage. “This has been one of the hardest decisions to make but ultimately I have chosen what I feel is best for myself and my family. DWTS has been a part of my life for over 10 years now and when I say I love the show with all of my heart I mean it!! This show has changed my life forever and will always mean the world to me.”

She continued to explain the reason behind the decision, writing, “As many of you know my family and I live in UT and in order to do DWTS I have to move myself and my daughter Sage out to LA and leave behind my husband Sam who works full time here in Utah. Logistically there is SO much involved with making this happen and there is a lot of sacrifice that has to be made that unfortunately just did not feel right for us this time around.”

Lindsay concluded by saying she can’t wait to watch this season of the realty competition show and thanked her fans for their love and support.

Joy Corrigan in Bikini Shares Miami Selfies

Joy Corrigan is modeling swimsuits in her latest series of mirror selfies. The model shows off her flawless figure in her latest Instagram posts, trying on bathing suits while in Miami for her followers.

Joy stresses the importance of starting your day off on a conscious note. "I try to make my mornings intentional and mindful," she told Women Fitness. "Every day, right when I wake up, I start with a large glass of water followed by a quick meditation. Next, I make a fully organic coffee that includes Chaga mushrooms, ashwagandha, and MCT coconut oil while I review my daily to-do list."

Don't underestimate the power of stretch, says Joy. "My top 5 stretches are downward dog, splits, backbends, toe touches, and any other easy yoga moves. Recently I have been using the ALO Moves app to learn new stretches!" she said. "Stretching is an important component of any exercise program. Most aerobic and strength training programs inherently cause your muscles to contract and tighten," says the Mayo Clinic. "Stretching after you exercise helps optimize the range of motion about your joints and boosts circulation."

Joy replenishes after her workouts with a nutrient-filled smoothie. "After my workouts, I love to make a smoothie loaded with organic berries, almond butter, frozen acai, spinach, celery, cucumber, and a little protein or collagen," she said.

Joy's number one health tip? "Drink plenty of water!" she told Haute Living. "It's a great way to rid my body of toxins and curb my appetite. Drinking a huge glass of water first thing in the morning is one of my favorite habits." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Joy takes collagen and ketones every day. "Collagen has been great for my nails, skin and hair. Ketones give me an amazing natural energy boost throughout the day," she told Haute Living.

"I've found that there is no single secret to a slim torso. For me, it comes from hard work and consistently eating healthy, while limiting processed foods as much as possible," Joy told Women Fitness. "My favorite meal is dinner because this is typically when I get to relax and enjoy a nourishing meal. Sometimes I will also have a glass of wine with my loved ones! I have been trying new recipes a couple of times a week. But on many nights, my dinner includes a healthy protein like wild-caught salmon or other fish, some veggies like steamed asparagus and mushrooms, and a gluten-free carb like rice pasta or a large sweet potato covered in grass-fed ghee."
