Lindsay Lohan soaks up the sun during well-deserved vacation to the Maldives with sister Ali

She may be running a beach club in Mykonos, but Lindsay Lohan is 'finally' treating herself to a real vacation. 

The actress, 32, has jetted off to the Maldives for a luxurious getaway with her younger sister, Ali Lohan. 25.

From her luxury air travel to relaxing poolside, Lindsay chronicled her adventures on her Instagram stories on Sunday and Monday. 

The actress kicked things off from inside her airplane, gushing about how 'excited' she was to 'finally' be going on a vacation.

Once the actress arrived at her destination, she headed straight to the pool.

The Parent Trap actress rocked a plunging bathing suit as she posed by her stunning, oceanfront pool.

She also enjoyed catching up on some reading, or as she put it, 'research.' 

“Doing my research of the actual place,' she said as she showed off two books laid out on the pool deck.

“Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club premiered last week on MTV and the series focuses on the actress as she tries to establish her nightclub brand.
