Fella Makafui flaunts her incredible figure in Miami

Fella Makafui is "obsessed" with Miami in her swimsuit. The actress flaunts her incredible figure in a Fendi bathing suit while lounging on a boat in one of her latest social media posts. "I know, I'm obsessed too," she captioned the Instagram post.

Fella dances a lot. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Fella loves to exercise. After welcoming a baby she returned to her workouts at the gym. In one video she does a variety of weight and strength training exercises, including squats. In one Instagram post she said "squatting more," is her secret.

Fella maintains that a waist trainer helped her get back in shape after having a baby. "Hey beautiful Ladies .. Allow me to tell you a little bit of my daily routine with the snatched plug," she captioned a post. So I literally sleep in my WAIST SHAPER all the time .And for me to look sexy and keep that body in shape during the day , i wear my INVISIBLE WAIST TRAINER to work ..For breakfast,i make my FAT BLASTER ULTIMATE DIET SHAKE, which suppresses my appetite and also helps burn fat ..After work,i workout (sometimes I don't ?)" she added.

Hydration is also part of her strategy. Fella claims that one of the secrets to her booty is "drinking more water." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Fella also stays in shape by going for walks. Recently she shared a photo of herself walking in the snow while in Ohio. "Wake me up when it's summer," she captioned it. "It's been proven that regular walkers have fewer heart attacks and strokes, lower blood pressure and higher levels of HDL (healthy cholesterol) than non-exercisers," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Walking can lower blood pressure and LDL (your bad cholesterol), decrease the risk of many cancers and improve immune system function. Plus, wellness expert Michael Roizen, MD adds, it improves the quality of your sleep and keeps you energized when you're awake."
