Arabella Chi shows off her body

Love Island: All Stars is happening right now, and some of the franchise's most memorable Islanders are returning for another chance at love. Among them is Arabella Chi, who first appeared in 2019. Chi shared her cast photo for the series in an Instagram collaboration with the show. In it, Chi wore a black swimsuit. The show captioned her cast photo, "From the runway to the Hideaway, Arabella is looking for her A-list Islander."

Chi shares a lot of swimsuit photos on Instagram. Naturally, she loves to swim to stay in shape. Chi posted this video of herself by the pool. She captioned the post, "What's your favorite vacation destination?" She also posted these photos of herself in the waters of Formentera. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a healthy activity that you can continue for a lifetime. It is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits."

Chi makes sure to do at-home workouts. For some of them, she likes using a resistance band. During the pandemic, Chi shared this resistance band workout video on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Self Isolation Workout ?? Training is a massive part of my life and I use it massively to help my anxiety so for me even in isolation I will make sure I still stay as active as possible @rickel_white and I put together 2 workouts this morning to help you guys out all you need is a resistance band."

Prior to appearing on All-Stars, Chi was in a relationship with an athlete. She talked about what she learned from that breakup to The Sun. "Last year was probably my unluckiest when it came to finding the one. I've been so unlucky in love. I've dated people I thought at the time were the one, which was a mistake I've since learnt from."

One thing Chi likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She even likes to do these exercises while on vacation. Chi shared this highlight reel on Instagram of herself at a resort. In them, she is seen lifting hand dumbbells and doing lateral pulldowns. She captioned the post, "Idyllic spa reset." Harvard Health reports, "U.S. exercise guidelines recommend that adults do strength training for all major muscle groups twice a week. This can be accomplished through a variety of workouts, including weightlifting, exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, and some types of yoga."

Chi made an important motto for this year. To love life. She shared this in the caption of this Instagram reel she posted for 2024. She captioned the post, "My 2024 motto … love life and life will love you."

Georgina Rodriguez looking great on the Maldives

Georgina Rodriguez stunned in a bikini while on holiday in the Maldives.

And flustered fans were left breathless, with one panting: “Cristiano Ronaldo is so lucky.”

Georgina, 29, and Ronaldo, 38, have been together since meeting in 2016.

The pair share two children together and also look after three of Ronnie’s other kids.

The family have now relocated to Saudi Arabia after Ronaldo signed up to Al-Nassr last year.

But despite the soaring heat of the Middle East, Georgina decided she still fancied a warm destination for a winter break.

The Spanish beauty duly packed her suitcase and jetted off to the Maldives.

With the temperature in the low 30s celsius, Georgina had little option but to change into a bikini.

And with perfect lighting at every turn, she could not resist posing for a few saucy photos.

Georgina left little to the imagination as she flaunted her backside to the camera.

She completed the look with a camouflage top, while also wearing sunglasses.

And fans could not resisting commenting on Georgina’s latest upload.

One declared: “Cristiano Ronaldo is so lucky.”

Another boomed: “I love you too much beautiful.”

One noted: “Our Queen of Maldives.”

Another added: “You’re becoming prettier and hotter every single day, what’s your secret?”

Sam Pinto shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Bali

Sam Pinto is steaming up Bali in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Filippina actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Bali. "Sunset sessions," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "On fiiiiiire!!" added another.

Sam does short workouts daily. "Every day, I do at least 20 minutes of workout. I wake up 20 minutes earlier. I work out at home with apps or I use my coach's program and do it at home. Right now, I'm just working on my butt and abs. For my abs, I do crunches and I use a foam roller. I do ab twists. I do more toning exercises. I don't lift weights. I use ankle weights for my butt," she revealed to Philstar Global.

Health is "living a full fit lifestyle," says Sam. "At home, we have healthy food. Our rice has different colors –purple, brown, and red. Every day, we have veggie juice with beets or ampalaya. You have to mix it with fruits to make it drinkable. Since I was young, I've been exposed to healthy food. In my line of business, it's hard to be healthy; during tapings, we just eat what's available. Whenever I have the chance, and at home, I always eat healthy food."

Sam stays motivated to exercise by enjoying all the benefits of fitness. "Physically, I saw how I am way stronger in everything I do and have more energy. When you're fit, you feel that you can do more," she told Philstar.

Sam doesn't follow a particular diet and eats what she wants. However, she does pay attention to portion sizes. "I don't eat much, but I eat often. I eat everything like pizza and burgers but in small amounts," she told Philstar. "It's what we're used to at home. I never gained weight or changed weight for that matter."

Why does Sam love her body? "I love my shape because I worked hard for it and I'm happy with it. When you work hard for your body, in return from the inside, you feel good. If you have it, flaunt it! If you have the [chest], [behind], legs, then you flaunt it. Improve on it. Be proud of it," she told Philstar.

Iliana Papageorgiou shows off her famous figure

Iliana Papageorgiou is melting the snow in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Greek goddess shows off her famous figure in skimpy bathing suits while on a getaway in the mountains with her gal pals. "​​Girls trip," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken while on the trip. Her followers went wild. "Sexybomb," captioned one, while many others added fire emojis.

Iliana is a big fan of racquet sports. "Tennis mode ON!" she captioned a post. "Get inspired and try a new activity to find what suits you!" ACE Fitness explains that tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Iliana also enjoys swimming, a great form of aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Iliana takes a lot of baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

While on vacation in sunny spots, you can find Iliana standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Iliana is a fan of one of the easiest but effective forms of fitness, walking. According to a JAMA Internal Medicine study walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Gigi Paris shares photos as an island girl

Gigi Paris first came into prominence when she began dating actor Glen Powell. She is also a model, and shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. Paris recently took a vacation, and shared some highlights this week. In them, she wore a black swimsuit. Paris captioned the post, "Island girl."

Paris loves to practice yoga to stay in shape. She even became a certified yoga teacher in 2019. Paris opened up about this in this Instagram post. "It's been exactly 2 years since I became yoga certified after 300 hours of training in Bali," she wrote in the caption. "This trip is hard to put into words, but to say the least, I went in without any idea of how much it would change my life. I miss all of my Gili girls & I'm so thankful for our time spent in the Shala, practicing yoga, learning about ourselves, sharing some tears, & lots & lots of dancing to some pretty questionable music choices."

Paris spends a lot of time outside. She likes to swim to stay in shape. Paris shared this photo on Instagram of herself underwater. She captioned it, "Mentally here." Paris also posted these photos and one video of herself in a pool. She captioned that post, "Good for the soul." Lastly, she shared these photos of herself in a pool at a resort. Paris captioned them, "A little slice of heaven."

Paris is a big believer in practicing self-care. She talked about the importance of this in the caption of this Instagram video of her doing yoga. "Self care is one of the greatest forms of self love. ?Checking in, slowing down, & being grateful for every single bone in your body."

Paris doesn't always have to go to the gym to work out. She likes to do at-home workouts. Paris revealed in the caption of this Instagram video that she takes virtual classes. In a video, she is seen doing a hot yoga class. She wrote, "At home Hot Yoga class brought to you by this summer sauna ? phone overheated within minutes, so this is all I've got folks."

Paris knows how to deal with the rough times life throws at her. She talked about the importance of doing so, and what her process is in the caption of this Instagram yoga video. Paris wrote, "Whenever I'm feeling stuck, I try to remember: without mud, there would be no lotus. ? Some of the muddiest moments are needed to produce the most beautiful outcome."

Dutch model Doutzen Kroes loves dancing

Dutch model Doutzen Kroes is happiest on the dance floor with her friends, getting a solid workout while having fun. Kroes, 39, shared a picture of herself wearing an orange shirt and black workout pants, flashing the peace sign. "I love dancing. It's like my therapy being in class dancing while letting go, out of the mind and into the body and enjoying the flow!" she captioned the post.

Kroes developed a love for dance-based workouts aftering dancing in a lingerie campaign. "I was luckily introduced to Vincent Vianen who is an amazing dancer and choreographer," she told Vogue France. "When I was asked to shoot lingerie while dancing, it was something where I was really faced with my own insecurities. I am going to continue to dance because I am going to be the first one on the dance floor now. One of the most important things Vincent taught me was to let go and to not think because I overthink and when you dance you have to let go, enjoy the music and really feel it. It's really fun to bring the best out of yourself and compete with yourself and it's getting better and better."

Kroes swears by ballet workouts and Pilates for a strong core and long, lean muscles. "When I come to New York, I always try to see Mary Helen Bowers because I love to do my ballet exercises with her. When I do Ballet Beautiful, I feel muscles the day after that I didn't even know I had. It lengthens my body and changes my posture," she told Vogue France. "[Pilates] strengthens my core and because of that I feel very strong and it changed my posture. Pilates is so much harder than it looks and something Cheryl always tells me is that I have to make it look like it's easy."

Organic fruits and vegetables make up a huge part of Kroes's diet. "Every morning I mix an orange, grapefruit, and lemon with wheatgrass or green powder in the blender," she told Vogue. "I make it for my son and husband. It's very sour. It doesn't taste good at all, but I do it because it's healthy. My mom grows wheatgrass in her garden and my son goes there and he chews on it and thinks it's gum! Kids are amazing—you can teach them anything and they'll eat anything. Of course every kid is different. My son didn't have any sugar until he was 3 years old. Growing up, my mom gave me really healthy food. Everything was fresh from the garden and organic before the organic hype. I still eat mostly organic food."

Kroes was thrilled to play Amazon warrior Venelia in Wonder Woman. "I was a fan of Wonder Woman growing up—I loved the fact that she was as strong and as smart as Superman," she told Glamour. "I was able to do my own riding, and had several weeks of combat and weapons training for the scenes on the beach. I've always ridden horses, but learning to handle a sword at a full gallop was pretty intense. But I loved every minute of it!"

Kroes believes beauty and happiness are one and the same. "It sounds so clichéd but it definitely chimes from within," she told Harper's Bazaar UK. You can put as much make-up on as you want, and hide certain things, but it's cyclical. So, when you have gratitude and feel good, make-up emphasizes how you feel already. I see products as a tool to look even better and then because you look even better then you feel even better – it's a positive circle… I'm discovering by practicing gratitude – that when you feel grateful and find that in the smallest of moments you then find it over and over again. You feel happier and happier and happier – because you continue to find it everywhere. It's a really nice way of living."

Dubbed the "world's sexiest volleyball player", she has accumulated one million followers on Instagram after ditching the sport to become a model.

And her latest post sent fans wild as she wore a revealing bikini on the beach.

Kayla shared an Instagram story which showed two images of her in the outfit which was accompanied by a cap.

She smiled in one of the photos, before pouting in the other.

And Kayla matched those snaps up with another of her in an open shirt and jeans with the bikini underneath.

She also added the caption: "Perfect day."

Kayla was labelled the world's sexiest volleyball player after competing for Marshall University.

She then launched her social media career which has ultimately proven to be a huge success.

The influencer now boasts a massive following on Instagram - with her fans regularly treated to racy snaps from her life.

She recently suffered a wardrobe malfunction while attending an NHL match.

Kayla also showed off her bum in another post earlier this month while soaking up the sun during a trip to the beach.

And two weeks ago she shared a picture of her reading a book alongside a brief caption that read: "Cozy".

Louise Thompson flaunted her beach body as she soaked up the sun in Antigua.

The former Made in Chelsea star posed on the sand in an off-white bikini, showing off her sculpted physique.

She added a pair of 90s-style sunglasses and floppy sunhat with red details.

The TV star also shared a selection of photos from her luxurious holiday with her son Leo and her partner Ryan Libbey.

In one adorable photo, she grinned as she and Leo cuddled each other in front of the ocean.

Although despite the cheerful front, she added a concerning caption.

"Playing catch up: a rare moment looking rather refined in a happy hat before the wheels fall off...

Fans rushed to compliment her, with one calling her "beautiful".

However her cryptic caption didn't go unnoticed by some fans.

Louise recently revealed that she has written a book called Lucky - which tells the story of her traumatic pregnancy.

The mum-of-one has been battling with PTSD and anxiety since she nearly died giving birth to Leo.

Announcing her project, she told fans that she now feels "ready" but "petrified" to step into a new chapter.

She said: "I finally feel ready to share my story. I feel proud, It's a form of closure. I'm closing this chapter and getting ready to enter a new chapter.

"I feel like a huge weight is being lifted off my shoulders, but equally I feel petrified."

Alongside a video revealing the news to her followers, she wrote: "So much to say, but I seem to have writers block today.

"Not ideal timing given that I have a particularly big announcement to get off my chest and it very much involves the theme of ‘writing’.

"So I’ll just count myself in - 3, 2, 1 … I have written a book.

"I feel slightly sick with nerves. A couple of years ago I experienced a series of distressing events that completely derailed me.

"They turned me from a highly functioning, happy and fairly successful young adult into a vegetable almost overnight.

"The journey to get from that place to where I am today has felt like hell on earth but I finally feel courageous enough to share some of the details of what happened to me and to examine my personal lived experience since.…in one tidy space.

"Introducing my book: LUCKY."

She said how she was told by people she met in her recovery that she would share her story and would help other people in the same position.

Rosie Hungtington-Whiteley is at the gym in her two-piece Alo Yoga workout outfit. In a new social media post shared by Alo, the supermodel strikes a pose pre-workout, showing off her incredibly fit figure – including her flat abs – in a white sports bra and matching shorts. "I have to really work on my stomach," she told BAZAAR UK, via Elle. "I've found Pilates great because it's slow and controlled and you really have to think about the muscles you're working." Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

"Skipping is a really good way to get the heart rate up immediately, I'm always out of breath within two minutes," Rosie told the publication. "Everything's on YouTube now, too! You can go on there and type in 'exercise for 10 minutes' and see what comes up."

"I make it a priority to get to the gym around three times a week. Exercise is a huge stress relief for me, and I always feel good when I leave a workout. Getting there, however, is another story!" Rosie told Poosh. Once she gets there, "I do a lot of weight training, circuit training," she added Marie Claire.

"Working out has been part of my life since I can remember. My mom was a fitness instructor in the nineties—very much like an aerobics instructor with the Princess Diana outfit, the whole thing. I grew up sitting at the back of her workout classes. It always makes me laugh because she used to have an "L"l and "R" written on the top of her trainers so she could tell her left from right. Fitness has played a part in my life ever since I can remember, so once I left home, I started going to the gym every day. Now that I have children, I unfortunately don't get to go every day like I would like to, but I definitely go at least four times a week," Rosie told Marie Claire.

Rosie is also a fan of dance-inspired workouts. "When I want something upbeat, I'll head to Tracy Anderson's studio and Simone De La Rue at Body By Simone. I love their mix of aerobics and dance – their classes are really intense and challenging.

Lori Harvey just made her debut as Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's newest rookie.

The 27-year-old model and entrepreneur posed for photos wearing a deep violet metallic bikini from Monica Hansen Beachwear. As for her accessories, she sported a pair of chunky gold earrings designed by Ben-Amun and a similar style cuff bracelet from Mondo Mondo.

For the photo shoot, which was held in Cancun, Harvey worked with renowned SI Swim photographer Yu Tsai, who has previously worked as a creative consultant and judge in several reality TV series, including America's Next Top Model, Germany's Next Top Model and Asia's Next Top Model.

Coincidentally enough, Harvey previously worked with Tsai, and recalled their reunion on set as "such a full-circle moment."

"The first time I shot with Yu Tsai, I was super young, had braces ... and I was shooting with my family. So being able to connect with him again for something as major as this was really, really special," she shared.

As for how she felt about being asked to partake in the special feature, she giddily explained that she was "smiling from ear to ear" over the opportunity–which was made even more exciting by the fact that her swimsuit brand YEVRAH, which she launched in partnership with Revolve, would also be featured in her debut.
