It’s not uncommon for Melissa, who turned 40 in March, to show off her bikini body during a family day. Back in July, Radar reported she displayed her summer glow when she ventured to the Jersey Shore with Joey and her husband Giuseppe ‘Joe’ Gorga, 39.

As readers know, Joe, who celebrated his 15th anniversary with Melissa in August, revealed that intimacy was a contributing factor to their happiness and longevity.

In his new memoir, “The Gorga Guide To Success,” he said that claimed he and Melissa had sex every single day for a decade straight.

As Radar reported, he plans to ask an immigration judge to be released from the “horrible conditions” of the Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan, Pennsylvania so he could wait out his appeal in New Jersey with his family.

But if he is denied, a source told Radar, he may ask for an immediate deportation.

Teresa in the meanwhile has been living her life, attending parties, vacationing and socializing at events. She, however, has been absent from a majority of her husband’s court hearings, and it’s frustrating his family.

“They’re all so angry with her,” a family insider told Radar exclusively. “They all want to know why this is the very first hearing she’s ever been to, and why she never seemed to do anything to help earlier.”

Last month, in August, the radio presenter confirmed that she had split from her rapper boyfriend Stormzy.

The notoriously private couple dated for four years but are said to have ended their relationship in order to focus on their careers.

A representative for Maya confirmed the breakup to MailOnline, the star is said to have already moved out of the 26-year-old rapper's home.

The "Modern Family" star posted a steamy throwback photo on Thursday that featured the actress in a bikini lounging on the beach in the '90s.

In the photo, Vergara, now 47, shared two shots of herself from way back when in a teeny-tiny light blue swimsuit with white trim detail.

Vergara isn't shy about showing off her incredible figure, both then and now.

The actress graced the cover of Women's Health for their "Naked Issue" in September 2017 and sent a message about body positivity in the process.

“Here’s a woman, 45, being able to show her body," she told the magazine. "It’s not like before when it was just young girls who would make the cover of a magazine.”

Nina Agdal has zero regrets about speaking out after a magazine body shamed her

Since the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model got personal on Instagram about her harrowing ordeal in 2018, the 27-year-old says she has a newfound purpose. Agdal is keeping busy these days encouraging other women to embrace their curves and so-called imperfections, particularly on social media. And according to Agdal, the responses she has received from people have only inspired her to change the way she approaches her career.

Agdal spoke to Fox News about how she deals with insecurities today, being discovered by SI.

About how she stay in shape she told “ I’m not going to lie, I do work out five to six times a week and I do that year-round. I think it's important to remember that working out and taking care of yourself should not be something that goes with the season of summer. It's a lifestyle and it's just pretty much something I do every day for my mental health, physical health. I just overall feel so much better when I stay active. So I try to do it yearly, every single day if I can, just for that purpose.”

When she was discovered she said “Sports Illustrated started ... Oh my God, is that seven years ago? I went to a casting, I met MJ... I got the call that I was up for my rookie shoot and that was the first year with them.”

“And then two years later I got the cover with Chrissy Tiegen and Lily Aldridge... I love Sports Illustrated Swimsuit... They supported me and they support other women. It's just incredible how they incorporate so many different body types and skin color and whatever it is. They just embrace every woman as we should.” She continued

About Where her your confidence came from she spoke sincere “ I don't know where my confidence comes from... Some days I wake up and I'm feeling low and I don't feel great about myself. I think that's OK too. And then on other days, I'm... fun and happy Nina. But I think it just comes from a lot of years of just getting to know myself, doing what feels right, self-care and really practicing it every single day. And talking to yourself in a different way.

It really just takes yourself to stop when you do it and be like, "You know what? This is not OK. I wouldn't speak to anyone else like this so why am I even talking to myself like that?"... But that being said, there are days where I want to crawl into a hole and I don't feel great about myself... then I come out on the other side and I'm like, "OK, let's get after it.”

How important has it been for Agdal to show other girls that you can embrace your curves no matter your size?It’s definitely been super important for me to speak up about it. A little more than a year ago I had an incident where a magazine came out and said that I was too big for the magazine, the clothes, and I wasn't the image that they thought I was going to be. And that made me really upset, I hadn't spoken out about how I have been bullied or... body shamed, in the industry.

And just me speaking up about it... a number of women and parents and moms and girls are responding to it, saying, "Thank you so much for being open about this, the fact that you're dealing with it. I deal with this on an everyday basis and you speaking up is hopefully just going to try to make this world a better place in terms of this body shaming."

Speaking to KTLA's Sam Rubin, the actress revealed that she was just trying to 'suck in her stomach and her cheeks to look good' for an impromptu snap taken by her husband Taylor Hackford, when she suddenly noticed a paparazzi flash in the distance.

When quizzed by Sam about the famous snap, Helen revealed: 'So, we were there, Italian beach, swimming a little bit, lying in the sun, and Taylor said, "Stand up, I want to take a picture of you."

'So I stood up, and sucked my tummy in because my husband was taking my photo. I tried to suck my cheeks in. I tried to look... good.'

Noticing her hesitation, Sam quipped: 'You were about to say "sexy"!

Helen burst into a fit of giggles: 'Hahaha, I was, but no!' She continued to detail her story: 'Just as he took the shot, I saw a flash in the hills.

'Taylor said, "what's the matter?" I said, "there's paparazzi up there!'

'I did tell my agent I wasn't going to do any more lingerie or swimwear shoots, because I didn't think my skin would be firm again,' she confessed.

Esther fell pregnant with son Forest, 12 months, in her late 30s, but appeared to snap back into shape in the months that followed her giving birth.

'Once I started doing a bit more core work for my back and stomach and started really focusing on eating well again, it was fine,' she said.

Sharing an insight into her daily diet, Esther revealed she feasts on muesli and berries for breakfast and opts for sardines on gluten-free toast for lunch.

For dinner she allows herself to indulge a little more, especially as her penchant for fitness allows her to do so.
