Gizele Oliveira shares a full-body workout

Victoria's Secret model Gizele Oliveira knows it's much more fun to work out with a friend—so she brought one along for her personal trainer session at the gym. Oliveira, 30, shared a video of herself wearing a green Alo Yoga onesie, doing a full-body workout with her pal. The pair did a series of strength conditioning exercises, including squats and lunges. "Bring your friend to workout day ?️‍♀️," she captioned the post.

Oliveira exercises with a trainer to avoid skipping workouts. "To me it's very hard to work out by myself, so having a trainer helped me a lot with that because I feel a little pressure to keep moving," she told Hollywood Life. "I also feel happier and that I'm doing something good while I'm stuck at home. I saw a very funny meme that said: 'If you want any motivation to workout at home, put a swimsuit on while at home instead of pajamas!'"

Oliveira is a big fan of online workouts. "Now is an amazing time to follow gyms and fitness bloggers on Instagram, every day they do lives and lately they've been posting lots of good workouts you can do at home without any machines!" she told Hollywood Life. "I have a personal trainer that trains me via FaceTime, but it's always super simple functional stuff. Using chairs and couches to do lower body workouts, your own body weight for abs, stuff like that… Stretches for sure!"

Oliveira says she doesn't really follow any diet rules apart from being a pescatarian. "We all need protein, but not all protein sources are healthy," Anthony DiMarino, RD, tells Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials. "If you go pescatarian, you eat the healthiest protein sources available. Choosing these lean proteins over high-fat meat could help support weight loss. Most healthy adults should eat two servings of fish per week. If you're not pregnant or nursing, you can eat high-mercury fish on occasion. But focus on the low-mercury types for most of your fish intake."

Oliveira loves to relax at the end of the day by enjoying the sunset. "My favorite time of the day is sunset," she told Modeliste. "My hometown is known to have one of the most beautiful sunsets in Brazil so I started being obsessed with them when I was little. It is the one moment of the day I always look forward to!"

Oliveira is always prepared when she hits the beach. "Sunglasses, for sure! I love Miu Miu sunglasses, Gentle Monster, Ray Ban, and some vintage Chanel sunglasses," she told W Magazine. "I always put on some sunblock! Especially on my face. And I always try to move my swimsuit while I'm in the sun because I hate tan lines."

The Hills alum, 39 - who recently put on a chic display while grabbing dinner to-go at Cipriani in Beverly Hills - captioned the photo series with: 'A peek into my camera roll. And Sonny explaining to us all what hosting means.'

The fashion designer was referencing to her son, Sonny, six - whom she shares with husband Tim Rosenman.

And last year in October, she told Us Weekly, 'I started seeing all the comments on [an Instagram] post I had done, and Timmy was like, "Maybe this is something you want to clear up."'

'The concerns that were real, I appreciate. It's the judginess of "Eat a burger," or "Maybe if you gain 20 pounds, you’d actually get pregnant," those things that are so unnecessary.'

Port has suffered three miscarriages and the couple's surrogate has also suffered two miscarriages as well - which was revealed late last year in November.

In regards to the negative comments she received, Whitney later said, 'it just made my blood boil. I'm so sick of having other people have an opinion about how I look when they know nothing...'

The star then revealed some of the steps that she has taken to follow a healthy lifestyle. 'I've [been meeting] with a nutritionist, and now I'm digging into what my actual issues are.'

'What I've realized is that they're entirely environmental. I lost my dad 10 years ago. I've been on an infertility journey of five years, and there was just so much sadness and loss.'

'Sometimes, you can be in denial about that stuff because you don't want to have to take a look at it. I didn't even realize it was affecting my physical health in that way.'

Whitney's latest Instagram post on Thursday included various other images, such as a snap of the beauty standing in a small hallway with marble flooring.

Mariazel Olle just shared new photos saying hi from Cancun

Mariazel Olle is an extremely successful model, TV host, and actress. She's known for her work on TV Azteca and More Sport. Casals recently enjoyed time in Cancun, Mexico. She shared a poolside photo on Instagram from the trip. She captioned the post, "I'm not always good… but right now I tell you no, yes yes! ? ? Olle does a lot of things to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is going on runs. Casals likes to go on charity runs. She shared some photos on Instagram of herself after one of them. According to Better Health, running is a great way to stay in shape. "Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: Help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise. Strengthen muscles. Improve cardiovascular fitness."

Olle loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared some photos of herself in the pool on New Year's Day. Casals captioned the post, "January 1st in Lima." The CDC states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood. Water-based exercise can improve the health of pregnant people and has a positive effect on the pregnant person's mental health. Parents of children with developmental disabilities find that recreational activities, such as swimming, improve family connections."

Another thing Olle does to stay in shape is going on hikes. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself on hikes. In some photos, she and her family hiked in Machu Picchu. She also shared a hiking photo from Tamaulipas. Piedmont Health reports that hiking has a lot of health benefits. "Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile. Being outside in the sunshine provides the body with vitamin D."

Olle is an adrenaline junkie. She loves doing exciting things. One thing she likes to do is riding motorbikes and motorcycles. Casals even has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to motorbiking. RoadGuardians.org states, "When you ride a motorcycle, your body is triggered to produce adrenaline, which then causes the release of endorphins – or mood-elevating hormones. Endorphins are known to increase pleasure and minimize pain. Research has shown that long rides can have the same benefit as mindful meditation because you are fully engaged in the present moment, focusing on your body position, speed, road position, and surroundings. This helps to clear your mind and relieve stress."

Heather Rae El Moussa flaunts her bikini body

Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa is giving Instagram followers a look at her postpartum fitness journey since welcoming her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa in January 2023. El Moussa, 36, posted a video showing herself working out in a variety of exercise outfits, encouraging fans to be gentle with themselves if they're also struggling with fitness.

"So much can happen and change within a year so if you're seeing this, keep going, keep pushing, believe in yourself, but also give yourself time and give yourself grace ? Reflecting on my 2023 postpartum transformation and excited for a new fresh year & I have decided to commit to one day of hot yoga again ??," she captioned the post.

El Moussa enjoys a plant-based vegan lifestyle. "I don't push anything on anybody, as everyone has their own rights on the way they want to live," she told Veg News. "Since [husband] Tarek and I have been together, he has cut out animal products significantly, and when I cook dinner at home, I cook gluten-free and plant-based. He is very supportive of me being vegan. Even at our wedding, we had both a regular and vegan menu, and everything was gluten-free—the vegan Bolognese was a guest favorite."

El Moussa continued to work out during her pregnancy. "I still prioritize my workouts—I've always loved working out—but I definitely don't push my body like I used to," she told The Bump. "I used to work out five days a week, and now I choose rest over a workout. I try to do cardio now one to two times a week; I'm doing yoga with an instructor who's also pregnant; and I usually do Pilates once a week. I take my dog Bugz on a lot of walks. I love getting outside in the fresh air and walking around my neighborhood. I also take time to do some meditation daily, even for 10 minutes if it's all I can fit in."

El Moussa loves to cook for her family. "I love to cook—I'm the queen of 20-minute, healthy meals," she told Veg News. "My go-tos are gluten-free pasta with vegan meatballs, broccoli, mushrooms, pasta sauce, fresh herbs and spices, and Bitchin' Sauce. I also make burgers with baked potatoes and vegetables. The kids love the way I make veggies—I use vegan butter and cook them to where they are almost crispy. We also have a pizza oven so we try to do pizza night with the kids once a week—my hubby makes the best vegan pizza for me."

El Moussa was careful about her diet during her pregnancy. "I'm still getting up early because I'm a morning person, but sleep is very important," she told The Bump. "And hydration is very important! I drink coconut water every day to get extra electrolytes and make sure I have a balanced meal of plant based foods and protein. I really think about how everything I put in my body is for my baby. Everything I eat is nutrients for him to grow and to keep him healthy. I'm very conscious about that."

El Moussa is diligent about taking care of her skin. "Personally, I think if your skin doesn't look good, your make-up won't look good over it," she told Grazia UK. "Investing in your skincare is way more important than any make-up product. No matter how tired I am or how late it is, I will always take off my make-up before bed. To do this, I'll use an oil-based cleanser and a soft white washcloth to make sure everything is off and my skin is clean."

Fitness Tammy Hembrow is reminding fans and followers that working out is as much about feeling good as it is about looking good

Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow is reminding fans and followers that working out is as much about feeling good as it is about looking good. Hembrow, 29, shared a video of herself wearing two-piece workout outfits, using heavy dumbbells. "Remember we all start somewhere. For me training isn't just about aesthetics, it's about the strength & mental gain I get from it. That strong feeling ???? nothing quite like it. @womensbest creatine has always been a part of my journey & definitely has helped with my goals along the way," she captioned the post.

Hembrow fits her workouts around her family. "I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids," the mother-of-two tells Women's Health. "Whether it's a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can. I will often do some workouts from my at home booty program – you only need dumbbells, or I will do a HIIT workout in the lounge room. I recently posted an at home HIIT workout on my YouTube channel. I did it in the process of moving house when I was really feeling the need for a pick-me-up. There was a lot going on that week and I was feeling it, I decided to film and post it on my channel to show how I can fit in a quick workout throughout your day."

Hembrow had to fine-tune her diet to get enough protein. "For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn't consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too," she tells Women's Health. "But I didn't supplement my meals with these, it was always a combination of both. I needed to eat lots to build that area so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats. I eat every two to three hours. For breakfast I usually eat oats with Women's Best protein powder. I always have protein shakes after my workouts and love to eat fish, chicken, turkey, beans and vegetables. I've been trying to cut back on meat lately which I have found difficult. I usually end my day with oats and protein again. Boring I know!"

Hembrow kept working out throughout her pregnancies. "What helped me bounce back is definitely how I ate and trained as I was pregnant," Hembrow said. "I ate very clean, I had a lot of veggies, a lot of protein, and I tried to only limit my treats to the weekends, so during the weekdays I was eating clean all the time. What kept me going is how I wanted to look after the baby. I knew I wanted to get fit again after the baby, and be in the best shape I could be, so I wanted to make it easier for myself by staying active while I was pregnant."

Hembrow wore a postpartum binder to help get back into shape again. "For about a week or so, I wore a postpartum binder — they gave me one at the hospital," she says. "I definitely didn't just snap back to my pre-baby body once I stepped out of the hospital, you still look pregnant when you step out of the hospital. I wasn't in a rush or anything, but as soon as I got home I was eating clean, I was wearing the postpartum binder, and then I started working out about six weeks after the birth."

Hembrow has learned to go with the flow since having children. "Being a mum and running a business is still a juggling act for me, I honestly just try my best to manage my time and plan but as a mom, you know that sometimes planning goes out the window," she tells Women's Best. "I've definitely learned not to beat myself up about failure. You can't do everything right all the time, failing is a part of being a parent and a business owner. You learn from your mistakes and you're often smarter from it. I guess you could say becoming a mum made me more resilient in my home life and business."

Sophia Peschisolido shares photos from Seychelles

Sophia Peschisolido is bumping along – in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the influencer and Love Island alum shows off her incredibly fit figure – baby bump and all – in an orange swimsuit. She is currently vacationing in the Seychelles. "The most beautiful pregnant gal," commented one of her followers. "Baby bump babe," added another.

Sophia claims she doesn't work out a lot. In an Instagram Q & A, she said that she rarely broke a sweat most of her life. "I never work out – I went for a run for the first time in ages the other day and almost died," she said.

During the pandemic Sophia started becoming more active, going on "socially-distanced walks in the park or bike rides" with her family and her dog, Scruffy. "I go on a walk every day and do exercises in my bedroom every now and again," she told The Sun. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

"I wish I could say it's been easy, but fitness and health has never been my forte."I've always had to push myself but the upside of that is that I'm starting to love the way my body looks. But I'm not obsessive," she told The Sun about self-love. "I exercise when I can be bothered but I've definitely put weight on during quarantine. It's the banana bread I keep making."

Sophia exercises her mind. During the pandemic Sophia started doing "a weekly quiz, which is fun," she told The Sun. "I have also done these with my family, who are all over the world," she added. She also does puzzles. "I recently finished a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle which took me four days, but it didn't relieve any boredom, so I don't recommend that."

Sophia's coffee order? "Oat milk cappuccino plz," she revealed on Instagram. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Ursula Corbero shared gorgeous pictures of her getaway

Money Heist star Ursula Corbero went on a very romantic trip with husband Chino Darin, the Argentine actor and film producer. Corberó, who plays Tokyo on the show, shared gorgeous pictures of her getaway, including ones of her posing in a stunning lime green one-piece swimsuit. "Roll like this forever," she captioned the post.

Corbero doesn't have a strict workout routine, but loves dancing to stay in shape. "I burn a lot of energy, so my body asks me to eat constantly," she says. "I eat everything but good and rich. I like quality raw materials, but I don't follow any particular diet."

Corbero's perfect day off is either action packed or incredibly lazy and relaxed. "For me there are two perfect Sunday plans: one would be the active plan, getting up early, preparing an incredible fresh orange juice, toast with avocado, then going to the trail, enjoying the sun, going to the movies," she says. "And then there is the Sunday plan of doing nothing at all; I stay at home and that's it."

Corbero is honest about her worries related to aging in the entertainment industry, especially for actresses. "I would be lying to you if I said no; It is a fear that I believe, among actresses, is transmitted from generation to generation," she says. "There are many actresses who suffer from crisis when they start to age. There is nothing I like more than a [real] face, but if I'm honest, I don't know if I'll like it on me."

Corbero is not interested in restrictive diets, but enjoys many Spanish delicacies and snacks. "I really like to eat, eat delicious food," she says. "I have a weakness for Asturian cachopos with their melted cheese, but a good cachopo—don't give me a defrosted one because I have a very fine palate. Recently a magazine suggested that I had gotten pregnant because I had a tummy in a photo and I answered yes, from a hamburger and some fries."

Corbero is learning to accept the rough with the smooth when it comes to her social media, and responds to comments on her own terms. "There are days when I respond to harsh comments, and I have come to the conclusion that if I feel like responding, I am going to do it because I feel comfortable with it," she says. "I must say that there are comments from haters that I find very funny; there are very brilliant people and I suppose you have to take it with humor."

Angie Harmon shared bikini photos looking gorgeous

Rizzoli & Isles Star Angie Harmon is reminding fans and followers just how little she has changed over the years. Harmon, who played Jane Rizzoli on the show, posted a throwback bikini snap from a photoshoot. The picture shows Harmon posing in a brightly patterned bikini with matching necklaces, for what looks like an advertisement in a Swedish magazine. "This girl is gorgeous," a fan commented.

Harmon focuses more on diet than structured exercise, preferring to stay active throughout her day. "I don't have [a fitness regimen] except for running to the gate at the airport," she says. "I do have a very healthy diet and try to be mostly sugar-free, and now I'm also trying to be gluten-free."

Harmon prefers a low-key look when it comes to beauty. "I don't like to wear a lot of makeup, but when I do, I try to keep it minimal," she says. "Bobbi Brown Tinted Moisturizer: The coverage is amazing, but still light, and the smell is fantastic. Clinique High Lengths Mascara: The wand is my favorite because it really separates and lengthens my lashes. Armani eyeliner, any color. And bareMinerals Stroke of Light Eye Brightener is a necessity."

Harmon never found it difficult to focus on her family after having children. "I had a job and career, but then I became a mom and that became my top priority," she says. "After Rizzoli & Isles ended in 2016, I told the girls I wouldn't work on a show that took me away from them like that. And I haven't. I never really saw myself as a mom. But my girls are the coolest people I've ever met — hilarious, beautiful, all three of them. They are at the age — teenagers — where everyone else goes, 'Ugh.' And I think to myself, mine are kind of amazing."

Harmon's beautiful hair is the result of minimal processing. "My hairdresser, David Garner, who is all about vitamins and hair masks, has always told me to use as little heat as possible, which helps keep my hair in good condition," she says. "I've learned how to get a lot out of my hair without having to use much heat. For years, I've used really solid hair conditioners and masks and I always wait as long as possible to wash it. My hair has definitely changed as I've gotten older, but it looked and felt the absolute best when I was pregnant with my daughters. It was so thick—I had so much hair then. It was just glorious."

Harmon has no interest in Botox, but understands why others choose to have it. "We are all here fighting to be the best version of ourselves," she says. "Personally, I don't want to look dramatically different or like I've had anything done. I just want to always look myself, and natural. It's not that I'm opposed to any of this, and I know that it can be done so that you still look like you and pretty. It's just that I'm not quite there yet… I believe in getting a lot of sleep, eating healthy, drinking water—things like that. I know when I'm tired and haven't been able to take care of myself that I don't look my best."

"I'm currently doing interval training on the track with 100 meter sprints down the straights and jogging round the corners," Belinda told Express UK. "It tires me out quickly but I'm getting better at it.

"I've been working on footwork, which is really important for me, as on the court you have to move well. I use a ladder," she added to Express UK. "I place the ladder on the floor and use it to do a number of footwork drills in and out to help my agility."

"I do strength training that focuses on the arms and shoulders with exercises on the shoulder press and using the medicine ball," Belinda said. "It's not all about being strong though, I need to have quick movements as power can also come from the speed of the arm so I stretch a lot using elastic resistance bands specially designed for building movement speed."

Belinda does multiple workouts a day. "Training during the off-season always involves two tennis sessions and one fitness session in the gym," she told Express. "I start with practice on court for two hours in the morning from 9am to 11am. I mainly focus on drills where I hit a lot of balls, typically feeding drills. In the afternoon I start back on the court again at 2pm and do match simulation."

Belinda stresses the importance of hydration. "Training and playing in hot climates mean staying hydrated is critical. I drink a lot of water but also sports drinks with electrolytes to help with recovery and replenishment," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Belinda isn't a fan of Andy Murray's cooldown method. "After training I try to avoid the ice bath. A light jog and plenty of stretching helps me to wind down," she said. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Simone Holtznagel shows off her gorgeous body

Simone Holtznagel is pregnant – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Australia's Next Top Model stunner shows off her gorgeous body in a yellow bathing suit while sporting a tiny bump. "Swimming with whale sharks a few weeks ago not knowing I was pregnant vs now ??? the female body is magic," she captioned the set of Instagram followers. Simone lifts weights at Acero gym. According to owner Jono Castano, she hits the gym three to four times a week for 45 minute sessions, he told Daily Mail. Castano added that Simone also does reformer Pilates. She regularly shares clips of herself on the reformer on her Instagram Stories. Why is pilates a good workout? Castano dished to the Daily Mail that Simone eats four meals per day and her diet is "very well balanced incorporating all her macro nutrients in every meal." One of her favorite meals? Pasta.

Per Castano, Simone allows herself the occasional cheat meal. One of her favorite indulgences? McDonald's.

Simone is all about self-love. "People have commented saying it's 'triggering', and 'before and after' don't belong in 2022…" she told The Daily Telegraph. "I thought what we weren't doing in 2022 was commenting on other peoples bodies. I thought I looked great on the left [before photo]. I think I look great on the right [after photo]. 'One thing I'll take away from that post is you can't please everyone. I have been bigger and I've been smaller but I was happy in both stages of my life."

Doutzen Kroes flaunts her incredible figure

Doutzen Kroes is living it up with her supermodel pals in Greece – in her swimsuit. It doesn't taste good at all, but I do it because it's healthy." She added that healthy eating was instilled in her as a child. "Growing up, my mom gave me really healthy food. Everything was fresh from the garden and organic before the organic hype. I still eat mostly organic food."

Doutzen also juices. "I love Juice Press because they have some juices that actually taste good. I like to order at night and get it in the morning, then I don't have to press anything myself," she said.

Doutzen's breakfast-of-choice is green juice, eggs, and avocado, and ends her day with fish and greens. For lunch she usually has a salad, or a salad and fries to "mix it up a little bit," she told Byrdie. She always brings healthy snacks with her. "I always like to have mixed raw nuts with me for when I get hungry—especially when I was pregnant I was scared I wasn't getting enough—or a banana."

Kelley Flanagan recently enjoyed a trip to Greece

Kelley Flanagan first made waves as a breakout contestant on the 2020 season of The Bachelor. She ended up in a public relationship with the lead, Peter Weber, for about a year. Since then, Flanagan has grown a large social media following. She recently enjoyed a trip to Greece, and shared a stunning new video on Instagram. In it, Flanagan posed in a black swimsuit on a boat. She captioned the post, "Visit Greece if you want to make many beautiful memories."

Prior to The Bachelor, Flanagan was a lawyer. However, she revealed on an episode of the Talking It Out podcast that she decided to take a break due to health issues. "I took a back burner on law for the time being, and the reason is because I've been having so many health issues. Around a year ago, I realized I needed to stop everything and try to figure out what the hell is going on with me. I took a step back and did more content creating while I tried to figure out my health."

Flanagan revealed on Talking It Out that she was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, and wanted to get help with it. "Since fourth grade, I've always had weird issues like stomach issues. Then right before I went on 'The Bachelor,' I remember I looked nine months pregnant. I was working out for two hours a day with a trainer and I was super active, but I couldn't figure out what was going on with my weight. After the show, I think the transition with the breakup, publicity, and the fan aspect all put a lot of stress on my body. Finally, I realized it got way worse than it was before and needed to find out what it was."

Flanagan is an avid chef. She shares a bunch of videos on Instagram of herself making healthy foods. Flanagan includes vegetables like alfalfa sprouts, onions, and olives, as well as Dijon mustard. In a video, she makes beef chili.

Flanagan likes to do a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she does is play tennis. She shared photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Flanagan captioned it, "Preppy mode on and having a ball!" According to Better Health, tennis has a lot of benefits. "Tennis is a good sport for maintaining health, fitness, strength and agility. It also has social and psychological benefits."

Yara Zaya shows off her incredible figure

Yara Zaya is behind the camera – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit while filming. "Camera women ? Will you let me to follow you around all day??" she jokes in the caption of the Instagram photos.

Yara has gone under the knife and is proud of it. Yara runs a "minimum three miles, maximum five miles per day," she says in the same video. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

In another YouTube Video, Yara notes that staying in shape is much more than just good genes. "Yeah, burpees and salads are such good genetics," she jokes, showing off her 45-second burpees.

In her video discussing her workout, Yara reveals that she wears an Apple Watch to make sure she achieves her goals and stays motivated. "I was like, 'I have to close the circle,'" she explains.

British model Roxy Horner is 7 months pregnant and enjoying a gorgeous babymoon in Mykonos, Greece. The 32-year-old girlfriend of comedian Jack Whitehall shared pictures of her luxurious vacation, including ones of her posing in a silver bikini against a background of blue skies and palm trees. "7 months of growing you??," she captioned the post. "Auntie can't wait ?," commented her sister Riana Horner.

Spending time outdoors benefits Horner both physically and mentally. "I find that getting out to a park, the woods or a beach really helps me when I'm having days when I'm not feeling my best mentally or physically," she says. "I never want diabetes to stop me from doing anything I've ever wanted. I knew straight away that I wasn't going to let diabetes take over my life."

Horner's favorite drink is green tea, which is high in polyphenols. "Polyphenols are the chemicals in the tea plant that protect it from disease and bacterial invasion," says M. Elizabeth Swenor, D.O., medical director of lifestyle, integrative and functional medicine at Henry Ford Health. "When we drink the tea, those chemicals work the same way in us, feeding the healthy bacteria in our gut and starving the unhealthy bacteria that's associated with chronic diseases."

Horner loves swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. "There's a relaxing, meditative side to swimming," says Harvard Health. "It can come with letting your mind drift as, bathed by soothing water, you focus on your breathing and your movements. This stress-busting aspect could contribute to the cardiovascular benefits of swimming."

Horner might look perfect in pictures, but she admits pregnancy has not been easy. "I've been quite envious of women who have these amazingly easy pregnancies where they feel great all the time as that's definitely not been me – I'm still waiting for that pregnancy glow up when I wake up feeling fabulous!" she says. "I had an older woman recently say to me 'oh I loved being pregnant, I would do it all over again' and whilst I love those magical moments where I can feel my baby move I've not loved throwing up all the time."

Jessie James Decker shows off her stunning shape in a bikini

Jessie James Decker has shared several new images of herself in swimwear to her Instagram page to promote her Kittenish brand.

On Friday the country singer was seen in a black two piece that made the most of her abs and muscular legs.

The 34-year-old Dancing With The Stars standout was sitting in a chair on the deck of her home while in black sunglasses.

In her caption she got a little spicy as she pushed back at trolls who have said she should not model bikinis when she is a mother of three.

'“Cover up you’re a mom,"' she began as she added laughing emojis to make it clear she was chuckling at her haters.

The model - who recently defended her pregnant sister - then wrote, 'This textured sexy little black numba amongst many other fabulous suits drops tomorrow @kittenish ☀️ So set your timers for 12c sweet cheeks. U don’t wanna miss this one. Meow.'

'You talking to me? you look great Jess,' one user wrote. 'Like grandma says, if you have it then flaunt it,' another said. To which Decker replied, 'Yes and my grandma still does too.'

In 2015, Decker publicly complained about Instagram's censoring issues.

After an image of of her daughter Vivianne was flagged as inappropriate and eventually removed from the site, Decker posted a naked image of Kim Kardashian from a magazine.

She was wondering why the reality TV star's pictures are acceptable but hers are not.

After Decker discovered that there was a hate page on Reddit dedicated to putting down her image, she took to social media in July 2021 to confront the haters.

'I know that I’m not perfect, but you pointing out my flaws — the things I’m already insecure about — it hurts me,' she said.

'And it doesn’t feel good to be picked on or bullied or ripped apart. If you don’t like me, then leave me alone. If you don’t like what I have to say, what I do, anything about me, then stop paying attention to me. Just leave me alone.'

Earlier this year, Decker said she was sick of mom-shamers after she was told to not post photos of her kids in swimwear when the family was on vacation in Mexico. She was even accused of Photoshopping abs onto their tummies.

The hitmaker has three kids — Vivianne, eight, Eric Jr., seven, and Forrest, four — whom she shares with husband, Eric Decker.

The beauty told E! she shuts out the hate. 'I'm proud of my kids and when I see a reaction, I'm always a little shocked,' Decker told E! News.

'I realize that I have a lot of eyes watching, but I don't let it affect what I want to post,' she added. 'I'm going to live my life and not let the outside noise get to me,' she continued.

Earlier this month she was in the news as well.

Decker spoke out about her sister Sydney's recent ordeal with United Airlines.

The singer took to her Instagram Stories with a lengthy text post lambasting the airline.

She was reacting after her sister Sydney Rae Bass' husband Anthony Bass, pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays, complained on social media on Sunday that United had forced his pregnant wife to get on her hands and knees to clean up stray popcorn dropped by their daughter.

The complaint stirred up a major debate on social media, pitting those who thought it was rude to expect service workers to clean up after oneself against others who claimed that service workers were paid to take care of those messes.

'My sister @sydneyraebass just texted me from her flight on @united,' Jessie wrote in a since-disappeared post. 'As you know, she is five months pregnant, high risk, and also traveling alone with her two small children.'

'Blaire accidentally spilled some popcorn in the aisle' of the plain, Decker wrote.

Her sister Sydney shares daughter Brooklyn, five, with Anthony, and the couple also adopted a younger daughter, Blaire, in 2020. It was Blaire who allegedly spilled some of her popcorn.

'The flight attendant came up to Sydney with a trash bag, and a wet wipe, telling her the captain wants Syd to clean up every drop,' Jessie claimed.

She wrote that her sister had to get on her 'hands and knees,' and she said the humiliation of the event left her in tears.

'Way to go united,' she added sarcastically.

The country music sensation then shared a video she took from inside the bedroom of the mansion she shares with husband Eric Decker. While holding up her cell phone the performer was seen filming herself as she walked around the room with hard wood floors. She had on a beige bikini that highlighted her small tummy and toned legs.

The star wore her hair down and was wearing light nude toned makeup with little jewelry.

Kittenish was founded in 2014 by Decker who oversaw all the designs, infusing her own southern style with a modern twist.

In 2019, Kittenish opened its first brick and mortar store in Nashville, Tennessee, which has been a major success.

Decker also has a rich personal life as she is a wife with children.

Jessie is married to former American football player Eric Decker and they are parents to three children: Vivianne, Forrest and Eric II.

Danielle Fogarty is currently expecting her second child. She's making sure to look stunning throughout her pregnancy. Fogarty is currently on a trip to Dubai.

Fogarty spends a lot of time outside. Several of the photos she posts on Instagram are of herself outside. She shared a photo of herself enjoying a cocktail outside by the pool at a hotel. Fogarty captioned the post, "Looking back at better days." The University of Utah reports that going outside has a lot of benefits. "Spending time outside is not only essential for our well-being, but it can positively benefit our mental and physical health. Elisabetta Canalis looking good at 44 and says she never diets

Elisabetta Canalis is a Pilates pro, first starting the practice when she was pregnant with daughter Skyler, 7. "I was hiking with my dogs twice a week. And then I started to do Pilates," she says. "I had never done Pilates before. I found a very good place here in Los Angeles. I tried Pilates before and thought it was boring. The most important thing is to find a good school, a good teacher who motivates you. Even though I was pregnant, I saw results. The people who were teaching me knew exactly how to teach a pregnant woman."

Canalis says she never diets. "I'm very athletic," she says. "I love sports. I'm never on a diet regimen. I love food. When I'm not on the show, I eat a lot of protein and carbs."

Canalis has always enjoyed high-intensity workouts. "My sport the last two years [pre-pregnancy] has been mostly martial arts, which is not really the best thing to do during pregnancy," she says. "I do Krav Maga [an Israeli self-defense technique]. It's definitely not a pregnancy thing. I had to replace it with something because my body was changing so fast. Good cardio was the best thing to do. I always had a good muscle structure so I didn't really need to do a lot of weights or hard things. Cardio makes you feel good. It helps keep your energy high."

Canalis never skips stretching before her workouts. "A lot of people don't understand that stretching has to happen on a regular basis. It should be daily," says David Nolan, a physical therapist at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital.

Canalis loves horseback riding. "I did ten years of horseback riding," she says. "It's a really good workout. It's my first passion in my life. I think right after this show [Dancing With the Stars], I will come back to horseback riding."

Emmy Medders is feeling refreshed after a relaxing weekend in Miami, Florida

Emmy Medders is feeling refreshed after a relaxing weekend in Miami, Florida. Chase Chrisley's fiancée shared a series of pictures of herself relaxing on a lounger on the beach, wearing a rust-colored bathing suit and beige coverup. "A weekend that was good for the soul," she captioned the post.

Medders uses a face roller to help maintain her skin health and appearance, which experts say can help encourage lymphatic drainage. ​​"The lymphatic system is your body's way of getting rid of toxins and unwanted bacteria in the body," says dermatologist Shilpi Khetarpal, MD. "So by rolling in a certain direction, you can improve the lymphatic flow and drainage of the face."

Medders loves her coffee, and drinks it every day. Researchers say coffee offers a wealth of health benefits—especially if it's hot. "Coffee has a lot of antioxidants, if you drink it in moderation, research shows it can be pretty good for you," says Megan Fuller, PhD. "We found the hot brew has more antioxidant capacity."

Medders takes collagen supplements as part of her skincare regimen. "As we age, the production of collagen slows and the collagen produced is less efficient – which underlies many of the changes we see with aging, such as wrinkling and sagging of the skin, joint pain, loss of height, and fractures," says Deborah Lee, MD. "The structure of collagen is organized with a complicated fiber system, with chains of amino acids arranged in fibrils, like strong ropes, to provide a tight and reliable support structure."

Medders is a huge fan of hydrafacials (her skin speaks for itself!). "This treatment is nice for teenagers with acne, adults with pimples, wrinkles, and hyper-pigmentation, and older patients with sun damage and even flaky pre-cancerous spots (as part of more serious treatments)," says Dr. Ellen Marmur, New York City-based dermatologist and founder of Marmur Metamorphosis. "Although beneficial to many skin types, those with active rashes, sunburns, or rosacea, along with pregnant patients, should abstain from this treatment."

Medders loves to exercise outside in the fresh air and sunshine. "Simply being outside in nature can help de-stress us, since it has been shown to lower salivary cortisol, one of the biomarkers of stress," says Suzanne Bartlett Hackenmiller, MD. "Research has also suggested that just five minutes in nature is all it takes for our brain to start thinking differently and for us to experience a more relaxed disposition."

"Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases 'feel good' hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way. Learning to swim can allow you the opportunity to swim in beautiful places outdoors which many people find to be memories they cherish."

Beech never skips her yoga sessions, even on vacation. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," says board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor Natalie Nevins, DO. "As an osteopathic physician, I focus a lot of my efforts on preventive medicine and practices, and in the body's ability to heal itself. Yoga is a great tool for staying healthy because it's based on similar principles."
