Liberty Poole shows off her amazing body while vacationing in the tropics

Liberty Poole doesn't want to let go of summer in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her amazing body in a red bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. "I guess one more summertime snap won't hurt before the festive pictures start," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Bless our feeds with a glowwwww," commented one of her followers. "You are a dream," added another.

Liberty does the occasional health reset. "I've been on a detox physically and mentally choosing better foods to make myself feel good, giving myself that time off that I need and I feel so refreshed it's so freeing. Although life can seem hectic and with alot going on it's always good to make time for what's most important and put you first," she once said.

Liberty also challenges herself in the form of week-long self-care-oriented boot camps, exercising and eating super healthy six out of the seven days. She explains that her objective was to feel better and not to "fixate" on weight loss. However, she "did lose a few pounds," she confessed. "What is important is that I am feeling more like me again and happy."

Liberty loves boxing. "I've found I really enjoyed it and it is one of my fave ways to exercise," she wrote in a video clip from her Instagram Stories. Harvard Health maintains that boxing a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Liberty engages in heat therapy, including saunas. "Self care always," she captioned this Instagram snap, wearing a swimsuit in a hot sauna.

Liberty lifts weights. To whip herself into Love Island shape she hired trainer Jordan Goddard from Limitless Personal Training. "She would come to me between three to four times a week, she came frequently, she's a hard worker," he told Daily Star Online.."We worked her legs, strength and conditioning and core as our main focus – she's a hustler." Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Kaz Kamwi shared a stunning photo in the pool

Kaz Kamwi first made waves as a contestant on the 2021 season of Love Island. And she is still hanging out with some of her castmates today. Recently, Kamwi and her friend, Liberty Poole, met up. And they made sure to get a stunning photo together. Kamwi shared a new photo on her Instagram story of the two of them in bathing suits.

Kamwi opened up about her journey with confidence in a YouTube video. She says that she is working on feeling more comfortable with herself. "I am learning how to be confident again, which sounds so mad because I've always been a pretty confident person. But I think for the first time our confidence is literally like on the floor, as in on the ground. I am scooping it up daily."

Kamwi says in her YouTube video that she likes to take breaks from things that stress her, like social media. "I'm really good at compartmentalizing things usually. And I'm at that point now where I'm like, okay, words people have said and used and just thrown my way have actually affected me. And I'm like, I need to just work through that, which may have been in the last couple of months. And now it's about moving forward. Obviously in order for me to move forward, I can't hide and I'm so good at that. Cause I like peace. I really love my peace. So when I feel like it's being threatened, I just retreat or I just move away from whatever I think is kind of tampering with that, which if that means coming off social media, I'm off."

When Kamwi deals with hard things, she knows she can get through it. She says how she came up with this mentality in her YouTube video. "I genuinely do believe when people say God will never give you anything that he doesn't feel like you can handle or you can deal with. And I'm like, okay, based off that, I'm like, yeah, just keep it moving, keep it going."

Kamwi makes sure to workout. She shared some of her favorite exercises to the DailyMail. Kamwi says that she likes to do cardio. "I did a hit workout a couple of days ago, a 30-minute hit workout and I promise you for three days afterwards I couldn't walk, I couldn't even sit down. In terms of fitness, I've done a bit of swimming, which has been fun."

Kamwi has a lot of support in her life. Mainly, her family. "My mum trusts my judgement," Kamwi says to the DailyMail. "She trusts my opinion and trusts me in general. She's not worried. She is like my best friend, she's been there through my application process right from the beginning."

Love Island star Liberty Poole looking nice as always

Brummie Lib looked sensational in a white bikini. Lib captioned the snap: "Island girl." It comes ahead of the return of Casa Amor next week, in a dramatic twist for Love Island fans.

“Just when the Islanders start to get comfortable in their couples, they are going to get a real shock as they are torn apart," a source said. “This year’s Casa Amor promises to be the most explosive yet thanks to some seriously fiery characters, who have already shown their heads can be turned.”

Last month, Liberty and pal Kaz were held up at knifepoint in a terrifying ordeal in LA. The Brum star said: “Obviously it was a scary incident that happened Thursday but we didn't want it to affect the rest of our holiday so we've just been continuing on as normal and living our best lives. Obviously, it's horrible that that happened but we're all OK and that is the main thing, that we're safe.”

A source told: “Liberty and Kaz had been just heading to a party and got out of their car in the wrong part of the neighborhood. Out of the blue, this woman appeared with a knife and threatened them."

They added the stars were "shocked and terrified" and said: “The girls have been left shaken up by the incident and are just surprised that it happened to them." In the video, Lib's best pal Kaz added: “We just wanted to say thank you.”
