Sarah Hyland Shows Off Toned Body in Tiny Bikini Photos From 'Paradise' Vacation

Sarah Hyland is soaking up the sun during her luxury getaway.The actress is vacationing at the Patina Maldives with her hubby, Wells Adams, but she made time to give fans a glimpse at the picture-perfect scenery on Instagram! Hyland posted a series of photos, taken by her husband, showing off her toned physique on the beach.

The first photo showcased the actress rocking a tiny bikini and lying on her belly on a sandbar with her legs up in the air as she looked toward the camera.

The next photo in the carousel featured Hyland donning a black and white bikini with a skirt coverup, along with white sunglasses and a sun hat to complete her vacation look.

"?? Dreams," she captioned the post.

Her hubby took to the comments to hype her up, writing, "That’s my WIFE!!!! ???" In a follow-up post, the Modern Family actress and Bachelor in Paradise host posed in a body of crystal blue water as they shared a kiss, holding their cocktails high up in the air as to not spill a drop.

The next few snaps featured Hyland and Adams as they posed individually in the blue water with the same cocktails as before. Hyland sported wet hair from the salty ocean with hoop earrings and black sunglasses to accessorize the look. Adams smiled off into the distance as he held his cocktail, donning black sunglasses.

"Paradise on Love Island ?✨," she captioned the post.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who officiated their wedding, took to the comments, writing, "Your commitment to each...cocktail is inspiring."

Sarah Hyland is loving the Maldives

Soaking up the sun, Sarah Hyland posed for an outfit pic with her feet in the sand in the Maldives. Hyland worked on her tan and went barefoot, wearing a barely there bikini and a comfy cover.

Standing by the shore, the former “Modern Family” cast member donned a lacy white bandeau top that tied in the middle with a maxi-style beach cover-up with a colorful geometric print. The skirt tied on one side, creating a daring side slit.

Sarah Hyland popped on tiny black shades and accessorized with gold chunky layered chains and stacked bracelets. The Manhattan-born actress styled her long brown locks wet and slicked back and wore little to no makeup for her day at the beach.

Hyland didn’t end up wearing shoes, opting instead to go barefoot for her romp in the sand.

Vanessa's skimpy swimsuit came in a bright cherry red shade and consisted of a pair of high-legged bottoms and an underwire bikini top.

Vanessa had a hand placed on each rock for one snap, before positioning one of her hands in her hair for another.

Sarah Hyland is not afraid to show her scars

Fall may be just around the corner, but that hasn't stopped Sarah Hyland from enjoying some beach vibes. Sarah and a friend recently set out to soak up some sun at a beach in Cali, but it's her new bikini pics that people can't stop talking about. Sarah wore a tiny, high-cut red bikini on her date to the beach and she looked gorgeous.

Sarah paired her red bikini with a cute visor and round sunglasses and judging by her pics, it looks like she was living her best life. In two of the pics, Sarah is laughing and smiling and in the other, she's showing off her shiny engagement ring from fiancè Wells Adams.

In one of the pics, Sarah's scars are clearly visible, too. Her scars are the result of the 16 surgeries she's undergone while dealing with kidney dysplasia, a condition where the kidneys do not develop normally while in the womb, according to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.

Sarah's been open about her experience with the condition. She often shares details and pictures about how kidney dysplasia has affected her health and her body, even coining the term "KUPA" to describe the stomach bulge caused by her surgeries and condition.

While dealing with her condition, Sarah has been a champion of body positivity, often sharing pictures where her scars are clearly visible with the hashtag, "#showyourscars."

The criticism hasn’t seemed to stop Sarah Hyland from enjoying herself 

Sarah Hyland is celebrating her friend’s upcoming wedding in style by rocking some skimpy bikinis in a sun-soaked trip to Mexico.

The 28-year-old actress jetted away to Cabo San Lucas with a group of friends for the bachelorette party of pal Kimberly Hidalgo before her wedding. The actress shared some snaps of the skimpy bikini, showing off the festivities with her group of friends as they lounged on the beach.

Sarah has used her Instagram page to promote body positivity, and has also opened up about her health struggles. She has had to undergo two kidney transplants, been through dialysis, and had a battle with an abdominal hernia. She has been hospitalized a number of times, and all while she’s been firmly in the public eye as a star of ABC’s Modern Family.

Hyland said in a recent People interview that she blends her beauty philosophies with her views on health and wellness.

“To be able to take control of my body and use a product that makes me feel comfortable, because I’m not able to do what normally makes me feel comfortable, has been really amazing.”

Sarah’s fans have been very grateful for her openness to discuss the more difficult parts of her life, and to encourage others to be happy in their own skins.

After receiving online criticism, Sarah recently took on those who were calling her anorexic. Sarah had previously explained that her kidney transplant led her to lose weight and muscle mass.

“I’m not in control of what my body looks like,” Sarah told her critics.
