In a few new social media posts Francesca Allen the Love Island stunner flaunts her amazing figure while answering her follower's burning questions in a Q & A. "I try to stay as consistent as I can be," she revealed in one of them, asking about her approach to staying in shape.
In one of her latest Instagram Stories Francesca reveals that takes the "everything in moderation" approach to diet. "Breakfast is eggs with sourdough, smashed avocados and chillies on top, or I'll have soya yoghurt with fruit. For lunch sometimes I'll have a salad but, if I'm in a rush, I'll have a few slices of banana loaf and a coffee. In the evening, I eat fish and roasted veg, like sweet potatoes, parsnips, red onions, mushrooms and broccoli," she added to Closer. She also does juice shots. "I'll also have a turmeric, grapefruit and ginger shot every day."
Francesca is a yogi. "Recently I've been doing yoga which I never liked in the past," she revealed to Heatworld. "I've always done quite high-intensity things such as running, HIT training or boxing, but since lockdown and with me being home a lot, I've been doing yoga before bed and it just makes me sleep a lot easier. A lot of the time, when I lie in bed, I can just be thinking of loads of things I need to do tomorrow and doing yoga before bed really helps."
In her new post, she also revealed that she experienced a "lifestyle change more than anything" and that she is the "happiest" she has ever been as a result. "It was mad. But I'm back with a bang. I had to look inside," she said in an Instagram Story on how she overcame online abuse and lost 30 pounds. "My personality was getting commented on and abused but there's only so much a girl can take. Like even me doing my accents that was wrong…"
In the same video, "This glow is coming from the inside," Francesca denied claims that she was editing her photos and instead attributed her new look to her newfound enjoyment in exercise. "I've had a couple of people messaging me about my weight and saying I edit it my photo. I'm like – hun – I've actually lost nearly 2st…So I am gonna look a bit different. I'd love to know how you're supposed to edit it your face or your body or any of those things in a video," she pointed out. "I feel like enlightened – which is the worst possible news I can use right now – I'm strong in myself and I have that strength in my body that I used to have like over two years ago. I just had lost love for training, I'd lost love myself"'
"I love training. It's my hobby," Francesca told New UK, revealing that she hits the gym three to four times a week. "I mostly do boxing and weights, and I love to run. It's amazing to put your earphones in and go for nice, long runs, especially in the forest."

She added, "I must warn you though, it may leave you feeling sore for a little while, but your body will soon get used to it."

"My sisters, don't skip your upper body workouts," she said, wearing a dark gray sports bra and blue hip-hugging shorts. To ensure she gets enough protein, de Leó has protein shakes. "Blended smoothies are excellent for quick protein, and this recipe will deliver something tasty and filling to sip on!" she wrote. Carrie Bickmore is living her best life on vacation – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Aussie star is in holiday mode, looking insanely fit in a pink bathing suit while having a blast during her beach getaway. "Friends, family, fro-yo's, frangipanis and fun ☀️And before anyone freaks out…it's a bouy in the last pic not a shark!" she captioned the Instagram clip, driving her followers wild. "That body," commented one. "I wish my old body looked and moved like that!" another added.
"I am happier when I am active. Both my physical and mental health feels better when I move. I noticed my motivation dropping severely during this year's round two of lockdown," Carrie told Mamamia about how exercise benefits her mental health.
"Most of my exercise this year has been with the kids, running, riding bikes, heading down to the athletics track. I knew it was important for my kids to move for their own mental health so I pushed through my own tiredness as much as I could and got them outside," Carrie added to Mamamia.
Carrie loves dancing. "We love nothing better than a dance in the kitchen in our family! It's a great mood lifter and a 20 min boogie to Fleetwood Mac burns as much energy as a 20K run. (Don't check that fact ?)" she captioned a recent post.
"Every day is different," Carrie dished to Mamamia about maintaining variety in her diet. "I tend to eat healthy most of the time but we always have a takeaway on the weekend and you don't have to ask me twice for a block of chocolate or lollies."
Carrie takes supplements to ensure she gets the nutrients she needs. "I have always been iron deficient so I take iron tablets. Living in Melbourne I am lacking in vitamin D so I try to remember to take my vitamin D tablets as well, and when I am training, I like to take magnesium," she told the publication.
Some stars allow themselves cheat days, but Carrie takes cheat weeks. "With three kids and a crazy life, I have weeks where I am good at eating well and taking all my vitamins and then there are weeks where everything unravels and I get out of my routine – but I never regret eating well and getting some exercise in," she confessed to Mamamia.
"I am obsessed with music, so when I am feeling flat I'll either put on my favourite playlist and go for a walk or run. If I don't have the energy to do that, I'll go put music on in the kitchen and bake," Carrie told Mamamia about the importance of music.
Carrie is all about "me time." "I am someone who needs a lot of sleep and our toddler has only just started sleeping better – so it's been a tiring few years. Even just a drive alone in my car with a coffee can be stress-relieving!" she said.

Olivia Mogan is heating up the beach in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the influencer shows off her incredible body while taking a stroll on the shoreline. "i have so much random content i never posted in my drafts," she captioned the Instagram clip. "i would like to frolic with you," commented one of her followers. "Natural bodies for the win!" added another.
Olivia started her "training journey" 8 years ago. She started working out solo but eventually hit a plateau so she hired a trainer. "Feeling so motivated again," she wrote in one of her Instagram Stories. In another video she revealed that she works out five to six days per week and doesn't do any ab focused workouts. "I just do really heavy compound lifts which work my entire torso," she revealed in an Instagram Story Q&A. Her favorite area to train? "Back or quads," she said. She loves doing bent over rows and squats. However, she recently shared a video of the ab workout she is doing to get ready for summer. "It's time to cut for summer! I ended up doing 4 rounds x 30 seconds," she captioned it.
Olivia also enjoys surfing. "Day well spent," she captioned a photo of herself surfing. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
Olivia doesn't believe in cardio. Instead, she uses her gym time to lift weights, which helps her build muscle."The most I do right now is walking for like 10 minutes before I start if I feel like it," she said. Occasionally, she might do some sprints.
Olivia loves online workouts so much she created her own app. She switches her routine up every four weeks and shares her workouts on her LivFit app. The subscription includes a few 4-week programs, a nutrition guide, and new workouts weekly.
Olivia has gained 40 pounds since starting her fitness journey. Her goal is to gain muscle, not lose weight. "I'm finishing up my first 8-week bulk of the year on Friday, and ya girl has gained 10lbs and is looking a littttttleee fluffy (although I don't mind it!) ?? but now I'm excited to start cutting for summer!" she captioned a post. "Fitness is such a huge part of my life; my days really revolve around my workouts and what I put into my body. For some reason, I always liked to keep it to myself and didn't talk about it too much on here, but that is about to change! When I first started my fitness journey, I was coming off two ACL tears and just trying to build the muscle in my legs after having back-to-back surgeries. Now, I have been lifting for six years and have gained around 40lbs (my weight fluctuates) and put on tons of muscle!"

Kyle Richards is heating up Mexico with Faye Resnick – in her swimsuit. In some new social media posts the Halloween star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while vacationing at Auberge Resort Susurros del Corazón in Punta Mita, Mexico. She shared the images via her Instagram Stories.
At 54, Kyle is in the best shape of her life. In a recent interview with The Feast, per Bravo Kyle claimed she was working out every single day of the week but Sunday. While on vacation she even hit the resort's gym, running 5 miles on the treadmill.
Kyle is all about workout buddies. She recently shared a photo of herself and a group of pals, including Teddi Mellencamp, at a workout class. "The girls… we all have different goals, different dreams, but the one thing we have in common is that we want to see each other succeed. That's friendship but it's also accountability. Because there's always going to be a time where you want to give up, want to make excuses, want to quit. But accountability won't let you. Accountability also means posting this pic despite so many things. Which one of us are you: the one taking the pic, the one who's like 'why are we taking a pic?', the one who's always finding her angle, or the one who's showing off her tree pose?" she captioned the snap.
Kyle has a very active lifestyle. One of her favorite activities is biking. "Went mountain bike riding through one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen," she captioned this photo. She also takes SoulCycle classes and rides her Peloton. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Living in Southern California makes it convenient for Kyle to hit the trails. "I love hiking, going on walks with my friends on steep hills, inclines. I just like to be outdoors mainly," she told E! News. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
Richards recently revealed her diet secrets to one of her followers on Instagram. "NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruit and vegetables," she wrote. "Now that I am the weight I want to be, I will have the occasional small amount of pasta etc once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15."

Debby Ryan is taking the (cold) plunge in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, The Suite Life on Deck and Jessie star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while spending time in a cold plunge. "Fall time," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.
Debby strives for self-acceptance. Ever since she was young she has been battling body dysmorphia. "Dysmorphia has been a dark passenger of mine for years. I first noticed it at 13, when I was told to draw an image of my body, and the silhouette and shape of what I saw apparently did not line up at all with what everyone else saw," she told The Sydney Morning Herald. "I don't know to this day if I've ever looked in the mirror and seen what other people see when they look at me. And I have never had a day, not one day, where I looked in the mirror and thought, 'Cool.' It used to be all I wanted but I've accomplished a lot in 12 years, so maybe I don't need that to feel fulfilled any more."
I'd gone through heartbreak and my close friend was going through cancer and I emotionally ate and was dealing with a full-blown eating disorder," Debby told The Sydney Morning Herald. "I put on 12 pounds, which isn't much on the Hollywood scale, but everyone online was calling me fat and speculating that I was on drugs. It enraged me so much."
Debby is a boxer. Not only does it help her stay in shape, but also is helpful in treating her stress. She fights with her husband, Twenty One Pilots singer Josh Dun. "Is he grabbing my butt," she captioned a few snaps from one of their workout sessions. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
Rock climbing and snowboarding are two of Debby's favorite action sports. "Nighttime is for carving slow and flirting on the slopes," she captioned this snap. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
Rollerblading, hiking, and walking are a few other calorie-blasting activities that Debby enjoys. Sometimes she even walks her dog while rollerblading, like in this adorable Instagram post. "He walked me for like a whole 5k," she captioned the video.

Til Money Do Us Part star Carmen Villalobo is 40 and in the best shape of her life. Villalobo, who plays Alejandra Maldonado on the Netflix show, shared some pictures of herself on social media, posing by a pool in a black bikini. "Monday that looks like Sunday ??. Happy week my beautiful people ☀️ ⛱️?❤️," she captioned the post.
Villalobo refuses to chase an idealized version of looks, instead embracing her unique beauty. "I have rather been a lover of natural things. I have also had the fortune of playing characters on the natural side," she says. "I am one of those who thinks that what you are, what you really are internally, you reflect that… Women are hormonal. There are days when you wake up, look in the mirror and feel the most horrible, you don't like anything. You have a closet full of clothes and nothing fits. You have to know how to take advantage of what you are, what you have. There are no perfect bodies, there is no perfect beauty. I believe that when you have something that makes you different from others, you have to hold on to that and take advantage of it."
Villalobo swears by weight training to look and feel her best. "The human body was designed to move," she says. "When we remain static we spoil ourselves, in every sense. When I'm not moving I feel bad. Weights, weights and more weights. Many women believe that this will make them masculine, but it defines your muscles and gives you confidence. The key is finding the right weight for your body."
Villalobo is diligent about staying hydrated and removing makeup every night. "Always drink water," she says. "If you don't like the taste, prepare it with fruits. If you need it to taste something sweet, add a strawberry. One is undoubtedly what one eats. It is impossible for the skin to look good if one eats poorly. That, not to mention the figure. Sometimes I come crawling in because I'm so tired and what I want to do is lie down on the bed, but I ALWAYS remove every last drop of mascara."
Villalobo emphasizes how important sleep is for beauty. Studies show lack of sleep impacts both looks and how others interact with us. "Since faces contain a lot of information on which humans base their interactions with each other, how fatigued a person appears may affect how others behave toward them," says Tina Sundelin, MSc, doctoral student in the department of psychology at Stockholm University in Stockholm, Sweden. "This is relevant not only for private social interactions, but also official ones such as with health care professionals and in public safety."
Villalobo gets up early every morning to get her exercise in before the day starts. "I [work out for] two hours, from 5 to 7," she says. "I've never done it in my life, never and now I like it." Experts say working out first thing has specific health benefits. "Morning workouts help reduce the possibility for obstacles to present themselves," says Jasmin Theard, ACSM HFS, exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. "There is also less opportunity to make excuses. Exercise leads to the secretion of neurotransmitters that promote mental clarity and an improved attention span. You'll feel a sense of accomplishment, as well as rejuvenated and recharged."

Zara McDermott is reminiscing about having fun in the sun. In a new social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her incredible body in a blue bathing suit from Sveti Vlas in Bulgaria. "Just found this pic from last year. How I wish I was in a bikini on the beach right now," she captioned the Instagram Stories snap of herself on the beach holding a tropical drink.
Zara works out three times a week with Chris Barker. He revealed to Glamour UK that his star client is devoted to fitness. "A usual week would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday training with me with two additional cardio sessions if she can. I like to program full body days, so we are working out as much of the body as possible, however I will make sure that we are able to focus at the same time on certain areas like her bum, for example, which she has wanted to focus on," he said.
Deadlifting, squats, and other glute exercises keep Zara's backside in great shape. "Learning how to perform these exercises correctly are a key foundation in any exercise program," Barker told Glamour. The key is, learning how to activate the glutes properly. "It is then using the key exercises like deadlifts, squats and hip thrusts and focusing on progressive overload (the principle behind most resistance training programs where you are either trying to lift a greater load or the lift the same load a greater number of times, thus putting the muscles under enough stress to elicit a response – meaning the muscle grows and becomes stronger)," he said.
Zara is a big fan of fitness apps, which she uses to track her calorie intake and portion sizes. Her trainer maintains that the apps have been helpful in educating her about nutrition. "Like most of my clients, Zara follows a high protein diet; we then reduce her carbohydrates and fats depending on how she is looking and feeling. Zara is a great cook so she has always been very good with this side of things and this is why she looks as amazing as she does."
Zara cheats on occasion. Her trainer explains that overly restrictive diets and telling people they can't drink alcohol or ever eat their favorite foods, "is setting them up for failure," he said. "By teaching the importance of nutrition and how you can still achieve your results while having the occasional drink or enjoying a pizza then my clients tend to adhere to the program better and actually achieve longer lasting results. Zara still enjoys foods that many people would consider 'bad' but if you are sticking to a caloric plan and not going over your calorie levels consistently, you are still able to achieve great results ….and Zara is testament to that."
While Zara isn't totally plant-based, she tries to eat a lot of produce, she revealed on Instagram. "For the longest time I have looked at integrating more plant-based food into my diet and just be a bit more flexible with what I fuel my body with, whilst maintaining protein and nutrition intake," she wrote. "As I mentioned before, ensuring I get enough protein is a priority to me, and not something I have had to compromise when adding meatless meals into my diet!"
Zara gets her nutrients from green juice and smoothies. "Juicy sundays," she captioned this snap of herself.

Ana de Armas is soaking up the sun. In a recent social media post the Bond Girl shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics over the holidays. "Feliz Navidad! Much love," she captioned the series of snaps.
Ana starts her approach to wellness from within. "I do meditate," she told Vogue . "I like it very much. When you start doing it and you're consistent with it, you realize how much it helps with all the things that come up for you," she said. "It's been a very intense year for everybody and I thought that it was important to figure out a way in which I could create space to take time for myself to think, meditate, feel good and healthy." The Mayo Clinic supports the many health benefits of meditation, which include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Ana told Vogue that she started going to Pilates while staying at a hotel while filming a movie. She claims that the reformer, chair, and bench work she does is helpful in "keeping me sane." Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Ana refuses to buy into diet culture. "It's hard not to get into that dynamic here, not to let them get inside your head. There are too many expectations," she told People en Español. "The truth is that I'm not very disciplined with diets. In general, I do whatever makes me happy in life and food makes me quite happy!"
Ana loves to exercise, especially because of the mental health benefits. "Exercise also makes me happy, but it has to be fun. I do something different every day — one day boxing, the next spinning or weight training — to not get bored," she told People.
Ana is all about stretching, using the Theragun Mini. "I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and my legs, and this device is truly incredible. I have two of them: the big one is very intense, and someone has to use it on you; but I also have a mini that I travel with," she told Vogue. "It's a triangle shape that fits anywhere—in all of my purses—and I bring it with me on the plane, to set, to my trailer. Especially on this movie, there's so much action, and this is great for a warm-up before we start the choreography as it activates everything, and you can use it again to cool down. It's a good complement to Epsom salts and arnica cream as it helps the muscles to relax."
