Macky González just enjoyed a day by the water in Los Cabos. Naturally, she had to get a photo for Instagram. In a recent post, González posed in front of the water wearing a light orange bikini. Her toned figure, including her impressive abs were on display. She captioned the post, "You are not what you do in front of others. You are what you do when no one is watching."

1.- She Makes Small Changes To Her Diet.
González makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She revealed her tips in this Instagram post. "I believe in flexible diets, but we have to be mindful of what we are eating," she wrote. "Try making small changes to your eating, and you will soon notice changes. Instead of soda, drink water. Snack, eat fruit instead of junk. Steam cook, or use a minimal amount of oil. I hope it works for them and they don't see it as a diet or sacrifice, if not a lifestyle."
2.- She Runs.
González is a runner. Naturally, this is one of her main forms of working out. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself sprinting. She captioned it, "Run when you least want, because that's when you need it the most. Side effects of running: elation, increased self-esteem, and total happiness.
3.- She Weight Trains.
González shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she does to stay in shape is weight train. In this video, González is seen deadlifting a large barbell. She captioned the post, "Inhala fuerza. Exhala poder." The Mayo Clinic reports, "Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age."
4.- She Circuit Trains.
González likes to circuit train. She shared this video on Instagram of one circuit she does. In it, González is seen doing a lot of different exercises. She swings across the monkey bars, does an agility ladder, and climbs a rope. She captioned the video, "In trainer mode. Hihi I love it. This circuit was a welcome good vibe."
5.- She Horseback Rides.
González likes to horseback ride as a way of staying in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself riding by a river. She captioned it, "Freedom. Magical places in Mexico." The American Heart Association reports that there are a lot of benefits to riding, one of them being core strength and posture. "Sitting tall, pushing your legs into the body of your horse ignites the core muscles, which are imperative for balance and posture."
