Kate Ferdinand showed off her jaw-dropping figure in a green bikini and patterned sarong as she shared a slew of family snaps.

The former TOWIE star, 31, looked sensational in the bold bikini which she paired with peach-coloured shirt.

Kate recently admitted she worries about the 'big kids' - Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13 and 11-year-old Tia - more than her son Cree, adding that the love for a stepchild is 'even sometimes more intense.'

According to The Sun, the podcast host detailed the 'instant love' with your biological offspring before adding: 'I feel the love of a stepchild is even sometimes more intense, because you've worked so hard to get there and I find myself probably overdoing everything.

'I worry about the big kids so much more. There's a different kind of worry that comes with children that have lost a parent.'

The reality star began dating footballer Rio Ferdinand in 2017 - two years after his wife Rebecca died following a battle with breast cancer.

She discussed raising her blended family on the Parenting Hell podcast, while detailing the changing dynamic with Rio and Rebecca's three children.

Kate insisted that she never wanted to take the place of their mother, and that learning about Rebecca has made her a better parent.

She said: 'Their mum is a massive part of our lives and always will be. I would never want the children to think I am taking the role of [Rebecca].

'I am a maternal figure to them but their mum is their mum. She is part of our lives. We talk about her all the time.

'It is really weird but I feel like I know her.'

Kate Ferdinand has been pictured looking incredible as she reveals her rock-hard abs in a nude bikini. Kate looked great in her two-piece as she posed in front of a white background.

Recently, the former The Only Way is Essex star admitted her love for her step-children can be more intense than that for her son. She said there is an “instant love” with your biological offspring.

The former TOWIE star spent the week away on a romantic getaway with her footballer hubby in Dubai.

30-year-old Kate Ferdinand shared a series of stunning pics of herself, ending her holiday with a snap of the touching note.

The "welcome back" gift was adorned with an assortment of different chocolate bars, with the names of the sweet treats spelling out parts of the note.

Kate captioned the snap of the thoughtful gift: "A fabulous holiday but so happy to be back with the ratbags! How cute is this?"

Kate told The Sun that when she met a Rio she was lost at a point in her life, and despite her family's support she was still struggling with her mental health.
