Elsa Hosk is heating up the beach in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Swedish model shows off her amazing body while enjoying the sand and surf with her family. "California dreamin," she captioned the Instagram post. "Lovely," commented one of her followers. "Beautiful," added another.

Elsa prioritizes rest. "I'm usually good with six or seven hours. I get 6 most of the time, but sometimes I sleep, like, 13 hours. Sleep is so important. I think more important than we know. When I haven't slept, I'm not myself. I'm not as easy-going," she told The Cut. According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Elsa doesn't believe in strict diets. "I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself, 'You have to eat this or that,' I am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn't tell myself anything. I just tried to stay away from processed food," she told ELLE.

"I try to eat healthy and a plant-based diet," Elsa dished to Coveteur. "I watched the documentary What the Health, and it affected me a lot. I was like, 'OK, I have to change how I eat.' In Sweden we eat a lot of dairy, cheese, and eggs, so I've cut that out for the past 5 weeks and I'm seeing a big improvement in my skin and in my belly. And I feel much better. It makes you realize there's definitely something to it."

Hosk likes to fight her way to a hot body. "I love boxing, and I try to mix it up as much as I can. Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it's really good to mix that with barre, pilates, or something that'll stretch you out and make you longer. I'm not the person that loves to be in the gym so much. I like to mix it up as much as possible, otherwise I'll get bored," she told Marie Claire.

"I just started running," Hosk told Coveteur. "I don't time it; I don't put any pressure on myself, I just go the pace I want. I think that's a really beautiful way to feel yourself and feel your body and see the city."

Elsa is all about lifting weights. "On the runway you're wearing really heavy wings and really high heels, so you need really strong legs so you don't fall," she told Coveteur.

Elsa also does dance-inspired workouts. "I've been training with Megan Roup, who does dance cardio. It's lots of toning moves for the glutes, legs, and arms. She's just really fun," she told Elle.

Elsa Hosk has made waves as one of the many Victoria's Secret models. Hosk recently welcomed her first child, and isn't afraid of showing off her post-baby body on social media. She shared a stunning new video on Instagram this week. In it, she posed in a pink bathing suit on a balcony, overlooking the water. She captioned the post, "Mombod still got it."

Hosk opened up about her wellness routine in an interview with Savoir Flair. She says that she does different things to stay in shape. "I'm obsessed with boxing. I love it because you learn something new every time, and that keeps me coming back for more. I'm really into fast-paced, high-energy workouts, but I do mix it up with barre classes at Flywheel Sports. I also love the '30/60/90' classes at Equinox."

Hosk does a lot of traveling, and she always makes sure to get a workout in. She tells Savoir Flair that she likes to bring equipment with her when she travels, that way, she remembers to workout. "It doesn't have to be grueling – most of the time, I bring a jump rope and find a peaceful place and skip to music. I also always travel with gliders for some leg and glute exercises."

Hosk likes to workout with her friends. Specifically, she likes to workout with her fellow Victoria's Secret models. "I was recently in Turks and Caicos with Victoria's Secret, and all the girls in the team got together and did boot-camp classes at lunch," she told Savoir Flair. "That was a fun way to get workouts in. Everybody brought different exercises on different days. We had yoga, barre, pool aerobics, and body-weight training."

Hosk has a lot of motivation to stay in shape. She tells Savoir Flair that her source of motivation is how she feels after a good workout. "I try to think about how I feel when I work out," Hosk says. "As opposed to when I skip it. I sleep better, I'm happier, I'm able to do my job better, and I make healthier choices."

Hosk likes to workout at home. In particular, she likes to take online fitness classes. "I love online classes right now, specifically Megan Roup of The Sculpt Society," she tells The Zoe Report. "Also, I love Forma Pilates, if I can make it to the studio. When lockdown started, I got really into online classes, especially since Megan (my trainer pre-COVID) launched her app just around that time. It was super helpful throughout my pregnancy. I worked out from my living room and, once we moved to LA, the garden."

The photo showed Elsa standing on a narrow staircase in what looked to be her home. A curtainless window could be seen at the top of the stairs, which allowed sunlight to pour into the room. The natural rays lit up the already bright hallway as Elsa stood at the center.

Elsa rocked a demi-cut top with a low-cut neckline that likely exposed her ample cleavage. However, she wore a turquoise cropped, oversized sweatshirt and pulled it up to her chest, teasing fans by just barely revealing the top of her bikini. The bikini hugged her chest and cut off below her bust.

Elsa’s flat, toned tummy was on show between the top and a matching U-shaped thong. The sexy yet classy bottom sat low on her waist to put Elsa’s abs on display. Meanwhile, the sides came up very high above her hips and drew attention to her hourglass figure. Elsa’s famously long legs and toned backside looked better than ever in the tiny suit.

Before modelling Elsa took up an interest in basketball and joined the Swedish women's basketball league.

Afterwards she was signed by IMG Models and began working with Victoria's Secret.

Although the 5ft 10in beauty is an internationally recognized talent, she admits that at times she doesn't see herself as such.

'Sometimes I see myself in photos, and the image is so different from who I really am,' she told Net-A-Porter in an interview last year. 'People always put me in things that are super-sexy and very stylized.'

And when she's in front of the camera, she admits to taking on a whole new persona.

'In my head, I’m so not sexy at all. I’m goofy and totally normal,' she told the outlet. 'It’s a character that I get into.'
