How does Emma Hernan keep herself fit

The Selling Sunset star recently shared a bunch of swimsuit photos, flaunting her fabulous figure in a red bathing suit. "Bikini dump since it's almost summertime!!!" she captioned the series of snaps. How does the reality star keep herself fit?

Emma Hernan makes time to relax and unwind. "I love filling my tub, putting a face mask on, and listening to podcasts about other female entrepreneurs," she told. "Almost everyone can benefit from relaxation techniques, which can help slow your breathing and focus your attention. Common relaxation techniques include meditation, mindfulness, focusing on the present, progressive muscle relaxation, tai chi, and yoga. More-active ways of achieving relaxation include walking in nature outdoors or participating in sports or regular physical activity," she says.

Emma loves healthy eating so much that she started her own food company. "I am a huge food lover and I grew up in the food industry, so in 2018 I started my own food company. I produce vegan and vegetarian frozen healthy food, including my famous empanadas that I absolutely cannot live without!"

Emma hikes at least five miles a day."Getting outside is so good for the body and the mind," she told. "And you're getting that nice little glute workout."

In addition to hiking, Emma infuses yoga and Pilates into her routine. Both workouts encourage strength and flexibility and are a low impact on the body. "Pilates has a long list of benefits including improved body mechanics, balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility,"
