Farrah Abraham shows off her famous figure while frolicking on the beach during her tropical vacation

Farrah Abraham is heating up Turks and Caicos in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Teen Mom alum shows off her famous figure while frolicking on the beach during her tropical Thanksgiving vacation. "IT'S GIVING," she captioned an Instagram video. "I'm happy for you!! It's definitely giving!!! Good vibes hun," commented a follower, while several others tried to guess the identity of her mystery man.

Farrah does a lot of tunny work. "Core workouts are the best. I go a personal trainer four times a week. I'm always about inner thigh, don't lose all of that. Toning the outer parts of our body and strengthening the core," she told OKMagazine.com.

"When it comes to dieting. FODMAPS Diet. My family's health regimen that's been the best," Farrah said. "It keeps my energy up." According to Johns Hopkins, FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, "which are short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly," they explain. "Some people experience digestive distress after eating them." No-nos on the diet include dairy-based milk, yogurt and ice cream, wheat-based products such as cereal, bread and crackers, beans and lentils, some vegetables, such as artichokes, asparagus, onions and garlic, and some fruits, such as apples, cherries, pears and peaches. Instead, you should eat eggs and meat, certain cheeses such as brie, Camembert, cheddar and feta, almond milk, grains like rice, quinoa and oats, vegetables like eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini, and fruits such as grapes, oranges, strawberries, blueberries and pineapple.

Farrah revealed to Life & Style that she is seriously committed to fitness. "There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen," she said.

Another one of her favorite workouts? "Boxing is always great," she says. "I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

One of her favorite workouts? Pilates. "I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else," she told Life & Style. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Eva Mendes shows off her incredible body

Eva Mendes is visiting her grandmother in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the actress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit top and sense of humor while riding a stair lift up and down. "Having a Malta at Mami's ??♥️?? Oh and the band-aid, I fell off a bike and into a bush, scrapped my knee among other things," she captioned the Instagram video.

Eva detailed her protein-centric diet to Shape in 2017. "I mostly keep it simple and have scrambled eggs and a piece of Ezekiel toast," she said about her breakfast. "I find that when I start out with the right source of protein, it definitely helps." For lunch and dinner she pairs a protein, like salmon, with rice or quinoa and a side salad. "I'm a creature of habit that way," she said. "I don't get bored with food. I try to think about it as fuel for my body."

Mendes tries to hit the gym three times a week. However, if she is prepping for a role she will work out five times. "I love doing intervals, like running and sprinting, and I see great results with that versus the 30 to 45 minutes of steady cardio I used to do on the treadmill," she told Shape.

Eva maintains that cleaning is part of her self-care routine. "It's always been part of my thing because for me, a clean house equals mental wellness. I just knew growing up in a really tiny apartment with very little, when my mom would clean on the weekends, and she'd wake me up with Cuban music and the house smelled so good, I just felt happier. We all did. We all did, even though it was tiny. We were just all like, 'Oh, this feels so nice.; And then when it became a mess again, it reflected that things were hard. It was symbolic of how we were doing as a family visually. So for me, cleaning equals mental wellness," she explained to Byrdie.

While Mendes does enjoy coffee (with coconut oil or sugar) with breakfast, she hydrates throughout the day and takes fish oil supplements. "I start to get sallow if I'm not eating well," she told Shape.

"I know most people are like, 'Oh a bath.' I used to love baths that like, I don't know. Now, I'm really into super hot showers and ending them with 15 seconds of freezing cold. [Podcaster Wim Hof] 'the Iceman' and everybody talks about how good cold plunges are for you. I haven't been ready for a cold plunge yet, but I've heard him on some podcasts and he said to start getting yourself ready, just do it in the shower. I haven't been able to move on from my 15 seconds, but there's something about it that I really love," Eva told Byrdie.

Kendall Rae having a blast at the City of Dreams Mediterranean resort

Kendall Rae Knight is heating up Greece in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit while vacationing at the City of Dreams Mediterranean resort. "Dolce & Cabana," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Stunning," commented one of her followers. "Absolutely gorgeous I can't cope with you," added another.

Kendall told Glamour UK that she felt pressured into getting Botox after being told she was "old looking" during a photo shoot. "I was on a shoot – I won't say what for – but the photographer and the client who had booked me were sat at the laptop screen and kept saying over and over again: 'she's quite old, we will have to airbrush her around her eyes, we maybe needed someone with a fresher face', so I did actually go out and get Botox," she said. "It will wear off so I'm not bothered but I don't think I would get anything permanent; I think I would be a bit stronger now."

Kendall confessed that her diet "isn't the best" to Glamour UK. "I just eat a little bit of anything I want. I have a real sweet tooth," she said.

Kendall loves burning calories while on vacation. During a recent vacation in Ibiza, she went paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Kendall understands the importance of hydration. Here she is drinking out of a coconut. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Oral hygiene is important to Kendall. She explained to Glamour UK that while she has been accused of having veneers, her bright whites are the result of her routine. "I just use a gel from my dentist to keep them looking white, and I brush twice a day."

Maren Morris shows off her amazing body

Maren Morris is getting some much-needed rest and relaxation in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the former country singer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while soaking in an indoor pool at Southall Farm & Inn in Tennessee. "Sometimes you only have to travel 30 minutes for some peace of mind," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Maren focuses her diet around protein. For breakfast she has three egg whites, spinach cooked in olive oil, and wheat toast. For lunch, a salad with protein for lunch. Then, after her shows, she will fuel up with another meal. "When I'm out there, I make it count. I know I'll feel awful if I don't eat right after burning all those calories in the show," she dished to Women's Health. For dinner, she will eat another salad, like skinless chicken over spinach with lemon vinaigrette.

Maren is a fan of high intensity training. She works out with Nashville-based trainer Erin Oprea. Sometimes she even uses Erin's Pretty Little Muscles app at home. Her workouts usually involve jump roping followed by bodyweight resistance strength training, doing exercises like front and side planks, pushups, squats, lunges, and a combo of the latter two. "Squat lunges are the worst," she said. "They're so hard because that's the area I need it most—my thighs and butt." She then moves to the BOSU ball and does crunches and core work, followed by weight lifting with free weights.

Maren also loves some recreational sports. "She has been playing tennis," Opera told E News. "I encourage clients to do their cardio outside of me. Sports are always the best way because when you're chasing a ball, you're not thinking about cardio." In her latest post, the singer shows her love of the sport by attending the US Open.

Maren often shares photos of the books she is reading. How is reading great for your health? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

"I do check-ins all the time [with] therapy, which I've done for years," Maren told People. "Sometimes it's just someone really close to you saying, 'Are you OK?' It's so simple, but it kind of snaps you out of whatever fog you're in that you think is normal, but isn't."

Belinda Bencic shows off her amazing body while vacationing in the tropics

Belinda Bencic is hiding her baby bump in a bathing suit. In a new social media post the tennis pro shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit and Missoni pants, while vacationing in the tropics. "Not as easy to take vacation bikini pics nowadays," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "But as always well equipped with @bongeniegrieder @missoni." Her followers had a lot to say about the photos. While some begged to see the bump while others commented on how great she looks. "Baddie," commented one. "Being pregnant is beautiful and empowering. Show it off and be proud!" added another.

"I'm currently doing interval training on the track with 100 meter sprints down the straights and jogging round the corners," Belinda told Express UK. "It tires me out quickly but I'm getting better at it.

"I've been working on footwork, which is really important for me, as on the court you have to move well. I use a ladder," she added to Express UK. "I place the ladder on the floor and use it to do a number of footwork drills in and out to help my agility."

"I do strength training that focuses on the arms and shoulders with exercises on the shoulder press and using the medicine ball," Belinda said. "It's not all about being strong though, I need to have quick movements as power can also come from the speed of the arm so I stretch a lot using elastic resistance bands specially designed for building movement speed."

Belinda does multiple workouts a day. "Training during the off-season always involves two tennis sessions and one fitness session in the gym," she told Express. "I start with practice on court for two hours in the morning from 9am to 11am. I mainly focus on drills where I hit a lot of balls, typically feeding drills. In the afternoon I start back on the court again at 2pm and do match simulation."

Belinda stresses the importance of hydration. "Training and playing in hot climates mean staying hydrated is critical. I drink a lot of water but also sports drinks with electrolytes to help with recovery and replenishment," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Belinda isn't a fan of Andy Murray's cooldown method. "After training I try to avoid the ice bath. A light jog and plenty of stretching helps me to wind down," she said. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Heart Evangelista shows off her amazing body during a tropical getaway

Heart Evangelista is enjoying her rest and relaxation in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Filipino actress and model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit during a tropical getaway. "Do Not Disturb … I'm in Paradise," she captioned the Instagram post, driving her followers wild. "Wow," commented one. "MASTERPIECE," added another.

Heart dished about her diet to Manilla Times, revealing that the bone broth diet, which involves eating two meals and a daily serving of 200 ml broth that can serve as a snack or replacement for dinner, helped her lose lots of weight. "The composition is all-organic, hormone-free ingredients and produce. It's packed with amino acid, it has glycine, it's great for the gut, and it's nutrient-dense especially if you have nutrient deficiency, which is common because of the type of food we eat. It's like a cup of minerals you'll need," she said.

If you want a body like Heart's plan on exercising daily. "I workout once a day, in the morning before anything else," she told Philippine Entertainment Portal. "I think the best way to lose fat is before you even put fat or eat anything is you have to burn what's already stuck there. So, you workout before you eat breakfast in the morning for 30 minutes."

Heart does a few different types of workouts. "Treadmill, sometimes brisk walk or I run, sit-ups," she told PEP. She also takes classes at Plana Forma studio. "It's a combination of core yoga and Pilates," she said. "It's not really the weight loss, but you become really firm especially in the areas that you want to concentrate on like your butt, your thighs, your stomach, a little bit of your arms."

Heart told PEP that supplements are an important part of her healthy regimen, as they help keep her body from being deficient in important nutrients.

"It's not because I want to be thin, that's just a bonus. I really work out because I want my blood circulation to be good," Heart told GMA about why she exercises. Heart didn't deny that it was difficult for her at first, but making her health her motivation instead of just her physical appearance helped her put things in perspective. Heart continued," It takes just a hard week to start and after that, it will be easy."

Camila Morrone shows off her amazing body

Camila Morrone is a covergirl – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Daisy Jones and the Six star shows off her amazing body in a few bathing suits. "New D Repubblica Cover," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "SLAAAAAAY QUEEN," commented one of her followers. "WoW," added actress Marion Cotillard.

Camila meditates. "I started incorporating a small meditation practice that is anywhere between eight to 10 minutes — I did it at the airport on my way here. I just put my AirPods in and do it anywhere," she told Bustle. "I use things like the Calm app and really anything I can get my hands on, even YouTube meditations. Especially when I'm moving at a high speed and there's always a lot of people in the room and cameras and events, starting my day off with that as a baseline just eases the transition."

"I like to try to do anything active when I'm not on a movie. When I'm shooting a movie, it's really hard for me to do anything besides work. So when I'm home in L.A., I like to try to get some kind of workout in," Camila told W Magazine. "I like to be outdoors because the weather's so beautiful here." She tries "fit in an outdoor exercise," whenever she can.

Camila is a tea over coffee girl. In the morning she makes "some matcha to start my day, because I don't drink coffee," she told W. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

Camila's favorite form of outdoor exercise? "I just got into hiking in L.A. because it's such an L.A. thing to do. Then I realized why everyone loves it so much. I've been doing Runyon Canyon because it's the easiest one and I'm lazy and you get a great view not very long into the hike. But there's also Franklin Canyon, and then halfway to Malibu there's a great hike called Temescal Canyon, where at the end of it, in winter, you can get a bit of a waterfall. I like rewarding hikes," she told W.

You won't find Camila on a low carb diet. "Unfortunately, I'd like to say it's salad or vegetables, but after I exercise I like to praise myself with carbs, whether it's a pasta, pizza, or a sandwich. I like to not be too hard on myself. That's the most unhealthy that I will do. I don't have an unhealthy lifestyle, but I like carbs," she told W. If she cooks, it will be pasta, especially if she has guests. "I just make a really simple tomato-sauce pasta because everyone likes a tomato-sauce pasta. So I did an Italian cooking class last night and learned how to make pasta dough from scratch, so that's going to be my new go-to."

Camila takes breaks from social media, deleting Instagram from her phone for a few days at a time. "I think it's so important to protect and nourish your mental health on social media. I have girlfriends who have a large following on social media and they have spoken outwardly about how it affects them, their happiness and mental health. Having experienced firsthand social media hate, which I think pretty much anyone who's semi in the public eye will experience, it can really affect you. I've never been one to say that these comments and articles don't hurt my feelings; I think that you have to be a sociopath for things not to get to you after a certain amount of time. So I just try to protect myself by avoiding reading negative comments and avoiding reading articles about me, because one thing can just throw off your whole day. I don't like to expose and open myself up to other people's hate and insecurities and mean messages. I don't want to live like that," she told W.

Anna Shaffer shared pictures having fun

The Witcher star Anna Shaffer plays Triss Merigold on The Witcher, shared pictures of herself wearing some bikinis. The actress kept her look simple and stunning with minimal makeup and a natural glow. "Summer in Sezane," she captioned the post.

Shaffer can't get enough of watching other people act. "I go to the cinema as much as possible, often at the old Renoir in Bloomsbury, now a Curzon, which is close to another of my favorite restaurants, Ciao Bella," she says. "They can accommodate huge tables, and it feels quite cheap and cheerful. Jimmy and I are attempting to work our way through the whole pasta menu by the end of the year. Back in town, the Prince Charles is also a great cinema – last time I saw Midnight Cowboy – and I love going to the BFI for a seasonal showing of It's a Wonderful Life."

Shaffer is a big fan of 1960s fashion. "I love Mad Men," she says. "If I could dress like Joan every day I absolutely would! I think the French dress fabulously too, they keep silhouettes sleek and simple and use accessories as a way of standing out. In terms of people, I take huge inspiration from Jessica Alba and Diane Kruger. They are always flawless and look effortless. Their style is timeless but they always have a modern twist which I think is really interesting. And it helps that they're stunning too!"

Shaffer is a born and bred Londoner, and loves her home. "London is a real renaissance city, a place where you can constantly reinvent yourself and find different things to do," she says. "It's also a place where no one is ever free: if you make a plan, it's in three months' time, so it becomes a celebration when you eventually meet up. And when you do it's always fun and exaggerated – we're not going to a café, we're going out and having Martinis."

Shaffer has learned to embrace her own style and be confident with herself as she gets older. "I think I have quite a simple but classic style," she says. "Lately I've been experimenting with more patterns and prints, especially as we move into summer. It's so important to have fun with fashion too, I think the older I get the less I care about what other people think and I'm much more willing to give new things a try… even if they end up a bit of a disaster!"

Shaffer is someone who always plans ahead and is organized, especially when it comes to big events. "There is nothing worse than feeling rushed before an event as you will make rash decisions about your makeup that you will totally regret later," she says. "And looking flustered and clammy on the red carpet because you had to get ready in 5 minutes is never a good look! I think a strong lip is always fabulous. Red literally goes with ANYTHING and can transform an outfit. Also less is more. If you're having a heavy Eye go easy on the lips and vice versa… oh and check your teeth for lipstick!!! That's definitely something I've learnt!"

Alexandra Cooper is celebrating another milestone, by sharing swimsuit photos

Call Her Daddy podcaster Alexandra Cooper is celebrating another milestone, by sharing swimsuit photos. "Still can't believe I'm on the cover of @cosmopolitan officially in stores now go buy my issue ??❤️," she captioned the set.

Cooper posts pics of herself in bathing suits, relaxing in the water. Swimming two and a half hours per week can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses, improve the health of people with diabetes and heart disease and halve the risk of death compared with inactive people, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Cooper shares photos of herself traveling to different places around the world. Travel benefits emotional, mental and physical health, according to the Yale University Tribune.

Cooper eats favorite foods such as pasta while traveling. He also loves hot dogs and french fries. Pasta, a staple in many diets, offers various health benefits when consumed in moderation. It's a good source of carbohydrates, essential for energy, and often enriched with vital nutrients like fiber, iron, and B vitamins. Whole-grain pasta, in particular, supports digestive health and helps in maintaining steady blood sugar levels.

Cooper has a fitness routine and works out on a regular basis. Regular physical activity can improve muscle strength and boost endurance, according to the Mayo Clinic. Regular workouts yield a multitude of benefits for both physical and mental health. Physically, exercise strengthens muscles, enhances cardiovascular health, and aids in maintaining a healthy weight. It boosts endurance and improves overall bodily functions, including better metabolic rates and immune system performance. Mentally, working out is a potent stress reliever, releasing endorphins that elevate mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. It also enhances cognitive function, including memory and concentration.

Cooper will drink a glass of wine while relaxing in the evening. Antioxidants in red wine called polyphenols may help protect the lining of blood vessels in the heart, according to the Mayo Clinic.
