Pia Wurtzbach share photos from the Maldives

Pia Wurtzbach is heating up the Maldives in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the model and actress shows off her amazing body in a red hot bathing suit while frolicking on the beach with her husband, Jeremy Jauncey. "I wanna be with you everywhere," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, driving her followers wild. "Hottest in the universe," commented one, while another added, "stunning."

Pia keeps her diet healthy by cooking her own meals most of the time. "I have a busy schedule and am constantly traveling so when I do have the time to grocery shop or prepare a meal, I make it a priority," she told People. "However, I love sushi so I find myself eating out often for that!"

Like many fit folks, Pia focuses on adding "lots of protein" to her meals. "I like to enjoy foods that keep my energy levels stable," Wurtzbach told People. "Otherwise I'd likely crash at some point during the day." "Muscles love protein, especially complete proteins like whey," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Whey protein contains branched-chain amino acids, a specific type of amino acid that helps with muscle building," registered dietitian Maxine Smith, RD, LD tells the Clinic.

Pia told People that she drinks at least 8 glasses of water per day. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Pia dished to People that she consumes 1,758 calories per day, starting with a breakfast of a cup of coffee with a splash of cream and 1 1⁄2 cups of Greek yogurt with 3 diced strawberries, a handful of blueberries, a tbsp. of honey and mangoes. For lunch, she will eat a grilled-chicken Caesar salad – "light on the croutons" – with diced cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp. of dressing and ⅓ cup of low-fat Parmesan cheese. She might nibble on a snack of two handfuls of roasted almonds (no salt) and dried mango with a side of cottage cheese. For dinner she enjoys oven-roasted salmon (with ½ tbsp. of olive oil to coat fillet), 1 cup of spinach topped with feta, 1 cup of steamed broccoli with fresh lemon juice, olive oil and garlic, and 2 red bliss potatoes, sliced, with olive oil and fresh rosemary.

Pia's personal trainer, Mark Banta of Anytime Fitness, maintains that she "swears" by three moves. "The plank is one of the best exercises for a flat, toned stomach because it works all the muscles in your core, including the rectus abdominis or the 'six-pack muscles' you can see. We made sure to do this because we're really preparing for the swimsuit competition," he told Candy. For her arms she does a tricep pulldown and to keep her legs in shape, squats and lunges.

Pia relies on carbs before her workouts and proteins after. "When it comes to gearing up before your workout, carbs should be number one on your list. Always take them an hour before you start exercising," Banta told Candy. "After workout, we always consume a post workout drink (protein shake), boiled eggs, and chicken breast. Carbs are meant to be your energy source and protein is for faster muscle recovery and repair."

Pia Wurtzbach shared pictures of herself at a beautiful beach

Model Pia Wurtzbach is clearly missing fiancé Jeremy Jauncey. Wurtzbach shared pictures of herself posing on a beautiful beach in a variety of swimsuits, including one snap of herself and Jauncey. "See you soon where the sun meets the sea, my love ???️," she captioned the post.

Wurtzbach makes an effort to workout whenever possible. "Just proper diet and exercise. If I can do it daily, I would," she says. "If the schedule permits, I do it every day. I try to do it in the morning, so then it's out of the way and I can continue on with my day. If not, then I'll do it a few times a week, but definitely, I will try to do it."

Wurtzbach says she loves lifting weights, and dispels the myth that women will get "bulky" from it. "I do a lot of weights," she says. "And a lot of women try to stay away from weights or they do more cardio because 'oh maybe I'll be macho', but that's not true. We're genetically not made to grow that big unless you try to alter something in yourself. Weights, and just a bit of cardio. More weights than cardio."

Wurtzbach focuses on protein-packed food that gives her energy. Wurtzbach's typical dinner consists of salmon with vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and potatoes. "The dark green color of spinach leaves indicates they contain high levels of chlorophyll and health-promoting carotenoids including beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "As well as being anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous, these phytonutrients are especially important for healthy eyesight, helping to prevent macular degeneration and cataracts."

Wurtzbach's snacks are healthy yet delicious—a typical snack is dried mango and cottage cheese, or a handful of unsalted almonds. "Almonds are a good source of nutrients that are important for brain health, including vitamin E, folate and unsaturated fatty acids, as well as l-carnitine which is known for its neuroprotective benefits," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "More human trials are required but animal studies have shown that almond consumption may well boost memory."

Pia Wurtzbach stuns in bikini photo

Pia Wurtzbach is such a scorcher in a new bikini photo shared by her fiance Jeremy Jauncey.

On Instagram, the "Beautiful Destinations" founder posted a photo of Pia striking a pose, wearing an itty-bitty bikini on the beach, the famous cerulean waters of Amanpulo in the background.

"Soon to be ….Mrs Jauncey," Jeremy wrote in the caption, with several emojis including the fire emoji acknowledging just how hot his fiancee is.

Pia replied in the comments, only saying "my love."

The couple announced their engagement a little over a week ago with an Instagram reel of their "celebratory" vacation in Palawan luxury resort Amanpulo.

According to Pia, they'd kept the engagement a secret for just a month before sharing it with the public.

Last Friday, Jeremy said he "knew from the first day we met."
