Elisabetta Gregoraci shows off her enviably toned physique

Italian model Elisabetta Gregoraci is sharing what looks like a professional modeling shot where she's showing off her enviably toned physique. Gregoraci, 43, shared a snap of herself perched on rocks, wearing a bathing suit and lots of bracelets. "The intensity of the moment," she captioned the post.

Gregoraci enjoys an active lifestyle, and is a black belt in karate. "Like all little girls I adored dance and never separated from the tutu and pink leg warmers but I understood soon enough that in reality my true passion was another: karate," she says. "I started doing karate at the age of 6 , becoming a black belt, second dan and then also an instructor. I have also always loved athletics, another passion that my father passed on to me, and I became a long jump and 80m champion."

Gregoraci tries to find time for exercise at least twice a week. "Unfortunately, I can no longer train as consistently as I used to, because I divide myself between a mother's commitments and my work commitments," she says. "I try to train twice a week, with shorter sessions of about 40 minutes where I do some cardio and some leg, glutes and abs exercises."

Gregoraci, who was married to Flavio Briatore from 2008-2017, says marriage is hard work, and should not be taken for granted. "As in any couple, it takes a lot of patience," she says. "Never let your guard down. Marriage is a complex relationship and you have to work hard to make it work."

Gregoraci loves her carbs. "I have always been a big eater," she says. "I really like sweets and carbohydrates … I just can't do without them. With a Sicilian mother and a Calabrian father, I grew up with abundant and highly seasoned dishes, not to mention the ragù that my grandmother used to make!"

Gregoraci says she works hard every day, and cherishes her independence. "I want to wake up in the morning and be satisfied with myself," she says. "Someone might think that she lives between parties and massages, but that's not the case. I am full of energy, I don't like to delegate and I am committed to everything I do. I have been working and independent for 15 years. Nobody gave me anything, I made many sacrifices."

Sophie Nélisse recently enjoyed a beach day

Actress Sophie Nélisse first made waves when she starred as the lead in the film adaptation of The Book Thief. She currently stars on the hit HBO series, Yellowjackets. Nélisse recently enjoyed a beach day. She shared a new photo from the day on her Instagram story. In it, Nélisse stood in the water by the rocks in a two-piece swimsuit.

Nélisse opened up about her life and career in an interview with ELLE. She says that she has a lot of confidence in herself, and that this has helped her in life. Nélisse cites wardrobe as something that has worked for her. "At the end of the day, I realized that it's a lot about confidence. If you feel good in it and you feel comfortable, it'll look amazing."

Nélisse opened up about her process of choosing roles to audition for to ELLE. She says that she likes to challenge herself, and likes roles that have a lot of nuance. Nélisse says that these are the reasons she auditioned for Yellowjackets. "I think that's so interesting to be able to offer nuances because we're all so nuanced as human beings, so I love embracing that," she explains. "I also try to go for characters that are out of my comfort zone. I come from quite a sporting background, so the competitiveness inside of me wants to take on characters that offer a challenge."

Nélisse tells ELLE that she is extremely grateful for the career and opportunities she's been able to have. "I'm so grateful for coming from Montreal because I've kind of grown up out of the spotlight. I've just been crazy lucky to have been able to work with amazing directors—so many talented women. It still feels very surreal when I go to events and get to walk alongside actors that I admire so much. But I'm also happy when I have my little bubble back."

Nélisse spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is go hiking. She shares a lot of hiking posts on her Instagram page. Nélisse shared these photos of herself hiking in a field and by the rocks. She captioned the post, "My mom's mad because I didn't take a picture of the tarantula I found in the desert. In fact, I ran away as fast as I could."

Another outdoor activity Nélisse likes to do to stay in shape is going biking. She shared photos on Instagram from a trip to Stanley Park, including one of her biking. Nélisse captioned the post, "More days like this please." Better Health reports that biking has a lot of benefits. "Cycling can help to protect you from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity and arthritis. Kelly Gale enjoyed a beautiful sun-kisses beach

Swedish model Kelly Gale is channeling her inner movie star on a beautiful sun-kissed beach. Gale, 27, shared pictures of herself posing in the sand in a zebra-print bathing suit, and fans couldn't get enough of her glamorous looks. "Bond Girl," one commenter said.

Gale's approach to healthy eating is to treat it as a lifestyle instead of a diet. "I eat very healthy all year round," she says. "Cooking healthy, nutritious and delicious meals is one of my biggest passions so eating "healthy" for me isn't 'eating healthy', it's just eating. I've never actually known anything other than nutritious foods. I've grown up with a mother who is a doctor, dentist and cancer researcher who also happens to be an amazing cook. While I was growing up she always made me and my brothers healthy meals similar to what I eat today."

Gale avoids added sugar and high-sodium foods. "Four weeks before the show I like to kick it in high gear," she says. "Which for me means cutting out sodium. I try to stay away from all kinds of sugars except for the sugars I get from the berries in my breakfast and coconut sugar from the occasional raw vegan chocolate bar that I eat."

Gale meditates to deal with stress. "I'm probably impossible to get hold of when I'm stressed," she says. "The only thing that works for me when I'm stressed and need to get things done is to take time first to do my meditation and go on a long 2 to 3-hour power walk and clear my head. After that, I can deal with stress related stuff."

Gale works out consistently, but ups her workouts before modeling shoots or shows. Her workouts consist of "a 25 km power walk followed by lunch… resistance bands, gliders, ankle weights and jump rope," she says. "Using the jump rope for cardio intervals during a session of Pilates is my favorite."

Pilar Rubio is ready for summer in her swimsuit! "This year I wanted to fill your summer days with color and joy, inspired by Brazil as a concept," she captioned the series of Instagram photos. "Summer is just around the corner and I want to make yours a very special one."

"I always try to eat breakfast at the same time and try to find time in the morning to stretch," Pilar told Real Madrid Family about her approach to diet. "I'm used to eating healthy. I understand healthy food as fruit and vegetables, but also meat and fish." What is her favorite meal? "Sorry but I love the salads … But very diverse, one day couscous, another day lentils … then green peas." Her cheat food? "I also love the burgers."

According to reports, Pilar works out five to six days per week. Her go-to workout? Strength and weight training to keep herself strong and lean. She does pilates, swims, and "I also exercise pelvic muscles" and chases after her kids, she has said. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Pilar struggles to sleep because she is so active. "I don't know how to do it anymore, really," she says about getting eight hours of slumber. "I get overwhelmed … In the end I start doing things and sleep three, four hours."

Lena Gercke is enjoying a day at the ocean

Lena Gercke is enjoying a day at the ocean in her swimsuit. The model shows off her famous figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Vitamin Sea," she captioned the Instagram photos.

Lena exercises. "I train very differently. Sometimes I go running in the park, I'm in the studio or I do my workout at home. As much as I can right now. In general, I have no preferences," she told Eat Smarter. "I try to train at least three times a week. Regular exercise is important. On the one hand, to get in shape and build muscle. Lena maintains that the cliché that models starve themselves isn't true. "I used to eat a lot of fast food or whatever I could get at the airport. As a result, I was sick at least once a month because my body lacked energy. Two years ago I changed my diet and since then I have been very careful to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I travel a lot, so I have to make sure that my immune system is strengthened and that I don't get sick all the time. Diet plays a very important role in this. Even if you have skin problems, for example, this is often due to poor nutrition," she said.

Lena is all about the occasional cheat meal. "I like to eat, but always in moderation. Eating is also good for the psyche, so you should treat yourself to something every now and then," she said. "Almost every model says that too, but unfortunately I really like everything that is cute. Chocolate is definitely one food I can't live without! But you can also use a few tricks here, such as preferring dark chocolate to whole milk chocolate, as these types are significantly healthier due to the high cocoa content."

"In any case. Sport and nutrition go together like Bonnie and Clyde," Lena said about her philosophy about wellness. "Without one, the other has much less effect. Sport and nutrition support each other."

"I'm also a big yoga and Pilates fan, but I try to make my workouts as varied as possible so that I never get bored," Lena added. "Also, I only train with my own weight, I don't need any specific gym equipment or accessories, so I can do my workouts anywhere."

Nora Fatehi is heating up the stage in her swimsuit. The Canadian superstar shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit top in one of her latest social media posts, a sneak peek at one of her performances. "Dilbar always hits different," she captioned the Instagram post.

You won't find Nora on the latest trendy crash diet. "I don't follow any diet plan and I never have. Food for me is something I enjoy so I eat whatever I like. That includes carbs and desserts too. I admit I do eat junk like pizzas, burgers and whatever else makes me happy," she told Miss Malini.

"I don't regularly workout or hit the gym as I tend to lose weight very easily," Nora confessed to Miss Malini. "I use to do pilates which I found great for toning up but I love a bit of thickness, especially in the lower body!"

Nora spends a lot of time dancing. "Whenever I get the chance I defiantly dance, not as much as I would like but I try to make time. Maddie Ziegler shared a new set of photos of herself enjoying an ice cream bar

Maddie Ziegler has been in the public eye since she was young. She first made waves as a cast member on the popular Lifetime reality series, Dance Moms. It was then that music artist, Sia, discovered her, and asked her to be in her music video for "Chandelier." Ziegler then starred in more videos and in on-stage performances with Sia. Since then, she's begun an acting career, appearing in the 2021 adaptation of West Side Story. Ziegler also released collaborations with Fabletics and Morphe Cosmetics. She has a strong following on Instagram, and shared a new set of photos of herself enjoying an ice cream bar this week. She captioned the post, "I scream 4 ?"

Ziegler shared some of her favorite skincare tips to WhoWhatWear. "In the morning, I wash my face. Recently, I've been using Rhode, so I'll do the Peptide Glazing Fluid next. I'll use that, and then I use her Barrier Restore Cream Moisturizer. Then I'll finish that with my EltaMD sunscreen and my lip balm. Sometimes I'll do the Caudalie spray too. I literally spray that on my face so many times throughout the day. Then for nighttime, it's basically that routine without the sunscreen, but I also like to add in an exfoliating toner after I've washed my face. I don't do this every day, but definitely once or twice a week. I'll use the Lotion P50 from Biologique Recherche."

In her WhoWhatWear interview, Ziegler revealed some of her favorite products. She was aksed what she feels the most important skincare product is. "Definitely sunscreen, always," Ziegler answered. "That's number one. I can't leave the house without it."

Ziegler tells WhoWhatWear that she makes sure to prevent acne. She also names some of her favorite products that limit acne. "The Elta MD. I have acne-prone skin that's very sensitive to a lot of things, and that's like the only one that doesn't break me out. I love the tinted version as well."

Ziegler tells WhoWhatWear that hydration is important to her, especially when it comes to skincare. "I think anything that's hydrating because I tend to have combination skin that will get really dry depending on the weather," she explains. "I will not have that! Any sort of exfoliant like Lotion P50. Or I really like the Sonya Dakar Blue Butterfly Balm. It's seriously the most hydrating product—it's made out of a natural tea, I believe, and it's beautiful. I will lather my whole face and neck in that."

Ziegler is a dancer, so naturally, this is the main way she stays in shape. She recently joined long-time collaborator Sia, and Labrinth on stage at Coachella. Meghann Fahy dropping jaws when she shared the hot photos on social media

Meghann Fahy steamed up The Daily Front Row Fashion Awards in her swimsuit. The White Lotus star flaunted her washboard abs in a bathing suit top at the annual show, dropping jaws when she shared the hot photos on social media. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Meghann fuels up in the morning with eggs. "Breakfast is my favorite. When I travel, I search for the best diner to check out. I'm an omelet girl. I put hot sauce on everything."

"Heavy breathing and sweat give me clarity. If I can't, I do a breathing exercise on a fancy meditation app, Calm," she told Women's Health. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

In 2015, Decker publicly complained about Instagram's censoring issues.

After an image of of her daughter Vivianne was flagged as inappropriate and eventually removed from the site, Decker posted a naked image of Kim Kardashian from a magazine.

She was wondering why the reality TV star's pictures are acceptable but hers are not.

After Decker discovered that there was a hate page on Reddit dedicated to putting down her image, she took to social media in July 2021 to confront the haters.

'I know that I’m not perfect, but you pointing out my flaws — the things I’m already insecure about — it hurts me,' she said.

'And it doesn’t feel good to be picked on or bullied or ripped apart. If you don’t like me, then leave me alone. If you don’t like what I have to say, what I do, anything about me, then stop paying attention to me. Just leave me alone.'

Earlier this year, Decker said she was sick of mom-shamers after she was told to not post photos of her kids in swimwear when the family was on vacation in Mexico. She was even accused of Photoshopping abs onto their tummies.

The hitmaker has three kids — Vivianne, eight, Eric Jr., seven, and Forrest, four — whom she shares with husband, Eric Decker.

The beauty told E! she shuts out the hate. 'I'm proud of my kids and when I see a reaction, I'm always a little shocked,' Decker told E! News.

'I realize that I have a lot of eyes watching, but I don't let it affect what I want to post,' she added. 'I'm going to live my life and not let the outside noise get to me,' she continued.

Earlier this month she was in the news as well.

Decker spoke out about her sister Sydney's recent ordeal with United Airlines.

The singer took to her Instagram Stories with a lengthy text post lambasting the airline.

She was reacting after her sister Sydney Rae Bass' husband Anthony Bass, pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays, complained on social media on Sunday that United had forced his pregnant wife to get on her hands and knees to clean up stray popcorn dropped by their daughter.

The complaint stirred up a major debate on social media, pitting those who thought it was rude to expect service workers to clean up after oneself against others who claimed that service workers were paid to take care of those messes.

'My sister @sydneyraebass just texted me from her flight on @united,' Jessie wrote in a since-disappeared post. 'As you know, she is five months pregnant, high risk, and also traveling alone with her two small children.'

'Blaire accidentally spilled some popcorn in the aisle' of the plain, Decker wrote.

Her sister Sydney shares daughter Brooklyn, five, with Anthony, and the couple also adopted a younger daughter, Blaire, in 2020. It was Blaire who allegedly spilled some of her popcorn.

'The flight attendant came up to Sydney with a trash bag, and a wet wipe, telling her the captain wants Syd to clean up every drop,' Jessie claimed.

She wrote that her sister had to get on her 'hands and knees,' and she said the humiliation of the event left her in tears.

'Way to go united,' she added sarcastically.

The country music sensation then shared a video she took from inside the bedroom of the mansion she shares with husband Eric Decker. While holding up her cell phone the performer was seen filming herself as she walked around the room with hard wood floors. She had on a beige bikini that highlighted her small tummy and toned legs.

The star wore her hair down and was wearing light nude toned makeup with little jewelry.

Kittenish was founded in 2014 by Decker who oversaw all the designs, infusing her own southern style with a modern twist.

In 2019, Kittenish opened its first brick and mortar store in Nashville, Tennessee, which has been a major success.

Decker also has a rich personal life as she is a wife with children.

Jessie is married to former American football player Eric Decker and they are parents to three children: Vivianne, Forrest and Eric II.

Brooke Monk is looking red hot in her swimsuit. The TikTok and Hype House star flaunts her famous figure in a red bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "I love you," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps.

Brooke loves getting outside and taking a hike. "Morning hikes are fun," she captioned a recent Instagram post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. So sometimes I get particularly frustrated, and I'll type out a long response, but then I remind myself, 'Just put your phone down! Come back in 10 minutes and let it go, it's not worth it.' Usually, I'm the bigger person! But some days… I'm like 'You know what, you're going to get it today!'"

Brooke grew up in a conservative Christian family and often ties the bible into her posts. Her Instagram profile mentions ​​1 Corinthians 13: 1-7: "Love is patient, love is kind. Demi Sims enjoying her trip to Thailand

Demi Sims is a reality TV icon. She's starred on the hit series, The Only Way Is Essex, or TOWIE. She then starred on Celebrities Go Dating. Sims is currently on a trip to Thailand, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In one photo, she stood in a cabana in a brown satin halter two-piece swimsuit. She captioned the post, "3023."

In 2019, Sims talked about her wellness routine in an interview with Women Fitness. In it, she shared some of her favorite workouts. Sims says that she always remembers to warm up, and in particular, she likes to do cardio to stay in shape. "It is important to warm up your muscles if you're about to lift weights."

Sims and her sister talked about wellness in an interview with Heatworld. She says that she likes to use crystals to help with her mental wellbeing. "I've got a Rose Quartz in my room and I read this thing online which said you're meant to put it under the corner of your mattress, the lower-left corner and you're meant to put a picture of whoever it is you want to send love to. I put a picture of myself on it and sent myself self-love!

Sims has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite tips to Heatworld. "I've got really sensitive skin, especially around my eyes," Sims explains. "I don't know if it's because of my vitiligo or not, because I've got patches around my eyes. I have to be so careful with the products I use. I love the Aveeno moisturiser, that is the love of my life. I smother that all over my face before I go to bed and I wake up and my skin is so smooth."

Danielle Fogarty is currently expecting her second child. She's making sure to look stunning throughout her pregnancy. Fogarty is currently on a trip to Dubai.

Charlotte Cardin is having loads of fun

Canadian singer Charlotte Cardin is thanking fans for showing her new song so much love. Cardin, 28, shared pictures of herself posing in a dark green bathing suit, making the heart symbol over her head. "Thank you for all the love around confetti ?," she captioned the post.

Cardin has a very French approach to food—she loves shopping for ingredients and cooking. "I have a huge passion for cooking and eating," she says. "Whenever I have spare time or a day off, I go to the market and cook all day."

Cardin enjoys strong coffee. "Recent studies found that coffee drinkers are less likely to die from some of the leading causes of death in women: coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease," according to Johns Hopkins Health. "Both regular and decaf coffee seem to have a protective effect on your liver. Research shows that coffee drinkers are more likely to have liver enzyme levels within a healthy range than people who don't drink coffee."

Cardin needs personal space to be centered and happy. "I didn't think I was a loner, but I realized I am a little bit," she says. "I really need some space, some personal time just to do my [thing] without having people around. I tour with extraordinary musicians, awesome human beings, and they're really good friends of mine, but I realized I do need some personal space to be happy."

Cardin prefers using face oil instead of moisturizers. "I have this oil. It's all natural," she says. "It has a rose scent to it and I go to bed with oil on my face—just a little bit, not like, full-on olive oil. Instead of cream, I put a bit of oil. It's a dry oil called Pure Essentials. You can get it from the drugstore. I used to have really dry skin, and we have really rough winters in Montreal, and that oil changed my life—it's so good for your skin, and it's all natural. I like looking at the ingredients and recognizing the names."

Cardin got through the pandemic lockdowns by learning new skills, which research shows is a great way to support brain health. "Practicing my guitar has helped me a lot during quarantine!" she says. "So, I guess finding a new hobby and trying to learn new skills would be my advice. It's so satisfying and fun."

Kate Lawler a fitness expert likes wearing bikinis

Kate Lawler first made waves as the third winner of the hit reality series, Big Brother. She has done a lot since. Lawler is a DJ, a fitness expert, and has a strong presence on Instagram. She just shared a stunning new reel. In it, she posed in a new swimsuit, her figure on display. Lawler shared some of her workout tips in a Facebook post. She says that she likes to do at-home exercises. "I honestly couldn't be arsed today but got the mat out, googled '20 minute workout' and exercised for free in the comfort of my own home. "And the truth is I power walk 60 minutes every day with the doggies, do a boxing, HIIT or hot yoga class when I can or if I'm feeling lazy like today, 20 minutes on the mat."

Lawler opened up about her approach to eating in her Facebook post. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she did was go vegan for a period of time. "I'm also feeling the benefits of having done a mostly vegan diet for two weeks," she writes. "It really does help you eat less sugar and opt for healthy snacks like nuts and fruit. I'm going to treat myself to halloumi tonight though as it's the weekend!"

Lawler makes sure to workout regularly. She says in an interview that one thing she does is go on walks. Specifically, she walksA her dog every day. "Exercise for me is crucial to remain fit and healthy," Lawler says. I'm guilty of pigging out and because I sometimes binge on junk food, I make sure I go to the gym at least once a week and do at least 60 minutes of power walking every day. Luckily I have a dog which gives me an excuse to walk."

In her Facebook post, Lawler writes that she doesn't like to make excuses for not working out. "I'm guilty of making excuses, but let's be honest, there are no excuses when you don't have to pay or leave the house to work out. It's also not difficult to find just 20 minutes after work or before if you wake up a little bit earlier, right?"

Joey is setting up a thirst trap (and a joke) in her swimsuit. The young actress shows off her beautiful body in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. "I've trapped my thirst," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps, which included one of herself clad in swimwear and another "trapping" her mouth with three glasses of wine.

"I also try to exercise 4-5 times a week, but that's if I'm feeling really motivated. I absolutely love exercise because I feel energetic and happy when I work out on a regular basis, but sometimes 'vegging out' is so necessary."

In addition to exercising at the gym, Joey runs and boxes. "I'm also big on boxing; it feels so amazing because I'm so focused," she told The New Potato. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

According to Joey, "above all else" there is one thing that keeps her healthy and happy. "I practice self-love," she revealed. "Your inner beauty shines when you are emotionally and physically kind to yourself."

Joey works out for mental health benefits. "This sounds odd, but I didn't know I was the type of person that needs exercise to not feel wound up," she explained. "If I'm feeling pent up and I don't know why, if I just move my body, then all of a sudden I'm so much more relaxed," she told Byrdie.

Joey also enjoys hiking. "I wish I could beautifully describe how happy I feel in these photos. But I'm no poet, I'm just happy," she captioned a recent series of snaps. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Nadia Ferreira is enjoying golden hour in a beautiful tropical location

Paraguayan model Nadia Ferreira is enjoying golden hour in a beautiful tropical location. The wife of superstar Marc Anthony is expecting their first child together, and shared pictures of herself posing in a pink bathing suit with tie-dye cover up. "Peace, love and happiness ?," she captioned the post.

Ferreira warms up before workouts with cardio such as jumping rope. Jump rope is an excellent choice of aerobic exercise—all you need is a jump rope and some space. "Try getting in a 30-minute workout five or more days a week that raises your heart rate for the duration of the activity," says Erik Van Iterson, PhD, MS. "Or try three, 10-minute workouts, five or more days a week."

Ferreira uses ankle weights to give her workouts an extra challenge. Physical therapist Terry Downey says ankle weights are not recommended for walking or aerobics, but can be beneficial for targeted exercises. "The weight places a greater load on the muscle group being targeted. The muscles have to work harder to move this increased load against gravity, and in turn this will increase strength," Downey says.

Ferreira incorporates deadlifts into her workout regimen. "Weight training is the best way to keep the muscle mass you have and even increase muscle mass you may have lost with aging," says Shawn Pedicini, a physical therapist at Harvard-affiliated Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Weight training should be done at least twice a week for optimum results. "Two days of full-body training can produce measurable changes in muscle strength," Pedicini says.

Ferreira works her lower body with plenty of squats and lunges. "Lunges are a great way to enhance strength and stability in your legs since you are forced to balance all of your body weight on one leg for a short period of time," according to Duke University. "Be sure not to let your knee come over your toes while lunging and keep your torso erect while looking ahead."

Ferreira says tennis is her favorite hobby. "If you haven't lobbed a tennis ball over a net since high school, you might want to pick up a racket again," says Harvard Health. "A recent study suggests that people who play racket sports regularly may slash their odds of dying from a heart attack or stroke."
