Dixie D'Amelio shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas

Dixie D'Amelio is heating up Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, kissing hockey player Trevor Zegras on a boat. "Sunshine!!" she captioned the series of snaps. "Omgggggggggg ????" commented Alix Earle. "WHO IS HEEEEEE OMG," added another.

Dixie maintains that exercise is beneficial for her physical and mental health. "Even though I would love to work out every day and be in the best shape of my life, I don't always have the time," she told People. The D'Amelio clan – including her sister, Charlie and mother, Heidi – work out with trainer-to-the-stars Ben Bruno.

Dixie maintains that "breathing" exercises, help relax her. "I need to breathe, and breathing has really helped me a lot with everything I've done. For a long time, I thought it was kind of silly and a waste of time, but now it's a huge part of my life," she told People. Sometimes she uses the app Breathwrk. "I love using it to help control my breathing when I'm in a really anxious moment," she said.

Dixie prioritizes her mental health. "Being able to focus on my mental health and feel better that way, I've seen such a huge change in my life and just how I am as a person," she told People.

Dixie, along with her sister, skyrocketed to fame for her dancing skills. Why should you start dancing? Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but aerobic exercise helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Dixie understands the physical health benefits of biking, which, according to the Cleveland Clinic is a a low-impact aerobic exercise that is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis. In a recent post she showed off her cycling moves.

"It's just a personal choice, and I think if there's something you want to do for yourself then do it. I would never go on the internet and lie or not say something … like, 'Oh yeah, they just grew overnight?' No, so got to keep it real."

Alix Earle is flaunting her fit figure on the beach

Alix Earle is playing Uno on the beach in her bathing suit. The mega-influencer steams up the shoreline in one of her latest social media posts, playing the classic card game in an Agua Bendita swimsuit. "A game I didn't know I missed: Uno," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Alix drinks lots of water, keeping a plastic water bottle filled with H2O whenever she is exercising. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Alix maintains a healthy diet. One of her favorite restaurants is Pura Vida in Miami. "This was the best spot to get food on campus. Everyone was obsessed with it. The line was at least an hour long, and you'd see everyone there. I got all of my meals from there because they let you put it on your card swipes for school, so I abused that. Then they closed on campus, but started opening up everywhere. They were literally popping up like McDonald's and it's everyone's favorite spot. I'll go there either for food or a smoothie. It's so good," she recently told Interview. For breakfast she might eat boiled eggs with avocado toast. She also loves meat, bagels, pasta, tacos, and sushi. Her "go to meal everyday" is an egg omelet, avocado slices, and tomatoes.

Alix enjoys the perk of caffeine in the morning. "You know I love my iced coffee," she told PopSugar. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Alix makes healthy eating fun. "Farmer's Market Wednesday," is a regular part of her week, when she stocks up on healthy fruits and veggies to make her antioxidant-rich acai bowls.

She continues, "It was definitely really scary at first: I did not want to post my acne all over my face and my neck and then go to school and know that probably everyone I'm sitting next to me saw this on the internet, but it honestly was so overwhelmingly positive."
