Natalya Scudder is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The Below Deck star puts her assets on display via one of her most recent posts, wearing a tiny bathing suit as she poses on the beach in Paradise Island, Bahamas. "Lovely lady," commented one of her followers. "BABE," added another.
Natalya loves to swim. "Swimming pools," she captioned a photo from one of her swims. In another, she swims with sharks. "Can't even describe how incredible this experience was," she captioned it. Swimming is a great workout, per the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Natalya also enjoys jet skiing. She captioned this clip of herself in the ocean "girls gone wild." According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
Natalya enjoys a little heat therapy. She writes about this sweat session, "sweatin out my bad choices from the weekend." Should you take a dry sauna? While some claim the health benefits of saunas are plentiful, including detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation, there isn't a lot of research backing up the claims.
Another water sport Natalya loves is paddle boarding, a great workout for the core and also the heart, according to The American Council on Exercise (ACE). It can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
Natalya prioritizes hydration, as can be demonstrated in her latest Instagram photo. "Milky coconuts," she captioned the snap showing off two electrolyte-filled coconuts. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
