Danica Taylor shows off her fit figure in a bikini

Danica Taylor is heating things up on social media – in a red swimsuit. In a new post the Love Island star shows off her fit figure in a bathing suit and sweats. "Cooking up a st⚡️rm," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Gorgeous ??" commented one of her followers. "Right there is Perfection, easily 11 out of 10. That is all," added another.

Danica is a dancer. "Umm this is my kinda cardio baby, if this didn't make you want to get up and join in I'll be very disappointed," she captioned a post of herself dancing in her bathing suit. What makes it a great workout? It helps build strength and promote flexibility, and also can help you lose weight. It can even be beneficial for heart health. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Danica stretches before she works out. She recently filmed "a little stretching montage" before "doing some dance fitness because who wants to run on a treadmill?? SO LAST YEAR!! I said I'd recreate my stretching from in the villa too so I guess your welcome.

This is your reminder from Danica to stretch, some of you be looking hella stiff haha love ya," she captioned another post. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Danica also hits the gym for regular strength training sweat sessions. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Chie Filomeno shares photos showing off her incredible figure

Chie Filomeno is going for a dip – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the A Very Good Girl star shows off her incredible figure during an evening session at the pool. "Night swimming," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Pretty," commented one of her followers. "Girlllll so ????" added another.

Chie gets her steps in by walking her dog. "After work it's time to walk ze fur-baby. No matter how busy my schedule is, I promised myself to always find time to play with them! They tend to be very playful and excited when it's time for their daily walk!" she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace

"I give my body what it needs. I don't deprive my body because I don't believe in the diet that you have to starve yourself. Because we have different bodies. Our bodies need different things, so we really need to know what our bodies need," she told Push.com.ph, adding that she tried every diet under the sun, including one where she drank only water. "The diets that didn't work for me. There are many diets out there."

The only diet that worked for her? "Hard work," she said. "I didn't wake up with my body like this. We really work hard for it. Eat then do wo-workout then eat. That's really me," she continued. "Because I really don't want to lose weight, I want to gain muscle. So weights and stronger," she told Pep.PH.

Since Chie's fitness goal is to gain muscle instead of losing weight, she doesn't run. "I'm more of like lifting weights. I avoid cardio since I'm petite. So I wanna gain muscle."

As for diet, she fuels her body with food – even Popeye's and Shake Shack. "And for my diet, you might not believe it but I eat really hard. I give my body what it needs, she said. "I don't want to deprive my body, eh. That's why I work out. What you feed yourself also needs to be healthy." She does "make sure it's balanced," she continued. "You know that feeling when you eat junk food? I really avoid pork. That's what I avoid. Because our body immediately feels the weight after eating those foods, right?"

"I also dance," Chie told Pep.Ph. "I think that's my cardio." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. Julianne Hough shows off slim figure

Julianne Hough is showing off her dance moves – and her slim figure. In a new social media montage, the Dancing with the Stars judge dances her way through life, confessing that she is always busting a move. "Not, not dancing," she joked in the Instagram caption. "I love it!!! And I love you!!!" one of her followers commented. "Whatever it is, babe, you have GOT IT. ? Really hitting your stride. And lookin' gorgeous, btw," added another.

Hough gets her daily exercise. "Working out and staying healthy is part of my daily routine," she told Us Weekly. "I move my body every day doing a variety of workouts."

For years, Julianne relied on Body by Simone, a dance-inspired cardio workout created by Simone de la Rue. The method mixes dancing with intervals of conditioning moves to target the upper and lower body and core. "We do lots of mat work, body-weight moves and free weights," she told Good Morning America.""The trampoline cardio might sound crazy, but it's a great low-impact option. As a dancer, you've got to take good care of your knees!"

Julianne formulated her own workout, KINRGY, inspired by her love of dance. "Dance continues to surprise me. Dance strengthens muscles that I didn't even know I had – physically, emotionally and energetically ???✨ I'm feeling so grateful for my daily #KINRGY practice which brings me strength and power – internally and externally! Connecting with the elements and moving intuitively is what it's all about! The more I move, the more I feel myself in #flow and fully expressed," she wrote in a recent Instagram post.

"It's important to remember that it's not about getting the steps right, but just about keeping your heart rate up and having a good time," Hough told GMA.

Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Julianne Hough and Nina Dobrev Pose in Swimsuits on a Happy Birthday

Julianne Hough is celebrating her best friend, Nina Dobrev, on her birthday – by sharing photos of the duo in their swimsuits. In a new social media post the dancer-slash-actress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit alongside her Vampire Diaries pal. "Today marks another year around the sun for one of the brightest lights!" she captioned the series of instagram snaps.

"I love to make every moment a luxury experience," Hough told Women's Health. "Whether it's in the bathtub and having bubbles and meditation music playing and my crystals and whatever it is, or I'm in the shower and I'm just rushing out through the day, at least I know that I'm being taken care of in the best way possible."

Hough is also a fan of regular body scans. What is a body scan? She explained to Pure Wow that it is a form of guided meditation practice that has you lie down, stay aware of your breath, and mindfully soften each part of your body, from head to toe. "I love meditating and doing energy work," she said. "It really helps me get out of my head and into my body."

"I love making sure my environment is like, candles lit or incense burning, just to create the experience and get my mindset in a really calming way, so I can self-regulate before I get crazy again with work stuff," Hough told Women's Health .

"Pilates, yoga, working out with a trainer," are a few of Hough's workouts. She likes to maintain variety with exercise because "it keeps everything fresh and helps me fuel my body's different needs," she told Shape. "Recovery is also a second workout to me," she added. "We always think about the fact that we have to push, push, push, but without that recovery, it leads to burnout. It's about that balance. I think we haven't focused enough on recovery in the athletic or the artistic athlete (dancers)."

"Just like my weight, the timing fluctuates [laughs]. I try to go to bed at ten and on good nights, I am able to. For the most part, I crawl into bed at ten and watch a TV show or a movie and fall asleep by 11:30 p.m. or midnight. Not bad, but it could be better," Dobrev told The Cut about bedtime. "I also sleep with a sound machine. Sound machines are my secret weapon because they drown out any noise and keep you in this even-keeled environment that's peaceful and chill."

Nina has another "trick" up her sleeve when it comes to sleep. "Chamomile tea," she said. "Those are my tricks. I don't count sheep or anything." Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

"To unwind at night," Nina might watch something on Netflix. "Or I'll read. I recently finished Cat Marnell's How to Murder Your Life," she told Harper's Bazaar. Why should you read at night? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Nina's health hack for not looking tired? "I was on a vampire show for a very, very long time, so we shot at night and [I] didn't sleep very much," she told Vogue. "One thing that I learned recently is that dark circles appear because you're dehydrated, so it's important to drink a lot of water."

Charli D'Amelio shows off her amazing body

Charli D'Amelio is living her best life in the Bahamas in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the TikTok and reality star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit alongside pal GiaNina Paolantonio while vacationing with a group of friends at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. "What a time lol," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Gorgeous Girls," commented one of her millions of followers.

Charli, her sister, and mother Heidi regularly train with Ben Bruno. In a recent TikTok video, they do a variety of strength and weight training exercises. Working out with others is a great way to keep yourself accountable and make exercise fun.

One of the main ways Charli burns calories is by dancing. "You know, dance wasn't something that I found fun anymore. It was something that was more just, I did to do it and, you know, it was over when it was over and I didn't look forward to it anymore. And I think with Dancing With the Stars every week, it's like, you know, I'm hearing from other people that I finally look like I'm having fun," she told People. "I look happy and I'm feeling, kind of, those same things that I used to feel when I was younger, dancing, that I kind of lost and thought that I wouldn't find again," she said. "Just because it had been so long without being that excited for performance. To be able to do that again is really a full circle moment for me and just makes me really happy." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons.

In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Charli engages in the occasional cheat meal. Her go-to? Dunkin Donuts, who she ended up partnering with. "The Dunkin Donuts collaboration came about after a lot of free promotion. For a while, everyone thought I was getting paid. But I was not. I just shamelessly promoted and promoted because I really wanted to work with them. And then they finally gave me the opportunity and I immediately took it," she told Forbes.

Charli loves coffee so much, she has "two of my own drinks on the menu and sold-out cold brew nationwide" at Dunkin," she told Forbes. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Charli is also a walker. On Valentine's Day she took a long walk on the beach with her boyfriend, Landon Barker. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Tate McRae is heating up Cabo – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Greedy singer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Mexico. "Just a tad burnt," she captioned the series of snaps. "The crush of all timeee," commented one of her followers. "Girl has been on fire so much she got burnt," added another.

Tate is such an advocate about hydration that she partnered with Essentia water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Tate's main form of fitness is something she has been doing her whole life. "I love to dance. I've been dancing all my life," Tate told Refinery 29. "I started dancing around the age of 6. It began as a hobby that I was definitely not seriously interested in. I loved performing, but hated when I actually had to do what I was told," she added to Everly. "I only started getting serious when my mom took me to New York at age 8. I was extremely inspired and motivated! It gave me something to work toward and was the moment when I realized I wanted to dance for the rest of my life. From then on, I have been training nonstop and am always pushing myself to my greatest potential." She also slips in dance-inspired workout classes when she can. "Sometimes i reminisce on my ballet days," she captioned a recent Instagram post. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons.

In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

In early 2024, Tate revealed that she recently started taking care of her skin. "I am very new to skin care. I've basically just been using water my whole life," she told Vogue. She starts her routine with Augustinus Bader's serum, followed by rose-pink eye patches—"so I don't look dead," she said. Then she uses a jade roller. "I just do this to bring circulation back into my skin." Next up she slathers Augustinus Bader face cream on her face, explaining that her hometown of Calgary, Canada "is probably the driest place on earth," and"You have to make sure you're using a deep moisturizer."

Tate is an avid coffee drinker.

In her latest post shared while on vacation, Tate goes jet skiing with her friends. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Brie Larson shows off her incredibly fit figure

Brie Larson is posing in her wetsuit. In a recent social media post the 34-year-old actress shows off her incredibly fit figure while swimming in what looks like a cave. "Always practicing my posture," she captioned the Instagram photo. "Love you," commented one of her followers, while another called her a "Goddess."

Brie understands the importance of stretching. "Stretching is a huge part of exercise," she explained in a YouTube video. "This is great for mornings, before workouts, as you're winding down your day, or, if you're somebody like me who's spending the majority of their time at a desk looking at Zoom all day, it's good to incorporate a couple of stretches and be kind to yourself," she added.

Brie is a fan of celery juice. "I hold my stress in my stomach and this feels very soothing/healing in my opinion," she said in one of her Instagram Stories.

Brie is a fan of celery juice. "I hold my stress in my stomach and this feels very soothing/healing in my opinion," she said in one of her Instagram Stories.

While Brie focuses on fueling her body with the food it needs to sustain her hardcore workouts, she does allow herself cheat meals. Some of her favorites are soft pretzels and fried mozzarella sticks. "Ice cream, anyone?" she captioned a snap.

One way that Brie keeps exercise exciting is by trying unconventional workouts. "Even after years of training, I still try to find ways to get out of working out. Luckily @risemovement keeps me motivated by prefacing a new move with 'this will be fun,'" she captioned one of her Instagram posts. "My #AntiHero trait? Refusing conventional workouts," she captioned a video of herself pushing a cart with a lot of weight.

"Sauna, massage, nature" are three ways that Brie gets in her self-care time, she revealed a recent photo of herself during a wellness getaway at Wilderness Reserve. "Morning sweat session 101: must include selfies," she added in another recent snap, wearing a swimsuit in the sauna.

In 2023, Brie revealed that she was dancing a whopping seven hours per day. "Every day we'd get up at 5am to get to the studio by 7:30am. There, we'd work on building a dancer. Flexibility, strength, weight transfers, spirals, breath, fascia, rooting – my experience was expanding," Brie wrote in an Instagram caption. "Thank you to my body for growing with me!" Why is dancing great for your body? Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. Bregje Heinen looks incredible in a loop bikini

Bregje Heinen spent her holidays getting engaged and wearing swimsuits. In a few new social media posts, the stunning model, who celebrated her engagement to The Vampire Diaries star Michael Trevino on Christmas Eve, looks incredible in a few bathing suits, driving her followers wild. "Literal dream girl," one of them commented. "Absolutely breathtaking," a second chimed in.

Bregje chalks her hot body up to genetics. "I don't really work out that much. I don't go to the gym," Heinen confessed to Huffington Post. "My mom is really skinny, too. I got it from her."

Heinen's main form of exercise is walking. "I do like to walk a lot. Mostly in New York. When I'm going somewhere, I'd rather just walk there," she says about getting her steps in.

"I like to go dancing, maybe once every other week," Bregji told Into the Gloss about another calorie-blasting activity she enjoys. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Bregje loves to order out. Her "favorite is Mexican takeout from Mad Dog & Beans," she said. "Right now, I'm trying to be healthier because I have a casting in four weeks so instead of takeout, I'll make chicken and vegetables. But I really love unhealthy food. Candy, chips, chocolate, everything…Sometimes my boyfriend and I will go to Shake Shack before we go out to a movie or something. So good."

Bregjie is all about supplements. "I also take a lot of vitamins for my hair. There's Ester-C and Fish Oil, and I also take Viviscal twice a day for my hair. It really makes your hair and your nails grow much faster, thicker, and stronger," she says.

Heinen told FOX News that she has started doing some other workouts. "I do a lot of boxing," she said. "Which is basically the only thing I enjoy, because I don't like the gym very much. It's good to find that one thing you do enjoy and really try to stick with that." She might also do strength training. "I'll also do some leg and ab exercises, along with cardio in between. So it's 15 minutes of boxing, another 15 for abs, and then another 15 for legs. It's getting a full body workout, while keeping it fun."

I also think the infrared sauna has a host of benefits – it detoxes you, you sweat out all the toxins and just feel lighter," she says.

Jessica also does "yoga and stretching," she told Marie Claire. "I really enjoy yoga and meditation these days." There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jessica takes classes at a popular Los Angeles studio. "I love Tracy Anderson, I do the dance/cardio classes there. I always think I look the best when I'm doing a combination of different things," she told Marie Claire. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Jessica likes to fight as well. "One day I'll be doing dance cardio and the next day I'll be doing boxing. My body reacts to when I change it around, so I try not to let it get too comfortable, plus I get really bored with the same old thing," she told Marie Claire. "Boxing is good for your mind too because you're learning a skill, it's not as if you're just doing boring gym workout. It actually makes you really ripped because you're constantly holding up your gloves."

Kelly Piquet looking great

Happy bathing suit birthday, Kelly Piquet! The Brazilian model and girlfriend of racecar driver Max Emilian Verstappen celebrates her 35th birthday on December 7, and Celebwell is honoring her on the special day. She recently showed off her amazing body in a bathing suit, revealing that she had "a heart full of gratitude."

Kelly loves to hike. "Nothing beats a beautiful hike (even if you're carrying an extra 8kg for 2.5 hrs!)" she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Piquet loves to dance, sharing lots of videos – like this one – of herself dancing with her boyfriend. "I'll dance my life away with you. Happy Valentine's Day ados," she captioned it. In another dancing video she wrote, "Can you teach me how to dance real slow." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Piquet hits the gym hard. In one video she revealed her workout, which included leg exercises like squat jumps with TRX cables, leg curls with rings, and tricep dips, and ab exercises like v-sit crunches, and arm exercises like lifting a weighted ball.

When Kelly is on vacation you can find her paddleboarding, a great workout for the core and also a great form of cardio, claims The American Council on Exercise. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

During a trip to Croatia she went for a ride. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Kelly is a coffee drinker.

Destiny Etiko flaunts her curves in Miami Beach

Destiny Etiko is heating up Miami in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Nollywood actress and self-proclaimed "Worldwide Dramadoll" shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while frolicking on the beach in South Florida. "Take me bak to Miami Beach ?I had so much fun," she captioned the Instagram post with her 5 million-plus followers.

Destiny prioritizes health, starting with regular exercise. "Living a good and healthy lifestyle is the best," she said in a YouTube video. Exercise is life. Everything is good."

Destiny uses a vibrating platform machine to exercise. "I need to shake it off," she jokes about weight, standing on one of the gadgets at the gym. "With whole-body vibration, you stand, sit or lie on a machine with a vibrating platform. As the machine vibrates, it transmits energy to your body, forcing your muscles to contract and relax dozens of times each second. The activity may cause you to feel as if you're exerting yourself," explains the Mayo Clinic. "Advocates say that as little as 15 minutes a day of whole-body vibration three times a week may aid weight loss, burn fat, improve flexibility, enhance blood flow, reduce muscle soreness after exercise, build strength and decrease the stress hormone cortisol." However, comprehensive research is lacking.

When she isn't using a vibrating plate, you can find Destiny vibrating her body by running quickly in place. She recently shared a TikTok of her unique workout, in which she also incorporated her arms into the mix.

Destiny prioritizes hydration, carrying a huge jug of water with her to the gym. "Never in this life will I go to the GYM without my MAPIA WATER JACK ?I love water And my water JACK makes it more easier for me to carry," she wrote in a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Another way Destiny "shakes" off the weight is by dancing. You can often find her dancing all over the place from the gym to the beach in her TikTok videos. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Isabela Merced shows off her amazing body in the beauty of the West Indies

Isabela Merced is taking in the beauty of the West Indies – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Madame Web star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying the Four Seasons Nevis. "Yes I took these and no these aren't stock images," she captioned the series of Instagram photos, adding to the resort, "thank you for this paradise."

While she was never good at sports, she was "very coordinated," which is why she loves to dance, Isbaela told Teen Vogue. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

"Actor me is just a canvas," she told Teen Vogue. "Anyone gets to put whatever paint they want on it, and I'll follow along. It is [also] my therapy, like it was from the day I started, when we had the fire."

Isabela enjoys physical activity as a way to decompress. One of her go-to workouts is Pilates. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Isabela prioritizes her mental health and avoids panic attacks by limiting her yearly schedule to two projects.

Isabela once suffered an eye injury from yoga. "I was in this yoga class and the instructor was really hot. And he said 'Do a headstand,' and I said, 'I will for you.' And so I did one. But it was right after a long flight." She ended up poping a blood vessel, she revealed to Wired.

Fleur East has an amazing beautiful figure

Ted Lasso star Fleur East is clearly feeling positive and grateful, judging by her social media posts. East, who played Jaylah Vivienne on the show, shared an Instagram video of herself wearing a swimsuit and enjoying the high points of life with friends and colleagues. "Life in recent times…grateful ❤️," she captioned the post. "Makes my heart burst with pride watching you do you!!! ????", commented friend Kimberly Wyatt.

East works out as part of a healthy lifestyle. "I don't think if you're purely trying to look a certain way that that should be your primary motivation, it should be something that's part of an all-round lifestyle rather than crash diets or just one month of intense and then the rest of the year nothing else," she says. "I think you should just work it into your lifestyle, part of your routine. [My exercise regime is] a mixture because I have a lot of choreography so I dance a lot. I do a lot of circuit training in the gym, so a lot of cardio, some weights, and I've just now started doing reformer classes which is really hard."

East follows a balanced, healthy diet with plenty of vegetables. "I don't really follow a particular diet but in general everybody knows what's good for them," she says. "I tend to eat healthy anyway, and every now and then I'll have a treat day where I'll have a pizza or something, every now and then. I don't deprive myself, but then to be honest I think I'm quite lucky in that I don't crave those things very often, I actually really like healthy food. I like chicken, grilled chicken and salad and fish and things like that." East is most careful about her diet when she's on the road. "I think that's probably when I am at my most strict because it's harder to eat healthy when you're on the road. The meal times are so messed up because you don't really have a schedule, you're just in rehearsals for so long, you get really tired and you're doing a lot of shows. I try to eat quite light as well, especially on the day of a performance because I don't like to eat heavy and then go on stage. I keep things quite light."

East goes easier on the cardio workouts these days. "Everything I had done before was cardio-driven," she says. "With weights I started seeing different results – I was more toned than I'd ever been and I felt stronger. I noticed the difference mostly on my abs and my legs. I was in a lot of girl bands at the time and many of the girls were dancers – they were really fit, so I had some catching up to do. But soon as I started weight training, I was a lot more toned and felt like I was up to their level. I can now squat 80kg. Squats are my strength – people don't expect me to squat as heavy as I do."

East wants to dispel some common myths about what happens to women when they lift weights. "A lot of women believe that if you lift weights you are going to look like the Hulk and it's really not true," she says. "That's a myth that I'd really love to dispel. It actually promotes lean muscle and it all depends on what you are eating. Diet is 80 percent of the results so if you are eating lean proteins and counting your macros, then weight training isn't going to bulk you up. And you burn more fat weight training."

East loves doing home workout videos. "One of my good friends is the PT Kyle Maslen – we used to train together all the time so I have learned so much from everyone I've trained with and home workout videos," she says. "I have used Insanity, Jillian Michaels' The Shred, Les Mills on Demand. I have even done Joe Wicks's YouTube workouts – I love all of them, the 15-minute ab workouts, or 15 minute HIIT workouts. I've done some of them back to back when I really want to kill myself. I love doing things that are easy, that I don't have to leave the house for. You really underestimate how much of a sweat you can get from working out in your living room. Now if I ever go the gym, I do classes, circuits spin or yoga vinyasa flow. I like to mix it up because I get bored easily."

Avernell Modest flaunts her incredibly fit figure

Avernell Modest is showing off her medal-winning swimsuit body. In a recent social media post the bodybuilder flaunts her incredibly fit figure in a bathing suit after placing third at Amateur Olympa. "We took home ?at the prestigious @amateurolympia . Thank you to everyone for the continuous support, success is not final because there's always work to be done !," she captioned the post.

Staying in shape is literally Avernell's job. "Right off my flight, after 4 meals , straight to the training with my Coach @jl_ganot ….. then threw on my bikini and heels to a**es my posing and shape . Only those who know how it feels to pose right after training," she captioned a post.

Avvernell works hard in the gym but also makes sure to get her steps in. "What I saw on my walk yesterday." she captioned a post.

Avernell also swims, another great cardio workout, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

If you want glutes and a butt like Avernell, you are going to have to squat for it. "Listen ! Your knees shouldn't be collapsing in at no time when doing a banded AND non-banded squat . It's more easily noticeable when using a band. No need to rush the set either … I know .. IT BURNS ?….. GET YOUR SET IN PROPERLY , Rest, then go again," she instructs in a video.

You can also find Avernell taking dance cardio classes. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Another tried and true exercise that helps Avernell keep her arms strong? Push ups. "Because what's more sexy than a girl in a bikini doing push ups ???" she captioned a post.

Argentine model Pampita flaunts her amazing figure

Pampita is heating up social media in a red hot swimsuit. In a new post, the Argentine model and television host flaunts her amazing figure in a fiery bathing suit, throwing her fans into a frenzy. "You look savage, gorgeous!!!" commented one. "Mi amor," added another.

Pampita is all about self-love, acceptance, and embracing her age. "I look pretty, with some wrinkles but wiser. Today I accept myself as I am," she said, according to Infobabe.

Pampita's manager, Gastón Stati, revealed that his star client is incredibly healthy and disciplined, especially when it comes to her diet. He claims that she rarely drinks alcohol and has never used drugs or smoked cigarettes. She also stays away from restrictive diets. She does have a few weaknesses, however: Pasta and dulce de leche ice cream.

Pampita prioritizes exercise, but makes sure to stick to workouts that she actually likes. "The only way to last over time is to do what you like," she says. Part of her plan? A whopping 200 ab exercises per day! Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Pamita attends dance classes twice a week, doing reggaeton, Brazilian music and cumbia, "to burn calories and work her legs," says her teacher. Dancing helps build strength, promotes flexibility, aids in weight loss, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers.

Pampita also makes sure to hydrate. She told Big Bang that she drinks two to three liters of water per day. "It's fed conscientiously, in measured doses," she explained. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Julianne Hough says she loves to make every moment a luxury experience

Julianne Hough is making a splash. In a new social media post the dancer and actress does her best Ariel, showing off her amazing body in a bathing suit while singing the hit song Part of Your World from the Disney movie, The Little Mermaid. "Channeling my inner little mermaid for Disney Night on @dancingwiththestars this week!!" she captioned the Instagram video with her millions of followers. "You're a real life Ariel," one of them commented. "Beautiful," added another.

Hough is also a fan of regular body scans, a guided meditation practice that has you lie down, stay aware of your breath, and mindfully soften each part of your body, from head to toe. "I love meditating and doing energy work," Hough told Pure Wow. "It really helps me get out of my head and into my body."

"I love making sure my environment is like, candles lit or incense burning, just to create the experience and get my mindset in a really calming way, so I can self-regulate before I get crazy again with work stuff," Hough told Women's Health about another favorite ritual.

After her workout, which is generally "Pilates, yoga, working out with a trainer… it keeps everything fresh and helps me fuel my body's different needs," Hough maintains that "Recovery is also a second workout to me," she told Shape. "We always think about the fact that we have to push, push, push, but without that recovery, it leads to burnout. It's about that balance. I think we haven't focused enough on recovery in the athletic or the artistic athlete (dancers)."

Hough uses Therabody products to help in her recovery process. "Ever since I started using Therabody products, I recognized the mobility and the freedom within my muscles and just the relaxation and the nurturing that I couldn't necessarily give myself. Once you use them, there's no way that you can go back to not doing any kind of recovery," she told Shape.

Olivia Rodrigo is spending a day at the beach in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the Vampire singer flaunts her amazing figure in a white bathing suit while lounging in the sand. "Icon," commented one of her millions of followers. "All eyes on olive," commented her friend, singer Conan Gray. "ur world and we r just living in it," added another follower.

Olivia is also a fan of books. "I try to read every night before I go to bed," the singer told Teen Vogue. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Olivia works out with Kirsty Godso, a New Zealand-born personal trainer who also works out with Kaia Gerber and Maddie Ziegler. She does a lot of ab work during her workouts, telling Teen Vogue that working on her midsection helps destress her, saying that she had done "an ab workout to help release some energy."

Olivia told CBS Sunday Morning for Mental Illness Awareness Week that therapy has been "life-changing" for her. "I hadn't really started going till I was like, 16," she said. "That was a really big, life-changing moment. I've learned so much about myself." She continued: "Sometimes people are like, 'Oh, you don't need that. You have so much. Your life is so great. What are your problems?'" Olivia said. "I think that's definitely a thing that sometimes older people can do to younger people, too — kind of trivialize what they're going through just because, you know, 'Ah, they're fine, they're just kids. They'll get through it.' But it feels so real when you're in it. It's so valid."

Another self-care health habit of Olivia's? "I love a bubble bath," she confessed during Vogue's 73 Questions. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Olivia also blasts calories by dancing. "I did a lot of ballet when I was younger, but that didn't pan out," she told Vogue. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Olivia's BFF Madison Hu revealed in an interview that the two sweat through Pilates classes together.

Olivia went for a hike during a recent trip to Hawaii. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

"My life has never been peaceful, but after the program I have had episodes of anxiety. I'm left in a cold sweat, with my heart in my mouth, a feeling of suffocation," Juliette recently told Marie Claire about her mental health after Big Brother.

One way Juliette unwinds is by soaking in a hot tub. Why should you soak in water? Soaking has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Aimee Garcia is enjoying the end of the summer season

Aimee Garcia is enjoying the end of the summer season in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Lucifer and Dexter star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on the beach. "Last days of summer," she captioned the Instagram snap.

Glamour asked Aimee to walk them through her skin care routine. However, she maintains a key ingredient in her beauty routine is actually food. "Well, I swear by avocado. It's excellent for your hair and skin, so I eat one daily," she said.

"I work out every day or at least I try to. I believe that exercise preserves youth more than anything else," Aimee told Glamour. "Sometimes if I'm at home watching TV I do weight-lifting moves with cans during commercials. It really is that easy! Trust me, if you do that and throw in squats and a couple of push-ups during commercial breaks you will see a change in your body."

Garcia also likes to dance to stay in shape, which you can find her doing in various dance videos on social media. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons.

Aimee also maintains that she drinks "tons of water," she told Filler. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Another beauty secret of Aimee's? "Sleep!" she told Filler. "Your skin rejuvenates when you sleep so it's the best pick-me-up activity …. Especially when you have to be at work at 4 A.M." According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
