The Bristolian looked happier than ever as she went make-up-free in the post and let her hair fall in loose waves as she relaxed on a sun deck. The 29-year-old star stunned fans in a racy black bikini. Maya is known for her presenting skills but is also dubbed as the 'It-girl' by Vogue in 2023 for her effortless beauty and amazing body.

Fans rushed under her Instagram post to comment on the joy that beams through her pictures, one person said: "You deserve your smiles babes!!." Another added with love heart emojis: "If living your best life was a dump."

Maya also posted a cute picture of herself and her boyfriend Stormzy getting cosy in the crowd at the festival, dancing the night away with fans dubbing them 'King and Queen'. The TV and radio star looked effortlessly cool in a leather jacket and red lipstick, smiling as her rapper boyfriend wrapped his arms around her.

In 2019, the pair left fans heartbroken as they announced their split after a four-year relationship, Stormzy dropped his album Heavy Is The Head during the same year, which appeared to reference his split from Maya in the track Lessons. However, the couple reunited in October 2023, confirming they were back together when pictured on a trip to Greece.

In other snaps, Maya let her hair down with her pals as they attended the annual event together. Maya posed between pop and R&B girl group FLO whilst wearing a yellow and black knit dress, which she ripped during the raucous night out.

In another shot, Maya was seen with South Korean DJ and singer Peggy Gou as they sipped on cocktails and soaked up the atmosphere at a party. Pictures taken inside the festival show her friend on another pal's shoulder, while she also took a shot from the crowd.

Lucinda has since moved on with chart-topping DJ Nathan Dawe but her ex couldn't help but dish the dirt on their time together.

Zac revealed they were still very much together after appearing on the Aussie Love Island last year, but claims they stopped posting each other as Lucinda wanted to go on Love Island All Stars.

However, he came with evidence proving that the pair were still in contact a month after it was announced they had gone their separate ways.

Zac showed their final messages that only date back to March 29 - three weeks before the news broke about her relationship with Nathan.

The Sun recently revealed that Lucinda has grown close to music producer Nathan.

He has worked with a number of big names in the industry, including KSI, Little Mix, Anne-Marie, Joel Corry and Ella Henderson.

A source said: "They’re on holiday together in Dubai right now - it’s early days but they really like each other."

"I have been trying to heal my relationship with food and my body image for a long time now and feel as though I'm starting to make progress. I still have a long way to go. I'm not necessarily happy with where I am, but I'm happy with how I'm learning to cope with when I feel uncomfortable. I'm working hard to make sure every time I pick out a flaw within myself I back it up with a compliment. I'll look in the mirror and look at the size of my legs- my old reaction would be a breakdown.. Now I appreciate how strong they've become."

Jessie spends a lot of time outdoors and loves to swim. "Wholesome mornings with a spontaneous dip in the ocean," she captioned a post. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Jessie also tries to get her steps in. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

"But I feel like me as a person when I was made they had just basically forgot to give me boobs."

She then continued: “When I had the first boob job, it really did boost my confidence, I loved them, it made me feel more me and then I ruined them. You are not supposed to work out for six weeks after.

“So I am getting a second boob job because the first one I had three years ago, hands up it’s my fault, I worked out too soon.”

Zara McDermott has been branded "sensational" after sharing stunning new bikini photos while enjoying a luxury getaway to Dubai.

The Love Islander, 27, has been soaking up the sun on Bluewaters Island with her mum Karen and has made sure to document her incredible trip on Instagram with fans.

During a day spent relaxing by the pool at Banyan Tree Dubai, Zara took part in a mini-photoshoot, leaving fans speechless as she posed in a stylish blue swimming costume featuring a plunging neckline.

The Strictly Come Dancing star held an ice cream as she pouted for the camera, and captioned the shots: "one scoop of pistachio please".

Zara's post quickly racked up thousands of likes and her followers flocked to compliment her, including many of her fellow celebrity pals.

Love Island's Ella Thomas said: "Wow," while influencer Tayla-Blue said: "Ridiculous!!!!!!" and Nikita Kanda added: "Stunning," with two lovestruck emojis.

Zara's stunning photos come after she shared details of her latest BBC Three documentary, which will be available in March on iPlayer.

The documentary focuses on the 2022 Idaho Murders. Four students at the University of Idaho were murdered in November 2022 in an off-campus residence in Moscow, Idaho. The case was widely shared on social media, most notably TikTok.

Zara announced on Instagram: "ANNOUNCEMENT…. New documentary!!!! THE IDAHO MURDERS: TRIAL BY TIK TOK. My latest documentary, coming next month. A story that, like so many others, I became fascinated with. My social media became a constant flood of information on this case, from only a few hours after the tragedy occurred. What happened? And how did this horrific case become a viral sensation?

"I head to Moscow, Idaho, to discover the truth behind the viral rumours, and meet the true crime community who tried to solve this case."

She added: "What makes this documentary even more remarkable is the fact that this is my first ever creator credit on a project (!!!), and I know so many of you were (and still are) hooked on this case.

Lydia Karakyriakou wows in sauna on staycation

Lydia Karakyriakou first came into prominence when she appeared on season nine of Love Island. Since then, she's developed a huge social media following. Karakyriakou shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In some of them, she sat in a sauna by the hot tub. Karakyriakou wore a metallic swimsuit, her figure on display. Karakyriakou spends a lot of time outside. In these photos she posted on Instagram, she is seen outside. Mind.org states, "Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. For example, doing things like growing food or flowers, exercising outdoors or being around animals can have lots of positive effects."

One thing Karakyriakou does when she goes outside is going for a swim. In the first photo in this Instagram carousel post, she is seen wading in the ocean. Karakyriakou enjoys doing yoga. Specifically, outdoor yoga. Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of benefits. "Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem."

Karakyriakou enjoys drinking coffee. In this reel, she is seen enjoying cups of coffee. John Hopkins Medicine reports that coffee has a lot of benefits. "Caffeine is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about coffee. But coffee also contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation and protect against disease."

Molly Smith wowed in a white bikini as she showed off her enviable figure.

The Love Island star, who is currently coupled up with Tom Clare while her ex Callum Jones watches on, sported a Grace Jacob 'Coconut' bikini while sipping on a fresh coconut. The white swimwear set boasted flecks of gold and Molly finished off the look with a delicate necklace.

Meanwhile, in the upcoming instalment of Love Island on Friday, the Islanders have to choose which boy and girl they'd like to dump from the villa.

Arabella Chi shows off her body

Love Island: All Stars is happening right now, and some of the franchise's most memorable Islanders are returning for another chance at love. Among them is Arabella Chi, who first appeared in 2019. Chi shared her cast photo for the series in an Instagram collaboration with the show. In it, Chi wore a black swimsuit. Chi makes sure to do at-home workouts. For some of them, she likes using a resistance band. During the pandemic, Chi shared this resistance band workout video on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Self Isolation Workout ?? Training is a massive part of my life and I use it massively to help my anxiety so for me even in isolation I will make sure I still stay as active as possible @rickel_white and I put together 2 workouts this morning to help you guys out all you need is a resistance band."

Prior to appearing on All-Stars, Chi was in a relationship with an athlete. She talked about what she learned from that breakup to The Sun. "Last year was probably my unluckiest when it came to finding the one. I've been so unlucky in love. I've dated people I thought at the time were the one, which was a mistake I've since learnt from."

One thing Chi likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She even likes to do these exercises while on vacation. Chi shared this highlight reel on Instagram of herself at a resort. In them, she is seen lifting hand dumbbells and doing lateral pulldowns. She captioned the post, "Idyllic spa reset." Harvard Health reports, "U.S. exercise guidelines recommend that adults do strength training for all major muscle groups twice a week. This can be accomplished through a variety of workouts, including weightlifting, exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, and some types of yoga."

Millie Court is heating up Bondi Beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Love Island star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while sunbathing in Australia. "Wishing I was back laying on the beach," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Babe," commented one of her followers. "Absolutely incredible you are," added another.

During her appearance on Love Island, Millie gained weight and was trolled by her followers. What they didn't know is that she crash dieted to get camera ready – and it wasn't healthy for her. "[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it," she said in a post. "I went from a size 10 to a six, and it's the smallest I've ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I'd lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them."

Millie loves her body and embraces every curve. "We're all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don't get stuck to the beauty standard of 'perfection'," she wrote in the same post. "Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don't define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person."

Milllie is a big fan of a self-care routine. Her go-to method? Baths. "Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost ?…," she captioned this Instagram snap. Why should you take a nightly bath? Not only have they been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, but one recent study found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Millie maintains a healthy diet but allows herself to cheat. Her guilty pleasure? Burgers. "Last stop in LA," she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal's famous In-N-Out Burger.

One of Millie's favorite fitness methods is hiking – a great whole body workout says National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

In her recent post, Millie reads a book on the beach. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Millie understands the importance of hydration, snapping a photo of her Fiji water bottle during her day at the beach. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Zara McDermott is reminiscing about having fun in the sun. In a new social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her incredible body in a blue bathing suit from Sveti Vlas in Bulgaria. "Just found this pic from last year. How I wish I was in a bikini on the beach right now," she captioned the Instagram Stories snap of herself on the beach holding a tropical drink.

Zara works out three times a week with Chris Barker. He revealed to Glamour UK that his star client is devoted to fitness. "A usual week would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday training with me with two additional cardio sessions if she can. I like to program full body days, so we are working out as much of the body as possible, however I will make sure that we are able to focus at the same time on certain areas like her bum, for example, which she has wanted to focus on," he said.

Deadlifting, squats, and other glute exercises keep Zara's backside in great shape. "Learning how to perform these exercises correctly are a key foundation in any exercise program," Barker told Glamour. The key is, learning how to activate the glutes properly. "It is then using the key exercises like deadlifts, squats and hip thrusts and focusing on progressive overload (the principle behind most resistance training programs where you are either trying to lift a greater load or the lift the same load a greater number of times, thus putting the muscles under enough stress to elicit a response – meaning the muscle grows and becomes stronger)," he said.

Zara is a big fan of fitness apps, which she uses to track her calorie intake and portion sizes. Her trainer maintains that the apps have been helpful in educating her about nutrition. "Like most of my clients, Zara follows a high protein diet; we then reduce her carbohydrates and fats depending on how she is looking and feeling. Zara is a great cook so she has always been very good with this side of things and this is why she looks as amazing as she does."

Zara cheats on occasion. Her trainer explains that overly restrictive diets and telling people they can't drink alcohol or ever eat their favorite foods, "is setting them up for failure," he said. "By teaching the importance of nutrition and how you can still achieve your results while having the occasional drink or enjoying a pizza then my clients tend to adhere to the program better and actually achieve longer lasting results. Zara still enjoys foods that many people would consider 'bad' but if you are sticking to a caloric plan and not going over your calorie levels consistently, you are still able to achieve great results ….and Zara is testament to that."

While Zara isn't totally plant-based, she tries to eat a lot of produce, she revealed on Instagram. "For the longest time I have looked at integrating more plant-based food into my diet and just be a bit more flexible with what I fuel my body with, whilst maintaining protein and nutrition intake," she wrote. "As I mentioned before, ensuring I get enough protein is a priority to me, and not something I have had to compromise when adding meatless meals into my diet!"

Zara gets her nutrients from green juice and smoothies. "Juicy sundays," she captioned this snap of herself.
