The Keeping Up With The Kardashians vet seemed to be having a joyful time as she smiled for the camera while in a wide brimmed woven beach hat and black sunglasses with a gold necklace that says 'I [heart] you.'

The TV star was wading in the shallow part of the shore while on vacation in the Turks And Caicos.
