Aimee Garcia is enjoying the end of the summer season

Aimee Garcia is enjoying the end of the summer season in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Lucifer and Dexter star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on the beach. "Last days of summer," she captioned the Instagram snap.

Glamour asked Aimee to walk them through her skin care routine. However, she maintains a key ingredient in her beauty routine is actually food. "Well, I swear by avocado. It's excellent for your hair and skin, so I eat one daily," she said.

"I work out every day or at least I try to. I believe that exercise preserves youth more than anything else," Aimee told Glamour. "Sometimes if I'm at home watching TV I do weight-lifting moves with cans during commercials. It really is that easy! Trust me, if you do that and throw in squats and a couple of push-ups during commercial breaks you will see a change in your body."

Garcia also likes to dance to stay in shape, which you can find her doing in various dance videos on social media. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Aimee also maintains that she drinks "tons of water," she told Filler. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Another beauty secret of Aimee's? "Sleep!" she told Filler. "Your skin rejuvenates when you sleep so it's the best pick-me-up activity …. Especially when you have to be at work at 4 A.M." According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Ashanti flaunts her famous curves

Ashanti is heating up the islands – in her swimsuit. In one of her most recent posts, the body confident singer flaunts her famous curves in a bathing suit. "Bahama mama," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "Nelly is so lucky.. I'm just going to leave it at that," one of her followers commented, referencing her romantic reunion with the rapper. "Where the ring Nelly. Can u not see," added another.

"As you evolve and age, you become more comfortable in your skin. I might put on a bikini a little more often now than when I first came out," she recently told Prevention. "A lot of the confidence comes from within …. for me, it's just about staying true to myself and accentuating the good things I love about myself. I'm proud to be happy with who I am."

"With the position I'm in right now, I have to work hard and make some sacrifices. So, boundaries are important," she said about the importance of self-care. "I can do a bunch of interviews, but when I'm down to three or four hours of sleep, I have to [carve out some self-care time]. Creating a balance when working hard and going after all these amazing opportunities is essential. You have to be cognizant of your mental health, get enough sleep, drink enough water, and eat the right foods."

Ashanti has been promoting a mostly plant-based diet for a while, declaring herself a pescatarian. However, she told Prevention she is "trying to go vegetarian now."

"What goes into your body should go hand-in-hand with your beauty routine," Ashanti told Prevention. "I have been on tour for months, and tour food is not good, but I am back on track with juicing and incorporating healthy food and exercise into my routine."

"My mental health is amazing," Ashanti added. "I'm in a state of just being super grateful. I'm so blessed, and my heart is full." Protecting mental health is vital for overall well-being. Firstly, prioritize self-awareness, recognizing signs of stress or distress. Regularly engage in physical activity, as it releases endorphins that combat depression and anxiety. Prioritize sleep, ensuring 7-9 hours nightly. Build a support system of trusted individuals to share feelings with. Engage in mindfulness practices like meditation or deep breathing exercises.

Set boundaries, avoiding over-commitment. Limit exposure to negative news or social media. Consume a balanced diet, emphasizing foods that boost mood, such as omega-3 fatty acids. Finally, don't hesitate to seek professional help if feeling overwhelmed; therapists or counselors offer valuable coping strategies

Ashley Argota enjoyed her trip to Bali

True Jackson star Ashley Argota is on the trip of a lifetime to the beautiful Nusa Dua location in Bali, Indonesia. Argota, 30, and husband Mick Torres are celebrating their anniversary at the luxury resort, and the star shared pictures of herself wearing a lilac bikini as she posed in a stunning crystal-clear swimming pool. "Nusa Dua!! My jobs here were pool, golf wife, and somehow also chef ??‍?," she captioned the highlights post on social media.

Argota has a special drink to protect her vocal cords from strain. "I've always been a singer first, though, and I'm grateful to Rockwell Table and Stage for the great opportunity to sing," she says. "And being able to do musical theater allows me to go back to my roots. As far as vocal prep, I've gotten stricter about it over the years. I've noticed that my voice tires rather quickly. Before shows, I now warm up for about an hour using the MyPurMist steamer and I even stretch my body. I also have a couple concoctions that I drink – one is with honey locust syrup and hot water and another is with hot water, apple cider vinegar, honey, and cayenne pepper."

Argota and husband Mick Torres started their own production company, Mismo, after feeling pushed aside for roles. "We're giving ourselves a seat at the table before anyone opens up a chair for us," she says. "I think just one day that it dawned on me. I was like, oh my gosh it's because I'm not white. I don't look 'American' in the traditional sense. And it made me angry."

Argota loves doing pantomime shows. "The Pantos have become a staple of my year," she says. "My first one was Aladdin six years ago, where I played Jasmine. I was immediately hooked. The shows are so much fun to do, and watching the kids in the audience light up when they see their favorite fairy tale characters come to life, or when they hear their favorite song, or laugh at a funny joke, is just incredible. The Pantos are fun for both kids and their parents, and I love how it brings families together for the holidays. I've also met some of my closest friends doing these shows! I've been so fortunate to be a part of this world for so many years."

Argota says the reality of work on set is not always glamorous. "I just remember being on True Jackson sometimes and we had our taping days on Thursdays and Fridays, but on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all of us are coming in under-slept, no makeup on, hair is in a bun, sweatpants, reading from a script," she says. "I remember looking around at one point and being like, 'Wow, this is not what I thought having a regular job as an actor would be at all."

Argota would love to be involved in an A Series of Unfortunate Events adaptation. "For the past couple of years I've played characters that are all over the place," she says. "I've played the mean cheerleader, a rock star girl, a bionics person – I think I've covered a lot of the bases here. But you know what I loved when I was little? They already made a movie of the first three books, but I loved A Series of Unfortunate Events. That was my favorite book series ever for the longest time. If they ever remade those movies, I think I'd love to be Violet. "

WNBA Star Te'a Cooper looking good as always

WNBA star and free agent Te'a Cooper has clearly learned to love swimsuit photoshoots since appearing in Sports Illustrated. Cooper, 26, enjoyed some downtime by hitting the pool, and shared the photos on her Instagram. The athlete can be seen posing in the water in a vibrant red bikini, completing the look with a beautiful blue necklace and dark sunglasses, her hair pulled into a ponytail. "Te'a SWIM WEEK ?? @target," she captioned the post. "My girly," commented fellow player Angel Reese.

Cooper cooks her own meals as much as possible. "I recently just tried going vegan for a few months and it was great," she says. "I felt great. My body felt great. I had a lot of energy. It's just refreshing. This past year, I just started cooking regularly. I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, so I'm just now getting into that. I guess you can really tell the difference more if you aren't an athlete, but I really did feel the effect of eating vegan foods in the off-season. Energy-wise, during the day, when I'm not doing anything and I'm not sleepy without practicing stuff, I think that's when I felt the difference more. It's a huge difference, honestly."

Cooper is a Sports Illustrated model, and while she was surprised to be asked to take part, she was thrilled in the end. Being with her fellow athletes at the shoot in St. Thomas helped make her feel more comfortable. "When I got the call, I initially [thought], 'Did they call the right person?'" she joked."It kind of felt like I was getting ready for a game. It was really comfortable. I was super excited to just be with them and see them be out of their element, too. They are so empowering. They just really make you comfortable in your own skin."

Cooper believes in embracing the journey, both ups and downs. "Everything's not always gonna be up — it's a roller coaster," she says. "Sports teaches you the beauty of the ups and downs… I think for mental health purposes, enjoy that roller coaster. So, you know, things happen, but it always has a way of working out. So no matter where I am in life, I just feel like it's gonna work out. Unfortunate things happen, but it's like I've been there before, been down before, so I'm gonna be up soon, and I just kind of stay humble and stay in the middle and just stay steady, honestly."

Cooper loves how the WNBA players are becoming known for their fashion as well as their skills. "I took the game day 'fits very seriously," she says. "I would say embracing your own style and confidently walking in your own style [is important]. How you see yourself and what you put out there — the evolution of you and just seeing your style grow — I think is the most interesting aspect of it. I love fashion and I definitely want to be on a runway someday!

For Cooper, self-care is about a healthy lifestyle. "I think really, a lot of things are mental," she says. "People think eating healthy is like you're on a diet or you're trying to lose weight when really it can be a lifestyle. Like you just wanna be cleaner, you just wanna be healthier mentally, physically, emotionally, and some of that has to do with your food. I think just focusing on yourself and making sure you feel good is the best advice I can give. Everybody's story is different and everybody's emotions are different, so my advice won't help somebody who's not me—but just taking care of yourself could help everybody."

Victoria Justice enjoys hanging out in swimwear

Zoey 101 star Victoria Justice is sharing new music with her fans via her social media accounts. Justice, 30, posted a video of herself floating in a pool in a black and white swimsuit, while her song 'Only A Stranger' played. "#SentimentalGirlSummer is in full swing! I wrote this song for all my hopeful romantics out there. I hope you soak in all the summer vibes and keep streaming #OnlyAStranger this weekend ??," she captioned the Instagram post.

Justice has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to beauty know-how. "When I don't look my best, I detox with raw foods and lots of water," she says. "It makes me feel better. I wash off my makeup every night before bed. It's my number-one rule for good skin… I haven't found anything better than sleep and a good concealer. I swear by Clé de Peau Beauté. My mom didn't drink, smoke or tan while growing up, and she looks great. I'm following her plan."

Justice has a very specific sense of style. "I really love animal prints when it comes to fashion, and I thought it would be really cool to infuse them into the collection, so I did some bold and subtle designs with them in mind," she says of her unique party invite collaboration with Tiny Prints. "Even though I didn't have a formal graduation, (I was tutored on set) I just thought, 'it's a huge accomplishment and it should be announced in style'."

Justice is planning on releasing more music in 2023. "I am really looking forward to releasing a lot more music this year," she says. "I'm looking forward to getting back in the studio. I have a couple of film projects that are in the works and lined up, but I can't talk about them yet. But yeah, there are two other projects that I'm really excited about. I love what I do. I'm excited to keep singing, to keep writing music, and to keep challenging myself and playing characters that push me and are exciting, fun stories to tell."

Justice loved being part of psychological thriller The Tutor. "I love the stories that are being told in independent films," she says. "It feels like nowadays that a lot of them are more character-based, human stories. Those are the movies that I love to watch. It's not every day that you get to come across a script like this and you get to work with people as talented as this whole cast and crew. It was such a pleasure to work on this one."

Justice pays homage to Billy Joel with the art for her song 'Only A Stranger', which the legendary musician acknowledged. "My mom introduced me to Billy Joel at a young age, and we've always bonded over our love for him and his music," she says. "When I wrote 'Only A Stranger,' I felt like it was only right to honor one of my favorite albums ever. It just seemed to really work creatively for the song. The fact that [Joel] posted about it, acknowledged it, and knows that I exist is the craziest thing ever."

Solheim cup golf star Charley Hull looking good

Charley Hull is taking a break from golf. In one of her latest social media posts, the professional athlete flaunts her fit figure in a pink bathing suit while poolside, sending her followers into a frenzy. "Perfection," commented one. "Omg what a body wow," a second chimed in. "Smoking," added a third with a bunch of fire emojis.

Charley gave BBC's Good Food a rundown of her diet. For breakfast she keeps it simple with cereal and fruit. For lunch, she will eat "something healthy like salad," she said. Dinner is usually a "healthy balanced meal like chicken and vegetables. I can't cook but fortunately I live at home so mum does all the cooking," she said.

Charley doesn't "worry too much about" her diet. "Maybe I'll have to when I'm older but at the moment I don't have to be too disciplined as long as I'm eating a fairly balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables," she said.

Charley snacks on peanut butter and jam sandwiches. "I keep them in my golf bag to munch on during the day. I also eat lots of fruit too like apples and bananas," she said. She also muches on "lots of fruit throughout the day."

Hydration is also important, says Charley. "I drink a lot of water throughout the day and top up with hydration tablets. Particularly if it's hot," she said.

What is Charley's go-to cheat meal? "Pizza! Though I actually eat that during the season too. I don't really have to watch my weight but maybe that's my age and it will all catch up with me at some point!" she said.

Aside from gold, Charley works out. "If it's a non-tournament week I'll focus on working in the gym," she told Huffington Post.

Another way Charley mixes fitness with pleasure? "I also like going for long walks with my dog. I'll usually do that before I go out so I feel less guilty," she told Huffington Post.

Paulina Gretzky takes care of her body

Paulina Gretzky is leaning into fall in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer daughter of NHL star Wayne Gretzky looks gorgeous in a nude swimsuit, posing with golfer husband, Dustin Johnson. "Sweet September," she captioned the Instagram snap. "Wow amazing, totally different look," commented one of her followers. "Being sweet," added another.

Paulina may be "blessed with incredible genes" but still has to exert discipline when it comes to her diet. In fact, she believes that what you eat is ultimately more important than how you exercise. "But it's really 70-percent diet and 30-percent working out," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina maintains that exercise is "about fitting in some exercise wherever you are," she says. "I used to run every day, and I absolutely loved it. It was like meditation for me. I also loved kickboxing. What really kept me in great shape was dancing. Lately, I've been constantly on the go, so I don't get to run much anymore. Now I'm doing workout videos every day. If you don't want to go to the gym and would rather work out alone, all you have to do is find a workout on YouTube," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina maintains that diet is "as simple as Everything in Moderation." She allows herself to cheat on occasion. "I'll eat pizza and cheeseburgers, but I won't do it every day," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina plays a lot of tennis. "Same time next week," she captioned a series of photos on the court. ACE Fitness says that tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility, and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Married to golfer, Dustin Johnson, it's no surprise that the sport helps keep her in shape. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Sessilee Lopez-Holmes flaunts her model like body

Sessilee Lopez-Holmes is keeping things hot on vacation. In a new social media post, the wife of Coldplay manager David Holmes flaunts her model body in a bathing suit. "Vitamin Sea W My Littles," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "Total babe," one of her followers commented. "Ok abs," wrote another.

Sessilee spends a lot of time at the gym. Her favorite workouts? Strength training. "When you don't feel like working out, but it turns into the best session ever," she captioned a recent post. How much should you work out? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

If you want a hot body like Sessilee, you will have to work out for it. "I run like crazy on the treadmill. I go literally until I can't run anymore, and then I work on my stomach," she told WWD. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Sessilee loves fighting for fitness. She recently opened her own boxing gym, Craft Boxing Club. Boxing has many health benefits because it "constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Sessilee maintains a super healthy diet. She starts her day with a green powder drink, followed by a breakfast of gluten-free toast, eggs, and fruit. For lunch she makes her own sushi and dinner, a piece of fish, rice, and veggies.

Another way Sessilee ensures healthy living is by cooking her own meals, regularly sharing her dishes on Instagram. The model loves preparing food for herself and the family. "What's your favorite thing to cook?" she asked in one caption.

Addison Rae Shares some new photos looking good

Influencer and entrepreneur Addison Rae is having a little fun on her social media with an impromptu photo shoot of herself letting loose. Rae, 22, shared pictures of herself dancing in a gold bikini and boots, clutching a soft white knitted blanket. "Wow!" a fan commented on the post. "That friday feeling ?," commented the official Instagram account.

Rae launched her ITEM Beauty line and is passionate about clean cosmetics. "For me, I've increasingly become more aware of is how important it is not only for products to make you look good, but also feel good and genuinely be good for you," she says. "I think that's why being clean was so important to me too and really educating myself on that in general before I even really knew about clean beauty. I think it's still a subject that people don't really know much about or maybe are not ready to explore, but I think it's becoming something that's a little more mainstream in a way."

Rae is big on setting intentions for herself. "Self-care is to me is accomplishing things that I really want to do and spending my time really wisely, so setting monthly and everyday intentions or goals for myself is a big thing," she says. "The other big part of self-care is about connections; Being very open and vulnerable with people is a great way to teach yourself how to love. Because the only way you can love yourself is if you give love to other people and the only way to receive it is to love yourself, too."

Rae is used to dealing with criticism, and chooses to focus on the positive. "I feel like at the end of the day, I always know who I am and I really try to remind myself of that," she says. "I know what I love, I know my passions, and I know my dreams that I want to accomplish and I know that no matter what, they're always going to be people that are negative and that are not wanting people to chase their dreams or accomplish them. I think there are so many lovers and so many supporters and people that love the things I do and love to support me and love to love and at the end of the day, I think that always outweighs the hate."

Rae is philosophical about being famous. "It's really weird even hearing that word, because I can't really grasp what it means to have it," she says. "But for me, it's about having amazing opportunities to meet so many different people and have relationships with people who have inspired me forever, and to get the opportunity to showcase passions that I've had my entire life."

Rae is grateful for being supported by the Kardashian sisters. "I love talking to those girls about everything they've done in their lives and how they stay true to themselves throughout all of it. It's something that I always have conversations with them about," she says. "Kourtney is an amazing girl and she's always been so close to me and just helpful throughout everything. Like the other day, we were in the car and she was like, 'Oh my gosh, I need my Lip Quip!'"
