The actress has detailing her fitness routine, which includes a variety of boxing, resistance band, plank and jumping rope exercises among other activities.
"If anything, I've learned that a 20-minute workout can totally knock you on your butt. In fact, they're often even harder than longer ones," she once told.
Halle is also a big proponent of self confidence. When speaking with a magazine earlier this year, Halle talked about the importance of looking inward and staying connected to who you are when struggling with self doubt.
"We are all so much more than these beautiful bodies that we walk around in. Just work on the internal you and the things you can control," Halle declared.
She continued: "We can't control how we come here and what we look like and what walk of life we're born into. But we can control what we think about things. We can control what we read. We can control what we put out, what we give, what we allow ourselves to take in."
