Vicky Pattison recently went on holiday to Santorini

Vicky, who is engaged to Ercan Ramadan, wore a halterneck top and matching bottoms, that clung to her tiny frame.

The body-positive star made a joke about her legs and said: "Thick thighs save livesssssss…"

Since being in the spotlight, Vicky's dress size has fluctuated from a size six to a 16.

Earlier in the summer, Vicky opened up about her struggles to get a 'Love Island body' before finally learning to be happy in her own skin.

She also said hormones had caused her to gain weight in the past.

Vicky Pattison was asked: "You have lost so much weight but always post pictures of you scoffing, how do you do it xx."

And Vicky replied: "But around a year ago I had my contraceptive implant removed - I did it predominantly as I needed to live without synthetic hormones in my body but it also saw me lose about a stone in three months."
