Madison Bailey is a long way from the Outer Banks – in her bathing suit. The actress shows off her incredible body in one of her latest social media posts wearing a white swimsuit while vacationing in Europe. "You're perfect," wrote one of her followers. "Our favorite 'it girl'!" added another.

How does the young celebrity take care of her body and mind? Setting intentions for the year, Madison focuses on improving her physical and mental health through weight lifting, often alongside her "pogue" co-star Jonathan Davis. Embracing the outdoors, she enjoys invigorating hikes, reaping the benefits of a whole-body workout and nurturing her mental wellness.

Madison told Interview that she makes New Year's Resolutions – sort of. "I have intentions for the year of improving my health physically and mentally," she said. One of her go-to workouts is weight lifting. Who does she train with? Her "pogue" costar Jonathan Davis. "I miss my workout buddies," she captioned this snap.

Madison loves getting outside and hiking. "Missing my LA hikes," she captioned a photo of one of her exercise sessions. "Do one thing a day that makes you proud of yourself. 3.5 miles and 500 stairs will suffice for today," she captioned another Instagram post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Madison has a favorite drink at craft services. "A ginseng shot, which, don't ask me what it is. I have no idea what it is, but while everyone else is shotgunning Red Bulls, I'm with my little ginseng shot. It tastes like sh**, but if I can take a tequila shot, I can drink a little ginseng!" she told Cosmopolitan.

Bailey is open about her borderline personality disorder diagnosis "I felt less 'crazy' post-diagnosis," she told Elle, using finger quotation marks around the c-word. "It's comforting to know that my brain is just different, and it was easier to figure out where to go from there."

Madison was photographed wearing a pink two-piece. Her trendy twisted top boasted a detail in the center of the bust. The garment also had thin spaghetti straps. Madison's bottoms was a classic cheeky style. The bottom straps were positioned a few inches lower.

The swimsuit's unique design accentuated Madison's hips while elongating her toned legs. Meanwhile, her bottoms' ruched triangle front dipped down low to showcase her flat midsection.

Madison wore her thick dark curls down, while she rested her hand on the wall. She appeared to have on little makeup or none at all. Either way, her face looked flawless. Her skin also had a gorgeous glow that was enhanced by the natural sunlight.
