Sadie Stanley is heating up Mexico in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Cruel Summer beauty shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while attending her BFFs bachelorette party on the Riviera Maya. "We had the most magical time in Mexico celebrating the bride/best friend/best manager in the world @tbright1994 at @unico2087 ☺️??I love you Tay, can't wait for your special day!! Thank you Unico for the best Bach trip experience," she captioned the post with her followers.
Sadie is a reader. The last book she read? "I Am Still Alive by Kate Alice Marshall. SO GOOD. Highly recommend," she told Popsugar. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Sadie's workout routine is "pretty damn good" most of the time, but went downhill before quarantine started. "I've decided to be kind to myself and cut myself some slack, and I encourage everyone to do the same if they aren't feeling themselves very productive or motivated during this time. Do your best to make time for things that make you feel good, whatever that may be," she said.
To prepare for her role as Clancy in The Sleepover, she trained with Kim Possible, which "helped a lot with any physical aspects" of the role. "We had a few stunts here and there and, because I had that training under my belt, it made those a lot easier to do. So that was helpful because I love doing my own stunts. I'm always into that," she told Girls Life. "We did a whole boot camp for Kim Possible for the whole month before we started shooting. We just trained every single day with our amazing stunt and fight coordinator and that was a really fun experience, because I'd never done something like that. I was really eager to do as many stunts with my own as I could."
Another healthy outlet for Sadie? Music. "I used to play the guitar a little bit, but I kind of stopped. So I picked it back up since we're in quarantine, and I've been learning a lot of my favorite songs and stuff like that, and I've been getting pretty good. I'm excited about it," she told Girls Life.
One of Sadie's go-to workouts? She does "some easy yoga and stretching in my living room," she told Popsugar. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

One of Jayda's top health habits? "Drink plenty of water," she told Celebwell in an interview. Why is hydration crucial? According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Jayda eats a lot of produce."Eat your fruit. My favorite fruit right now is plums and dark cherries," she tells Celebwell.
"I don't have to exercise running behind a toddler all day. My son keeps me fit," Jayda told us about her approach to exercise. No matter how you choose to sweat, physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Jayda has a great wellness practice: meditation. "I like to take time out of my day to meditate and align myself for whatever the day has in store for me," she tells us. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Jayda makes sure to get enough sleep. "My sleep routine schedule is all over the place," she confesses. "Sometimes I'm in bed early, and sometimes I like to stay up late and binge-watch my favorite shows. It's summer so there's no such thing as a set schedule these days." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

How I Met Your Mother star Morena Baccarin spent September chasing the sun at the gorgeous St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya, Mexico. Baccarin, 44, shared a selfie where she's posing in a swimsuit by a beautiful pool, against a background of palm trees and blue skies. "Thank you @stregiskanairesort for the amazing stay. The only [part] I didn't like was leaving," she captioned the post. "Have a lovely vacation amazing Morena!" a fan commented.
Baccarin is a big fan of swimming and Pilates. "I love swimming laps," she says. "That's my main go-to for exercise. I'll go to the YMCA and swim whenever I can. Sometimes that takes a little more time than I have, so walking or running somewhere—as opposed to taking a quick Uber—is always a really good alternative if you don't mind showing up sweaty or in leggings. I also love Pilates, and I do a combo of that and training with a personal trainer when I have time. Lately, it's just been a very sporadic mix!"
Baccarin loves to experiment with makeup. "I love trying beauty products," she says. "I'm always very curious about them. When I do photo shoots or glam for an event, I'm always asking my makeup artist 'What's that?' I'm into a few things at the moment: My facialist Joanna Czech has a new line that just came out and it is phenomenal. I'm very much into her cream, specifically. I love it because it's a one-stop shop. I wash my face, I put that on, and I'm done."
Baccarin is diligent about keeping her skin clean and healthy. "I have to wash my makeup off," she says. "That has to come off, all that heavy stuff, whether you put on a lot or a little. I don't feel good until I've completely scrubbed my face, and I have to use makeup remover and facial wash. I like something that is soapy, not oily—I don't like that texture, and it's something that I feel like I have to put all over my face, including my eyes. I just scrub it all and splash water on it, and all of it comes off at once. When I'm in a pinch, Koh Gen Do has this Cleansing Spa Water, which is a makeup remover and face refresher that does remove everything really quickly. So if it's 3 in the morning and I've just gotten off work, I wipe the makeup off in my van and moisturize when I get home."
Baccarin's ideal self-care is going to a retreat. "I find it frustrating when I'm in the city and I go to the Baccarat Hotel, an amazing spa," she says. "I go there, I spend 3-4 hours, I get a massage, I get a facial, whatever it is, and I come home and I feel like all of the effects fade so quickly the minute I walk through the door. [Laughs.] So my ideal spa would be a retreat in Arizona or wine country where I can luxuriate in the spa and then go to my hotel room, lay in bed, and watch a movie."
Baccarin says her family keeps her grounded. "Kids show you quickly what life is all about," she says. "It's been great for me. I had my first kid in my 30s, and now I have had my third, and it all comes back to them. Watching these little people mature, grow, learn, and looking at the world through their eyes is so magical. It puts everything into perspective. When you are at work and you are feeling glamorous and then you come home and you instantly have throw up on you, you are changing a diaper, or there is screaming happening and you are trying to get everyone to sleep (laughs). They have a way of keeping you real."

Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel is missing the gorgeous Caribbean country of Antigua, after taking a trip there earlier this year. Emmanuel, 34, shared a highlight reel of her vacation—and it's envy-inducing. The actress is seen spending time exploring the island, posing in a variety of swimsuits on the beach. "Take me back!!! Shout out to @hodgesbay_antigua for being the backdrop of some much needed R&R. Special mention to @sheerrocks and big up @qweens.royal.treats for feeding us all the delicious things," she captioned the post.
Emmanuel has been a yogi for years. "I started going to yoga when I was 19 as a way to stay active but also do something by myself if I needed peace and quiet," she says. "In the last seven years, it's been much more of a necessity that I do it religiously. Wherever I am in the world, I find a yoga studio or I travel with my mat. I also trained to become a yoga instructor about two years ago—and taught at a London studio for a bit—because friends kept asking, 'Can you show me how?' Yoga is something I do to sit and breathe and bring my attention inward, because I'm often giving so much energy to the world.
It's important to check in physically, mentally, and emotionally and see what's going on. A lot of the things you shove to the bottom, to get through the week, come out. It's good to engage with those things and have a conversation."
Emmanuel works out for her health over her appearance. "I'm not working out to be a certain weight or size," she says. "I'm a goal-oriented person. My fitness goals at the moment are to do pull-ups and to do a pincha mayurasana, which is a forearm stand in yoga. I'm pretty strong at a headstand, but I want to be able to do a handstand and hold it. The workouts I do with my trainer in London condition me for those things. We focus on upper-body strength because that's my weakness. We work different muscle groups. We do circuits where you perform five or six exercises for a minute each, take a break, and then do it again. I also run and do body-weight exercises, weights, and boxing—I like to mix it up."
Emmanuel doesn't pressure herself when it comes to working out. "One of the biggest lessons I learnt from yoga is that your body doesn't do the same thing every day and that's totally fine," she says. "Whatever you could do yesterday, that's great, well done, but you might not be able to do it today. You might not even be able to do it tomorrow. It's about not judging yourself and allowing yourself to be wherever you're at. That's my favorite thing about yoga."
Emmanuel tries to stick to a healthy, whole foods diet. "Because I'm vegan and I have a gluten intolerance as well, when I find baking that is both vegan and gluten-free, it's so exciting that I tend to go a bit over the top," she says. "In L.A., I go to this place called Erin McKenna's Bakery and basically eat all the things. Mostly, I try to keep my food simple. I want to read the ingredients and know exactly what's in stuff or be able to pronounce it. That's generally my thing: If I can't understand the words on the back of the packaging, then maybe I shouldn't be eating it. Usually, I'll cook lots of vegetables together—broccoli, onions, peppers, mushrooms—and then I like to add a bean or something. Or I might buy some organic tofu, season it, and mix it with a grain or in a salad. Throw some nuts in there. I make it as colorful and as varied as I can."
Emmanuel has specific go-tos when it comes to vegan cuisine. "If I can find pancakes that are vegan and gluten free, as I have a gluten allergy, I will go in," she says. "I like topping them with strawberries, banana and maybe a bit of maple syrup, even a bit of vegan butter. But my favorite meal if I can be bothered to cook it, is rice and peas and aki 'no saltfish', I call it. I basically make the same Jamaican dish, sometimes I add greens like kalalalou or spinach, but without the saltfish. I'll fry some plantain and steam some veg to go with it, too. I love it."

Gina Rodriguez is expressing her gratitude for her husband – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Not Dead Yet star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while also revealing her deep love for her significant other. "I feel our memories in the fabric of my hair. Every goosebump on my skin another time you have made my heart skip a beat. You gave me a son and as he sleeps on my lap I see your love all over his spirit. Here are 10 pics of us because I can't stop scrolling through my favorites album. This man, this love, how did I get so lucky?" she captioned the Instagram post. "Just beautiful!!!" commented her friend, Viola Davis. "y'all are just beautiful," added Liza Koshy.
Gina doesn't buy into diet culture. "It's important to celebrate my successes with the people around me. Eating, drinking, and toasting are big parts of my family gatherings," she told Shape. "I think body positivity is important because it frees up a lot of worrying and a lot of stress we spend on it daily. Instead, put all that time and energy into doing the things you want to do and making your dreams come true."
Rodriguez suffers from Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune condition that impacts the thyroid and can lead to an underactive thyroid. When first diagnosed, Gina revealed to Self that it felt like "the curse of a lifetime," especially due to the potential weight gain implications. "To the core of my being, I know what it's like to feel like there is no way I can win this, so where do I even begin," she said. "[Hashimoto's] affects so many aspects of your life. I've had it for so many years…that rebellion of not taking care of myself can't exist anymore."
Gina loves boxing and Muay Thai. "No pain, no Muay Thai. I came here to transform. I came here to face my demons and bad habits. I went full force into training and it wasn't comfortable or easy but discipline never is and life never is. Everyday I want to grow stronger, I may fail but I will try. Everyday I want to grow wiser, I may fail but I will try. Life knocks you down and it can hurt but that has never stopped me before and so I repeat no pain, no Muay Thai," she captioned this Instagram post.
Due to her health condition, Hashimoto's Gina has to be careful with her diet, fueling her body with what it needs. "Fatigue is already an issue with Hashimoto's, and some scenes can really take a lot out of you," she told Shape. "That's a by-product of the job, so I keep my energy up by being conscientious about the food I put in my body-eating more fiber and vegetable protein."
"I eat healthily and work out, so I don't worry about having a red velvet cupcake or slice of pizza," Gina told Shape. "I can't say I'm on point, always on it, because, man, I'm flawed," she added to Self. "I want the burger and the ice cream and the red velvet cupcakes. I want the croissant with my coffee, even though gluten doesn't do me justice."
As can be seen in her recent social media post, Gina is a surfer. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

AJ Michalka is living her best life in Italy in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post The Goldbergs star, who is also half of the singing duo Aly and AJ, shows off her gorgeous body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Puglia. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "You look wonderful!" added another.
AJ and her sister are obsessed with pilates. "My balance and flexibility have never been stronger due to Pilates," she told Parade.com. "Pilates on the Reformer, for me, is my main form of working out. I have the most fun doing this.
AJ is also a yogi. "I sprinkle in yoga a little bit in my every day routine if I can," she added to Parade.
To stay in shape on the road, she does her pilates workouts online. "The cool thing is we have the Wundabar Pilates Movement online that she's created," she said about the 30-minute mat pilates workout. She brings discs, a ring, ball, and bands to get the workout done wherever she is.
You won't find either of the sisters on a bland diet. "We are big foodies, so I think the big thing with being on tour is really finding the hotspots in each city where we can really enjoy a nice meal. And that's when I try not to worry about intake necessarily; it's more portion control. But, for me, if I see an exciting menu, I'm going to want to go there. We're very eclectic eaters," AJ told Parade. AJ also drinks a lot of juices.
AJ is a big fan of therapy. "My big thing is, regardless of mental health, my goal is for Aly and I to preserve our friendship and our relationship," she told Popsugar. "That's the forefront of our lives, as opposed to us as a band and partnership. I do think it would be smart to see someone, almost like couples therapy but for siblings."

Olivia Ponton is working on herself in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while giving followers a glimpse into her life. "been working on me 4 me," she captioned the Instagram photos, modeling bathing suits and some skimpy workout attire from Alo Yoga.
Olivia's fitness routine is "bomb by all means," she says. "For me, working out is not only good for my body, but also good for my brain," she told Sports Illustrated. "For me, working out is an hour of time for myself and an opportunity to step away from my phone. On a typical day, I probably spend around 6-8 hours staring at a screen, which I know is horrible for me. A hard workout provides me an escape for one hour during my day, where I can let my mind be free of social media."
Olivia is one of the many celebrities who trains at the Dogpound gym. "Dogpound is a very safe space where I always feel at home. I absolutely love it there; the team of trainers are so nice, but when training they definitely kick my bum!" she added. "When I work out in the gym, I like to focus mainly on abs, arms and back. I have been training those muscles the most because I personally love seeing women that have good upper body strength. Kirk, my trainer, has me do variations of curl-ups and sit-ups for around 30 minutes. Then the other 30 we have a mixture of weights and machines for the arms, back and legs."
Olivia replenishes after exercise with protein. "I drink protein drinks 2-3 times a week after my workouts. I personally believe they help a lot with getting my muscles toned," she told Sports Illustrated.
"Speaking of a healthy diet, I also make sure to eat a lot of fruit throughout the week. Fruit has so many good sugars and hydration components in them. Acai bowls are a super smart way to get in tons of fruit at once. In Açaí bowls you can add peanut butter and all types of nuts/seeds to make it even more beneficial," Olivia added about her diet.
"Another super important tip that I could give would be eating a good breakfast every day," Olivia told the publication. "What you feed your body is SUPER IMPORTANT, and that starts in the morning. I like to pack my breakfast with healthy protein and greens. Sneaking spinach into a smoothie or into eggs is an insanely easy way to add in greens. I also love making an egg bagel with cream cheese in the morning. In the eggs you can add any veggies you like — spinach, onions, mushrooms, peppers, whatever you desire."

In a recent social media post the Young and the Restless star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing with her family. At 54, Bell maintains that two things are responsible for her longevity. "I have to just really eat well and lift weights and try to last," she told Deadline.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times many years ago, Bell explained that exercise changed her face. "It sounds so strange but after working out, an awful lot changed. I lost baby fat. My face changed. My hairdresser asked if I had my eyes enlarged because suddenly they were so big on camera. I just changed," she said.
"It's amazing. When you strengthen your body, you strengthen your mind. I became more independent. I became stronger, more vocal in terms of my beliefs," she added about the mental benefits of breaking a sweat.
Bell said that she works out three times a week. "I eat differently now so I don't have to work out as much. I get there 20 minutes before my trainer to walk the treadmill. And then I lift weights. I leg press a lot, close to 200 pounds. And I do barbells anywhere from 5 to 25 pounds. One day we'll do shoulders and legs and then the next day we'll do arms and butt. When I'm watching TV I'll crank out 100 or 200 sit-ups during commercial breaks," she added.
She also walks on the treadmill and outside. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Bell detailed her diet to the Los Angeles Times. "At home I'll have Shredded Wheat or Grape Nuts for breakfast–that to me is the biggest treat–and nonfat milk. Orange juice and coffee. If I'm [on the set] it's very easy to order egg whites or granola or oatmeal," she said. "Then for lunch I'll bring turkey hot dogs and spinach and brown rice vegetable patties, which I heat up in the microwave, and a salad or vegetable. And I drink a lot of diet Coke. Dinner, I eat a lot of fish–like this weekend I had swordfish–and a lot of meat and chicken and vegetables. I just won't have the potato or bread. I really like red and white wine. And every once in a while I have to do something like pizza or Doritos or Oreos. And I eat a lot of licorice."

Perrie Edwards was every inch the beach babe in her latest slew of sizzling snaps which she posted to her Instagram page on Saturday.
The singer, 30, showcased her phenomenal physique in a tiny brown bikini, which included a top with an asymmetric strap and matching bottoms.
The skimpy two-piece showcased her toned midriff and long legs as she posed up a storm beside a swimming pool on the sun-soaked trip.
Perrie revealed that she has been spending in Antalya, Turkey, where she now splits her time following her fiance's career move to the country.
The former Little Mix star, who is mother to her son Axel, two, wore her blonde locks in beachy waves and sported a pair of round sunglasses.
The bare-faced beauty accessorised her beach look with a simple necklace and a pair of hoop earrings, as well as a Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet, retailing for £3,950.
Perrie won the approval of her former bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock, who commented underneath the picture: 'Divine.'
Perrie recently followed in the footsteps of her friend Leigh-Anne by moving abroad.
The singer is planning to split her time between England and Turkey following her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's football move.
The footballer, 30, has joined Besiktas in a three-year deal after leaving Liverpool earlier this summer.
She previously packed up to live in Cheshire after Alex signed for Liverpool and has now planned to venture out even further.
Perrie, who has son Axel with the sportsman, will be flying out as much as possible so they can be together as a family.
A source told The Sun: 'It hasn't been an easy decision because Perrie and Alex have their young son Axel to think about and they don't want to live their lives apart.
'The deal was too good to turn down though so they are giving it a shot and are determined to make it work.
'They know it's not going to be straightforward but they love each other and want to support one another's dreams. That means making some sacrifices.'
Perrie's bandmate Leigh-Anne, 31, currently splits her time between the UK and Greece since her husband Andre Gray, 32, signed up for Aris FC in Thessaloniki.
