Amber Turner flaunts her abs in a bikini

Amber Turner showed off her sizzling physique as she joined Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green to start filming the 33rd series in Bali.

The trio jetted abroad earlier this week with the cast to shoot scenes for the brand new season.

And Amber, 30, ensured she turned heads as she displayed her sculpted abs and toned figure in a busy maroon bikini with a matching lace sarong.

The reality star added glamour with starfish-shaped gold maxi earrings as well as a choker and silver Hermes sandals.

Meanwhile Chloe, 32, boosted her slender figure in a skimpy knit striped bikini, which perfectly enhanced her curves.

She matched her beach look with with a cream embroidered sarong, which she wore open in the front, with a gold belly chain.

The stunner donned black rounded shades and matching sandals - while adding a slew of dainty jewellery including an array of necklaces and bracelets, as well as gold hoop earrings.

Courtney showcased her honed curves in a gorgeous lilac set including a maxi beach skirt and a tiny bra, which drew attention to her ample assets.

The internet personality, 28, opted for brown retro sunglasses to shield from the hot sunshine, and sported a pricy Chanel choker necklace as well as pearl-beaded bracelet and a watch.

The three Essex beauties turned up the heat striking a slew of poses for the lens, before heading out to film some scenes on a boat.

Elsewhere Elma Pazar and Ella Rae Wise commanded attention on the beach as the pair took to the sea to film some fun bits on jet-skis.

Elma, 30, set pulses racing as she showed off her fit physique in a baby blue bikini with laces.

The former Love Island sensation exuded confidence while posing.

Meanwhile Ella, 23, boosted her honed curves in a multicolour print two-piece, adding a matching scrunchy sarong.

The Ex On The Beach star donned gold jewellery, as she seemed to enjoy her adventure in the stunning Indonesian island province.

The pair seemed over the moon drifting on their jet skis, as they got to ride one each.

They posed up a storm as they were captured getting out of the water.

Meanwhile the boys Dan Edgar, Roman Hacketts and James Bennewith were snapped enjoying some time out at the beach.

Dan, 33, rocked a black shirt which he wore open and orange trunks.

Roman, 21, displayed his ripped abs as he wore a green shirt open and cream trunks, while flashing his Calvin Klein underwear.

Elsewhere James, 32, known as Diags on the show - seemed to be all in for a city tour as he was seen carrying a Bali tourist map in his hands.

The star opted for an all-black look with open short-sleeve shirt and matching trunks.

Danni Imbert, Harry Derbidge and Saffron Lempriere kept busy filming at the cast 5-star luxury hotel in the city.

Brining new drama and twists for the 33rd instalment of the hit ITV show, Saffron was captured plunging into a maxi pool covered in petals.

The internet star, 31, appeared to be having the time of her life while dancing around and giggling, before she dived in with her clothes on.

She donned a multicolour print strappy dress, but didn't seem to have a care in the world about her outfit.

The trio appeared in really high spirits and seemed they were making the most of her lavish stay.

Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Teresa enjoys yoga . "Don't forget to take time for yourself this weekend. As a busy mom of 4 I make it a priority to workout with my amazing trainers, Louie and my daughters a few days a week. Sending Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ to you! ? #selfcare #BeElectric," she wrote about a photo of herself striking a pose. According to Harvard Health, yoga is a great workout. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

"The most important thing is eating very clean," Teresa told Bravo about the importance of a healthy eating routine. "My diet has changed. I even hate the word 'diet' but I can't eat carbs anymore. Like, I'm an Italian girl, I can't eat my pasta — I gotta eat good carbs."

For Teresa "drinking a gallon of water every day" while training is a must. Why is hydration key? Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues, says theMayo Clinic.

Sam Pinto shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Bali

Sam Pinto is steaming up Bali in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Filippina actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Bali. "Sunset sessions," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "On fiiiiiire!!" added another.

Sam does short workouts daily. "Every day, I do at least 20 minutes of workout. I wake up 20 minutes earlier. I work out at home with apps or I use my coach's program and do it at home. Right now, I'm just working on my butt and abs. For my abs, I do crunches and I use a foam roller. I do ab twists. I do more toning exercises. I don't lift weights. I use ankle weights for my butt," she revealed to Philstar Global.

Health is "living a full fit lifestyle," says Sam. "At home, we have healthy food. Our rice has different colors –purple, brown, and red. Every day, we have veggie juice with beets or ampalaya. You have to mix it with fruits to make it drinkable. Since I was young, I've been exposed to healthy food. In my line of business, it's hard to be healthy; during tapings, we just eat what's available. Whenever I have the chance, and at home, I always eat healthy food."

Sam stays motivated to exercise by enjoying all the benefits of fitness. "Physically, I saw how I am way stronger in everything I do and have more energy. When you're fit, you feel that you can do more," she told Philstar.

Sam doesn't follow a particular diet and eats what she wants. However, she does pay attention to portion sizes. "I don't eat much, but I eat often. I eat everything like pizza and burgers but in small amounts," she told Philstar. "It's what we're used to at home. I never gained weight or changed weight for that matter."

Why does Sam love her body? "I love my shape because I worked hard for it and I'm happy with it. When you work hard for your body, in return from the inside, you feel good. If you have it, flaunt it! If you have the [chest], [behind], legs, then you flaunt it. Improve on it. Be proud of it," she told Philstar.

Gigi Paris shares photos as an island girl

Gigi Paris first came into prominence when she began dating actor Glen Powell. She is also a model, and shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. Paris recently took a vacation, and shared some highlights this week. In them, she wore a black swimsuit. Paris captioned the post, "Island girl."

Paris loves to practice yoga to stay in shape. She even became a certified yoga teacher in 2019. Paris opened up about this in this Instagram post. "It's been exactly 2 years since I became yoga certified after 300 hours of training in Bali," she wrote in the caption. "This trip is hard to put into words, but to say the least, I went in without any idea of how much it would change my life. I miss all of my Gili girls & I'm so thankful for our time spent in the Shala, practicing yoga, learning about ourselves, sharing some tears, & lots & lots of dancing to some pretty questionable music choices."

Paris spends a lot of time outside. She likes to swim to stay in shape. Paris shared this photo on Instagram of herself underwater. She captioned it, "Mentally here." Paris also posted these photos and one video of herself in a pool. She captioned that post, "Good for the soul." Lastly, she shared these photos of herself in a pool at a resort. Paris captioned them, "A little slice of heaven."

Paris is a big believer in practicing self-care. She talked about the importance of this in the caption of this Instagram video of her doing yoga. "Self care is one of the greatest forms of self love. ?Checking in, slowing down, & being grateful for every single bone in your body."

Paris doesn't always have to go to the gym to work out. She likes to do at-home workouts. Paris revealed in the caption of this Instagram video that she takes virtual classes. Paris knows how to deal with the rough times life throws at her. She talked about the importance of doing so, and what her process is in the caption of this Instagram yoga video. Evelyn Ellis flaunts her incredibly fit figure

Evelyn Ellis is burning up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. In a new post the Married at First Sight star, who has been dubbed the "hottest bride ever" in the show's history, flaunts her incredibly fit figure in a tiny bathing suit while on the beach in Vietnam. "Hottestttt," commented one of her followers. "Gorgeous," added another, while many more simply left behind fire emojis.

Evelyn is big into jet skiing. In a "recent dump" she showed off her body while on a jet ski. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Another water sport that Evelyn enjoys is swimming. "I should probably get travel insurance," she joked about a photo of herself swimming with dolphins. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses.

Evelyn has a favorite form of self-care: Baths. "Always wanted to do this," she captioned a photo from Bali of herself soaking in flower petals. Baths have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Evelyn is a walker and has a workout buddy: Her dog."Hiii everyone this is noodle," she captioned a post, introducing her pooch. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

In the winter you can find Evelyn skiing. "Bridget Jones goes to Aspen and nearly breaks her neck," she captioned a photo of herself taken during a ski trip. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Katheryn Winnick shared pictures of herself in Bali

Animal star Triptii Dimri recently enjoyed a magical trip to beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Dimri, who plays Zoya Riaz in the movie, shared a picture of herself posing in a black swimsuit in a gorgeous outdoor pool. Behind her was a giant screen of lush greenery and vivid flowers. "Life is better in Green?," she captioned the post. "Balinese beauty," a fan commented.

Dimri found herself learning the craft of acting while on the job. "At the time when I did Laila Majnu, I hadn't done even a single workshop," she says. "I was unaware of the process one goes through while playing a lead in a film. So these workshops, character reading sessions and discussions over backstories were all new to me. When I used to attend these discussions with Imtiaz Ali sir (who co-wrote the screenplay and presented the film), Sajid Ali (director) and Avinash Tiwary (co-star), I would sit there with blank expressions. The first schedule of the film was a little challenging for me. Before the second schedule rolled out, the team asked me to take up acting classes. It was during this course that I enjoyed acting and realized I want to pursue it as my profession."

Dimri took advantage of the pandemic lockdowns to work on herself. "I think I was not working out enough," she says. "It is not something someone asked me to do, but that I realized it myself and now I am exercising to stay fit and in shape, thoroughly. I also try and be a little more active on social media. I feel it is important to keep your audience engaged and communicate with them on a regular basis."

Dimri now works out several times a week. "I make sure that I work out at least five to six times a week," she says. "I was not very consistent with my workout the past two or three years but since 2023 I have been trying to be consistent with my workout even if I am working, I make sure that I incorporate at least 45 minutes to one hour of workout. I recently started doing weight training, I play tennis every alternate day, and I try to do yoga on my off days. Yoga has helped me calm down so much and has helped me bring back my flexibility also."

Dimri enjoys a balanced diet without restrictive rules. "I do not believe in skipping anything when it comes to food," she says. "It is especially important to binge on your favorite foods every once in a while because it is important to take care of your mental health as well. I eat my favorite things, which are noodles and hummus at least once or twice a week. Most days I try to keep it healthy. I try to have home-cooked meals. I have dal chawal and vegetables and parathas. I try to have early dinners because that is one thing that has worked wonders for me. When you have early dinners, your system gets a good 2-3 hours to digest your food properly before you go to bed."

Dimri works hard to keep stress at bay. "Even though you do not want to take the stress you end up taking a lot of stress for a lot of stupid reasons," she says. "That is why it is important to ground yourself, find your balance, and make sure you are doing things that are good for the mind and good for the soul. So, meditation is one thing that has helped me with a lot of other things in life. I do not think I am going to leave that practice ever. I think even if I get 5 minutes or 10 minutes on hectic days, I make sure that I sit by myself without my phone, without any distractions, even if it is for 5 minutes and it does work like magic."

Brittney Palmer shares some new photos from Bali

UFC Octagon Girl Brittney Palmer is enjoying the ultimate girls trip away with BFF Arianny Celeste in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Palmer, 36, shared a picture of herself posing in a bikini next to Celeste, with both women looking tan and relaxed. "Tropical Paradise with my Bali Bestie @ariannyceleste ?You do NOT want to miss this #IYKYK," she captioned the post.

Palmer's daily diet consists of green juice, sushi with brown rice, and protein shakes. "I usually eat 1-2 meals a day and then consume protein shakes. That's what works for me," she says. "I don't eat many carbs and try to stay away from sugar. I never eat French fries and I don't remember what a donut tastes like. I'm half English, then French, Scots-Irish and German. So being half-English and having that European blood –my family is on the curvy side so I have to watch out for everything. I've discovered what is good for my body and what isn't. I thought drinking coconut water every day was the best thing for you but it's loaded with sugar. As soon as I stopped I noticed a difference."

Palmer's philosophy to working out is to be realistic and made good choices overall. "My body type is responsive to lots of cardio so I'll do an hour of cardio and some abs, or 30 minutes of cardio and some yoga," she says. "Don't drive yourself too crazy (about your weight). Be the best you possibly can with what's available to you. If you need to lose 15 or 20 pounds you have to understand that – depending on how much you weigh – that's a lot of weight and you don't want to kill yourself. Doing your best is all you can do. You don't want short-term solutions; you want something long-term so you might have to completely change your lifestyle."

Palmer eats plenty of fish to fuel her workouts. "I am a pescatarian so I naturally eat very healthy," she says. "I definitely always make sure to have a cheat day though! I change my workouts every day of the week. One day I will do spin, the next day I will work with my trainer, the next day I will take a boxing class, the next day I will do hot yoga, I think it's important to always shock your body! Hold yourself accountable. If you know that you have been eating bad or drinking a little too much take that into consideration when planning your workouts or weekly eating habits."

Palmer keeps her skincare routine simple. "Before big events or hitting The Octagon for fights, I love to keep my skin very moisturized and use a toner because I will be packing a lot of makeup on my face for a good amount of time," she says. "I think it's good to have a barrier between the two. I also like to use a lot of face mists to keep my skin hydrated throughout the night."

Palmer is glad she doesn't have the lifestyle of a UFC fighter. "Fighters eat a lot more protein – you know, they're men so they eat a lot more!" she says. "Fighters have to eat very strict; that's the career path that they chose. I still like to enjoy myself and have a cocktail and a dessert here and there, so we definitely have different diets. Their diets probably would help me but I won't be opting for that any time soon."

Ashley Argota enjoyed her trip to Bali

True Jackson star Ashley Argota is on the trip of a lifetime to the beautiful Nusa Dua location in Bali, Indonesia. Argota, 30, and husband Mick Torres are celebrating their anniversary at the luxury resort, and the star shared pictures of herself wearing a lilac bikini as she posed in a stunning crystal-clear swimming pool. "Nusa Dua!! My jobs here were pool, golf wife, and somehow also chef ??‍?," she captioned the highlights post on social media.

Argota has a special drink to protect her vocal cords from strain. "I've always been a singer first, though, and I'm grateful to Rockwell Table and Stage for the great opportunity to sing," she says. "And being able to do musical theater allows me to go back to my roots. As far as vocal prep, I've gotten stricter about it over the years. I've noticed that my voice tires rather quickly. Before shows, I now warm up for about an hour using the MyPurMist steamer and I even stretch my body. I also have a couple concoctions that I drink – one is with honey locust syrup and hot water and another is with hot water, apple cider vinegar, honey, and cayenne pepper."

Argota and husband Mick Torres started their own production company, Mismo, after feeling pushed aside for roles. "We're giving ourselves a seat at the table before anyone opens up a chair for us," she says. "I think just one day that it dawned on me. I was like, oh my gosh it's because I'm not white. I don't look 'American' in the traditional sense. And it made me angry."

Argota loves doing pantomime shows. "The Pantos have become a staple of my year," she says. "My first one was Aladdin six years ago, where I played Jasmine. I was immediately hooked. The shows are so much fun to do, and watching the kids in the audience light up when they see their favorite fairy tale characters come to life, or when they hear their favorite song, or laugh at a funny joke, is just incredible. The Pantos are fun for both kids and their parents, and I love how it brings families together for the holidays. I've also met some of my closest friends doing these shows! I've been so fortunate to be a part of this world for so many years."

Argota says the reality of work on set is not always glamorous. "I just remember being on True Jackson sometimes and we had our taping days on Thursdays and Fridays, but on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all of us are coming in under-slept, no makeup on, hair is in a bun, sweatpants, reading from a script," she says. "I remember looking around at one point and being like, 'Wow, this is not what I thought having a regular job as an actor would be at all."

Argota would love to be involved in an A Series of Unfortunate Events adaptation. "For the past couple of years I've played characters that are all over the place," she says. "I've played the mean cheerleader, a rock star girl, a bionics person – I think I've covered a lot of the bases here. But you know what I loved when I was little? They already made a movie of the first three books, but I loved A Series of Unfortunate Events. That was my favorite book series ever for the longest time. If they ever remade those movies, I think I'd love to be Violet. "

Lucie Donlan recently enjoyed a trip to Bali

Lucie Donlan first made waves as a contestant on Love Island. She's since then turned that into a successful influencing career, and has even appeared in Vogue. Donlan recently enjoyed a trip to Bali, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a peach two-piece swimsuit, her impressive figure on display.

Donlan does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself outside. Specifically, Donlan spends a lot of time by the water. One thing she likes to do is go boating. Donlan posted this video of herself kayaking in the ocean. In the video, she had the words, "My first love was the ocean." Maria Vania looks stuning by the pool

Indonesian star Maria Vania looks serene and happy on a trip to beautiful Bali. Vania, 32, shared an envy-inducing picture of herself posing in a dark blue bathing suit by an infinity pool, against a dramatic island background. "Love this view," she captioned the post.

Vania makes a point of never skipping breakfast, as it means she is less hungry throughout the day. "Guys, don't skip breakfast," she says. "Why? Because if you skip breakfast, you're going to have so much lunch that you're going crazy, and end up eating anything. Breakfast can always give me enough energy until later [in the] afternoon."

Vania allows herself a 6-8 hour window to eat, and fasts for 16-18 hours. Vania enjoys protein-heavy meals with plenty of fruit and green vegetables. "Well, for lunch, I just eat side dishes, for example, grilled chicken breast, tofu and tempeh," she says. "What is consumed (at dinner) must be lighter than during the day."

Rice is a staple food across the world, but Vania isn't a fan. "For me, it's a balance, sports and food," she says. "I haven't eaten white rice for 8 years." Rice lovers who want healthier options should opt for brown rice, experts say. "Compared with white rice, brown rice contains much higher amounts of fiber, certain B vitamins (B1, B3, B6, and B9), magnesium, potassium, and iron," says Harvard Health.

Vania knows there are no shortcuts when it comes to health. "So it's like food, I really think about it: I reduce fried food, I don't consume a lot of sweets," she says. "So it's really regulated and it has to be consistent. It can't be instant, lots of people want everything instant, but can't. So to get a good body, yes, be consistent with diet, exercise too. Build muscles, tighten muscles, you can't buy them at the doctor either."

Holtznagel hits the gym four times a week and frequently uses weights for her exercises. "Weight training in particular preserves and builds muscle mass, which elevates metabolism and helps prevent weight gain while maintaining mobility," according to Johns Hopkins Health. "Sarcopenia, or loss of muscle mass and function, is a huge cause of physical disability, and it often starts in middle age. Resistance training also increases bone density, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, improves insulin sensitivity, and can help alleviate depression and arthritis."

Holtznagel loves to cook at home, and frequently makes delicious pasta from scratch. "When I think about foods that deliver on comfort, tradition and enjoyment, pasta is at the top of the list. In fact, pasta is a staple in the Mediterranean diet and can be culturally diverse," says Leslie Bonci, MPH, RDN, CSSD, LDN. "Pasta adds beneficial nutrients to the plate such as carbohydrate, fiber, protein, B vitamins and iron – in addition to being a perfect partner to protein and produce."

Geraldine makes sure to do traditional exercises. She likes to do core and leg workouts to stay in shape. Specifically, she likes doing flutter kicks.

Geraldine is an avid equestrian. According to the American Heart Association, horseback riding has a lot of benefits. They state, "A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered 'moderate exercise,' said, 'while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.'

Geraldine loves to spend time outside. One place she likes to go to is the beach. She shared these photos of herself by the water in Bali. Geraldine captioned the post, "Back in my element." An expert reports that going to the beach has a lot of benefits. "Water is considered one of nature's best remedies for overcoming the stresses of everyday life. Spending time on the seaside and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine can produce serotonin, which is an important hormone associated with the feeling of happiness and relaxation."
