Sylvia Jeffreys basking in motherhood after welcoming sons Oscar and Henry

Host Sylvia Jeffreys enjoyed a fun day at the beach with her husband Peter Stefanovic and their two-year-old son Oscar.

The presenter, 36, was stunned in a black bikini as she enjoyed a swim with her young family during a holiday in Port Douglas.

Sylvia recently ruminated on having two children under two at home.

'Life with two boys under two is chaotic but beautifully full,' she told.

She also said it can be 'utterly exhausting' sometimes, but there are upsides.

'When you have these moments of big brother Oscar cuddling little brother Henry over and over - it melts my heart and makes it all worthwhile.

'I knew it was going to be full-on, but I don't think I ever understood how much my heart could grow anymore with two little baby boys,' she added.
