Gabby Allen flaunts her toned physique

Gabby Allen has shared a candid Instagram post detailing her struggles with body confidence as she posted gallery of bikini-clad snaps on Thursday.

The Love Island star, 32, showed off her toned physique in a skimpy white bikini and in a lengthy caption admitted she's 'trying to reframe how she perceives herself'.

In her post, Gabby shared a list of body parts she's struggled to accept in recent years, and said that while others assume she's fully embraced her body, that is far from the case.

Gabby, who last month underwent a correct boob job after botched surgery, showed off her gym-honed figure in the barely-there white bikini in the collection of snaps.

She wrote: '5ft 2, big wonky ribs, hip dips, no waist - straight up and down, not thin enough but definitely not fat enough to moan, flat chested, chunky legs, arms too wide in pictures, bum not perky enough, not quite pretty enough…

'These are just a few of the things I have been given a hard time for AND/OR given myself a hard time over in the past and for transparency, some.

'I still have back and forth with now - apart from the flat chestedness… not any more b*****s!

'Sometimes (all the time) I worry about how I come across on social media, I don't wanna be too IN YA FACE, or appear ''big headed'' or sl***y or not fitness enough or not fashun enough or just like a t**t

'But then I see some other girls posts and I'm like YES girl! They look unreal and I would love to post similar stuff but the I don't because of ALL of the above- people's opinions and my opinion of myself.

'The reason I'm writing this is because I'm sure there are people out there, and I've been told people think I'm dead confident and have 'my sh*t together' but in actual fact, I don't at all & that's okay.

'But I'm going to keep f*****g trying! (Still trying since Love Island days when I had my lil meltdown)

'It IS actually something I'm actively now working on. At the end of the day, no one's opinions should really matter about ourself, apart from our own.

'I'm trying to reframe how perceive myself in the mirror. Instead of picking out bits I'm trying to change, I'm trying to see the bits I like.

'When I have a negative thought in my head, putting myself down, I'm trying to switch it to a positive more comforting feeling instead.

'I'm trying not compare myself to other people on social media by… not looking.

'I hope someone reads this and resonates with me and it gives them the bitta confidence boost today! 'Fake it til you make it' and all that! Love always.'

Gabby's post was soon flooded with comments praising her for speaking so candidly about her battles with body confidence.

Gabby Allen looked sensational as she stripped to a thong bikini for a holiday photoshoot following a secret second boob job.

The Love Island alumni showed off her gym-honed figure in the striking leopard print two-piece as she stood in the sea.

Personal trainer Gabby, 32, is clearly body confident, choosing skimpy swim pants and posing with her derriere to the camera to reveal her honed booty to full effect.

She left her blonde locks in beachy waves and quipped in her caption: "Sunsets and salty hair for the foreseeable plz ty."

The ITV2 matchmaking show star waded into the sea at sunset, letting the crystal-clear water lap at her knees.

Gabby took a sexy glance over her shoulder as she posed against the stunning natural backdrop.

One fan was quick to comment and remarked: "Insane."

A second put: "I mean can you get any better," as a third wrote: "Jesus Gabby."

Another added: "Oh my gawdddd," while one simply put: "Killing it."

Gabby found fame on Love Island's 2017 season.

The star recently showed off the results of her secret second boob job.

She told how she "ruined" her first implants back in 2017 after exercising too quickly after surgery.

She’s now had them done again, sharing before and after snaps with fans.

Gabby wrote on social media: "You can’t really see explicitly just how bad my boobs were prior to my second boob job but hopefully you can kinda get the gist.

"One nipple was looking up at ya and one nipple was looking for you… nearly under the armpit."

She added: "I have taken a much stricter approach to my recovery this time.

"But as annoying as it is having to do the job twice in 3 years, I actually much prefer the result this time - even if I hadn’t ruined them- I was told I couldn’t achieve a cleavage… I’m sorry but see exhibit A."

Previously she has talked about why she initially went under the knife, revealing: "I got a boob job in the first place because you probably saw on Love Island on nation TV that I cried to millions of people about not feeling pretty enough.

“A lot of the girls in there had either really gorgeous real boobs or really gorgeous fake boobs and this is nothing against people with small boobs and to be honest, I miss my small boobs.

"But I feel like me as a person when I was made they had just basically forgot to give me boobs."

She then continued: “When I had the first boob job, it really did boost my confidence, I loved them, it made me feel more me and then I ruined them. You are not supposed to work out for six weeks after.

“So I am getting a second boob job because the first one I had three years ago, hands up it’s my fault, I worked out too soon.”

She is no stranger to a daring bikini, meanwhile, or exotic trip, recently showing off her swimwear on a trip to the Maldives.
