Melissa Martínez is making a splash. The gorgeous ESPN personality shows off her incredible figure while taking a dip in a pool in one of her latest social media posts. "In the sancocho of my heart you are that cassava that came out good," she captioned the Instagram photos.

Melissa does a lot of cardio. Here she is on a treadmill, which is seriously inclined to maximize burn. Going for a daily walk – either outside or on a treadmill – can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Melissa loves drinking coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

Melissa exercises so she can eat more. "I'm going to the gym in the morning because I like to eat donuts, because I love custard. So I'm not going to lose them and I have to go to the gym because if not the compensation law, where would I be," she revealed in an Instagram post.

Melissa focuses on staying disciplined – with everything from work to diet and fitness. "Discipline is doing what I have to do, even if I don't feel like it (…) Being disciplined will help you more than being encouraged," she said in an Instagram post.

Melissa also loves swimming in the pool and in the ocean. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Johanna Fadul flaunts her incredible figure posing in a new set of photos

Johanna Fadul is cool looking fit in front of others, even when it's cold outside. Fadul just shared a new set of swimsuit photos this week on Instagram. In them, she posed in a pale orange bathing suit in the snow. She captioned the post, "Welcome March. Let's go with it all."

Fadul is an avid dancer. She shares a lot of dance videos on Instagram. Sometimes she dances with others. Fadul posted a video of herself and her partner, Juan Sequintero, dancing. She also shared a video of the couple dancing by the pool. Fadul captioned it, "I present to you my portable plane @juansequintero ?✈️? It always takes me wherever I want."

Fadul doesn't just like to dance with Sequintero. The couple also likes to do fitness challenges and post them on social media. They shared a recently Instagram collaboration of them doing lifts. Fadul recently tried ice baths as a wellness technique. She shared a video on Instagram of the experience. Fadul spends a lot of time outside. One thing she enjoys doing is going hiking. She shared photos on Instagram of herself hiking in Machu Picchu. Fadul captioned it, "Summary of today without filters!" Hiking has a lot of benefits for your health. The National Parks Services reports, "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between."

Tigerlilly Taylor is having a lovely holiday in the British Virgin Islands

British model Tigerlilly Taylor is having a lovely holiday in the British Virgin Islands. Taylor shared a series of photos of herself soaking up the sun in a variety of swimsuits. "BVI's… an ok time ???⛵️✨?," she captioned the tongue-in-cheek post.

Taylor made the best of COVID-19 lockdowns by switching to at-home workouts. "I've really been missing my Muay Thai training sessions so feel lucky that I have a bag here to train with," she says. "I've also been using Kayla Itsines' 'Sweat' app which is a great eight week bikini-bod programme."

Taylor takes a variety of supplements, including B vitamins, probiotics, and turmeric. "Curcumin [the active ingredient in turmeric] has many biological activities, not all of which are understood," says Mary-Eve Brown, RDN, CSO, LDN. "Like other colorful plant-based foods, turmeric is rich in phytonutrients that may protect the body by neutralizing free radicals (pollution, sunlight) and shielding the cells from damage. Anyone who's trying to manage inflammation could benefit from adding some turmeric to their foods."

Taylor enjoys vegan food but also loves seafood. "Phat Phuc noodle bar in Chelsea [London] is my favorite for pho and prawn dim sum," she says. "I also love a good vegan box from The Grain Shop in Portobello." Prawns—or shrimp—offer many health benefits, experts say. "Prawns are a useful source of the B group of vitamins, including B12 and folate," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "These vitamins play an important role in energy production and replenishing red blood cells. Prawns provide about 22 times the vitamin E levels of either chicken or beef. This fat-soluble vitamin acts as an antioxidant and may be protective against heart disease and cancer."

Taylor loves boxing workouts. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," says physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital. "You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Taylor uses face oils to keep her complexion beautiful and healthy. "I've had some skin issues recently so have been using isolation time to try and sort it out and give it a break from makeup," she says. "At the moment I'm using La Roche-Posay moisturizing wash. I love Sand and Sky pink clay mask and have been mixing it with frankincense powder. I also mix in a bit of frankincense oil with The Ordinary pressed rose oil for moisturizer. Basically frankincense everything."

Boi opened up about her life in an interview with Just Fashion Magazine. She says that she makes exercise a priority. Boi is consistent when it comes to her fitness. "I go to the gym two or three times a week," she says. "And when I can, I play tennis." Boi shared a photo on Instagram of herself on the tennis court. She also posted a photo of herself at the gym.

Boi has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She opened up about her process to Just Fashion Magazine. "I take great care of my skin," she says. "In various periods of my life, I have had to fight acne but luckily my sister Ilaria is a pharmacist and always helps me choose the right products."

One of Boi's secrets to taking care of her skin is removing her makeup. She makes sure to find the right products to get all of them off. "For me it is very important to remove make-up well," she says to Just Fashion Magazine. "The products I cannot give up are micellar water and thermal water to vaporize on the face."

Lucy Mecklenburgh is on vacation in Barbados

Lucy Mecklenburgh is on vacation in Barbados, and she's making sure to post some stunning photos on Instagram. She's currently spending time at the local beaches and in the sun. Mecklenburgh shared a new set of photos on her page this week. In it, she wore a light blue bathing suit and a cover-up. She captioned the post, "Barbados."

Mecklenburgh shared some of her wellness secrets and tips in an interview with Express. She says that she believes in making little changes to her routine. "Change one thing at a time, don't overwhelm yourself," she advises. "For me, it wasn't a massive weight loss journey but I did lose a bit of weight and toned up and felt fitter and healthier as a result."

In order to help herself get healthier, Mecklenburgh worked with trainer Cecilia Harris. She tells Express that Harris helped her with her diet. "Cecilia told me to eat breakfast, so that was a huge part for me," she says. "That little change made such a difference to my life. I had an omelette every morning and that automatically stopped my tea and biscuits at 11 o'clock.

Mecklenburgh makes sure to eat healthy, but she also still indulges. She tells Your Healthy Living that she uses the 80/20 rule. "When it comes to my own diet, I try to live by the 80:20 rule. So, from Monday to Friday I'm quite strict. I don't have any fast food or processed food. I'll have a veggie omelette for breakfast, for lunch I might have a chicken salad and maybe I'll have a Thai green curry for dinner. I make everything from scratch and I make sure that I have plenty of vegetables. At the weekend I'm very chilled out. I love food and I think it's there to be enjoyed. If I fancy a pizza or a bowl of pasta then I'll have it. That's what works for me – being strict during the week and a bit more relaxed at the weekend.

Mecklenburgh likes to cook healthy meals. She tells Your Healthy Living that she cooks a lot of dairy-free meals. "I do enjoy cooking but I have around a 30-minute limit and then I get bored," she says. "One of my favourite recipes to make is a dairy-free chicken and mushroom pie. I can't really have too much milk, and I always used to find that a lot of recipes always had cream in. So I invented a recipe with coconut milk and filo pastry, and it's absolutely amazing served with lots of green veg."

Mecklenburgh tells Your Healthy Living that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "I tend to work out around five times a week and I'll do anything from 20 minutes to an hour. It's usually HIIT-based training, with a bit of weight training, Pilates and barre. I would love to enjoy yoga but me and yoga have a bit of a love–hate relationship. I'm not very good at relaxing – it's one of my weaknesses. I find that a lot of people either love Pilates or yoga and I'm very much more a fan of Pilates."

Dove is a "fitness and health junkie," she revealed to Women's Health. She does cardio and strength training, and also takes Pilates, barre, and cycling classes. What kind of a routine should you strive for? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Dove revealed to Delish that she is a breakfast person, consuming high protein meals with good fats to start the day. Some of her favorite breakfast foods are avocado toast with salmon and a poached egg on top and flax seed oatmeal with flax seeds, chia seeds.

Dove keeps her diet clean. For lunch and dinner she will eat something like salmon with vegetables or chicken or fish with vegetables. "I tend to eat really clean, because I feel better when I do," she dished to Delish. Her guilty pleasure? "I really like British food. It's wholesome. I need hearty, carb-y food. I don't like sugar very much, but I like savory things like that."

One thing you won't find Dove eating? Red meat. "I just got to the point where if I eat red meat, my mood and energy plummet. I've just reached a weird moral point with it," she told Delish. Her substitute? A vegan burger with hummus on top.

Cameron loves dessert, but sticks to healthier options "I'm a terrible person. I like to trick people into eating something and then later tell them it's healthy. Because otherwise, people are like, 'this tastes healthy,'" she told Delish. "You have to make a gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free lemon bar, not tell anyone there's anything different about it, and when they all love it, you tell them."

Rhian recently reminds her followers: "You don't get the ass you want by sitting on it," showing off her grueling glute workout. However, she doesn't work out on Sundays, even though that's when she shared the video. "Gym on a Sunday!?? Who am I? I joke. This is a week old. I don't gym on a Sunday. No chance," she says.

Rhian's "three favorite healthy snacks" are: Avocado sprinkled with salt and black pepper, banana and peanut butter bagel, and a small portion of 85% dark chocolate. "Ok not so healthy but it certainly takes away any cravings for more sweet things," she says.

"Since I hit 30 I have noticed my body change more and more and it is very hard to keep in shape and keep everything where you want it to be. So it is very rewarding to see that people can appreciate the work that has been put in," Rhian tells Women Fitness about how it feels to be a fitness role model. "Social media puts a lot of pressure on women these days, keeping it real is the way forward. I am more than happy to post pics of me with a little pot belly after a heavy weekend. I think it is refreshing for people to show un airbrushed/retouched images – they aren't real life and aren't something that should be aspired too."

"Nutrition is my down fall," Rhian confessed to Women Fitness. "Crisps are my weakness. I don't think it is sustainable for me to cut out snacks and treats. I wouldn't stop myself from having what I want, I just try and have it in moderation. If I feel the urge to have something unhealthy, I will just make up for it the day after by eating healthy."

Flanagan is all about self-love and having confidence with her body. She has spoken about this on social media and in interviews. "It's nice to celebrate your body and what's good about it," she said to Closer. "I really like my figure – curves are sexier than being stick-thin – and I don't see why I shouldn't wear clothes that show it off."

Flanagan has three children, and she wants to be a role model for them. Especially when it comes to how they view health and their bodies. After having her third child, Flanagan opened up about how she is losing the baby weight and her approach on Instagram. "I am naturally slim, I eat what I want, when I want and do not diet," she writes. "I have cellulite, and my tummy sticks out more now after having Charlie, but I don't care. I want to be a good role model for my girls and teach them to love themselves exactly as they are."

Flanagan is all about encouraging other people, especially women. She talked about this in a recently Instagram post. "I shared a fashion reel a few days ago, and I was a bit taken back from the not so nice comments I got on the post. I was more shocked that the majority of them were from women. I'm a girls girl and very much for other women, and I always have another woman's back. I don't believe women should comment negatively about other women."

Flanagan has no time for haters, especially those who comment on her parenting. After being mom-shamed, she hit back on Instagram. "I'm probably babbling, but yeah that really irritates me, when people are just mean to mums," she says. "I won't go into the conversation too much because it's just too long, I just get really really annoyed when people aren't nice to mums."

Flanagan doesn't just stand up for herself, but for others. She supports causes that are important to her. After Russia's invasion of Ukraine, she shared her support for Ukraine on Instagram. Flanagan wrote, "I am truly devastated for all Ukrainians. My heart hurts."

Emmy Medders is feeling refreshed after a relaxing weekend in Miami, Florida. Chase Chrisley's fiancée shared a series of pictures of herself relaxing on a lounger on the beach, wearing a rust-colored bathing suit and beige coverup. "A weekend that was good for the soul," she captioned the post.

Medders uses a face roller to help maintain her skin health and appearance, which experts say can help encourage lymphatic drainage. ​​"The lymphatic system is your body's way of getting rid of toxins and unwanted bacteria in the body," says dermatologist Shilpi Khetarpal, MD. "So by rolling in a certain direction, you can improve the lymphatic flow and drainage of the face."

Medders loves her coffee, and drinks it every day. Researchers say coffee offers a wealth of health benefits—especially if it's hot. "Coffee has a lot of antioxidants, if you drink it in moderation, research shows it can be pretty good for you," says Megan Fuller, PhD. "We found the hot brew has more antioxidant capacity."

Medders takes collagen supplements as part of her skincare regimen. "As we age, the production of collagen slows and the collagen produced is less efficient – which underlies many of the changes we see with aging, such as wrinkling and sagging of the skin, joint pain, loss of height, and fractures," says Deborah Lee, MD. "The structure of collagen is organized with a complicated fiber system, with chains of amino acids arranged in fibrils, like strong ropes, to provide a tight and reliable support structure."

Medders is a huge fan of hydrafacials (her skin speaks for itself!). "This treatment is nice for teenagers with acne, adults with pimples, wrinkles, and hyper-pigmentation, and older patients with sun damage and even flaky pre-cancerous spots (as part of more serious treatments)," says Dr. Ellen Marmur, New York City-based dermatologist and founder of Marmur Metamorphosis. "Although beneficial to many skin types, those with active rashes, sunburns, or rosacea, along with pregnant patients, should abstain from this treatment."

Medders loves to exercise outside in the fresh air and sunshine. "Simply being outside in nature can help de-stress us, since it has been shown to lower salivary cortisol, one of the biomarkers of stress," says Suzanne Bartlett Hackenmiller, MD. "Research has also suggested that just five minutes in nature is all it takes for our brain to start thinking differently and for us to experience a more relaxed disposition."

Lindsay Brewer is heating up Maui in her swimsuit. The influencer and racing driver shows off her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a bathing suit on the beach in Hawaii. "Aloha," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, including several in her swimsuit.

According to Lindsay, you can do a workout anytime, anywhere: All you need is your body weight. She recently shared her beach workout with followers, and it consisted of a variety of simple by effective moves like planks, squats, situps, and running in place.

Lindsay is an avid golfer. "Guess my handicap," she captioned a series of snaps from the course. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Lindsay has a serious drive to succeed when it comes to everything from working out to her career. "You will never lose if you never quit..the 2022 season was very challenging for me physically. I struggled a lot with the car and never felt confident in my strength. Open wheel cars are tough, especially at this stage with high down force and no power steering. But I'll keep pushing every day and never give up. Bring on 2023," she captioned a New Year's post.

Lindsay is proof that lifting heavy weights doesn't necessarily bulk you up. She regularly lifts as part of her workout routine. "Been working super hard off track to get stronger. My strength has been a big challenge in these open wheel cars this year but I can see so much improvement already," she captioned a post.

Lindsay is also into racquet sports – especially tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Love Island star Cally Jane Beech is soaking up the desert sun in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Beech shared pictures of herself wearing a tiny bathing suit as she walked hand in hand with boyfriend DJ O'Neal. "A cute stroll on the beach with a side of acrobatics ?," she captioned the post.

"Sunless tanners are a safer option because they tint the top layer of the skin that sloughs off in two to three weeks."

Beech loves swimming and snorkeling in the sea. "Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed," says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. "Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases 'feel good' hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way. Learning to swim can allow you the opportunity to swim in beautiful places outdoors which many people find to be memories they cherish."

Beech never skips her yoga sessions, even on vacation. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," says board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor Natalie Nevins, DO. "As an osteopathic physician, I focus a lot of my efforts on preventive medicine and practices, and in the body's ability to heal itself. Yoga is a great tool for staying healthy because it's based on similar principles."

Romina Gaetani shows off her incredible figure

Romina Gaetani is having a happy day in her swimsuit! The Argentine actress shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit in one of her most recent posts, sharing a poem devoted to self-love with her many followers. "Happy day and every day," she wrote in the Instagram caption. "Bella," commented one of her followers, while many others left heart emojis.

During quarantine Romina became a vegan and started meditating. " I have wanted to do it for a long time and I have not been able to do it, even though I studied metaphysics for almost 10 years, I meditated, I went in for a weekend to study for hours a day. In this quarantine, food and meditation were my routine," she revealed in an Instagram post.

According to Romina's trainer, Aldo Giménez , physical trainer of the Ocampo Club, the actress works out three to four times a week and does circuit training. "This is a circuit that is different every week. Every seven days we change machines for anklets, elastic bands or for work with other elements, " he told La Nacion about their hour-long sessions.

Romina starts her workouts with cardio, which can be cycling, springing, climbing, or running outdoors. When she does cardio, her trainer alternates the intensity and speed in order to get her blood pumping. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

"Good buttocks and good legs are necessary to walk through life," Romina's trainer says. She does 15 to 20 reps of barbell squats and the glute machine. She also does upper and lower ab exercises, which also work her lets and glutes. She goes series of 30 reps.

Romina loves to surf. Here she is riding a wave in the ocean. Surfing is a great workout for the abs, as standing on a board forces you to stabilize your core. "Getting your heart rate up is widely known to be a huge factor in long term health. I don't need to convince any surfer that a long paddle, a big set wave, or a huge closeout can really get your heart racing. One study even found that the oxygen ventilation, a huge indicator of heart health, is about the same for surfers as it is for runners. A long surf sounds much better than a long run if you ask me," says the Center for Surf Research.

Too Hot To Handle star Georgia Hassarati is having a magical vacation in Oahu, Hawaii, taking full advantage of all the activities available on the beautiful island. Hassarati loves to bake at home, and makes a mean apple and rhubarb pie. "One of the main reasons why people cultivate and eat rhubarb is its astounding nutritional value," says John Staughton, BASc, BFA. "It is packed with minerals, vitamins. organic compounds, and other nutrients that make it ideal for keeping our bodies healthy."

Hassarati loves to snorkel in the sea whenever she gets the chance. "Exercising in natural environments has been shown to have greater benefits for mental health than exercising elsewhere. This is because it combines the benefits of exercise with the restorative effects of being in nature. Swimming in the ocean is no less the case," says Sergio Diez Alvarez, Director Of Medicine, The Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospital, University of Newcastle.

Hassarati loves cycling outdoors. "Riding a bike is a low-impact, high-cardio exercise that's inclusive of all fitness levels," says certified personal trainer Sara Fruendt. "Bike riding is also easier on your joints and great for athletes recovering from injuries… Indoor biking allows you to see your markers such as miles, time, and resistance, but requires you to independently change these settings versus outdoors where you ride with the natural terrain and are exposed to different inclines. Both increase cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, and strength, but outdoor biking focuses more on your core as you are dealing with different terrain versus indoor, which is focused more on the lower-body."

Carmen Electra is showing off her toned physique, posing by a pool

Carmen Electra is showing off the strong, toned physique that comes from years of dancing and enjoying a healthy diet. The 50-year-old actress shared a picture of herself posing by a pool in heels and a white two-piece swimsuit. "VIPs only," reads the text over her sultry snap.

Electra starts the day with a fruit and veggie-packed smoothie. "Smoothies help you incorporate more fruits and veggies into your day, which the majority of people (90%, according to the CDC!) are lacking," says Chelsea Gloeckner, a registered dietitian with a master's in nutrition. "The fiber from fruits and veggies can help keep you full and satisfied, feed the healthy bacteria in your gut to support a healthy immune system, provide antioxidants to reduce inflammation in the body, and help keep you hydrated to provide that much-needed energy boost."

Electra loves seafood and says sushi often gets her through the days. "Sushi can be a healthy choice, but it depends on the type you choose and the ingredients used," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "Oily fish, such as salmon, provides omega-3, which is an essential fatty acid and has to be obtained from your diet. The World Health Organisation recommends eating 1-2 portions of oily fish a week, so sushi may be a delicious way to help reach these targets."

Electra has a background in dance, and says it helps her stay disciplined about her physical fitness. "The social aspects of dance help to make it very attractive for an increasing number of people versus, say, an elliptical training machine," says Polly de Mille, exercise physiologist at the Women's Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery. "Scientific studies are now also telling us that many things make dancing an excellent fitness regimen with attractive benefits."

Electra's health and wellness philosophy is to keep things simple and straightforward. "Having a healthy lifestyle isn't that complicated—you need to exercise, eat right, stay hydrated, get the right amount of rest, and, most important, try to live as stress-free as possible," she says. "One of the sexiest qualities you can have is to be confident in who you are. You have to accept yourself for who you are, flaws and all. Always be yourself."

Electra swears by drinking plenty of water to keep her skin looking and feeling beautiful. "My skin routine starts off with my SkinCeuticals Facial Cleanser, then a light scrub," she says. "If I've had a lot of makeup on that is not coming all the way off of my skin easily, I use Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser. It really gets all the makeup off while keeping the moisture in. Ella Rae was posing on the beach

Ella Rae Wise is back filming The Only Way Is Essex. And she's gotten the opportunity to do so in an amazing place. Wise is currently in Phuket, Thailand shooting, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she posed on the beach in a leopard bathing suit with red trim. She captioned the post, "Day 1 of filming."

Wise opened up about her diet to Closer. She says that she likes to eat a lot of home cooked meals. "For the majority of the time, I have lunch at home," she says. "So it's quite healthy. Either a tuna salad or a cheese and onion toastie or mackerel with toast. For dinner, Mum will make a chicken and chorizo pasta, a curry or a chilli con carne."

In an interview with Heatworld, Wise talked about her favorite beauty products. She talked about what she uses on her hair. "I don't feel clean unless I wash my hair, so I will have to wash it on a Sunday. I have extensions so my shampoo and conditioner have to be sulphate-free. I've been sticking to Beauty Works Shampoo (£11.95) and Conditioner (£11.99) as that's where my extensions are from. You use so much heat when styling extensions and your real hair takes the brunt of it, so I like to keep my hair hydrated."

Wise also talked about her skincare secrets to Heatworld. She says that she's a fan of priming her skin. Katie McGlynn enjoying a sauna

Katie McGlynn is best known for her time on the hit series, Coronation Street. She's currently having a spa day, and is sharing highlights on her Instagram. One thing she is doing is going to the sauna. McGlynn posted a new photo of herself outside the sauna in a green leopard print bathing suit. She captioned the post, "Blissful spa day."

McGlynn opened up to Revive Magazine about what it was like to leave Coronation Street, and how she handles her feelings. "At the time of filming, I didn't feel affected. The days were so hectic, and there wasn't enough time to think about it. When I did feel sad, I just thought about why we were doing it and the people we were doing it for. During upsetting scenes, we'd try to have a laugh and cheer each other up in between filming. We're all a big family at Corrie. It wasn't until I left the show, I realised the storyline had affected me emotionally. At this point, you've got to talk about it and process it in your mind – that's when it hit me personally."

McGlynn wants to raise awareness about things. She tells Revive that she pushed for her character on Coronation Street to have terminal cancer, to give people more information about it. "At first, it was unclear whether the cancer would be terminal or if Sinead would survive, but I wanted it to be terminal to raise awareness. While a lot of people do survive, a lot don't, and often on TV shows you don't see the true reality. With a platform like Coronation Street, it was an excellent opportunity to showcase the truth. We were in a great position to make a difference."

In 2019, McGlynn decided to get healthier. She opened up about her journey on Instagram. One thing she did was work with a trainer, and shared what her weekly sessions were like in different posts. In McGlynn's first post, she wrote, "First week of my Body Transformation at @up_north_pt. After a busy year of filming, my fitness has really taken a backseat and I don't feel 100% myself so I've decided it's time to hit the reset button. Over the next few months I'm challenging both my mind and body – solely focusing on my training and nutrition. I've trained at U.P. for years and completely fell in love with it, so I'm really excited to get stuck in again… but now under the watchful eye of @oliviadevall. I have definitely felt it this week. It's been really tough and I've noticed I'm not as strong as usual, but I am SO ready for this…bring it on!"

To get in shape, McGlynn went on a diet plan. She talked about it in an interview with Express. "It was simple to follow the diet," she says. "There were no shakes, or packets of this or that. Just good fats, like salmon, eggs and nut butter. I don't eat red meat, and I've been having oats at night because they help me sleep."

McGlynn is committed to staying healthy. She tells Express that she plans on sticking with her new lifestyle, even after the plan ends. "After my programme is finished, I won't stop. I'm going to carry on with it, because I have a taste for fitness now." McGlynn opened up about why she wants to keep this up. "I'm more confident than I've ever been, and I have more energy."

Emma Hernan enjoys a beach vacation in Mexico

Emma Hernan took a mini vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this week and documented her good times on social media.

The 31-year-old reality TV siren wore a very skimpy bikini that made the most of her cleavage and tiny waistline as she sunbathed by a swimming pool in images shared to Instagram on Tuesday.

The bathing beauty was modeling a tiny leopard print bikini that was strapless and had a gold circle over the chest for added allure.

Her blonde hair was worn up in a messy bun and she added dark sunglasses with a beige frame as she splashed around in a swimming pool.

'Just put in my transfer request to relocate to the Cabo office✌,' wrote the real estate agent in her caption. Pal and Selling Sunset co-star Chrishell Stause, who was seen in Hollywood last week, gave her three fire emojis in the comment box.

Emma has been South Of The Border all week as she soaked up the sun while enjoying mimosas and power walks on the beach.

Emma was seen doing her best Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model pose in her white two piece that displayed her toned and tanned body very well.

The siren was also seen in a green two piece with a lace cover up coat as she stood in the outdoor area of the resort, and before that she was in a maroon number with tinted sunglasses.

Emma was born and raised in the beach town of Scituate, Massachusetts.

The blonde also works as CEO of her plant-based empanada company, Emma Leigh & Co.

Hernan has worked for the Oppenheim Group since 2017 and joined the team formally a year later after getting her license.

Emma told Nylon: 'When I signed on to do the show, I was definitely... not hesitant, but I didn’t know exactly what I was signing up for, and to be honest, it’s been very second nature to me.

'I’m very comfortable with the cameras around. I’m 100% myself, whether it's on camera, off camera and I think it's important to stay genuine to who you are.'

But Emma has only recently entered the bigger spotlight.

She has a difficult past with Sunset co-star Christine Quinn who share ex-boyfriend Peter Cornell. There were hints that they may have overlapped with Peter which played out on season four of Sunset.

Fellow cast member Fitzgerald told Cosmopolitan UK, 'I think the producers found out she had a history with Christine.'

Fitzgerald also hinted of the Season four drama is 'deceptive.'

She added: 'So, in season four viewers are going to have to pay attention to what’s happening and put the pieces together, because there’s a lot of crocodile tears.'

In August she said she suffered as a child.

Hernan's life was not always so easy, she told the chart-topping podcast Money Rehab with Nicole Lapin, which is produced by iHeart.

'I always try and take the high road, I have throughout my whole life and have dealt with... situations that weren't fun,' she shared on the show.

'Even in high school just being bullied by girls. I wasn't even allowed to go in the hallway at the same time... because they were gonna beat me up for no reason.'

But she ignored it.

'My biggest piece of advice for conflict is to take the high road. Normally if someone is coming after you nonstop it's an issue with them... it's not you,' she explained.

'Remove yourself from the negative energy and focus on the positive.'

Emma came to fame in 2022 when she celebrated her birthday at a beach resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

She was with her cast mate, 41-year-old Chrishell. The two ladies posed in matching white string bikinis by the swimming pool.

'ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!' Emma began her note on Instagram. 'Swipe to see my bestie and buns,' she added as she tagged her pal Chrishell.

Yazmin Oukhellou flaunts her famous curves

Yazmin is waking up Dubai in her swimsuit. The TOWIE star flaunts her famous curves in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, also sharing a motivating message with her followers. "Good morning my lovelies I hope you all have the best day. Don't worry about yesterday. Or the day before that. Today is a chance for a fresh start and a chance to be whoever it is you want to be. Love Yaz," she captioned the Instagram photo.

Yazmin fuels up with protein. She recently dished about her diet to Closer. "For breakfast, I'll have a protein shake, usually a cookies and cream flavor. I love it with a dollop of peanut better," she said. "For lunch, I'll have something Turkish, like chicken with either bulgur rice or plain rice and salad. For dinner, I'll make a chicken stir fry or fajitas, or a Bolognese.

If you want a body like Yazmin, you are going to have to sweat for it. "If I feel like I want to exercise I'll go every day for a week, but then a week later I won't go for a fortnight," she told New UK. "My break-up [with James Lock] has done me wonders, because that's what's got me back into the gym. When I was with James I was comfort eating and putting on weight, but now I'm single I want to get that revenge body." What is her workout? "A warm-up run for 10-15 minutes, then I'll do squats and planks to rm my bum and abs."

Yazmin refuses to deprive herself. "I love sweets," Yazmin confessed to Closer. "I've got a whole sweet cupboard in my house!" She told New UK that how she eats depends on her mood. "Sometimes I want to be really healthy or vegetarian," she said. "I'm dairy and gluten intolerant, but I still eat them. I'll get bloated, but it doesn't happen all the time."

Yazmin admits that she struggles with self-confidence and "110 percent" feels pressure to "look a certain way." However, she feels her best when she is taking care of herself. "Like all women, if I've been going to the gym for a week then I start to feel good in myself. But if I have a couple of weeks off and start binge eating, then I don't feel as confident," she told New UK.

Yazmin recently started swimming. "Your fitness is 100% mental. When I was told I may not be able to use my arm fully again so I asked if I could start swimming. I was told you can try but you won't be able to for a good while. I told myself don't listen Yaz. Your going swimming tomorrow. And I did. I swam five lengths and I cried and called my mum. This has taught me that anything you want to achieve in life. No matter what it is. No matter how many times others tell you that you can't. You CAN. Don't listen to anyone other than your own mind. If you want something you CAN achieve it. & guess what I now swim 60 lengths most days," she said in an Instagram post.
