Fashion model Frida Aasen knows how to get the most effective workout possible done in the least amount of time, making the most of her exercise regimen. Aasen, 29, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a matching sports bra, doing a full-body workout with trainer Kyle Hoffman at the Alo gym in New York. "Get it girl," a fan commented.

Aasen always starts the day with coffee, especially when she has a show. "Starting my day with the essential—morning coffee!" she told Vogue Scandinavia. "There's something about that first sip that gets the adrenaline pumping, readying me for the whirlwind fashion-filled day ahead. It's my little moment of peace before I dive into the hustle."

Aasen loves doing resistance band workouts on a mat at home. Here is one of her mini-full-body workouts:

Aasen believes in a holistic approach to health and beauty. "Listen to your body," she told Fashion Week Daily. "It will show on the outside if you're not taking care of the inside! Beauty comes from within, and usually, if you have skin problems, there's a specific reason related to your lifestyle, like stress or diet. Also, always wear sunscreen!"

Aasen enjoys group Pilates and SoulCycle classes. "I do Pilates at SLT," she says. "It's so tough! I like SoulCycle, too. I love the hip-hop-themed rides; they're my favorite. I just did one that was about the evolution of Rihanna. It was incredible."

Aasen says she took advantage of COVID-19 lockdowns to learn to cook. "I have become a much better cook," she says. "Living in NYC I never cooked much, but in the pandemic I started to really enjoy it. I also started doing much more mindfulness (meditation) and yoga."

Aasen lives by a simple motto for health and wellness. "Enough sleep, healthy diet and healthy mind," she says. "People would be surprised to know that I actually love deep cleaning my own house. Cleaning really helps me destress and calm down when I have anxiety."

Aasen says her career as a model (she was discovered at age 14) helped her get over self-consciousness as a young girl. "It has given me a lot of independence from a young age," she says. "Shown me how to connect socially and on a business level with people from all backgrounds/ages etc. I think it's been such a blessing especially to be able to be young and travel the world and experience so many different cultures and people."

Human Barbie Frida Aasen never really thought about becoming a model

Aasen, who walked in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2017 and 2018, said that she never really thought about becoming a model because she was somewhat shy growing up.

In an interview with Fashion Week Daily magazine, she said she was discovered quite randomly while she was doing some Christmas shopping in a mall and a person who is now her agent asked her how tall she was.

For those wondering, the blond bombshell is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and there is no denying that her swimwear snaps highlight her incredibly long and lean figure the most.
