Lydia Bright showcased her incredible post-partum figure 

The former TOWIE star, 30, who did pilates throughout her pregnancy, showed off her tiny waist in a bikini. The television personality looked tanned and toned as she posed in a mirror in her garden and waved a flower around.

Lydia said: 'I just started this form of Pilates, it's really nice because I get a workout but it's not too cardio-intensive. I'm really, really enjoying it. I'm doing that and some yoga. I'm still trying to keep quite fit whilst I'm pregnant, so I don't struggle afterwards.'

However, the reality star did admit the one thing she got wrong was packing healthy snacks like dried fruit and nuts.

The star was joined in her garden by her dad Dave who was on hand with a pair of shears to strip back the overgrown ivy. Lydia has been documenting the highs and lows of being a single mum during lockdown.

Lydia recently detailed her birth experience and said how she got the water birth she'd 'always dreamed of,' with no pain relief, The Holiday soundtrack playing in the background and a surprise craving for Pukka pies.

She explained how hypnobirthing - a popular breathing and mind control technique learnt during pregnancy that helps with relaxation and pain management in labour - helped her.

Lucy Mecklenburgh looks tanned and gorgeous in a floral bandeau bikini while enjoying her 'baby moon'

The fitness guru, 28, is on holiday with her best pal Lydia Bright, who is also pregnant.

Lucy posed for a mirror selfie with her hand over her bump in her hotel bathroom.

She is expecting a boy with fiance Ryan Thomas , while Lydia, 29, is expecting a girl with her ex boyfriend Lee Cronin.

Lucy and Lydia's babies are due around February time just five days apart from each other.

Also joining them on their trip are Love Island star Montana Brown and presenter Ashley James.

They are staying at the Grecotel Corfu Imperial resort, which is described as "exclusive" on the website.

The girls went to a wine tasting session, and luckily for Lucy and Lydia they didn't have to miss out. Instead they had non-alcoholic wine.

Lucy recently captured the moment Lydia felt her baby kick for the first time.

Lydia Bright showed off her baby bump in an array of swimwear during a break to Ibiza

The 29-years-old Lydia Bright revealed she is expecting her first child last month, and has since confirmed she is having a baby girl.

The mum-to-be has jetted off on holiday to the Spanish island with her sister Georgia, and showed off her growing bump in a number of different swimsuits.

While showing her followers around her luxury hotel room, Lydia then posed in front of the mirror in a black one-piece, turning to the side to highlight her stomach.

The next day, the former Towie star donned a yellow swimsuit for a mirror selfie and wrote next to it: "Since being pregnant I feel like things don't bother me like they used to.

"As long as I have you Dink's nothing else matters."

Lydia's trip comes a couple of weeks after she threw a lavish gender reveal party for her friends and family to find out the sex of her unborn baby.

The star, who is expecting her baby with ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin, told Hello: "I wasn't bothered either way, girl or boy, but I do think that now I know it's a girl it's that little bit more special. She'll be my best friend.

"Me and Mum are really close and I love our relationship I'm hoping that me and my daughter have something just as special, just as strong."
