Pelas recently went to the Sports Illustrated party, and made sure to look stunning. She wore a sheer bodysuit with black fabric, looking stunning.

Pelas loves to swim to stay in shape. She shared this set of photos of herself at the beach on Instagram. In them, Pelas is seen in the water. She captioned the post, "Heaven is a cowboy tub in the desert." Better Health states, "Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good."

Pelas shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Daily Star. She says that she eats a balanced diet. "A toned stomach really comes from a balanced diet. It's like the saying 'abs are made in the kitchen'. I am a Southern girl, so I love a lot of naughty food, but I know how to keep myself in check. I drink a lot of water, eat a lot of grilled chicken and vegetables and choose a salad for lunch pretty often. That way when I indulge, it isn't so bad."

Pelas has an amazing set of abs. She shared her secrets in her Daily Star interview. Pelas says that she does a lot of running. "To burn belly fat, I definitely recommend a ton of cardio mixed with weight training. Running, for me, has always been the quickest way to drop a few pounds and feel amazing fast. It's also a fun

challenge to build your stamina, speed and endurance."

Pelas likes to do a variety of workouts. She shared her favorites in her Daily Star interview. "I'll do two days of weight training, two days of class workouts and one day with something simple and outdoors like a hike or run. I go to a conventional gym twice a week for weights.

I try to do a lot of weighted squats, leg-ups and deadlifts. I'll also do spin or Pilates twice a week. Pilates is so amazing for developing a lean, toned body and nothing makes you feel more incredible than spin class."

Pelas is all about accepting herself and her body. "Beyond the aesthetics, I've always been taught to be grateful just to be healthy," she told The Daily Star. "As far as my curves go, that was just an added bonus. I remember stuffing my bra as a young girl praying one day I may have big boobs – I guess it worked. I think my best body part would be my breasts. I can't help but love them. I don't really have a body part I dislike, I'm pretty body-positive."

Valentina Shevchenko flaunts her toned figure on the beach in Vietnam

Valentina Shevchenko is an extremely successful MMA fighter. She also appeared in the film Bruised. Shevchenko recently enjoyed a trip to Vietnam. While there, she made sure to hit the beach and do some swimming. She shared a reel on Instagram of herself on the beach. She captioned the post, "Feels good."

As you can see from her recent post, Shevchenko loves to swim. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. In a video, she is seen doing freestyle laps in a pool. Shevchenko captioned the post, "When not training, then swimming." The British Heart Foundation states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is one of the few activities that work your whole body. Breaststroke, backstroke, front crawl, butterfly and even doggy paddle get your legs and arms moving. This in turn works your back and core muscles."

Shevchenko opened up about how she trains as an MMA fighter to Women's Health. "Fighters, they have to know how to box, have to know how to kick, how to wrestle, how to grapple, everything," she says. "They have to do it, not just okay, they have to do it in perfection. For me, martial arts, it's kind of [the] same as religion, because you have to believe in what you are doing and your temple is your dream."

One thing Shevchenko likes to do to stay fit is going on hikes. She shared some photos on Instagram of herself going on a hike along the Pacific Coast Highway. Shevchenko captioned the post, "Ocean , Mountains , Winery ?Gorgeous landscapes along #PacificWestCoast." Ace Fitness states, "Hiking helps increase the strength in the leg muscles, builds stability in the core muscles and enhances balance skills. The more technical the terrain is, along with an increase in climbing intensity, the more balance and core strength is required because more muscles are being recruited to manage the steeper terrain. As you climb, the larger muscles in your legs are activated (such as the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves), and on the descent, your glutes and quadriceps are working hard to prevent you from falling forward on the decline. Uneven terrain means many of the smaller stabilizer muscles are being worked, which increases stability and balance overall."

Shevchenko opened up about how she approaches training and fights to Yahoo Sports. She says that being determined is a big factor for her. "It's like knowing what I want. What is number one for me. And to be able to get rid from all unnecessary things, and like to focus only one thing that's really important, to be successful in martial arts, to be dominated as a fighter. And just to prepare for each fight is if it's my best fight."

In her Yahoo Sports interview, Shevchenko opened up about why she doesn't like setting goals. "I kind of feel that when the person trying to set goals like and follows his goals, it's just like it's not good. It's not good for the internal feeling that one can have. Because you have this pressure and you are thinking, oh no, I have to rush in some way, or I have to do that, I have to like another thing. And if something is not going as they planned, they are so frustrated. They try and do crazy things. They're starting to act like, literally, like you're thinking like, what they are doing. It's not how it's supposed to be. And that's why I don't like it. I don't like to set goals."

Chrishell Stause is showing off her washboard abs

Chrishell Stause is doing Pilates – in her sports bra and leggings. In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star gives her followers a glimpse of her reformer Pilates routine, showing off her washboard abs in the process.

Chrishell works out with Ocho, a personal trainer and the founder of fitness studio Power 8 in LA. "A week of workouts for Chrishell can vary," he told Women's Health. "Her schedule is very hectic, so we get in what we can, and HIIT training is one of the most efficient ways she can build muscle and burn fat at the same time."

She also lifts weights. "We do heavyweight and plyometrics, as well as HIIT, so that her body is always moving and so that she never gets bulky, but still gains strength," Ocho told Women's Health.

Chrishell told Women's Health that she is a breakfast eater. "What I love for breakfast is eggs," she said. "My favorite thing is scrambled egg whites with cheddar cheese and pepper." When she is busy she will get a quick fix. "Lately it's probably been more of a protein bar," she admitted. "When I'm busy, I normally either grab a banana and peanut butter, or a protein bar. I'm obsessed with peanut butter."

Chrishell is a fan of Italian food. "I haven't really met a pasta that I don't like, but I guess my favorite would probably be bucatini with cracked pepper and Parmesan cheese," she said. "I love fish. I also love sushi and pizza." She also likes to cook. "One dish I'm proud of is my spicy shrimp pasta. It's so good and has a little kick to it," she told Women's Health. "I'll do it with whole-wheat noodles, sautéed shrimp, red pepper chili flakes and a spicier tomato sauce."

Chrishell "practices Pilates once or twice a week to lengthen, stretch and recover," Ocho adds. "It's low impact and allows her to reset, while still getting a good workout in." According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Brooke makes sure to eat and drink healthy options. One thing she enjoys are smoothies. Brooke is seen drinking a smoothie in this TikTok. According to Families Together of Orange County, smoothies are very healthy. "Smoothies can be made with a variety of fruits, vegetables, and other nutrient-rich ingredients, making them a great source of vitamins, minerals, and, of course, a great source of antioxidants. Depending on the ingredients you choose, smoothies can be an excellent source of fiber, protein, healthy fats, and other essential nutrients that your body needs to function optimally."

Another beverage Brooke enjoys is water. In this TikTok, she is seen drinking a bottle of it. The CDC states that getting enough water is important. "Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda."

Brooke talked about her social media career in an interview. At the beginning, she opened up about dealing with hateful comments. "When I first started on TikTok, I would get those hate comments and they kind of bothered me. But then I remembered that there was a, I hate LeBron james.com, theLeBron James, what does it matter if y'all hate me? Because all these hate comments, y'all literally drive my engagement up, so you're actually helping me out. And it's kind of funny. It's like, you know what? Y'all are sitting behind a needle computer screen and y'all are just mad. Y'all have some personal issue if you feel the need to comment something negative on somebody's post."

Brooke spends a lot of time in the water, and shared highlights on social media. USASwimming.org states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Each arm stroke starts with the catch phase of the stroke, where the forearm and hand form an anchor point in the water. You use your shoulder, upper arm and core muscles to pull your body past this anchor point. Think of how many arm strokes you take during a practice… Now that is a workout."

Golf is naturally the main way Brooke stays in shape. According to The R & A, the sport has a lot of benefits. "Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories. If you play golf for at least 150 minutes per week you are meeting WHO global exercise guidelines."

Kristin Cavallari has shown off her fit figure in a sultry black bikini with her daughter, Sailor, in a new TikTok video.

The Laguna Beach star shares her three kids Camden, 11; Jaxon, 9; and Sailor, 8, with her ex-husband, former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler.

Over the weekend, Kristin, 36, posted a clip of her sporting the skimpy two-piece suit, showcasing her rock-solid abs and toned arms and legs.

She paired the swimsuit with furry white and tan snow boots and her blond locks flowing straight down.

The MTV alum stood in the living room as she stood back from the camera to capture her entire look.

Her daughter, Sailor, sporting gray sweats and a black hoodie, appeared with her back to the lens as she playfully slapped her mom's rear end.

Kristin laughed at the move and kicked her leg in the air before ending the video.

"Fit check in training," the mom of three captioned the post.

The former The Hills star appeared to be on a family getaway in Utah, which she tagged as her location.

Kristin rarely shows her kids on social media, but she's never been afraid to flaunt her figure on her platforms.

In March 2023, the Very Cavallari alum nearly bused out of a black bikini while posing atop a large table in the dark.

Her hair was in a high ponytail as she seductively gazed at the camera.

"But she’s a mother," Kristin sarcastically wrote with a screaming face emoji.

Fans loved the ex-reality star's caption and praised her in the comments.

"Mother who works hard on that body," one fan commended.

"A mother that doesn't put her children on social media blast and that's why I love you. You seem like an excellent mom," a second boasted.

"But she’s also a woman, a business person, an icon, and a queen! We love her!" added another.

MOVING ON

Kristin and Jay split in April 2020 - seven years after tying the knot.

Jay, 40, has since moved on with his new girlfriend, Samantha Robertson, 33, whom he'd reportedly known for years before they got together.

As for the Uncommon James founder, she's been linked to numerous well-known stars, including The Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron, 31, and country singer Chase Rice, 38.

Despite Kristin and Jay ending their marriage amid acrimony, she wishes her ex nothing but happiness.

"I hope that he finds someone, I really do," the ex-TV star said on the Call Her Daddy podcast in August 2022.

It's official! Porsha Williams is returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta—and fans are thrilled. Williams, 42, has made sure to get plenty of rest and relaxation before the show starts production, sharing pictures of herself looking serene and happy in a one piece swimsuit by the water. "Serenity R&R," she captioned the post. "Beautiful!" a fan commented. Guobadia is excited to return to the show that made her a household name. "I'm incredibly thankful for the vision and faith NBCUniversal has put in me to be a larger part of their family," she said in a statement. "I'm looking forward to being back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and showing the world my new world!"

Porsha has a treadmill in her bedroom so she can workout as soon as she wakes up. "Currently, my schedule is so packed I had no choice but to put my treadmill in my bedroom," she told Glamour South Africa. "So now I see it when I wake up, and I get right into doing about forty minutes on an incline at a 4.0 pace. Then in the afternoon, if I have time, I work out with a trainer virtually. No matter what though, I make sure I'm on the treadmill at least four days a week and I get with a trainer once a week. Whether it's directly with a trainer or just at a gym, boxing is such a great way to get into shape. I've done it in the past and absolutely loved it."

Porsha practices intermittent fasting (limiting her eating window to six hours) and enjoys a balanced diet. "As for my diet, I really am not on anything strict to be honest. I just do what makes sense," she told Glamour South Africa. "If I'm craving a hamburger, I'll have a hamburger. But then the next day I'll make sure that I have a salad, a lot of water, and a good mix of vegetables. Same goes for something like pizza, if I want it I'll have it, but then the next day I'll make sure it is filled with healthy habits."

Porsha is prepared for the challenges of being on TV again, especially social media trolls who hurt her in the past. "I'm not going to lie, their words cut me deep," she told Women's Health. "The negative comments would stay with me long after I stopped scrolling. They made me realize my insecurities were now being magnified on a TV screen for millions of strangers to judge. At one point, I even contemplated leaving the show. But Nene [Leakes] and Cynthia [Bailey], my other cast mates on the show, talked me out of it after I broke down to them crying. They validated my feelings and reassured me that everyone goes through a similar phase during their first season on the show, and that I was indeed a value to RHOA."

Porsha makes a point of keeping her skin soft and moisturized—and says her husband Simon does, too. "When I first met him, he would really lather up his body and make sure his skin was nice and glistening," she told BET. "I was like, 'Babe, you're feeling good.' He'd respond, "I'm on alert because I remember you told somebody,' Bye ashy' once. He was scared for me ever to see him ashy. He said, 'I don't want you judging me.' He is very much into his skin. I have gone on Amazon and bought him his own Nivea so he does not have to take mine."

Porsha knows how stressful filming RHOA can be, and knows how to protect her peace. "Mental health is incredibly important, and I prioritize mine by protecting my space," she told Glamour South Africa. "When I'm not filming, I want no drama at all. Anybody that is upsetting my spirit and peace I separate myself from immediately. I also say 'No' a lot, as a way to put myself first. I probably say 'No' to things more than I say 'Yes.' Yoga is also beneficial and gives me some time to sneak away and be with myself. I really value my reflection and quiet time."

Kate Middleton’s younger sister, 40, was photographed wearing the textured two-piece with gleaming metal hardware as she took a dip in the water with her husband, James Matthews, and their two eldest kids: Arthur, 5, and Grace, 2.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Eva Marcille had a good time on vacation

Eva Marcille is living her best life, especially while on vacation.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum knows how to do it up — whether she's attending New York Fashion Week or celebrating her best friend's birthday in Puerto Rico. Whether she's braving the cold or frolicking on the beach in a bikini, leave it to Eva to enjoy herself.

Eva took to Instagram on Feb. 19, where she shared a number of photos of her frolicking in the ocean while wearing a leopard print bikini and dark gray visor.

"Life is for the living!!!!!," Eva wrote in the caption of the post, tagging her longtime friend, Robert, also known as "Uncle Robert" to her three kids — daughter, Marley, and two sons, Michael Jr. and Maverick — in the caption of the post.

Eva and Robert spent the weekend at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Puerto Rico for his birthday trip, where they spent time in the ocean, lounged by the pool, and even had an iguana steal their food while hanging out poolside.

"There's a first time for everything," Eva wrote in the caption of an Instagram post from their vacation. "Just got food jacked by an iguana in Puerto Rico."

In spite of that little mishap, Eva and her BFF still had an amazing time. "It's time to go home, Robby," Eva said in a video posted to her Instagram Story, ahead of their departure from Puerto Rico. "Paradise is over. Until next time. It was good."

Eva filed from divorce from her ex-husband and father of her kids, Michael Sterling, in March 2023 after four years of marriage. But in the almost year since then, she has given an honest look at what it's like to co-parent with him.

In an Instagram post celebrating her daughter's 10th birthday in January, Eva thanked Michael — who adopted Marley in 2020 — for his role in helping raise her.

"[Mike Sterling] thank you for being the best baby daddy any girl could EVER ask for," Eva wrote. "She's not little anymore."

Although Eva is loving living her life single, it doesn't sound like dating is in the picture again. During an August 2023 appearance on Atlanta's V-103 radio station's The Big Tigger Morning Show, Eva talked about the main focus in her life now that she's "single again."

"It's new, I'm almost a decade off the market, so it's different, but my focus [is] my kids," she said. "My focus is on me and doing me, and I like a little sprinkle of gifts and things too," she added.
