Heather Rae El Moussa flaunts her bikini body

Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa is giving Instagram followers a look at her postpartum fitness journey since welcoming her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa in January 2023. El Moussa, 36, posted a video showing herself working out in a variety of exercise outfits, encouraging fans to be gentle with themselves if they're also struggling with fitness.

"So much can happen and change within a year so if you're seeing this, keep going, keep pushing, believe in yourself, but also give yourself time and give yourself grace ? Reflecting on my 2023 postpartum transformation and excited for a new fresh year & I have decided to commit to one day of hot yoga again ??," she captioned the post.

El Moussa enjoys a plant-based vegan lifestyle. "I don't push anything on anybody, as everyone has their own rights on the way they want to live," she told Veg News. "Since [husband] Tarek and I have been together, he has cut out animal products significantly, and when I cook dinner at home, I cook gluten-free and plant-based. He is very supportive of me being vegan. Even at our wedding, we had both a regular and vegan menu, and everything was gluten-free—the vegan Bolognese was a guest favorite."

El Moussa continued to work out during her pregnancy. "I still prioritize my workouts—I've always loved working out—but I definitely don't push my body like I used to," she told The Bump. "I used to work out five days a week, and now I choose rest over a workout. I try to do cardio now one to two times a week; I'm doing yoga with an instructor who's also pregnant; and I usually do Pilates once a week. I take my dog Bugz on a lot of walks. I love getting outside in the fresh air and walking around my neighborhood. I also take time to do some meditation daily, even for 10 minutes if it's all I can fit in."

El Moussa loves to cook for her family. "I love to cook—I'm the queen of 20-minute, healthy meals," she told Veg News. "My go-tos are gluten-free pasta with vegan meatballs, broccoli, mushrooms, pasta sauce, fresh herbs and spices, and Bitchin' Sauce. I also make burgers with baked potatoes and vegetables. The kids love the way I make veggies—I use vegan butter and cook them to where they are almost crispy. We also have a pizza oven so we try to do pizza night with the kids once a week—my hubby makes the best vegan pizza for me."

El Moussa was careful about her diet during her pregnancy. "I'm still getting up early because I'm a morning person, but sleep is very important," she told The Bump. "And hydration is very important! I drink coconut water every day to get extra electrolytes and make sure I have a balanced meal of plant based foods and protein. I really think about how everything I put in my body is for my baby. Everything I eat is nutrients for him to grow and to keep him healthy. I'm very conscious about that."

El Moussa is diligent about taking care of her skin. "Personally, I think if your skin doesn't look good, your make-up won't look good over it," she told Grazia UK. "Investing in your skincare is way more important than any make-up product. No matter how tired I am or how late it is, I will always take off my make-up before bed. To do this, I'll use an oil-based cleanser and a soft white washcloth to make sure everything is off and my skin is clean."

Vanessa Villela was not one to give up on her health and fitness goals over the holidays

Selling Sunset star Vanessa Villela, 45, shared a picture of herself posing with friends in a blue workout outfit and orange sneakers, flexing her bicep to show off her strong, toned physique. "Happy Monday! Do you want to end the year feeling amazing?" she captioned the post. Villela is not only a star real estate agent, she's a talented and accomplished actress—here's what her diet and exercise looks like.

Villela practices intermittent fasting and a healthy diet. "Intermittent fasting has been the key to everything, it helps with metabolism, skin, gut health, and my energy levels," she tells Healthista. "I don't follow anything too specific, so there's no 11am to 8pm schedule. If I finish my last meal at 9pm let's say, then I just wait 14 or 15 hours to eat the next day. Sometimes I will have a planet-based protein shake that has superfoods with fruit and oat milk, or if I feel like I want to have a burger, I just have the burger without the bun – I follow what my body wants but do that in a healthy way."

Villela does Pilates and online workouts. "I do [reformer Pilates] about five or six days a week," she tells Healthiest. "For me moderate is something my body tolerates better. It strengthens the body and muscles in a different way – it elongates the muscles and I was in very good shape because of that. I combine it with weights, boxing, running 3k and other workouts, sometimes in person and sometimes online, called Strong Confident Living or Karen Lord for if you don't have much time because they are about 10-20 minutes long. Find a workout that you enjoy the most and use it as something fun that you enjoy doing for yourself. No one else is going to benefit from the workout but you and it will always make you feel good when you finish."

Villela is thrilled to have been a fan favorite on Selling Sunset. "I never really imagined that I'd be a fan favorite, especially in my first season!" she told Now Magazine LA. "It's been so overwhelming, but in a good way. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, especially because it has given me the opportunity to fulfill my passion for helping other people. I also love that it really helps me feel more connected with people because they know me more as Vanessa, and not just as an actress. It makes me so happy, especially after all the grief and the chaos of the pandemic. I get to start a new era of helping people with what they're going through by sharing what I went through and how I cope with day to day struggles. It's been the best thing that could happen to me."

Villela says that at one point, the stress of trying to lose weight spiked her cortisol levels and made weight loss even harder. "I would look in the mirror and I wouldn't recognise myself," she told Healthista. "My face is the first thing that gains weight. I think that the stress of wanting to lose weight was not allowing me to lose weight and recover my health. I was extremely tired with work and the energy with the [soap opera] characters was so intense that my cortisol levels, the stress hormone, went super high and created a lot of problems with my hormones and the thyroid – everything… I think that sometimes we don't prioritize ourselves. We all have very busy lifestyles and sometimes it's hard to say 'ok I'm going to wake up 30 minutes before' but I think it's important for any person to live a healthy life."

Villela is guided by her mother's example and work ethic. "Well, my first role model was my mom, for sure," she told Now Magazine LA. "My parents got divorced when I was seven, and I always saw my mom working non-stop and being a supermom and cooking and everything. She was sensational. She has been my inspiration since I was little because I always wanted to make her proud."

Nicole Williams English is looking great

Nicole Williams English is heating up a snowy day – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model looks flaming hot in a red bathing suit top and snowsuit, striking a pose in the snow. "Stole my moms vintage snowsuit from the 60's," she captioned the series of snaps taken in Toronto, Canada.

Nicole claims that working out with her trainer several times a week helps her combat any sagging. "I'll do 100 sit-ups and use bands while I watch TV each night. Right now, I'm also trying to learn to do the splits, so I work on that nightly too," she told Vue New Jersey.

Nicole has followed a plant-based diet for almost a decade. She consumes healthy carbs – no white flour or sugar – and avoids dairy. "A vegetarian meal that myself and my husband agree on is my vegan shepherd's pie. It is beyond amazing, I use Beyond Meat and a bunch of vegetables and potatoes and he loves it," she told Good American.

Nicole prioritizes hydration, drinking lots of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Nicole also does pilates. "The best workout to get your body long and lean ?? I've never really loved working working out but Pilates really makes it fun and I see instant results," she captioned a recent post of herself on the reformer. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Nicole takes care of her skin by limiting the makeup she wears when she isn't working and when she does wear it, she never goes to sleep without first washing it all off. She also uses essential oils, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and retinol and never skips sunscreen.

Josie Canseco shows off her incredibly fit figure

Josie Canseco is heating up the gym in her Alo workout attire. In a new social media post the model shows off her incredibly fit figure in a two-piece outfit from the yoga brand while working out at their gym.

Josie loves to spin. "I love cycling, I do it all the time. It's a good cardio mix. I'm all about cardio and high intensity music," Canseco told Us Weekly. To prepare for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show she cycled "maybe like two or three times a week." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Josie likes to take "Rumble" and boxing classes. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she explained to Us. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

During an August workout at the Alo gym, Josie showed off some of her strength and weight training moves, lifting kettlebells, squatting with free weights, using exercise bands and medicine balls, and also her own body weight. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."

When she's "really been on a good routine of eating right and eating a lot of vegetables and good proteins and balancing my diet," Josie feels the most confident, "and it's not all about going full-in and being, like, cold-turkey, cutting things out and being like a health freak. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

In a recent post, Josie revealed went for a snorkel while on vacation. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Kelsea Ballerini shows off flat belly

Kelsea Ballerini is turning up the heat on a snowy day – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the country singer enjoys a snow day in Nashville, stripping down into her bathing suit and playing in the snow. "don't say it don't say it don't s- I THINK I LIKE THIS LITTLE LIFE," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "Yeah, baby!" commented her pal, Chelsea Handler. "My impulsive thought is to scream the snow day song," added her boyfriend, Outer Banks star Chase Stokes.

"I have been in therapy in and out my whole life," Ballerini told Reese Witherspoon in a revent interview about mental health. "It's interesting, though, because when I was younger it was stuff that I was always made to do. It was all kind of forced upon me. So, I always had this stigma around it like, 'this feels taboo. This feels like something other people want me to do.' It wasn't until the last few years that it was my decision that I was like, 'I can be a healthier person.'

Maintaining a routine is key for Kelsea. "To be honest, routine always sounded boring, but now it's something that helps me feel like I'm in control of my life. I'm baby stepping my way into it," she told Shape. "Little things, like when you get out of bed, make the bed. Get outside for 30 minutes a day. Sit on the porch. Take the dog for a walk. I'm building that into my life, and it's not boring at all. It's really helping me feel that ownership of my life that I need," she explained.

Kelsea works out with Nashville based trainer Erin Oprea. Their workouts consist of simple but effective strength training exercises. "We're on Zoom three days a week and do a lot of strength training intervals, where you alternate two exercises until you've burned that muscle group, then move on. We cram it all into 45 minutes and call it a day," she told Shape.

The secret to exercise is finding workouts you like, according to Kelsea. "There are so many different kinds of moving," she told Nashville Edit. "Going to the gym or running on the treadmill, which I personally hate and tried for years, isn't the only way to exercise. I love any kind of cycle class because the music is super loud, the lights are dark, and I can shut my eyes and feel like I am at home with my headphones on. I also love Pilates for building long, lean muscle," she said. "Working out, something I used to dread, is now something that I look forward to because it boosts my stamina onstage and makes me feel much more clear-headed and, in my body, too."

"I used to think 'me time' was so narcissistic, but now I realize it's necessary," Kelsea told Shape. "I am a hot-bath fanatic. I have all my essential oils, and I do that pretty much every night. I can show up in a more present way when I'm taking time for myself too." How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Kelsea took a "season of rest" from her workout routine in 2022. "As someone that's really struggled with body image my whole life, I really have to be checked in to, 'Am I doing this for the right reasons?' And I felt like by the end of that tour, I was starting to detach from the correct reasons for working out," she told Women's Health. During her low-key season Kelsea focused on doing "a lot of things to kind of reconnect with my inner child." This included really long, slow walks," and aimed for 10,000 steps per day. "Just to get fresh air and get sunshine and move my body, but not move my body in a way that I'm feeling like I'm needing [to see] some results."

Devon Windsor shows off her incredible body while enjoying a vacation in the tropics

Devon Windsor is strutting her stuff poolside – in her swimsuit. In a few recent social media posts the model and bathing suit designer shows off her incredible body in one of her own designs, a baby blue two-piece, as she vacations in the tropics. "Wanderlust," she captioned one of the posts. "So gorgeous and strong!" commented one of her followers. "Cute," added another.

Devon maintains that supermodels don't starve themselves. "If I'm not working, my typical day starts off with a huge breakfast. I like to incorporate eggs, toast, bacon or a smoothie with Greek yogurt," she dished to Women Fitness. "I'll most likely workout after breakfast and then join friends for lunch. Following lunch, I run errands and organize myself before my next job or travel day. I like to finish my day with a cozy dinner with friends or I cook for myself at home. If I'm working, I wake up and get a smoothie and head to set and work all day. Depending on when I get off, I either go home and order dinner or meet up with friends."

"I'm a huge fan of Pilates – I like to do that a couple times a week," Devon told Women Fitness. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Devon prioritizes hydration. "Drink a lot of water while you workout," she told Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Devon is a fan of Megan Roup's dance-inspired workouts. "I am so terrible at cardio but this class is amazing because it's dance cardio… which means I really don't notice how exhausted I am while jumping around! She mixes the dance cardio with light weights, leg weights and sliders which are good for the booty as well as the abs! After the class I head over to this place called Lymbr to go get a quick 30 minute stretch. It is super important to stretch before and after workouts so that you don't injure yourself!" she revealed to Hollywood Life. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Pvolve workouts are also part of Devon's routine. "I really love this workout because it is full of small, slow movements that burn like crazy! This is the best workout for building super long and lean muscle! We use a lot of ankle weights and bands which are two keys for staying strong and slim! After my workout I get a 90 minute medical massage! This massage isn't just for relaxing because the masseuse gets very deep in your muscles and stretches you at the same time. It is almost a bit painful at times but when you're working out so much it is a necessity!" she told Hollywood Life.

Devon also does weight and strength training. She told Elle she likes to "mix cardio with bodyweight exercises," she said. She trains at the celebrity gym mecca The Dogpound. "I am training with my girlfriend and my trainer, Kirk! I love working out with friends because one, it's more fun, two, it's hard to get out of it, and three, it's more motivating and pushes me to try harder! We did a bunch of body weight exercises, some abs, booty, legs and light arms," she added to Hollywood Life.

Singer Rochelle Humes looks superfit and beautiful

Rochelle Humes is a singer, and former member of the girl group, The Saturdays. Since then, she has started a hosting career and has written a cookbook. Humes recently shared some highlights from a past vacation on Instagram. In them, she posed on a beach in a swimsuit. Humes captioned the post, "Mentally here."

Humes shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Hello! She says that she loves to make and drink a juice each morning. "In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it."

Humes shared her favorite healthy meals with Hello! "I'll have overnight oats or I make banana pancakes a lot, which is literally just one banana, one egg, a handful or oats, a bit of cinnamon and mix it together, then fry it in coconut oil. I have that with some natural yoghurt and some berries on top and honey. My kids love that actually. I'm not the biggest breakfast person – I'm more about lunch and dinner. I'll have maybe a salad for lunch, but it depends where I am. Then in the evening it might be pasta… last night I had salmon and noodles and veg, like a traybake. My evening is my meal where I treat myself."

Humes works with trainer, Peter Maciver, to help her stay in shape. He talked about the workouts he does with her in an interview with Hello! "No two workouts with me are ever the same," he said. "We might be doing the same body part but we'll do different exercises as much as possible. This keeps things new and fresh and also stops the body becoming used to certain exercises."

Humes shared her wellness secrets in an interview with Women's Fitness. She says that exercise is a priority for her. "The reality is I need to stay fit and healthy for my kids, but I also feel genuinely better when I'm active. When I'm busy with work and I can't work out in the way that I normally would, I notice a big difference in how I mentally and physically feel. Sometimes, doing exercise can feel like a hassle, but I really miss it when I can't do it."

Humes tells Women's Fitness that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "Life's too short not to try a bit of everything! Balance is the key to a happy life, but it can be a really hard thing to strive for because we can't control everything life throws at us. However, when it comes to food, I think it's easier than you think because you're in charge of what you put in your body. I try to make smart choices and have a healthy, balanced diet from Monday to Friday, but at the weekends I'll eat exactly what I want. If I want the cake, I'm gonna eat the cake!"

Tiffiny Hall shares some weight loss secrets

Tiffiny Hall is sharing her "secret" to getting into the best shape of her life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Australian personal trainer gives her followers an update on her health journey, showing off the proof of her weight loss and transformation by posing in a bathing suit. "My intention last January was to enjoy the journey back to fitness and feeling strong. I feels amazing to be here, a year later having had so much fun with the love and support of my friends, family, trainers and the beautiful TXO community. It really is about the journey, not the destination," she writes in the post.

"My secret was not focusing on the scales but rather aiming for non-scale victories – running my first KM, keeping up with my kids at the park, learning to squat again after my knee procedure, fitting into an old pair of jeans," Tiffiny reveals about the secret to weight loss.

Another secret? She meal preps. "My day on a plate – if I do say myself – is straight-up delicious. I make sure I have enough nourishing meals packed with wholefoods in my fridge by doing a batch cook-up every Sunday to leave guesswork out of the equation and healthy taste front and center," she told Body & Soul. "I really can't stress just how much prepping for your week and portioning out meals helps when you still have 50,000 things on your to-do list at dinner time."

Tiffiny drinks her nutrients in the morning. "I love to start the day with a smoothie – regardless of the season. This is because smooth foods are simple to digest after a night of fasting," she told New Idea. "Easy on the tum and great on the taste buds! Enter my Almond Hit Smoothie. I find the combination of banana and almond butter keep me full all morning."

"Don't focus on quantity when it comes to eating for weight loss. Instead, consider the quality of what you are eating. It's not about eating less – it's about eating the right kinds of foods. Not all calories are equal and so it's about eating quality calories," Tiffiny warns. "Protein in particular has a better thermic effect and so the body burns more energy processing it than it does carbs or fats and boost your metabolism. Eating whole foods is the best thing. Swap refined sugars, flour and fat for high-quality, nutrient dense food in proper proportions and eat regularly and your body will start to operate very differently."

"Time and time again I hear the myth that long stretches of steady-state cardio is the best way to drop kilos," Tiffiny told House of Wellness. My mantra is that you don't need to train long, you need to train smart. HIIT or high intensity interval training is the best way to accelerate fat loss and increase fitness and also has 'the after burn effect' so it burns calories all day long," she has said. "Here's the happy truth – when you pick up heavy things, your muscles will get stronger but not necessarily bigger. Paired with the right diet of healthy foods, resistance training can help women burn fat fast and creates long and lean muscle and is a really effective way to lose weight. Female bodybuilders look the way they do because they train, eat and take supplements specifically to look the way they do." There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.
