Kim Kardashian shared mirror selfie in tiny black bikini

Kim Kardashian just posted the ultimate thirst trap.

The SKIMS founder, 43, shared a new mirror selfie, clad in a two-piece bikini, on Instagram and even teased what she thought of her looks in the caption.

In the shot, Kardashian posed in the mirror, holding her phone up with one hand to snap the picture and placing her other hand on top of her head. She wore a black v-neck cut black bikini top with matching bikini top with matching “v” shape bottoms.

Her figure was on display, showing off her toned abs and arms and accentuating her hourglass shape. She appeared to take the photo in a type of dressing room, as a black table with makeup bags could be seen on the table and a teal couch could be seen in the background.

She captioned the photo with, “IDD8ME,” which is a shortcut way of saying “I’d date me.”

The photo comes after The Kardashians star launched her new SKIMS collection featuring “late night intimates” in “stretched satin” She shared multiple photos and videos of the drop on both the brand and her personal Instagram account, showing her posing in the new skin tight lingerie.

The new collection includes a cropped corset, unlined scoop bra with a pendant dipped thong and a long sleeve bodysuit — all in the color black.

The reality star and entrepreneur has been all about sexy black dressing this season, most recently being photographed while celebrating the grand opening of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Justin Timberlake concert.

Kardashian wore a floor-length figure-hugging black knit dress which clung to all her curves and showed hints of skin. She amped up her look with a few pieces, including a silver necklace and some rings. Her sister Kendall Jenner also attended the event in a floor-length halter slipdress with a plunging neckline, structured bodice and flirty hem.

Kardashian and Jenner sat beside Ivanka Trump as they watched the concert from their seats. Trump shared an Instagram carousel that featured two photos with the SKIMS founder in front of a red curtained background.

“It’s always a great time with you @kimkardashian,” the former president’s daughter wrote on an Instagram Story post of the two of them at the grand opening.

Cher, Tom Brady and Lenny Kravitz also attended the show, and the “American Woman” singer was even spotted stopping by The Kardashian stars to say hello. Kardashian also showed off a glimpse of the exclusive evening on her Instagram Story, sharing a video of the 'NSYNC singer performing his solo hits (while also dressed to the nines in his black and white tux).

Former Victoria's Secret Angel Taylor Hill shares photos from Malaysia

"But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It's important to switch things up so that your body doesn't get too used to anything."

"I actually don't stick to any diets, but I eat everything in moderation. Plus, exercising regularly is very important," she told Harper's Bazaar. Hr favorite meals? "When I'm in Paris, I always have Japanese udon. And pizzas in New York. I also love spaghetti, and basically everything when I'm in Italy."

In her recent post, Taylor shows off the latest book she is reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Taylor enlists the help of a personal trainer to achieve her goals. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she told Byrdie. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out."

Brianne Howey just loves hanging out in swimwear

Ginny & Georgia star Brianne Howey knows it's the small things that make people happy—like spending a day at the beach with an adorable pup. Howey, who plays Georgia on the show, shared pictures of herself wearing a black swimsuit with white shorts, playing on the sand with her dog. "It's just beach," she captioned the post.

Howey will take Pilates and walking over cardio at any time. "I try to get fitness in where I can," she says. "It's definitely not an everyday thing for me. I'll try to make it to Pilates, or yoga class. I love the stretching and the toning. I'll pick that over cardio any day. The days that I can't make it to a class, I just try to get some kind of movement in, and my favorite thing to do is walking to run my errands. I feel like I've checked two things off my list at once—I've moved my body and I've run some errands. And sometimes I just walk my dog to get the blood going and breathe in some new oxygen."

Howey swears by therapy and movement to protect her mental health. "I've been in therapy for so long now," she says. "I try to do it every week. And even when I'm on set, I will do phone calls with my therapist. Having healthier tools and being able to unwire certain mindsets that we attune ourselves to growing up has been the biggest game-changer. Being physically active also helps start the day more positively. Sometimes that means just playing with my crazy hyper dog. I also miss in-person workout classes and the motivation you get from doing something in a group. But I've been doing lots of floor mat workouts at home."

Howey loves using a Theragun in the evening. "One of the first things I do, honestly, is Theragun," she says. "And maybe that's why I'm not doing as many massages. I am constantly Theragunning. I use my Theragun all the time, mainly on my hips, my back, and my thighs. Just for all of those tight areas that we carry all of our stress in, especially my shoulders. It feels so good. I think it helps me unwind. I also enjoy making dinner. We go to the farmers market on Sundays, and I'll probably cook two or three times a week."

Howey wanted her Outer Banks character to look realistic and authentic. "Georgia's extensions were more of a last-minute decision," she says. "It was something that the show creator, showrunner, and I talked about a ton. I'm so grateful that we pivoted and added them because the second those got put in, I was like, Wow, here's Georgia. As far as makeup, it was fun because we really got to experiment, especially because this character is from the South and probably never had her makeup professionally done. So, the makeup looks we created are things she would probably do based on tips from magazines she read growing up like Seventeen. We just wanted her makeup to feel as authentic as possible."

Howey does whatever she can for self-care, even something as simple as using eye patches. "For me, self-care definitely starts from the inside out," she says. "I don't always have time, as I think most people don't, to go sit and get a ton of treatments done, especially if it's last minute and you're not feeling great. You don't have time to make appointments and go sit somewhere for a few hours. So, I try to fit in self-care at home, when I can, whether it's right before bed or on the weekends.

And I love using the 24 karat eye patches. They make me feel completely revitalized. And I just got this Olive and June nail kit because sometimes I can't make a nail appointment. I am by no means good at doing my nails, but it looks like I've gotten gels done and I've done it myself."

Jessica maintains a simple but healthy diet. "I stick to protein, veggies, carbs, brown rice, grilled salmon, steamed veggies and tuna salad," for lunch and dinner, she told myBody+Soul. "I usually have scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee, avocado and a green juice, and snack on roasted almonds, fruit – I love blueberries and pineapple – throughout the day,"

Jessica moves almost every day of the week. "I like to mix it up, and I exercise about five times a week – usually I take weekends offPhysical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Jessica is all about recovery. "I love infrared saunas," she told Body + Soul. She also loves vitamin drips. "I just love that I get all the vitamins in one, go, especially when I'm busy or traveling – it's much easier than carrying bottles around, and it goes straight into bloodstream. It makes my skin feels glowy, boosts my energy levels, and my body just feels less tired. I also think the infrared sauna has a host of benefits – it detoxes you, you sweat out all the toxins and just feel lighter," she says.

Jessica also does "yoga and stretching," she told Marie Claire. "I really enjoy yoga and meditation these days." There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jessica takes classes at a popular Los Angeles studio. "I love Tracy Anderson, I do the dance/cardio classes there. I always think I look the best when I'm doing a combination of different things," she told Marie Claire. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Jessica likes to fight as well. "One day I'll be doing dance cardio and the next day I'll be doing boxing. My body reacts to when I change it around, so I try not to let it get too comfortable, plus I get really bored with the same old thing," she told Marie Claire. "Boxing is good for your mind too because you're learning a skill, it's not as if you're just doing boring gym workout. It actually makes you really ripped because you're constantly holding up your gloves."

In a recent social media post the Love Island star shows off her insanely fit figure in bathing suits while enjoying time spent in her homeland, Australia. Jessie used to be a slave to diet and exercise. "I've gone from religiously working out and being obsessed with what I eat to ACTUALLY living a life. I've been having so much fun eating out with friends, going to events, not revolving my days around a 'healthy lifestyle,'" she explained in one of her Instagram posts after gaining weight. "I'm happier, healthier and having more fun than ever. My body definitely looks different but that's okay!"

Jessie struggles with her body image. "Make your insecurity your strength ??✨ I have spent so long harming and fighting against my body so I could look a certain way. I've tried every fad diet you could think of, spent hours on google trying to find the magic answer, I would do cardio for hours and hours each day- I even quit the job I loved so I could workout more ? All of this because I thought there was a problem with the way I looked.. The problem has never been my appearance, it's been my mind," she wrote in a 2020 Instagram post. "I have been trying to heal my relationship with food and my body image for a long time now and feel as though I'm starting to make progress. I still have a long way to go. I'm not necessarily happy with where I am, but I'm happy with how I'm learning to cope with when I feel uncomfortable. I'm working hard to make sure every time I pick out a flaw within myself I back it up with a compliment. I'll look in the mirror and look at the size of my legs- my old reaction would be a breakdown.. Now I appreciate how strong they've become."

Jessie spends a lot of time working out. "One of the best things I did for myself was getting qualified to work in the fitness industry with @theaipt ?? Every day I get to see and help people who are motivated to become the best versions of themselves. Make it happen where it happens and make your move," she wrote in a post.

Jessie spends a lot of time outdoors. Hiking and swimming are a few of her favorite al fresco exercises. Wholesome mornings with a spontaneous dip in the ocean," she captioned a post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Jessie is also a walker, which has lots of health benefits. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Jessie drinks a lot of water. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

"I love pancakes so instead of white flour I use coconut flour and add banana for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I have fish or chicken with vegetables. I like having smoothies between meals."

In the winter, you can find Keeta improving her snowboarding skills. "First time snow boarding," she captioned a video. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

She's bringing sexy back! In her latest workout video, Jessica Biel shows how she gets her killer abs. Known for her love of fitness, the 41-year-old often posts about her wellness goals, and this time she reveals her core moves that help her get a toned tummy. We take a closer look at how the Candy actress stays so fit and dive into her regime.

A few weeks ago, the mother of two shared her newest gym video. Wearing blue spandex and a black tank top, Biel lays on a mat holding a medicine ball straight up while bicycling with her legs.

In the same video, Biel switches things up and lowers the medicine ball while raising both legs. She then alternates each leg, touching the medicine ball, and does several reps.

After she's done with the medicine ball, Biel does sit-ups, but only does a few in the video, because her husband, Justin Timberlake, interrupts her workout, something he loves to do. He pretends to put his foot on her stomach and she laughs. She looks at the camera and says, "That was my man."

Biel is very mindful of what she eats and consumes lean proteins, whole foods, and fruits and vegetables. She posted a delicious salad she made with apricots, cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds. mozzarella balls, basil, and brown rice.

Biel typically sticks to a well-balanced and clean diet, but she does allow herself to indulge. "A big cheat day in my world is very full on," she told InStyle. "When I'm going for it, I'm going for it. I'm going to have a million cups of coffee in the morning and then it's going to be wine for lunch, pasta for lunch. There's going to be another aperitif after lunch and a dessert and then probably more coffee." It doesn't end there. "And then a dinner that's going to last for a million hours that's just pasta, pasta, pasta, maybe an affogato, maybe another pasta. A lot of wine. More after-dinner drinks. Just really go for it," she said.

La La Anthony flaunts her curvy figure saying happy birthday to Kim Kardashian

You People star La La Anthony gave bestie Kim Kardashian a very sweet birthday shout-out on her social media in October. Anthony, 41, shared a picture of the two friends posing in bikinis next to a pool, plus other snaps of their friendship over the years.

"Happy Birthday Kimmie… it's crazy how we come from two completely different worlds yet we connect on so many levels! I love you so much!!!! Your heart is unmatched. Your loyalty is top tier. You are one of the hardest working people I know yet you always make time NO MATTER WHAT! I honestly don't know what I would do without you!! Let's make some more crazy memories this year!!! I could laugh all day thinking about some of the funniest things we've done," she captioned the post.

Anthony was inspired to start taking her skincare regimen seriously thanks to singer Kelly Rowland. "She's obsessed with skincare and making sure all of us take care of our skin and our bodies. She's always sending tips on what to do," she says. "So if you're friends with her, she's going to make sure your skin is on point – no matter what. She's all about taking care of yourself and doing things to continue to nourish mind, body and soul. So when I have questions or need advice when it comes to those things, she's definitely who I call."

Anthony works out after dropping her son off at school. "I get up at 7AM because my son… doesn't sleep in yet. I wish he would," she says. "So we wake up at 7 and I get him off to school, and then I go to the gym. I work out at The Dogpound—it's pretty popular with the Victoria Secret models. I like the intensity and the music. Some gyms don't have good music…how can you motivate and workout with classical music playing? Here, it's all hip hop and trap music—it gets me going. I definitely try and take the time out to get a facial or a massage. Sometimes at The Dogpound they work you so hard, they give you a little massage.

Anthony has become diligent about taking care of her hair. "I'm trying to pay more attention to my hair," she says. "Hot oil treatments and conditioning are all really important. On Star, I was wearing a wig with some bangs—that makes it easy to ignore your own hair. I love Kim Kimble products—she does my hair in LA. And I love the Oribe Moisture Surge Mask you can leave on for a couple hours… I try to wash my hair only once a week, but with the working out, sometimes it's more. If you go to Dogpound, you know how much you sweat."

Anthony loves exfoliating head-to-toe. "Scrubs are my favorite," she says. "Something like the Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish is always in my shower. The other day, I was watching TV and saw and infomercial. Now, I never buy things from infomercials, but it had this thing that you use in the shower and it's kind of like a Clarisonic for your body. So I got it! Everyone made fun of me for it but I swear it's the best thing I've ever bought. It was $12.99 and I was joked that I was going to get one for everyone this Christmas because it's my new favorite thing in the world."

Anthony never skips her nightly wind-down beauty routine. "[I am] more conscious of taking care of my skin and doing a daily and nightly routine," she says. "You only get one face – you don't want to mess it up! You want to look your best so you can feel your best, whatever that is. It's important to take care of yourself so that you can perform in whatever you're doing at the highest level."

Ramirez, who plays Aimee Eden on the show, shared a picture of herself relaxing in the sunshine, wearing a white bikini and straw hat. "Goddess," an admiring fan commented.

Ramirez was in the best shape of her life while filming the 2012 movie Premium Rush. "It was hard to film the movie, period," she says. "To be on bikes, remembering lines while riding all over New York City in the middle of traffic. You can't tell a New Yorker, 'Oh you can't cross right now because we're shooting a movie.' They don't care! I always felt like I was on the verge of crashing. I fell so many times; I can't even begin to tell you. It was intense. But I was in the best shape I've ever been in my life. [Biking] works you out everywhere. It's a whole-body workout. My abs were, like, out of control and my arms were super-diesel."

Ramirez is most attracted to confidence and honesty. "Knowing how to be laid-back," she says. "And enjoying the moment. I have a tattoo on my arm that says, 'Live, Love, Life,' and that's how I live life. If you can somehow figure out a way to do that, you can get with me… I'm a Scorpio, I'm a primal kind of beast at heart. I like passion. Anybody who's passionate about what you do, passionate about what you eat, passionate about working out. I feel like passionate people are gonna be passionate all across the board. That's all I'm gonna say about that."

Ramirez had to get right back to filming Devious Maids after giving birth, so she worked hard to feel like herself again, quickly. "I stuck with mostly fruits and vegetables right after I gave birth," she says. "I wanted to get accustomed to eating really healthfully and to having smaller portions throughout the day. Also, I like to feel healthy. I know that when I'm looking better and I'm eating right, I also feel better.You get so much out of the extra effort that you put into looking your best. The key to being confident is taking care of yourself and feeling like you're the best you can be."

Ramirez keeps her beauty routine simple. "I have less time, but certain things remain the same," she says. "For instance, I still always take my makeup off, no matter how tired I am," she says. "The babies are teething and waking up at night, so I use my MAC wipes as a shortcut. In the mornings I try to find time to use my Clarisonic brush. Being able to really clean my pores has changed my skin completely. I used to take the time to contour my skin perfectly, but now I just even it out quickly with foundation and then add a little bronzer on my cheeks."

Ramirez has always been a free spirit. "I'm pretty open, I say anything," she says. "It gets me in trouble sometimes. I was that 13-year-old kid coming home with my 17-year-old boyfriend because I can't hide! I try to dive into something completely new. That's a lot like my personality. I'm fearless in that way. I can take a trip by myself to Guatemala with a pair of jeans and a few T-shirts and be completely in my element and be cool. Live Love Life!"
