Hannah Brown is red hot in Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a recent post The Bachelorette star flaunts her insanely fit figure in a red bathing suit while holding onto a drink and her fiancé. "Woke up 29 in Mexico with my fiancé?❤️ Grateful for this life and all the birthday wishes!" she captioned the Instagram snap.

Brown has a healthy morning routine. "My bed is just so cozy," she tells Us. While she's a "slow riser," she will (eventually) get up to "drink some water" and "read a little." She also journals in the morning.

Hannah exercises. "Lately, I've been doing weight training three times a week with 20 to 30-minute Peloton rides for my cardio," she told Us. "It's great for me to get a little sweat in every day!"

Hannah also walks her dogs. "Adam and I take Wally on walks around the neighborhood," she told Us. While walking she will "listen to my favorite podcasts, or have a phone call with a friend!"

Brown wraps up her day by "reading a few chapters of a good book" before hopping into bed. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Hannah loves cooking healthy meals. "I've really started to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The Instant Pot makes it easy to make a yummy meal quick!" she told Us.

"I try to eat around 11 after my workout, which could still be considered breakfast. Sometimes I'll have a banana, but my favorite is the breakfast tacos my boyfriend makes at home. It has to be with the Siete almond tortillas. They're so good with a little ghee butter on top, and then some scrambled eggs with either bacon or sausage. This is of course with some Cholula hot sauce on top," she told Bustle.

Hannah's "overall approach" to wellness "is to be present with my body and my mind — exploring what works and what doesn't as I continue to build strength and confidence."

The Bachelorette Star Rachel Recchia Announces Move to California With Beachy Bikini Shots

Rachel Recchia went through many ups and downs during her time on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, but now she's making a new start in California.

The 26-year-old announced on Instagram that she moved to the Golden State with a couple of pictures of her lounging on the beach, already enjoying the sunny lifestyle.

Recchia captioned the post, "surprise i moved to california!!"

But she wasn't done yet, posting one more photo from the shoot with the caption, "one more for the road."

It's safe to say that all of her friends were equally excited about the news, with DeAnna Stagliano welcoming her to California, saying, "Welcome to the beautiful & sunny weather….every day!"

Hannah Brown left a similar message, writing, "Welcome to the westside!! ☀️."

Other Bachelor Nation members Kaitlyn Bristowe, Deandra Kanu, and Katie Thurston all left positive comments on the post.

It looks like Recchia is living with fellow Bachelor contestant Genevieve Parisi, who commented, "My roomie!! ? I can’t wait to go through this next chapter with you."

But not everyone was focused on her big move, as many complimented Recchia on her bikini photos, with one person joking in the replies, "I’ve got sports illustrated on the line they want to talk."

After appearing on Season 26 of The Bachelor, Recchia was announced as the co-lead of the next The Bachelorette season alongside Gabby Windey.

At the end of her The Bachelorette season, Recchia ended up with Tino Franco, but it didn't even last past the end of the season's airing, as Franco cheated on Recchia, kissing another woman while they were together.

In the studio as the finale aired, Franco attempted to get back together with Recchia, saying, "We can make it through this. I’ll spend the rest of my life making it up to you," but she ended the relationship for good.

Now, Recchia's starting a new stage of her life in California, so who knows what's to come for the ex-Bachelorette.

Hannah looked stunning as she opted for a tan bikini with black trim. The teeny top clung to her chest and showcased her ample cleavage. The thin straps also gave fans a peek at her muscular arms and shoulders.

She added a black skirt to cover her bottoms. The garment wrapped snugly around her tiny waist and curvy hips while showing off her long, lean legs. Her flat tummy and killer abs were also on display. She accessorized the look with a small pair of earrings.

Hannah sat on the edge of the boat with both of her arms resting in front of her. She bent at the waist to lean forward as she bent both of her knees and tilted her head upward. She wore a black and white captains hat on her head as she beamed a huge smile. In the background, a stunning view could be seen.

Hannah recently rocked the same bikini as she soaked up some sun on the boat.
