Gabriella Brooks proved she's dedicated to her workout routine as she flaunted her toned abs on the cover of this month's Australian Women's Health magazine.
The 25-year-old model looked sensational as she displayed her incredible figure in a bikini. Gabriella long locks were left out in a beachy wave and she beamed as she relaxed and posed on the sand.
During the interview, the blonde bombshell also shared her workout secrets.
Gabriella said she does reformer Pilates two to three times a week and enjoys going on gentle walks.
'I love reformer Pilates, it's the best thing I've found for my body. I find that it's kind of meditative when I do it,' she said.
'I like to do reformer two to three times a week. That makes me feel great. And on the days I'm not doing it, I don't feel like I need to exercise but if I do, it is just something like a gentle walk.'
