Before this, she opened about her struggles “2019 was a year of transformation and massive growth for me. I’m going to be transparent here. 2018-2019 were some of the hardest years for me yet. I’m grateful for everything I have in my life but mentally I struggled a ton. I was in and out of rehab twice as some of you may know.
“I struggled with some serious depression. I self harmed. I self medicated. I didn’t love myself. And on top of that I struggled with pandas which is a panic disorder. I couldn’t leave my house because I had so much social anxiety and was so insecure. I needed validation from people.
“I ran away from issues but in the end I asked for help. I put myself in an amazing rehab facility that taught me so much about self love and appreciation. I’ve spent this year focusing on bettering myself so if I’ve been MIA I love you all don’t get me wrong!! I’m so appreciative of all of you who follow me and support me and I’ve found some amazing friends this year.
“I’ve met some real true people that have helped me with my perspective on life. I’ve traveled to beautiful places and I’ve seen and experienced amazing cultures.
