New Trend on Instagram is posting sauna selfies

The sauna selfie has a number of benefits as we see it. 

Firstly, you have a valid excuse to not be wearing very much in the way of clothing. It’s the perfect opportunity to show off your teeniest bikini, your sexy plunge-neck one-piece, or to bare all with nothing more than a strategically placed towel. 

Secondly, the heat of the sauna provides a ready-made glow. Your skin will glisten seductively as the temperature rises, giving off an alluring shimmer. Unless you just go bright red when you get hot. Which is arguably less sexy.

Thirdly, the very fact of being in a sauna positions you as a woman of luxury. Yes, you have the time and resources to go to a fancy spa. Yes, wellness of body and mind is high on your list priorities. Yes, your body is a temple and you are a slightly sweaty goddess.

But don’t take our word for it – these celebrities have perfected the art to a T.

Lebanese Caroline Raphael is going after the Guinness World Record to travel the length of the Lebanon’s coast on a 4.2 meter stand-up paddleboard

On April 27, Caroline Raphael will try to cross 180 kilometers of open water in 24 hours, which translates to a 7.5-kilometer-per-hour average speed, without stops. The previous record distance on a stand up paddleboard was 177 km, set by American athlete Seychelle Hattingh, who is coaching Raphael via an online app, but that attempt was undertaken on flat water rather than the open Mediterranean.

Raphael has never before attempted such a feat of endurance: “I’m confident with my strength, but I’ve never done long distance,” she says.

But the challenges facing Raphael are not just in the water and along the coast: One of the biggest barriers she had to overcome was in the home. Her family, she says, has only just started to come round to her lifestyle as a full-time athlete. Traditional gender roles dictate that “the woman has to serve the man,” she says. “I used to fight with my family about that.”

Raphael is hoping her record attempt will help to challenge such ingrained ideas. “You can be all the woman you want to be but you don’t have to be in the kitchen.

Ricki Noel Lander did have some fame before her relationship with billionaire and owner of the New England Patriots, Robert Kraft

Ricki Noel Lander did have some fame before her relationship with billionaire Robert Kraft, appearing in television shows such as Ugly Betty, True Blood, and Blue Bloods.

Lander and Kraft had already drawn considerable attention for their 40-year age difference when the two started dating sometime around 2012 — following the death of Kraft’s wife, Myra. It was noted that Robert Kraft was despondent over the death of his wife of 48 years and threw himself into his work, often working seven days a week. Sources said that the relationship with Ricki Lander helped Kraft to get over his loss.

Fast forward, now the billionaire faces charges of soliciting a prostitute after he was twice videotaped in a sex act at a shopping-center massage parlor in Florida.

The 77-year-old Kraft denied any wrongdoing. The case comes amid a crackdown on sex trafficking from Palm Beach to Orlando in which police planted cameras in massage parlors.

Kraft was not immediately arrested. Jupiter police said a warrant will be issued and his attorneys will be notified. They said details about the misdemeanour charges against the owner of the Super Bowl champion team will not be released until next week.

Hundreds of arrest warrants have been issued in recent days as a result of the six-month investigation, and more are expected.

Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr said he was shocked to learn that Kraft, who is worth $6 billion, was paying for sex inside a shopping-centre massage parlour, the Orchids of Asia Day Spa. “We are as equally stunned as everyone else,” Kerr said.

Kraft is or was dating Ricki Noel Lander, and it is not clear the nature of that relationship at this time.

In all seriousness, human trafficking is a terrible scourge and it is very puzzling that someone like Kraft would get mixed up in something like this. Not that he wouldn’t be the sort of guy soliciting sex acts — that doesn’t seem all that shocking — but that he’d be going to a low-rent sex shop that uses veritable slave labor to charge clients $79 an hour is shocking.

The advantage of being that wealthy should be the ability to limit one’s prostitution choices to high-priced sex workers who are engaged in the industry of their own free will.

In the meantime Lander and Kraft have a lot to sort out that could go several directions. It is not the first time there has been conversary surrounding their relationship. Obviously something wasn’t perfect in the relationship.

Robert and his late wife Myra understood the power of philanthropy even before the Kraft Group had achieved significant financial success. For 50 years, the principle of giving back to your community and the world at large has been a core value of the group, with the Kraft family and its foundations contributing hundreds of millions of dollars to charities and nonprofits around the world.

Emma Stone has won many awards and was named by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the World

Emma Stone is the recipient of numerous accolades, including an Oscar, a BAFTA Award, and a Golden Globe Award, she was the highest-paid actress in the world in 2017. Stone has appeared in Forbes Celebrity 100 in 2013 and 2017, and was featured by Time as one of the 100 most influential people in the world.

For her latest movie, The Favourite, she was nominated for best actress.  

She says she was excited to only have to act in The Favourite.  The Oscar winner explained that for years, she's not only had to act in many of her starring roles, but also had to be a heavy collaborator to make them better.

Stone opened up about this when she and "The Favourite" director Yorgos Lanthimos ("The Lobster," "Killing of a Scared Deer") sat down with Business Insider in New York City earlier this month.

The movie - which follows two cousins who go to extreme lengths to top the other and court favor with Queen Anne in the early 18th century - is something Lanthimos had been developing alongside screenwriter Tony McNamara for seven years.

The script made it to Stone in 2015 (she plays one of the cousins opposite Rachel Weisz), and she could immediately tell from the first read that she wanted to get involved.

What does she do to stay in bikini shape? She does not do fade diets and she exercise.  She likes Rock and has always said that she likes to be outdoors as much as possible while she's working out. One of her favorite things to do is go rock-climbing at the Chelsea piers in New York.

She also likes Pilates. Stone is frequently spotted going in and out of a studio in El Lay (she's also a fan of weight-training!).

And she likes Walking. When Stone is in Hollywood and can't go indoor or outdoor rock-climbing, she takes long walks or jogs to get herself moving and the blood flowing.

Selena Gomez was the first person to reach 100 million Instagram followers

A couple of weeks ago Selena Gomez traveled to Mexico with her closest pals to celebrate her best friend Courtney Barry's bachelorette. Gomez posted a series of photos from their tropical getaway on Instagram.

"My best friend is getting married, so we celebrated her! The future Mrs. Lopez," Gomez captioned the cute social media snaps, which show the group of girls spending time on the beach together.

Barry also posted photos to social media, showing her and Gomez horseback riding. She also captioned a group photo, "had the best weekend celebrating with some of my closest lady friends. Hard to explain the love and joy I've felt this season."

Over the summer, Gomez and Barry celebrated their friendship by getting matching #1 tattoos.

Did you know that in 2013, Selena released her first solo album "Stars Dance" and the lead single "Come & Get It" from the album, became Gomez's first top ten entry on the Billboard Hot 100 list. In 2015, she released her second solo album "Revival," which debuted #1 on the Billboard 200 list.

She was the first person to reach 100 million Instagram followers in September 2016. She currently has 146 million followers and the only person who has more is soccer sensation Cristiano Ronaldo with 156 million.

The World's highest-paid model Kendall Jenner is being criticized after posting this photo on social media but we think she looks perfect?

Kendall Jenner is the world’s highest-paid model at the moment, and thus experiences no shortage of modeling jobs, snippets of which she often shares on her Instagram feed.

On Tuesday, the 22-year-old supermodel took to the popular social media platform to share a snapshot of herself rocking a black one-piece swimsuit that puts her long, slender body on full display.

From this, Kendall has been criticized for its thinness, many other users took the opportunity to body-shame for her small frame.

“Listen u don’t need fashion u need some food,” one user wrote, a comment that garnered more than 62 likes in a short amount of time.

This is far from being the first time Kendall is the target of body-shaming on the internet. As Marie Claire noted last year, the model was the target of online trolling when Kourtney Kardashian shared a bikini photo alongside Kendall and ex former family friend Jordyn Woods for Memorial Day Weekend.

Almost immediately, Instagram users took to the comments section to make fun of Kendall’s figure, calling her “anorexic” and accusing her of going under the knife, the report noted.

Lais Ribeiro talks about how her 7 years old son who really does not understand her job as a model

Best known for her association with Victoria’s Secret, Lais also appeared in Maxim magazine a few weeks ago and her nearly-nude picture left everyone’s jaws dropped.

Looking at her perfect body, many followers said that they can’t believe how a mother could be so sexy and fit.

Speaking about motherhood, Vogue interviewed the model where she revealed that having a child changes everything, and added that she tries to be a role model for her son.

During the same interview, Lais revealed that her 7-year-old son, Alexandre, looks up to her, but doesn’t really understand her job as a model.

“He actually doesn’t really know what I do. When my Self story came out, he saw the pictures and asked if it was me… I said it was me and that it’s my job and he replied, ‘What? Are you famous or something?'”

Doting on her five-month-old daughter with Bond star husband Daniel Craig and enjoying glowing reviews for her latest film, Oscar-winning actress Rachel Weisz reckons her world is now enough.  

Rachel was nominated for best supporting actress in her new film Favorite.  

Rachel, 48 – also mum to 12-year-old Henry with film-maker ex Darren Aronofsky, 49 – insists she will stop at being a mum of two.

“I definitely know there won’t be another one,” she says. “When I had my son I thought I’d have maybe two or three more.

“But the preciousness of a new life and family means so much more now I’m more mature and older. My son was a miracle and it was an incredible experience.

“But doing it again now I’m older is very deep and very precious. I am very lucky.”

How does Rachel stay in bikini shape? She does a 90-minute workout session, six days a week. Rachel Weisz uses her workouts to lose weight for her movies. She achieves weight loss through a combination of diet, cleansing, strength training, cardio routines, and martial arts.

In her new new period comedy-drama movie The Favourite, which is one of the front runners in the Oscar race with 10 nominations - one of which is a best supporting actress nod for Weisz.

The 48-year-old plays Sarah Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough, the woman who was the power behind the throne of Queen Anne (Olivia Colman) in 18th-century England.

Kate Upton is a lot of things including being a giant wave survivor

Kate Upton is - a new mom to an adorable little daughter, a three-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model, and, of course, a giant wave survivor!

Last year, Kate had a pretty intense moment when she plummeted from a rock after being hit by a wave during her SI Swimsuit 2018 photoshoot in Aruba. Kate was totally fine, but it definitely made for a crazy memory!

While making an appearance on a recent Tonight Show,  Kate told host Jimmy Fallon the story of how it all went down.

“We were trying to catch ‘The Little Mermaid wave’ and I think we did,” Kate said while discussing the stunning photo we captured before she took a tumble. But Kate was so focused on getting the perfect shot, she didn’t realize that a powerful wave was coming her way until it was too late.

“It was really scary. That moment when the wave hit, I lost all control,” Kate said after re-watching the clip of the incident. “Whenever it’s life or death, you free the nipple!” she joked.
